Yes I just wish it was cheaper so I could have ate a breakfast and I also wish it could have been kept on longer as drinking the night before and early breakfasts are just not supoosed to fit together. So to sum it up, I think the cost of the brekkie should be included in the main price I payed and it should be untill at least 11:00am finish on a weekday.
Everything! The hotel is in a great location, the staff are friendly and helpful and hotel was clean, comfortable and very up-to-date.
excellent service, promt checking in and out and very friendly staff no
Game Old Trafford No
It was an enjoyable weekend. The bar man on Friday/Saturday & Sunday Night was outstanding.
Rooms were spotless and very well designed. Great to have a kitchen in your room as it gives you the option of doing your own food or eating out. I had to leave
Loved the i-mac in the room and the fast, easy access to the internet with built in dvd player. I thought I had booked room-only, so was pleased to discover the continental breakfasts. The decor of the room was modern and it felt light and bright - with a fantastic shower. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful at all times. There is very easy access to the city centre - most attractions are within walking distance, and the complimentary city centre bus stops very close to the hotel for connections to Picadilly Station and Salford. The noise from the road, but I don't suppose there is much you can do about that. It's the price paid for staying somewhere so central.
Very modern, staff friendly, very clean, comfy king size beds ! Check in time on website is different to check in time when you arrive, so we had to wander around manchester for a while as the room wasn't ready, however the staff rectified this with a complimentary car parking ticket !! bonus !!
Well equipped rooms , friendly staff , great location , just wished I had more time to enjoy it !!
Location and quality of internal fixtures & fittings External appearance is awful and rooms bear little resemblence to photos on the website - very small. Whole of one window covered by a Roomzzzzzz advertising screen!
very close to the china town, and the room is big, the service is really very friendly.
The room, the furniture and the Internet I would not consider the so called breakfast they offered as a breakfast, there were only serving croissants, apples and banans and there were no plates!
The layout of the rooms were excellent Friendly staff, location in the city and siz of room
The location was perfect, minutes walk from shops, bars etc. The room was clean and everything we needed for a weekend break, however the carpet was stained in places. A full length mirror and a few more hooks in the bathroom would be a bonus for us girlies!!!
Location tops the staff were welcoming and helpful the room was of a high boutique standard. I paid £75 for a room I would gladly have paid double that amount for. Just one niggle traffic noise but what do you expect in a city centre.
Staff at check in were friendly Room was large and clean Good WiFi Automated check in did not work Long wait at check in Asked to pay for meal and drink up front in the bar. When I pointed out that I might have a second drink and asked for the bill to be left open until end of meal, I was still asked to pay up front. Very expensive for the quality of the hotel
Very clean and comfortable None
Friendly courteous helpful staff, very clean Television signal very poor, bath tap very stiff to turn on - I had to ask for assistance
Poor check in
Great location, very good staff Only one, the newspaper had to be collected from reception, in other hotels it would be hung on the door if too big to slide under the door
Location, easy access to the city centre.
Great location, walking distance to Manchester Central, busy areas and shopping areas. Safe area even at late hours. Breakfast is good including eggs, bacon, fruits, juices, yogurt. Rooms are comfortable and convinient. Modern bathrooms, everything working perfectly. Great value for money and I would definitely stay there again. Limited number of towels, only one per guest. No toiletries and hair drier in the room. No mini bar.
The location is very good and conventient. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The dining area is very clinical and there's no atmosphere. The rooms have got no information about Manchester and it's facilities.
Decent shower, cool room on a hot day. Value for money. Modern. Clean. Reception area and lobby also doubles as the Breakfast area and bar. This means visitors, tradesmen and general drop-ins all pass through the area. Breakfast and a late night drink (from a trolley) is not relaxing therefore. Perhaps that is what the building works were addressing and why the front door was locked at breakfast (0830hrs) - colleagues could not come in to meet me and had to get the door unlocked so I could meet them and my taxi. Reception did not answer telephone when rang at 0530hrs for an iron - but when I went down there was someone standing there at reception... who told me to go to the ironing room. Ironing room excellent - but a separate room.
staff were very friendly and helpful, room was comfortablethe location was ideal and near to all facilities the bathroom is almost a hazard to guests and especailly to elderly or for people with difficulties you have to step up in to the bath room and it is very small and you have to pull/push with great force to close the door. The hotel also charged the credit card for the full stay even though I rang twice to confirm that I would be paying in cash on arrival. wont be using this website again!!
Good location, modern. Clean. Poor value for money. Poor selection of breakfast items.
Staff were friendly and efficient.
Clean hotel Air con didnt work
Room was clean, pod design bathroom was great - very clean and easy to use shower. Hotel is in a great location, close to business area as well as the shopping centre. I enquired about parking facilities before confirming my booking and was told there was a car park in the road behind the hotel (St James Street, Manchester) and I could get a discount card if I parked there (q car park). I wasn't given directions or sent a map and was led to believe it was easy to find....unfortunately it wasn't! I drove round and round the area but couldn't find it. It turns out St James Street is in two halves - one either side of another road and the one I went down was the wrong one. I ended up parking in an ncp car park which cost me a lot more money. More instruction should be given when staff advise on parking facilities.
The location was ideal for the city centre, near train station, well worth the visit.
