Fordele: Beautiful setting. Andrea definitely has a passion for gardening. Lovely to be out of the main tourist area. The personal touches were much appreciated. Loved the daily delivery of freshly baked rolls

Fordele: Narinder & Andrea are very hospitable people. Always available to answer questions or give us tips on places to see or eat. The place was in great shape and our room was immaculate. I’d definitely come here again and recommend this place to others.

Fordele: The hosts were friendly and incredibly helpful. Place was gorgeous, pool was great, location was close to town while being away from the hustle and bustle.

Ulemper: Can’t think of anything we didn’t like. We loved the hosts and this place!

Fordele: Friendly, helpful owners and great accommodation. Pool area and gardens were lovely.

Fordele: Amazing place, in the calm area but close to the town and to the cost. Apartment exactly as expected with balcony with sea view (from the distance), all clean and well arranged, big swimming pool souranded by beautiful gardens. Unfortunately I could only spent 4 nights there! Hope will have a chance to repeat this experience asap :)

Fordele: Great apartment overlooking the swimming pool and with sea view. Spatious, very clean, modern and with a balcony where you can have your meals or simply enjoy the view. Well located but some kilometres away from Tavira's city centre and the beach. There are supermarkets nearby. The apartment has everything one needs when on holiday. There is a bakery service every morning, which is great if you want to have fresh bread every morning without having to leave your apartment.

Ulemper: It was difficult to get into the apartment when we arrived. No one answered the door nor the phones, so we had to wait outside for a bit. Once we were in, everything was fine.

Fordele: A very comfortable spacious apartment with great facilities and friendly welcoming hosts. Highly recommended

Fordele: Super friendly owners give info on the surroundings are ready to help with eveything. Very clean and well kept appartements with alot of comfort. If you want to go east of algarve this is the place to stay

Fordele: This by far the best accommodation we have ever used.the apartment was modern and spotless clean.we had a large and beautiful patio with bbq and the gardens are beautiful.as for the pool where do I start.it was beautiful and clean and the water was class.thanks to andrea and narinder who were perfect hosts.nothing was too much trouble for them.the apartment is in the countryside with lovely roads to stroll.will definitely be back

Fordele: Wonderful place. Wonderful location if you have car. Excellent breakfast. Lots of space.

Fordele: We had eight days at this lovely guesthouse. The hosts were warm and welcoming. The room was clean, new and with an impressive private terrace area. Breakfast was always fresh and nice. The two resident animals (cat and dog) are charming additions to a really lovely stay. Thought for ages about a downside and all we could only come up with 'it would be nice to have a kettle in the room' but that's it. Utterly charming holiday spot.

Fordele: The property was beautiful and immaculately maintained. The gardens, courtyard, and just the overall vibe was wonderful. The breakfast is very well put together with many options. It goes well beyond the ol' bread and cereal standard breakfast. There was fresh fruit, breads, cheeses, meats, yogurts, cereals, scrambled eggs, cakes, fresh juices, and more... all in a very inviting breakfast room. Every detail is considered. The property is very relaxing, as we enjoyed some down time around the pool and property at times. The hosts mother was very kind and always helpful (the daughter / host was away while we visited). We enjoyed the pets on the property also. Also, a shoutout to the kind woman who helped with breakfasts in the morning. She was very friendly and warm, which was very much appreciated. In terms of our room, it was very well appointed. It was an ideal size with a big bathroom (which was a welcome sight after traveling for a couple weeks through Europe). It was very clean and smelled very nice. Lastly, they were very kind to put together a breakfast and leave it in a small fridge for us for the morning of our departure, as we left very early to make the drive to Lisbon for our return flight. Details and kindness like this made our stay very enjoyable!

Ulemper: The property is an oasis, no doubt. The only minor thing that some may want to consider, the property itself is just on the outskirts of Tavira. It is very close, maybe 8-10 minute drive to a parking lot on the edge of Tavira. This wasn't a big issue for us. However, there were evenings we didn't feel up for taking the car into town, finding a parking spot, and then walking into town to find dinner. We did utilize the market down the street to take some goods back to the room. Though, we had limited options with no kitchenette or means of warming something up. Again, this wasn't a "dislike" per say; however, something to share in case others prefer to have easier means of walking to food or having it easily available where they are staying. Lastly, small detail, but the breakfast window is narrow - 8:30 to 10:00. It seemed to start a bit late to us, especially for days we were planning on getting an early start to go exploring in farther beaches or towns along the Algarve. These are both small details, as neither deterred from our overall enjoyment staying at this property. We would recommend Quinta Almargem Lusitano.

Fordele: Beautiful a little paradis in Portugal. The staff and owners are very friendly and very helpful . Great tips for getting around and restaurant. The breakfast excellent. Will come back here .

Fordele: Everything, down to the smallest loving touches. A rural feel just a very short distance from the town center. Lina and her husband took excellent care of us on our short stay and made us feel so welcome. Greeted with fresh juice from their orchard and the best breakfast on our trip the next morning. Megan and Vladimir (that’s us)will be back! ...and we’ll recommend to our friends to stay here.

Fordele: Very friendly staff, tasty breakfast buffet, great pool & friendly dogs. Clean, well designed rooms with private outdoor space. Very good nights sleep. Great location for lots of good restaurants & beaches (although you do need to drive or take a taxi).

Fordele: We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is charming, clean and well cared for.. The owners welcoming but unobtrusive. The weather was superb so we were able to enjoy the pool. Lovely!

Ulemper: I would have liked a bigger room but it was August and we made a late booking.

Fordele: Excellent hotel, with helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast and restaurant food very good. The hotel has on site parking and the location is perfect if you want to explore the towns and villages by car along the algarve coast from Spain to Faro. Would definitely stay here again.

Fordele: Breakfast very good, room very good, a somewhat cold atmosphere but I was only there 1 night. Front staff very good. No complaints really.

Ulemper: Atmosphere was pretty blah. Not a big deal for a one night stay.

Fordele: Absolutely perfect hotel to stay and enjoy relaxing time out of the town. Btw. hotel breakfast was stunning- one of the best in my life ❤️ thanks!

Fordele: Perfect for those looking peace and silence in beautiful countryside surroundings. You are surrounded by orange groves. You can rent free bikes from hotel to cycle to Cabanas de Tavira (7min cycle) or even around orange groves. Delicious breakfast full of local and homemade produce (jams and cakes, fresh orange juice). Pretty swimming pool (did not swim as it was too cold in October but sunbathed by it). 10 min drive from Tavira where you can get ferry to Isla de Tavira (stunning long beaches).

Fordele: Beautiful property. Fantastic breakfast. Absolutely perfect.

Fordele: The staff were as friendly and hospitable as possible. The hotel was extremely clean and well run.

Fordele: Peaceful location on an orange grove. Out of Tavira itself but free bikes, a lovely easy cycle through country lanes to nearby Cabanas which has lovely restaurants. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Fordele: Great from A to Z. We will come back.

Fordele: Stylish, modern & super comfortable. Beautiful grounds, lovely welcoming staff & fabulous breakfast. Cute dogs too. We would definitely stay again. We felt truly rested after a couple of days there.

Ulemper: Not much - everything is well considered at this lovely hotel.

Fordele: Accommodations in beautiful orange grove. Studio was nice. Very good breakfast.

Ulemper: Nothing. We were very pleased.
