Great location, in a village unspoiled by technology. Beautiful hotel park, very suitable for relaxing. Rooms cleanliness is debatable. We needed to ask several times before someone came to clean the room and change the towels. We had to change room in the middle of our stay, with no previous notice, even though that was known by the hotel staff before we even got there. Small problems occuring were not solved despite our repeated requests. Friendly staff, but overwhelmed by too many guests and too much work.
Hotel was quiet, off the beaten track which is what we wanted and not overrun with package holiday Brits. Despite requesting to be met at airport on late evening arrival and confirming in phone call to hotel a couple of days prior to our arrival this would happen, it did not! and following 2 costly mobile phone calls and having to ask a helpful salesman at the airport to translate for us with the hotel, a taxi was arranged for us at the airport. Nobody at the hotel could explain why we weren't met.
outstanding location. wonderful beach, perfect pool, helpful staff, large and very clean rooms, great value for the money. Maybe the best total experience for a hotel in 3 weeks of travel. Difficult to fine, due to poor mapping function and GPS doesn't work in Turkey even with brand new chip (just haven't mapped the GPS yet). Hotel mapping no better. Your service needs to improve this part for travelers in foreign countries.
We recently visited Cirali for ten days and stayed for the duration at the Hotel Odile. The Hotel is superbly located literally across the road from the beach and with 2 mins walk of a small market. In addition, there are numerous restaurants within a five to ten minute walk. One of the most noticeable things about the Hotel Odile is the staff. From arrival to departure the staff could not have been more welcoming, friendly and dedicated to ensuring guests had a fantastic time. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. The hotel pool (only one of a few in Cirali) is beautiful and never seemed too busy. Overall, the Hotel Odile is an excellent place for a relaxing beach holiday and I would highly recommend it.
The proximity to the beach and the lovely grounds. We were very happy with the hotel. The staff was pleasant but not always very informative. We were not told of the late afternoon snack, for example, or the two options for getting to Olympos. But they did lend us a flashlight to see the Chimera, which was very helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful place.
We are frequent visitors to various parts of the Turkish coast (at least 3 trips a year) and can say that Cirali and the Hotel Odile is one of the most relaxing experiences we have had. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens, with a pool, but also right next to the fabulous Cirali beach. Everything is very 'low key', compared to the bustle of the big resort complexes nearer to Antalya, so it's perfect for restful family break.
The location is perfect, only a minute from the beach. It is located in a very calm, quiet area, far from the crowded cities. Good for relaxing. Big and comfortable double bed, the room was also big enough and clean. We've got big beach towels too. The breakfast is also very nice. The pool is wonderful, better than I thought. The staff should be a little bit more friendly and helpful. But basically they were fine too.
the swimming pool, breakfast buffet, the mountain scenery from the swimming pool The dinner is too expensive as compared to restaurant along the beaches; the bedrooms are not cleaned every day
Peace & quiet, set in lovely grounds with mountain views, a good pool (note: no shallow end) and close to the uncrowded beach. It's very relaxing but with opportunities for the more active to walk the nearby local trails, visit the Chimera or walk along the beach to the ruins at Olympos. Good restaurants 5-10 minutes walk away. Room cleaning could be better. Most sun loungers had broken panels. Cheap orange 'juice' at breakfast.
the stuff were very warm , welcoming, helping, very nice to everyone . the rooms are comfortable , no t.v. and no telephon, no music. but for us it was a good escape from everything. the location is close to the beach and we needed only walking everywhere. Good relaxe. we needed to ask to change the towels after 2 days.No one entered the room for cleaning the floor nor changing the sheets .
Attentive and very helpful staff with a real family atmosphere of people there to make your stay memorable. Set in an oasis of palmtrees singing with a proud collection of exotic birds you will be entertained as well as enchanted.
Wonderful relaxing and friendly hotel in unspoilt natural surroundings. Great food too.
Good clean and comfortable rooms close to the beach. Good breakfast and friendly staff but nothing was exceptional about the property.
