Very little. Breakfast, Costly Valet Parking, very small room for $430 / per night, amenities in room similar to Motel 8 hotels. Definitely not a Hilton Hotel model I would be proud of.
It was located close to everything we wanted to see. We did not need to use our car. Restaurants, shopping, siteseeing
The $24 parking + tip was an experience. Never stayed in a handicapped room before since I'm not handicapped. The $15 free continental breakfast + tip was superb.
The Hilton Bayfront is an amazing hotel. The staff was awesome and our room was comfortable and clean. I would recommend it to everyone I know. It's location is absolutely perfect in the heart of the historic district. walking distance to almost everything.
Room and great location Poor breakfast
very good location foe seeing the sights. The price was reasonable. Could not get to our room because of construction in the hall and rooms on both sides of our room. Power tools and lumber laying across the hall. Dust and dirt everywhere. We asked the woman at the desk when checking in to move us to a different part of the hotel. She said that she would be "happy to cancel our reservation and we could go somewhere else" I asked to speak to a manager and was told that was not possible, the head housekeeper did come out to say that the construction on the room next to us would end at 4PM that day, It did not. Reception, dinning room and bar was closed for renovations. A nearby room was turned into the breakfast room and a temporary reception area was placed in the back, and a portable bar was set up in the evening serving beer and wine. What kind of wine, we asked the server; Red and White. This type of customers service may just keep me from going to a Hilton in the future. Management just didn't care.
The hotel is perfectly located in St. augustine right on the seafront. It is right in the middle of the old St. Augustine, so everything can be easily accessed by walking (5 min max). The rooms are clean and nice. WiFi fast and free. There are no views except for seaviews. St Augustine is a very beautiful city and sea view is not the best thing to see outside of a window here.
Charming staff,Great location, and just an overall enjoyable experience. no
The location to what we wanted to do. Room could have been bigger for the price paid.
It is located in a perfect spot with walking access to shopping, the fort, and Ripley's. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again when we return.
quaint hotel in the heart of everything we wanted to do... parking for hotel guest was over a block away... good thing it was not raining when we were there...
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location within walking distance of nearly everything. Rooms older. Very clean but very limited. Breakfast minimal more like a snack.
Very friendly and helpful staff Noise from nearby tour buses
It was right in the beginning of the town village. Close to everything an it was cozy. Nope

Open air shopping area was fun. location was perfect near bars, shops, water and the fort. Staying above the chocolate shop was too tempting. Also sugar hyped children ran up and down the steps. Fortunately they crashed early.
Clean modern room with large comfortable bed. We did not like the. Tourist Disney quality of the town and HATED that the hotel had no parking and was scared taking out bags out on such a busy intersection. We would not stay there again.
The room overlooked the old town shopping area and had great porches and rocking chairs. The staff was very friendly and came right out to unload the car and give us the parking pass for the garage. Our bags were immediately taken to the room.
This hotel's staff have been extremely friendly, beyond helpful, they offer free continental breakfast, free wi-fi, discounted parking, elevator usage, and the room has that romantic feel. Not a thing.
The location was great They only have one waffle maker so the line was long
The beds were very comfortable breakfast was okay. I liked the location but parking was limited spaces were tight and with that being said I don't think a parking fee was justified. Signs for vending machines but they were non existent. Only one waffle maker so line was long taking too much time.
Most everything was satisfactory. Great location and can walk downtown. Clean and comfortable. No hot water for morning shower. I think it went out overnight as it was fine the night before.
Location and friendly staff
The location The pool was filthy. They charge for parking, we were put up on 4th floor and we got up there and it felt like a sauna. Beds uncomfortable. Please let staff know that the filters have to run on the pool and fix the hot tub.
Breakfast bar was impressive, we got to make our own waffles , coffee was hot and fresh, and staff was enthusiastic and professional Nothing
Convenience , easy walking distance to old town. Our reservations were screwed up . Weren't notified of reassigned rooms 3 miles away . Eventually cost 20$ more nite
Location for the price was great. The staff was friendly although we felt bad for the housekeeper who was an older women and had 16 rooms to clean while the manager let the rest of the staff go home after only doing 5 or 6 rooms. She was still working at 7:30 pm. Our bathroom had four different light bulbs, blue painters tape still in place from two patches on the walls, the water trickled from the sink but is was OK. Breakfast was slim but that was expected. The employee running breakfast was great.
Easy walk to attractions. Quiet, clean rooms. Plentiful continental breakfast. Wasn't a fan of paying $150 a night and having to pay for parking as well.
The staff was great and Allowed us to check in early! Hotel Was great walking distance to shops, food and th fort, perfect for our family to sightsee without taking the car around. The sheets on the bed were dirty, the carpet felt wet and the hallways were musty and had no Ac . Rooms could have been maintained a bit better.
Staff was very friendly. Housekeeper very accommodating and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Room was great size (we brought an inflatable toddler bed with us and we had plenty of room for it-which is hard to find in the historic district. Breakfast was yummy and there we alot of choices.
Room was exceptionally clean. Staff was very friendly and informative. Room was very small, if traveling with more than 3 it would have been very very cramped. Pool area was a bit outdated and small. Was woke up at 530am by garbage truck emptying dumpster.
Great location, great price. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking is tight, but there are spots for everyone. Nothing
extremely professional staff, great location and great price - will definitely return
