I like the kindness of the personal from restaurant and because the hotel was close to the beach I don't like that don't have any electric generator and we stayed 36 hours without electricity, even for kitchen or emergency lights. The personal from reception was without no amability
There are two hotels. 4-star hotel is ok. Unfortunately I have stayed at 3 stars. Even if the reservation was made for four stars. It was already night and we had no alternative. The difference between three stars and four stars is obvious. .When I closed the door, the handle broke. Did not anyone repaired two days !
Location Food was an abomination, couldn't push twin beds together as they were bolted to the floor. Why, when the hotel was only a quarter full did they not supply a double bed
beach close to hotel, clean rooms, good choice in food, staff friendly but very poor english, maybe this is the reason that they were sometimes helpless
The service in this family run hotel is wonderful, nothing was too much trouble, we were made to feel very much at home. We will certainly stay here again. Cannot think of anything - it's very good.
The members of the family who run the hotel are very friendly and they have a desire to please.Good international music at the bar. The room was OK: very clean and with usefull furniture. Lot of TV chanels.Plenty of parking spaces nearby. Two unfinished hotels nearby, one blocking almost entire sea view. Better driving directions. Sveti Vlas is a very fast growing town but nobody knows the streets by name.
This hotel was excellent breakfast was good, friendly, clean and great value for money. Food did meals that where excellent and good value.
The room (studio) was clean and large. The restaurant prices and the quality of the food are good. The breakfast (included in the price) could be more a little bit richer. One of the receptionist did not speak bulgarian language. The phone listed on the booking.com site belongs to the owners and nobody picked it up for more than two hours. We lost almost two hours looking for the hotel.
very nice people (staff and owner too); various breakfast; we got the room even before of check-in time and they set up a small bed for my 7 y daugher without any request from my side small rooms and tiny balcony
The staff were very friendly and obliging. I have stayed in many hotels in Bulgaria and it is difficult to find friendly staff so this was very refreshing. The breakfast was good also.
nice and cozy. very close to the beach. has a nice view. breakfast was too expensive for what you get in return. You'd better have breakfast at one of the beach restaurants - cheaper and better. For one apartment you get free only one umbrella and chair at the beach per day no matter how many ppl you are.
Nice, spacious apartment equipped with everything you need Hotel was nice but it was problematic that nearly nobody (excet the reseptionist) spoke English. Much better in Nessebar and Sunny Beach. Bring cash, shops and restaurants do not accept credit cards and there are few cash dispensers in Sveti Vlas. There was a power failure that lasted for approx 24 hours when we arrived. Without cash (Euro or Leva) you are lost!!
This hotel is in a fantastic location, right on a marina with two blue flag beaches either side. This area seems to be the place to be seen on the Black Sea Coast! The heat was unbearable during our stay and the air conditioned apartment was a great relief from the heat.
Clean room, pool. Good location, kindly staff. No fan and hooks for towels.
The location is excellent and it is an excellent value for money.
location - really 50m to the beach we stayed in room 101 which was just few meters away from reception of Iris building ; there where some visitors or friends of the reception staff talking loudly & laughing till 1:00 AM ; they eventually left just before to completely lose my patience & call the manger/owner
The location was excellent. A quiet place in a quiet new resorth built to recharge the batteries. The view to the bay was very charming. The impression of privacy was very rewarding. A safe parking place. The staff - excepting the owner of the hotel who was very helpful and pleasant - does not speak English. Nevertheless they are very good at Russian. The food must be more European, especially the dinner. The sensation was that the cooker was Bulgarian from the country side. The breakfast must be more diverse and the quality must be increased to salami, ham, coffee, soft drinks and stuff like these. Anyway the ratio value/money was good.
Well situated for beach and amenities. Spotlessly clean.
I was not wrong to choose the Hotel Panorama. I had a very easy and relaxing holiday. The location is perfect with the beach just 50 meters from the hotel. It is very good for young people and families as all the shops and facilities are very close by. The hotel swimming pool is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was exactly like in the pictures, spacious, very clean, with a wonderful sea view. I would not hesitate to go to this hotel again and I have recommended it to my friends and family. I especially enjoyed a breakfast coffee on the open terrace, looking at the sea, to start my day. I do a lot of travelling around the world and I can say that if you book this hotel, you won't be disappointed. No. It was perfect. A 3 star hotel with very high standards at a great price.
My girlfriend and i had a great time at the hotel... it was inexpensive, clean, close to the beach, food was great and we had a blast!!!!! Lots of things to do close by and a great pool. Gonna go back there soooooon!