Friendliness of the owner, country atmosphere.
Everything was great - the employees of the hotel were helpful and hearty in a way I never had the luck to experience until now. The original turkish food was very delicious and cheap. Everything was clean and well kept. A big big compliment and thanks. People who would like to spend a quiet time should notice that the risk of meeting a lot of (loud) children is rather high.
This was absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed in. My children loved it, my wife and I adore the hotel, and our hosts made us feel as if we were at home. We cannot wait to visit again. The food, surroundings and accomodation were unbelievably good!!
we were really happy - very beautifull hotel , nice place, birds sing song, everywere lemons groves, quite, fill ourself like at home. little bit small bath facility, but enough for me and child
Perfect hotel with the extremely helpful and friendly owner. Note that Cirali is a very noisy village with billions of hungry mosquitos and hundreds children screaming like mad squirrels.
We liked everything about this hotel the owners were just lovely and very helpful the rooms and the garden were very clean and comfortable with lots of places to relax in the garden The breakfasts were wonderful Very relaxing and enjoyable holiday no
This is a delightful small hotel run very personally by the extremely caring and thoughtful owners. It is set in a small garden a few minutes from a long beach, surrounded by orange groves. nice typical turkish food and very warm and friendly staff. The facilities are simple but very adequate. Strongly recommended and we hope to visit ourselves again.
A wonderful place. Bungalows placed in a beautiful garden, very peaceful and quiet. Value for money excellent!
A true oasis of tranquility in the heart of nature. The bungalows are very spacious and cozy. Superb garden and copious breakfast with real organic produce.
This was my second stay at Grand Aygun this year and it felt like coming home. The family caters for everything, they help with advice and organizing activities, the food is so healthy (missed 2 kg without feeling hungry at all). An excellent mix of country house and all modcons and so close to the sea!
Thanks to Ramazan the manager and his family for a truly wonderful tıme in Cirali. Delicious home grown food, perfect location and a very relaxing time. One of the best hotels I have stayed at
Room upgrade. View from room. Hotel setting and grounds. The breakfasts. The home cooking. Hotel should offer inclusive price for dinner, bed and breakfast
Staff attitude excellent, great meals.. Cirali beach was perfect. Grand Aygun Hotel has good location.
I liked friendly atmosphere. Good meals. Good locations-close to beach and Olympos. And it's probably best beach from all Likya coast.
silent, great orange garden, delicious meals, good staff.
Nice cosy hotel for a quiet rest. Orange and lemon trees, banana palms all around. Beach is just 5 min walk but you can rent a bicycle and it will take you 2 min. Bike is 5 euro per day but you can rent it for several days and get a discount (I took for 6 and paid 25 euros). Breakfasts are all the same each day and very simple. Also the staff of the hotel tries to get you dinner for 10 Euros but you can have meals for less in the village. Also regarding transfers - hotel asks for 70 Euros one way from Antaliya airport but in the village you can order transfer for 30 or 20 Euros per person.
The family that runs the hotel were absolutely lovely. Its very close to the beach (best beach ever) and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast was a bit limited for our liking. There was only white bread and vegetables (and jam) if you dont like turkish cheese and eggs. Veg was home grown and lovely however. Could have done with some cereal and juice.
All of it, it was peaceful, close to the beach and run by a very hospitable family. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, we had a wonderful time. Make sure you eat mrs Aygun's amazing cuisine too! Fantastic views.
not much I don't think this hotel offered good value for money. A double room cost 55 euros but the accomodation was really basic and poor. We have stayed in much better hotels for less around Turkey. We had to ask for toilet paper the second day since not enough was provided. Room service wasn't provided every day. The landlord seemed to push for us to have dinner there. We accepted one evening, but no menu was given to us, we had to eat what they had prepared without knowing what it would cost. When we got the final hotel bill we were surprised to see that we were charged 50 TL for 2, which is what we would spend for a good dinner out including alcohol in a good restourant. The hotel wasn't even located very close to the beach.
