Unfortunately, nothing. This place is a dump. The floor in our room was dirty with dirt and hair, the linens were so antiquated, the show window had cobwebs. It was clear that the morale of staff is very low. The phone didnt' work, the safe wasn't in working order when we arrived but my husband fixed it. Only 2 people that knew English.
Good location close to parks and resataurants It was not value for money. It was dirty, bad breakfast, bad rooms. The worst hotel we stayed on for our two week trip in Argentina. We stayed on a really nice 4 star hotel for the same price in Mendoza. We thougt from the pictures that we where going to stay at a nice hotel. The pictures where not accurat.
very helpful staff; excellent value for the money
Excelent hotel and affortable price. Also very friendly staff. Highly recomended!
Comfort of the room and cleaness Dogs barking in the neighborhood!!!
The hotel staff was very helpfull and friendly, going beyond their duties. They gave valuable information regarding the city's tourist attractions, which were valuable for both buying guided tours and doing the tours by myself. Also the hotel's instalattions were better than expected.
Location very central however also near to access roads into and out of city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.
Close to every thing. From what i´ve seen around the World, this could not be cawled a boutique Hotel, the recepcion onely speaks spanish. They accept USD cash, but with an unussebly big surcharge. You can barely see the image on the TV, and onely spanish news channels.
Our room was very large and comfortable, clean and well maintained, except for a slight odor throughout the hotel of cleaning agents. Otherwise, the hotel is located just 2 blocks from a major pedestrian thoroughfare with lots of shopping and restaurants. The main plaza is very close as well. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but when are continental b'fasts ever worth much. In all, a very good value for the money. As noted above, the very slight odor of cleaning agents.
We arrived early- 11am and they made a room available for us straight away. Staff were very helpful- we ased for help on vineyards and in one phonecall had organised us a very professional driver who set us up appointments in 3 different vineyards. When we ased about resteraunts they recommended one and had a taxi called for us. location was perfect
We booked a superior room which was very large but da no balcony as we expected and requested. Front desk staff were very helpful and helped to untangle an excursion ticket nightmare with a local agency.Breakfast was quite varied by the standards we generally met in Argentina. We would not recommend upgrade to superior room, as it offers no tangible added value and frankly the view of the square in front of the hotel is not worth an extra pesos.
We had a comfortable room that was well appointed. Fortunately we were able to get into the room early as we had arrived on an overnight bus from Cordoba. The hotel is centrally located and close to many tourist attractions. There is a pedestrian walkway close by that makes for a leisurely stroll. Good restaurants were also nearby. We walked everywhere from this hotel. We enjoyed having a swimming pool. the breakfasts were also very good. We found it hard to controll the temperature in the room. The room was also a bit dark but overall, we had a nice stay.
Good location, modern interior and pleasant staff made this a great hotel for our first trip to Mendoza. We swam in the heated outdoor pool (although it was winter in Argentina) and relaxed in the sauna. I would highly recommend this hotel!
helpful staff restaurant
Extremely helpful front desk.
Rooms were worn and tired. Needs new beds and carpet is dirty and worn
really helpful staff here. nothing was too much trouble. wifi in rooms and compters available in the lobby. plenty of advice on where to eat what to do where to go etc
This hotel was a very clean comfortable modern hotel with very accommodating staff. A lovely big bed and a very nice bathroom. It was well situated in that it was close to a park where markets are held, on weekends? We only stayed one night but would certainly choose to go back again if we are lucky enough to return to Mendoza.
I liked the location, in the center. It looks more a normal hotel than a boutique hotel. The rooms need a new painting and the wireless internet was poor and slow.
The staff were excellent and went out of their way to arrange tours etc. Overall excellent value for money.
Location Old hotel
WiFi was spotty. There were no pens or paper in the room. Also, there were no tissues in the room. Finally, the alarm clocks were impossible to figure out.

Very good staff , pleasant , efficient, very good quality food.
The Helpful Staff I was overcharged on the quoted room rate and have not been able to resolve the issue
The staff was well groomed, well trained, very helpful, polite and gracious. The food and beverage services were also very nicely presented and served. We will most certainly staff at this hotel on future visits to Mendoza.
The people running the hotel were wonderful. They arranged a wine tour for us that included the best lunch we have ever had. Also the room was clean, with nice design touches and the location was great.
The staff were really helpful, recommending restaurants and cafes and a great day trip to a thermal spa. This apartment was excellent value for money, with a kitchenette and lots of space and a really central location. It also felt really secure.
The staff was friendly and helpful
Location Room fittings (towels, bathroom size, and cleanliness of bathroom)
The location was good and the room was ok, including the bathroom. Internet did not work in the room, and at some point it didn't work in the lobby either. the breakfast was poor, but i guess this goes with the hotel category. The staff didn't speak any English and thought that's ok. The check-out time was really early - 10:30 am and they insisted on it.
The staff were very good, and especially patient dealing with my very poor Spanish. The road-side rooms are noisy; 9 de Julio is a busy street, with a tram that seems to run all night. The wireless internet coverage was intermittent, and not available at all in one of the rooms I stayed in.
It was pretty central and the staff were very friendly It's pretty dated and the breakfast was a bit basic
Big room, welcoming staff, free WiFi, good location The restorant opens in the evening only after 20:30 hours. It was too late for me and I had to look for another place to have my dinner earlier than eight o'clock in the evening
Good value. Rooms are a little worn, but clean. Not really the hotels fault, but when we stayed there were lots of large noisy school groups.
The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a bit dissapointing and very noisy and messy thanks to teenager group that stayed in the hotel at the same time... Messy and noisy breakfast...
