We were slightly off-season (late Sept) so the hotel felt empty in a good way. Very relaxing on the jetty. The hotels design and stall definitely aimed to please. Breakfast was outstanding. The room service, minibar, and restaurant are expensive. There are no markets/grocers within a 10 minute walk so that was somewhat frustrating. That said, we were staying slightly above our normal budget range so maybe it's normal at a place that costs EUR 200-300/night.
nice staff, great accomodation, delicious food, wonderful bars and entertainment they charged me the whole amount of stay on when I checked in. usually hotels hold the amount but not charging the credit card.when we decided to shorten our stay, the hotel management refused at the beginning, then agreed with a condition which charging us one night as no show penalty!!!the matter was solved with booking.com by requesting them to change the dparture date, and finally we got the balance of our payment in cash.
The whole experience made it feel like a special relaxing holiday. The quality of the hotel, food, staff, and facilities were first class.
location - resturants- see views- foods -spa- 3 fioors apartments.shoud have elevators-Service between lobby & rooms is very fair -service between hotel &city is very fair-management in lobby has some difficulties for example you should call more than 10 times to sent somebody to bring your luggage from room to lobby
Spa faciliteterne. Udsigten og dermed beliggenheden på toppen af en bakketop. Morgenmaden sluttede alt for tidligt - kl. 10. Personalet var venlige, men ikke så servicemindede, som jeg ellers synes jeg har oplevet på andre Dedeman hoteller eller i Tyrkiet generelt.
the hotel is very nice, everything looks new, a lot of facilities - indoor and outdoor pool, great spa center, fitness center, hair dresser, spacious accommodation .... altogether great value for money some of the staff was unprofessional (around the pool, on the reception) - they didn't seem to eager to work or did not speak english, except for the client relations, the beach could have been more clean
The beach was the only decent part of this so-called resort. The staff was horrific. We asked to be taken to a restaurant/bar in Bodrum and ended up being taken to a random town where it was clear the hotel staff was coordinating with unsavory restaurant owners to bring business. They pretend they are 5 star but I would give it not even one star, the staff was rude, unaccommodating and spoke NO English. They should not be ranked as a 5 star hotel. This experience makes me question Kayak's business policy as it relates to hotel ratings. I feel completely scammed.
Just imagine: perfect 5-star property set on a hill over a vast beach with pristine sea and absolutely (!) nothing else miles around as long as you can see. It's almost impossible for tourist-overridden Turkey and Bodrum in particular.
Vietnamese restaurante is very nice , swimming-pool as well prices at the hotel very high....
The rooms are very appealing, the setting of the pool outstanding the beach is only party sandy, mostly with little stones, also inside the sea, which is annoyable, food in the restaurants is very expensive
The location of the hotel is excellent and the bay is protected from the wind. The pool and beach are excellent for children. The rooms are on the small side.
The pool is great for someone wishing to relax. The staff is great and attentive to clients. The food is average while the price charged is outrageous in some cases.
Hotel is an outstanding place for family travel - swimming pool, beach, service, SPA centre, room design. All is on outstanding level. Pricing. A la carte restaurants are remarcably pricey - 1 kg of sea bass is 3 times higher then in most luxurous Istanbul restaurants like Feriye or Koerfez, the same is for barbunya or dorada. Wine is also another question - local one are 30% higher comparing to the big cheque Istanbul restaurants, and foreign wines - they are simply outrageous pricey.
Very well maintained and well run hotel. Great, courteous and knowledgeable staff. We loved the bay, beach all surroundings and more importantly we felt special every day of our stay. Hands on management team and follow-through procedures are working wonderfully. Quality of food and service are extraordinary. I am sure that I and my family will return to this Hotel.
The Hotel staff was excellent, professional and assisting. The location was excellent as far as the sea and the nature are concerned but very far away from Bodrum (Taxi 65 Euros return trip). The beach was really excellent and with all the required facilities. The design of the Hotel was also very beautiful in all public places, restaurants and pools. The room (superior) was very small for the price per night paid (more than 400 Euros). Not even a simple coffee/tea maker existing. The prices in all restaurants and beach bar were extremely expensive not reflecting the quality offered. No hotel bus service provided from Hotel to Bodrum when other hotels in the same location with less stars have this as standard and free of charge to the guests. The Hotel being completely isolated leaves no chance to the guests to have lunch or dinner outside and of course take advantage of this charging double and sometimes triple prices in all even a small bottle of water.
