Fordele: Location is not the best - but rarely do I get to stay in such a fantastic hotel....room was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. Hotel is fantastic and breakfast was just amazing. Atrium is amazing with live palms and orchids growing inside the hotel. They even serve beer if you want some! I will return to this hotel soon because I loved staying here.

Ulemper: Only stayed 1 night and I did not want to leave! Getting fat from eating too much at breakfast. Maybe needs more seating in front foyer - Jokes aside I can't fault the hotel.

Fordele: The room was modern furnished, I think it was just renovated so it feels like a brand new hotel. The hot water was great. And a bathtub on all type of room is what I love the most. The breakfast was ok, under 7 years old are free of charge, which was quite generous

Fordele: The staff are very accommodating and their Singapore laksa on the breakfast buffet was delicious!

Ulemper: They gave us the smoking room, even it's clear stated that i request non smoking room and they refused to change to non smoking room!

Fordele: Breakfast was great, a lot of choices. Staff were nice and helpful. You might add Cirebon favorite menu, it wold be great

Ulemper: so far everything is okay. But surprisingly, your hotel just like in US or Europe, no body offer help to bring your luggage to your room or offer to escort to your room. It is not a big deal for me

Fordele: Breakfast!! Almost all the food are delicious. There are cirebon food corner and many choices of other meals (light and heavy). Thanks Grage Cirebon. The location is good.. Last but not least, the staf are friendly and helpfull. I left my son jacket and they send it back to me. What a prompt response. Thanks Grage

Ulemper: The room is smell of smoke eventhough that is “NONSMOKING “ room. The bath shower is not standard for 4 stars hotel. The security lock is out of function. The towel hanger is not hotel standard. The way of waitress serve the bread is not hygienis. She hold it with hand with out plastic clove

Ulemper: I was given 2 connected rooms which seems never been used for years, dust every where especially in each corner & under every table and even on my bed sheets, there's mosquito & little lizard in the wall, the room smell very weathered and there's leak marks on the ceiling. I'm very disappointed, with santika brand and price, it should be better

Fordele: Lots of foods already finished and the staffs didn't care to refill. Staffs were unfriendly, didn't react kindly as they have been noticed that cups and napkins were missing after previous guests. Food quality was bad, totally different than the room service, which was superb.

Fordele: location and the vintage building are both excellent, the painting on the wall is nice, staff are friendly

Fordele: This place used to be a very good hotel, I think It still was five years back but now it desperately need a major renovation. We stay here for our honeymoon in 2011 and it seems it was great back then. There’s a lot of things that outdated, the refrigerator inside the cabinet, TV, the bathroom, The food for breakfast was so-so with very bad coffee. The hotel towels seems very old and there’s a lot of ants when we leave crumbs of food in the room and even in the bathroom. The things that hasn’t changed is the service, the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Ulemper: The coffee, the room, the utilities (the towels looks old even though it changed several time during our 8 night stay), there’s no hair dryer (maybe you have to request it to the receptionist??), the service was nice but it a bit slow. The massage room seems not well prepared for a guest, maybe this is the standard of the three star hotel? But I still enjoy the good massage from the therapist, mba Isma.

Ulemper: I request for no smoking room. They gave it, but the room smelled very sharp (smoke smell) . Lucky me the staff take fast action to solve this.

Fordele: I think I'm a fan of Batiqa brand for mid price accommodation in Indonesia. It is well designed and well decorated, everything is suitable and comfortable.

Fordele: The hotel probides us a pick up and deliver us back to and from the train station nearby, even it's just around 300 meters from the hotel site. More than that, the hotel also offering us a wheelchair since we bring our parent with 86 year old. Thank you for all of your hospitality and excellent service!

Ulemper: 'Angkringan' service in the afternoon. Its a light traditional snack and local becerages (wedang jahe and wedang secang) which are free for all guests. It is served between 4 pm until 7 pm daily, however when we just came back from sightseeing at 9 pm, the Angkringan stall still open and we still be served for free. Wonderful service!!

Ulemper: Not too clean with hairs in the sink. Despite new, it seems to decrease in comfort, I.e. the bed must be cheap. Still ok at the moment but for how long. 1 lift broken, renovated on the same floor I stayed despite hotel seemed fairly empty.

Fordele: Value for money. It was clean, great location near the train station, in front of pharmacy next to atm/bank. They provide water dispenser so you can refill your bottle or make hot drinks. Internet was stable. Room was clean.

Ulemper: I got bitten by bed bugs. I told receptionist during check out and they seem to be sorry. Stayed in room 807.

Fordele: Breakfast is good considering it's a budget hotel but could do more with the fresh milk and better tea. Happy with the room, the only thing missing is soap for your hand and more hook to hang your towel by the shower not by the toilet. Beware the beds are tights but comfortable.

Fordele: Amazing view from the room !!! Just for that it is really worth it. Nice bedrooms with everything you need (water, towels, toothbrushs...). The cafe is open late enough which was enjoyable.

Fordele: They provide our request (connecting door, highest floor). The taste of breakfast was average, but we appriciate their traditional side dish / appetizer/drink (ex. Bubur Sumsum, Jamu Kunyit Asam, teh uwuh). I always make NEO at my 1st priorirty choice when i travel.

Ulemper: The Parking Lot...so limited. The quality grade of coffe..please upgrade the level & taste, provide coffee machine.

Ulemper: Satff attitude when the first check in no one was help us bring the luggage, and when i came to room, the room still not ready yet, it was some engineering tools still there, its means the room under maintenance, but he insist the room ready at the system, and when i back to reception, one of staff was didn't know to handle complain with arogan attitude, when i see the towel it was really TERRIBLE!!! but anyway thank you for Security was help us to bring our luggage, the breakfast oke, for budget hotel

Fordele: In General. Staff was very helpful and friendly. As far as breakfast, I am not familiar with Indonesian food, I've tried it. It was different. I managed to get other things.

Ulemper: First room had strong cigarette smell. We changed to another room which first was okay, but later smell from a/c was not good. Paint in the wall need to renew.

Fordele: I like everything in this hotel. The location was a few walks from the train station. They also provide FREE shuttle from/to hotel and train station.

Ulemper: If the room price was lowered a little bit, it will be very very awesome.
