We absolutely loved the hotel, the staff was so friendly and the hotel itself was perfect. Nice rooms, beautiful swimmingpool and enough restaurants to choose from. Would definitely come back again.
Location Hotel was definitely not a 4 star. It was an old hotel that was only half refurbished. A 2 star hotel with a 4 star facade.
Outdoor pool is wonderfull and all ambient around it. Breakfast is also good, various food is offered and served. Nice bars and restorants of this hotel.Close to main street, situated just in Agia Napa city center.Parking is free. Standard rooms are 3star rooms, everything is limited....only 8 TV channels, what is really poor...if you can, better choose for superior rooms. Famous Nissi beach is not reachable by walking only by car, and public beach is 7-10 minutes by walk and is not really good. Local Church bells are ringing 07:30 in the morning so if you are not good sleeper this time will be your wakeing up time. Reception did not want to borrow us eletricity plug converotr, they sent us to local shop to buy it.
Pool!!!!! Excellent! Everything was great!
excellent staff, very friendly.great facilities and excellent food.We ate dinner both nights. Noise from front of hotel after midnight.Cost of internet which did not work properly anyway. Most cafes give free access for the price of a coffee. Our party of six spent hundreds of euros and then 8euros for internet-wake up to the real world.
the luxury of the hotel and the facilities that offer together with the relaxing environment is a pleasant for any visitor there. Also the price was excellent. the only small dis-advantage was the cypru's stations on tv.Only 2 stations were visible.
Location, cleaniness, staff, gorgeous
near the night life and beach the air condition in reception and breakfast.the behaviour of the staff
The staff was nice. The room was clean and comfortable but not outstanding as one could await for a room that is supposed to be superior ( high season : 200 E per night says a memo in the room ). The breakfast is fair very english oriented. small things not really annoying but funny : You have to pay on arrival. A first for me. You have to pay for the safe in the room. The linen are changed only 2 to 3 times per week by regulation. Not that I would have them changed everyday, but I may have to for some reason. And I do not like not to have the choice to keep them or not.Interrestingly also, this remark that you cannot take away food from the breakfast buffet, or you have to pay for it. Never seen that in my life. What is more annoying if you want peace : I had a room with view on the swimming pool: from there you hear very well live concerts given at the pool. Again it is in town center in a very party oriented town ( peak season ). So you must know what you want.
Friendly Staff / Clean Room
breakfast was good. pools environment was good.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx pools were not so clean. Entertainment very minor at the hotel day and night. restaurants not so active...At check in, they had us prepay the full amount of the stay. We had to leave 1 day earlier for emergency and they refused to refund...televisions are still old fashioned although this is supposed to be a 5 stars...
Family suites are nice and big, just what needed with 2 children. Loved the pools and all outdoor environment. Breakfast was rich. Most important the kids loved it as it had good facilities for them.
The sports facilities, level of comfort and interior decor, other guests that I met The quality of the in-room computer wifi system could have been better.
The pool area is amazing for relaxing, sunbathing and swimming. WiFi was so expensive and was not available in the rooms.
Located on the beach. Provides beach/pool towels No tea/coffee making facilities. Stupid and inconvenient beach towels changing system. To sum up - average beach hotel, not 5*, just 4* max.
Cleanliness, and friendly Staff no kettle in the room
That they were a lot of scheduled events, especially for kids I had to make a huge distance to go from the one side of the rooms to the other
Good facilities, spacious pool complex and situated on beach. Staff very helpful. Easy walk to bars and restaurants but allow around 25-30 mins for central area. This is a large hotel catering for package tours though the scale of the place copes with the numbers. The in-house entertainment can be off-putting. Breakfast is a crowded event. Difficult to attract attention for coffee. General breakfast experience was poor.
