Great location, nice facility Casino goes empty after midnight.
A Las Vegas style hotel in Cambodia. Very much customer and service orientated. Staff are very attentive. Hotel facilities, apart from the gaming, are not obvious or always easy to locate
Rooms are low quality, construction was happening and not told
excellent service with a smile
the internal decor - Art Deco was lovely, the black and white tiled corridors positively shimmered with polish! Also the concierge staff were extremely helpful I didn't particularly enjoy the meal we had in the Le Royale restaurant which we found a little stuffy and the food not up to the price
historic monumental building, nice watching football in Elephant Bar Room was not ready; they had booked us in a room that could not fit an extra bed that we had requested thru bookings.com. With helpful staff we were upgraded to a better more spacious room
THE HOTEL HAD A COUPLE OF SHORT COMINGS BUT THE STAFF MORE THAN MADE UP FOR THAT. THE STAFF WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO BE HELPFUL. A MR RABY AND MISS SOPHARATH WERE ALWAYS SMILING AND MADE A PERSON FEEL AT HOME, EVEN HELPING ME GET A CAB OR BOOK A TOUR. LOCATION WAS CONVENIENT TO PLACES, BUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS A LITTLE WEAK. POOL WAS SMALL BUT WELL MAINTAINED
A very good boutique hotel in PP, 2 min walk to the royal palace and silver pagoda, and $2 tuk tuk ride to the riverside restaurant strip at Sisowath Quay. The rooms are nicely attired with firm, but comfy four-poster bed, TVs have BBC and CNN and the rooms have AC and fans. The staff and friendly and very helpful - helped to arrange a private taxi for us with hassle. Good coffee Not a negative, but because it is new, tuk tuk drivers will often not know where it is (even with the address provided, so it helps to have a map printed, or preloaded on your mobile.
