its out of center so was very quiet 30 minits to airport in the morning the room was big and comfteble its a pension not hotel small and quiet with parking
Good value for the money. Fair prices. Friendly staff. A bit of noice from the highway outside.
Easy to reach. Good service. Convenient rooms. The number of people in hotel is small. Everything what is necessary is there and no extra luxury. The breakfast is given at the time you want. No complaints.
Very kind attitude.
Staff was really nice and polite, it felt they personally took care of you.
Very friendly, flexible, excellent staff. It was a bit cold in the hall where the breakfast was served.
I like friendly services. There was a small thing, a bit too less hangers in the closet.
I appreciated the calm and quiet location with very easy access into Gdansk centre. The staff could not do enough to help while at the same time giving us complete privacy and space. Modern and comfortable bedrooms. No complaints. Would return and would recommend all family and friends to this hotel.
Very friendly, kind, flexible staff. The service we got was excellent. It was a bit cold in the hall where the breakfast was served.
i like it because it is quiet area the hotel is inside,u have to write a sign to ur hotel and mount it on the bus stop,so that any body that is coming to ur hotel will not mise the way,cuz i mise the way alots when i was in ur hotel,i even enter taxi while ur hotel is only 5minut work, try to mount ur sign or address in the bus stop
value of money
The rooms was really cold and the heater wasn't working
very kind staff, good kitchen/breakfast none
Good location, near to center.Staff was very smart, polite and helpful. Clean room, nice atmosphere.Delicious breakfast, dinner and supper.Soap and shampoo available in the reception.
Budget price of the room Double bed is very small!
Hospitality of the staff, but this could also be improved. Renovation of the hall.
Near with center (old town) Insufficiently comfortable room, the door constantly rustled, there was feeling that someone knocked to my door, not all roses worked, I had only one towel with whose hair
Good value for money, bus very close to the hotel that goes to the Old Town. Breakfast could be improved, with greater choice. But overall it was fine for a sleep at the end of the day.
The staff were very friendly, i only needed a base to stay at, and this was perfect, located away from the main town, bus stops at the end of the road, very cheap and regular bus service, local supermarket across the road. no frills basic accomodation with small balcony. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in your room, even just a kettle. nowhere to obtain refreshments outside of serving times.
very friendly personal, warm and silently rooms Very soft mattresses and pillows
a bit noisy due to the road but very close to the city centre and very friendly staff noisy road
It was conveniently located
Manager very friendly and helpful, arranged taxi to take us back to airport at 4am and got up to see us off, brought breakfast into room night before departure and sandwiches. Good location, very quiet. No drinks for children at breakfast just tea or coffee. Bedding needs to be replaced although beds are comfortable. Towels need to be changed during stay.
Free parking. Small kitchen in dinning room for guests (kettle, fridge, microwave oven and dishes). Room wasn't cleaned after first night. It's possible to pay by card but you must have some cash to pay tourist fees.
The ktchen facilites bedding needs renewing
excellent staff, very clean and warm, good breakfast, not far from the city centre by realiable, public transportation. highly recommended for visiting gdansk for budget travellers.
Good staff and breakfast
Qiuetness location. You could go there only by car or taxi
Quiet residentiql area, short walk (30 min) to city center Limited access to tourist information, no computer available
None of the advertised facilities were available, no games room, no wi-fi, no breakfast and of course no shuttle service. The double bed was a very hard and dated sofa, the TV was left behind from the German occupation. View from all sides was basically into waste ground or rubbish tips. Awful location, taxi or car a must. Local roads are woeful and no tarmac. Leaking toilet, towels so hard you dare not use them for fear of removing your skin. Noisy fridge and noise from adjoining room, even their shower could be heard. No previous review was totally honest or complete. The hotel staff do not answer e-mails nor do they answer the telephone. Booking.com should remove this hotel, I will not be using Booking.com soon The owners son was helpful, I feel sorry for the guy
Clean Villa was sold as having a double room and a twin room. This is not accurate as I do not consider a sofa bed to be a proper double bed, had I known I would not have book this hotel. I was less than happy with the surrounding area and would not even think about walking back to the apartment at night as it was not a "safe" area. Not happy with the Euro exchange rate when paying.
I especially liked the peaceful ambience of the place outside bustling Gdanske city. Easy walking distance to access tram and bus stop. The last 100 yds or so of the street was a bit rough for some cars, but understand this is not the responsibility of the hotel owner but municipality
great value for price.very quite. The staff leaved cheese, butter, marmalade, tee , coffe, toast and more for us. A good surprise, thank you! a little far from city center. You must to walk 10 min until the tram to the center(just 5min.)Only the son of the owner speak english.
The apartment was much bigger than we expected and very comfortable. The outside area was an added bonus we were not expecting from the details given when booking. It was good to get a basket of tea bags, coffee etc. The only thing we were not happy with was the very frequent (sometimes incessant) barking of dogs in the neighbourhood which made sitting outside less pleasant than it would otherwise have been. It seemed that these were dogs owned by people living in the surrounding properties - surely those living there are pretty fed up with it as well! This would stop me recommending the apartment to friends
The apartment was very large, clean and comfortable. Well equipped and fairly quiet. The location was not good. It is only a half hour walk into the city and there are regular buses, but the area around Willa Jolanta is not a very good area. We did not venture out at night at all.
The room was very clean and nicely decorated, it was obvious the renovation was recent, and the owner didn't save on it.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, excellent value for the money. In fact nothing.
Ease of getting in to Gdansk Barking dogs belonging to all the other houses in the vicinity-some nights it went on until 1am. Also cockrel at adjacent property which started crowing at 4.30am so not exactly peaceful