We loved how the hotel was right on the beach. We simply alternated between swimming in one of the hotels pools or alternatively at Nissi beach in the beautiful Mediterranean sea. Did not expect to have to pay extra for the use of the safe. TV channels were slightly limited. No Tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
No need to go anywhere. Food is great, the beach and swimming pools are on your doorstep and there is an on-site supermarket. No parking problems at all. No cash needed anywhere. Only negative was a hard mattress that made sleeping less comfortable
perfect beach; not far from city center (max 15 min); shopping/ touristic area starts just outside the hotel; good restaurants
It has a very chilled out, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I liked the fact you don't have to dress up while in the hotel...you can go from your room to the pool or beach and back in your swimmers!! It's a nice easy walk to the night life and restaurants of Ayia Napa. The beach is great. Although its beautifully clean and the rooms are bright, breezy and well appointed, it's quite an and old hotel and shows it's age in some areas. It's not 5 star compared to international stantard but charges as such.
The smile of the cleaners Yes. 1. Required reservation for swimming pool. 2. Charged 10.7 euro per day for the breakfast of a 2 year old boy. 3. Whereas on your page it os stated check out time 12:00 - 15:00 they demanded check out at 12:00 sharp claiming that it is subject to availability. Subject to availability is not stated on your web page. 3. Poor selection for breakfast. Poorer than 4 and even 3 star hotels we have stayed in spain, poland, brussels etc
Hotel has really excellent seaside location with true sandy beach. The strong point is for sure very good, helpfull staff. The quality of restaurants is not 5 stars
Excellent location on the seaside, clean and spacious rooms and hotel territory, good sandy beach and large swimming pool. Hotel's equipment (e.g. key-opened safe locker, hairdryer) and furniture are in not excellent condition, food in the restaurants is good, but not delicious.
The Grecian Bay has all the facilities you could need for a nice holiday, in a very good location. The food is one of the restaurants was of a very low standard and there was drilling outside our bedroom early in the morning which was really loud and annoying!
the beach and the sea. cleaning the room more efficient (there were ants and bugs in the bathroom) and changing the air-conditioning system -in my room (110) I felt daily smell from the kitchen
Poor service for 5 star.
I loved it!
cuisine, cost effectiveness, clear beach, good services Though according to conditions of booking prepayment should not be taken, I was charged at the moment of booking a hotel; the hotel is very old, many things in the room are broken and it is impossible to improve them ( f.ex. bathroom equiment)
great seaside location, nice sandy beach, kind and polite staff, clean rooms, well-organized animation programs (although we were not particpate in it)...Breakfast menu was also.o.k.. So, it was a pleasant (but unfortunately short) stay over there on a good - low-season - price level. We will come back, for sure. nothing special, only to pay for the sunbeds and umbrellas or the night porter with dandruff...
A perfect location, relevant equipment, plenty of room, vast & comfortable with careness services at the wonderful beach.
the open veranda/pool bar/breakfast area and its location on the golden sand beach.
Hotel is very nice situated at the beach. Very nice big terrace open to sea where you can enjoy your breakfast, all is easy for access.Good recreation program, table tenis, boching at the beach, volleyball at the beach..Open restaurant is very nice and prices of snakes are afforadable. Hotel is 5 minutes drive from Agia Napa city centre, so around 4km, and it is at ideally quite position for resting. Very nice sandy beach just at the front of the hotel. WI-FI internet is free and access is everywhere in hotel. Gym and indoor pool are just giving a good picture of this 4 star hotel. Special programs for guests in the evening hours with music and tombola, as well as good program for children. Rooms are speciuos and good, quite large. First nice we were sent to hotel near by as our hotel was completely full. Umbrellas and beds at the beach you must pay for it.
The location of the hotel
Location was very good and we were attending a wedding at the hotel. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and professional. The porter was very helpful and very willing to assist us. Cleaning staff were quiet rude at time of check out.
I liked the fact that the hotel was so close to the wonderful beach. The hotel staff was excellent. The breakfast was wonderful, many things to choose from. Clean and tidy. The room was big enough. There was a water leak in the bathroom. We had asked for maintenance which was sent immediately. We had left the room while they were fixing it. When we got back the bathroom was dirty, obviously because of the maintenance and the problem was not fixed! We kept quiet about it because we didn't want to ruin our vacation. The pool was tiny for 5 star hotel but we didn't mind, we had the beach!
free WiFi in lobby, breakfast not to charge for WiFi in rooms, indoor swimming pool
The receptionist (whose name I have forgotten unfortunately) was a most helpful woman who arranged for our transport to Larnaca after our shuttle to Larnaca failed to come.
