the hotel is clean and looks new, service level is okay, personnel is friendly and helpful. The hotel building itself is quite impressive piece of modern Scandinavian architecture. Parking is free of charge and big enough. Hotel is located in couple of minutes walk from "Fat Margarita" tower of the old town, though it's away from the business facilities in downtown - 20+ minutes till Viru Keskus. It was really cold in my room and no one was able to do anything about it. Internet connection speed was extremely low, so I could hardly check my emails.
Beautiful building very close to the historical centre with parking - very convenient price
Staff, location, price view from window, sauna was booked
The location of this hotel is quite convenient to the old town. Our room didn't have an outside window. The room was stuffy and warm. The air conditioning and sink didn't work. The entrance was very difficult to find.
Comfortable room, excellent location, polite staff
Close to the beautiful city centre. Converted factory gave it a nice minimalist design feel. Two things. (1) The view from my bedroom window was a building site. (2) The pedestrian access to the hotel was very poor, dominated by a barrier for cars. Pedestrians had to walk on a woodchip flower bed to the side of the barrier. I have notice that hotels in Eastern and Central Europe tend to be too car-oriented.
Situated very close to the Ferry Terminal for Helsinki, as well as being close to the walled city centre of Tallinn.
very close to the old city center, 1 min by walking, calm, good food. Best what u could choose.
Compared with our earlier visits in this hotel the breakfast was better and service personnel more polite. With experince so far we like the execellent location of the hotel and it's quietness which might be due to our visit time outside heaviest tourist seasons.
Location of hotel is close to cente of "Old town", good and professional staff, good enough breakfast (menu and its assortment) Nothing to say, everything was very nice, thnks a lot
Breakfast & safe car parking and location No
Manglende minibar.
Perfekt beliggenhed, meget venlig betjening, nydeligt værelse meget komfortabelt.
The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings. The location is great for getting around Tallinn. Very close to the Old Town, train station, hipster area, and 3 min walk to the tram. I would definitely stay here again! The only thing I didn't like was having to leave my key at the front desk when exiting. It felt more like a hostel in this instance.
Hostel was new, modern, small building middle of old wooden house -area. Rooms were clean and well-equipped (tv, fridge, own bathroom). Hostel was peaceful and there is well-equipped kitchen at the basement.
This hostel is like a hotel in furniture, but without restaurant, but with kitchen. And very cheap. I suppose, "Vabriku apartments" is Bed&Breakfast, not classical hostel. Fine rooms and kitchen, fine personnel.
Very little though the laborers I met were great expect I do not understand a word of Russian. No communication. What you need to know that this place is really a temp home for day laborers. It is foolishness pretending this is anything but that.