It is a fantastic hotel, cery luxurious, elegant and relaxing. The pool is extraordinary and very safe for children. - would highly recommend this hotel for families with young children. It is very expensive.
nice location. staff per guest ratio is good. the food is fair per amount of money you pay. the service is good(when something goes wrong, at least they take the initiative to correct and make the customer happy) the building of the hotel is huge, so for instance to go to the beach by walking, you end up using 2-3 elevators, same with the spa. the hotel needs to abide with check in times. we arrived at the hotel aroiund 12 pm, were told that the check in time was 15.00, when we went to the reception at 15.15 were still told the room was ready, but i was happy with the service they provided as they upgraded our room immediately to a vacant room.
Location is great, the hotel is very good designed and kept. Wifi is quite poor
The central position of the hotel, the size of my room. It is a nice, good builded hotel. The room was dirty, the bed blankets especially :( but maybe because now it is out of season time and it was a last minute booking? Breakfast was very poor and....did not inspirate me. (maybe because not many customers in the Hotel)??
The hotel is close to the bar street of Bodrum I was given a big room with tea maker and tea table. But unfortunately, the water pressure was too weak, the lights did not work and there was no wireless internet connection. The availability of wireless internet is not garanteed in every room, which seems to be in contraction with the booking.com site's description. Finally I changed to another room which was smaller but everything worked fine.
Friendly atmosphere and helpful staff; location;
There were plenty of sunbeds and quite a few terraces to sunbathe on away from the pool. The pool was clean and large enough to swim in. The staff were pleasant. In our room there was a fridge kettle and hairdryer (not all had them though). The breakfast was self service. You could also bring in cereals for the children or for those who didn't like the Turkish breakfast. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the chambermaid was really nice. Even though we did not book with Thomas Cook, the rep Patrick came to see us and welcome us. The rooms were basic and small. They did not have a balcony that would accommodate a table and chairs, you could fit a stool on them only. A lot of the rooms were dark. We did not like our first room so we asked to be moved. The hotel has private appartments to the rear and the people in these can use the hotel facilities. There were a lot of complaimts about faulty showers, and we had to cover the floor with towels when we had a shower because the water was not draining away, even though we reported it to the hotel more than once.
The hotelpersonel try to help and they are kind, but they are not so prefessional that they say that they a question don't understand. So they give sometimes not good help. This hotel gives no value for your money. It is far to expensive for a hotel of this quality in Turkey. Further: On one day no hot water. The showerfacilities are not clean (mould).
The pool was nice and it's only a couple of minutes walk from the beach and the town centre. Food and drinks were very expensive. Food was very poor quality & often inedible. Half of our party of 36 were kicked out half way through the holiday because they had overbooked and wanted to give priority to the tour operators. We were moved to an even poorer quality hotel along the road that was dirty, smelly and in disrepair.
Location and Price. High noise level of music around main pool area during day and into late evening.
very nice some of the stuff treat the girls bad
romantic plase, very good for family. good servis, clean. is good conditions to get massages, hamam. good prices
The water in the pool, shower and sink tastes like sea salt...i dont know if that is normal or jus the hotel.
Very kind people
close to beach, lively room was small
Good location, good value for money, cleanliness, helpful staff. Staff was not oriented to serve customers from different cultures (other than British). Beach nearby, but sea was not that good. Aircon was not for free.
It was a nice place, nothing wonderful. The view was amazing and they had 3 pools. There are many activites everyday and night but make sure you bring lots of money, nothing is included and it is expensive for everything else.
beautiful surrounding, very nice staff! you have to pay for air conditioner remote! but it wasnt too hot in the room, so it was ok!
i liked mostly the atmosphere and the loud music at night with shows that make u want to party and go out... the shower drainage was poor, the towels dirty, not enough electric outlets.
It is compact, and the architecture is so nice, also the stuff were very helpful
Proximity of Bodrum destination without being in the city. Limited road signs for direction and access to hotel for non turkish visitors driving a rented car.
Great breakfast, lovely beach pontoon & pool Very overpriced food & drinks
Hotel staff is excellent. The hotel is in Türkbükü and it is the most popular place in bodrum. The hotel is in the middle of te beach clubs, excellent restaurants and night clubs. I recomend the hotel to the people who prefer crowded places for their holiday.
The staff and location were great and it was a real value.
It's so far from 5 stars only the location is 5 star. prices is very high for the food rooms small next door there is night club music start at 12 finish at 5 am. you can hear the music in the room
Very charming hotel, great swimming pool, extremely friendly staff The lobby does not give the right first impression, the wellness center is not attractive and expensive, the gym section could be more attractive as well
Breakfast service was poor.
Convenient (right on water)
Service was excellent. We had a delicious breakfast every morning and drinks by the sea every afternoon. Having the option of a pool and the sea was also really nice. Beautiful location. The design of the room did not match the design of the hotel. That said, it was very clean and had all the amenities.
The staff was very friendly, food is delicious, location is really good. It has its own deck for sunbathing and swimming. Extras are a bit expensive.