The staff were really friendly and helpful from befor I arrived and even after I had checked out
The hotel staff was amazingly kind and polite all the time! Also the hotel manager upgraded our room free of charge.
Stunning location on the beach, excellent facilities, and friendly staff.
The personnel was very pleasant, kind, always with a smile on their face, ready to help you. We leave it on everyone’s judgment to decide if this is a 5 star hotel! Mislead by the average total grade of the hotel. Compared to the Four Seasons Hotel in Lemesos, & other 5 star hotels this should maximum have 3 stars. Strongly not recommended for a stay due to the following: 1) Waiting every morning for apprx. 20 minutes to find seat for breakfast 2) The swimming pool(only some meters long) is suitable for a small apartment complex 3) Broken lift 4) Expensive, E.G. a bottle of water 500ml costs €4,5 while at the same time a supermarket near sells 12 500ml bottles for €3,5 only! 5) Hotel internal areas are small 6) Difficult to find dinner seat as well as sun bed during the day 7) Carrying your bags from underg. parking only by stairs
The location was good as well as the pool and terrace area were great. The staff were also helpful when asked. The hotel does not reflect the 5* category. The quality of the funiture in guest rooms, furnishings and the general decor of the hotel is old and outdated. One would expect more quality design in a 5* hotel. Though the General Manager who is a professional person explained that the hotel's refurbishment is based on customer wants and demands.
food was excellent, air con was to a very high standard, I asked for a room upgrade and i got it, the bed was huge! choice of tv channels too poor, radio didnt work, breakfast finished too early, some of the food orders werent right, although still delicious
The staff were very friendly and hospitable and the location of the hotel was excellent.
our room was upgraded to sea view with no extra charge, the room was clean and the food was very good in a very good price, the beach infront of the hotel was perfect the cypriot greek night
Friendly staff , excellent food, overall excellent hotel.
Room was big. Room was old, sheets were clean but old. Some of the staff was unfriendly and biased towards nationalities. No WiFi in the room as promised. Was charged by minibar items I did not use - be careful when removing items from the minibar and placing them somewhere else. I needed some space in the refrigirator.
They gave me a bottle of wine for my birthday and I did not tell them it was my birthday. I need a plaster for my nail that had broken and they never had one.
The location of the hotel was great. All the services and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the best room (we think) the view was amazing. We would have preferred a double or queen size bed.
Very good quiet location, nice beach, good breakfast and pool bar, tea/coffee maker. Free wi-fi (but only in lobby). Vatiety of dishes at International night buffet.
Swimming pool was closed by 18:00
Very god location worn out rooms, needs renovation to be forur star !
Behøver en vesentlig make over på værelsene.
There we're 2 female managers at the reception desk which we're really helpful. This brighten up our day, and made the whole experience better. Also the hotel is pretty cheap 1. no hot water all the time, sometimes just mild, or even almost straight cold water. 2. a male reception guy which wasn't nice. 3. the hotel was pretty far from agia napa, but the map, shown at your site was a bit deceiving - we understood how far it is only when we got there. Maybe it's our fault, maybe the site's. 4. the room was pretty stuffy, no air flow if we close the door (which is a shame - because there is a window right next to the door - if we could have opened it it would air the room. but the window wasn't designed to be open.) also the site shows there's A/C in the room, but doesn't state it costs extra, and that the A/C is shut down at 16:00(!!). at 16:00 it's still very hot!
ideal hotel, very clean, all staff are very helpful and polite. rooms have facilities for self catering, own balcony. swimming pool is clean and big, also small pool for children. reception manned 24 hours. local bus service outside hotel, beach across the road. the only thing we didnt like about our stay was having to leave and go home
*location right to one of the best waterparks..and also 3min away from nissi beach and 6 min away from the ayia nappa square(nightlife).* hotel appartement was big a and spacious.*minimarket/souvenir shop right insisde the hotel. paying extra for the aircondition.
Fantastic apartment resort with swimming pool - walking distance of Macronissos and Fabulous Landa Beach. Loutsianna has everything you need Swimming Pool, Restaurant Bar and Supermarket all on site. But best of all and what made my stay special was the fantastic staff who were happy, great fun and always willing to help. Definately recommended and I will be back soon. A big thank you to all.
Quite and self catering I wished if they did not charge for any additional service such as the Air conditioning (6 Euros additional ) jaccuzzi (additional).
the rooms were clean and of a good size.swimming pool area was good and very clean.bar/restuarant staff very friendly.
the staff, the barbecue party, the pool, the barman, George the breakfast
food in bar was very good and value for money Very basic rooms.Need to be refurbished.
apartment was very nice
We like the area as it was near a beach & next to the Waterpark and is peaceful
Welcoming and very quiet place, the staff is very pleasant, clean apartment, perfect swimming pool, in 10 min we are in the center of Ayia Napa, Many thanks Internet access only available in common parts at the reception
Large room with everything you need inide: Fridge, plates, towels. Great balcony..try to take a room in the 2nd floor. The staff was very nice. That they charced my credit card without getting my approval first, although it ststed on the web that the credit card is for deposit use only .
Good value for money. Facilities and rooms clean and staff very helpful
Room was big enough, failities were fair, distance from the city centre fairly short. There was a big cockroach in the room. There was no soap in the bathroom. The breakfast was not good:Bacon and eggs were burnt. e
the beds could be a bit more comfortable you should not have to pay for the air cone and it can be a bit noisy in the mornings by passing cars
Cleanliness of our rooms. late check out time additional cost for a/c
Big apartment space with kitchen and cooking supplies (pots/pans/plates/cups), nice pool outside, living room and bedroom. Great location across the street from the beach, short walk to all restaurants, bars, and clubs. Not very cheap, but you get what you pay for.
The location was excellent. Beach, shopping, and clubs within walking distance. The beds were uncomfortable and room could use some upgrades.
i admired best the car park facility with 24 hour reception to offer needed help. the internet service is a rip off, but the wifi compansated for it.
nice pool. alot off scandinavians. No brits :) staff at the pool bar was not nice.. Didn`t even try to smile.. Exept one young swedish guy doing his best!
Location, staff, ne gym facilities Sauna was broken
Very close to main centre of Aya Napa. Nice pool and restaurant / bar area. Rooms were a bit grimey (I found an old piece of spaghetti stuck to the wall by the kitchen!).
Location was very good. The rooms were clean and the pool was nice. The furniture is pretty old. There were some bugs crawling in the hall and some ants in the room. I guess this was due to open doors from pool area to the hall and from balcony to the rooms.
Good location (close to the beach and directly near shops, restaurants), nice staff, spacious room(s), free WIFI, free parking at hotel site.
The hotel was very clean and the staff very nice and friendly. Great pool. Good location. Hotel rooms very old. No double beds.Sheets and blankets very old.No remote for tv,no cable. No cleaning products to wash your dishes and cleaning staff didnt wash dishes either.I felt 100 euro per night quite expsensive for a old and very basic room.
facilities are good in hotel, if they decide problem with cockroaches it will be pleasant to stay there. there were big cockroaches in our room and the only thing staff has recommended is to spray the repellent as if it is usual thing. I wouldn't recommend to stay there if you would like to have pleasant vacation
The cleanliness of the room, the friendliness of the hotel staff, and of course the price of a twin room.
Friendly, clean and very good service There is no air conditioning in the lobby making it impossible to relax in the lobby
Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast You have to pay extra to use the mini fridge in the rooms
Good location for beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The nearby beach is clean and has clear blue sea. Free WiFi in reception. Didn't use restaurants other than breakfast which was fine. A few minor things like loose carpet in the lift door - a definite trip hazard.
I liked the friendly staff most of all because they were very welcoming and willing to help at any time of the day. The place was clean and the breakfast was vast and abundant.
