Room was clean, a little out-dated...but clean. Free breakfast is nice. The location is probably the best part about it, it's right off of 465 by the airport, super easy to get to. Wi-Fi was reliable and pretty fast, which is always a plus. Air conditioner worked fine, shower gave hot water all three days. Also the woman that checked me in was super friendly, I wish I remembered her name to give her credit. Short reddish hair. She deserves a raise. Mostly small complaints, but they did add up. The room I was in on the first floor was by where trucks drop off supplies for the hotel, so be aware of this if you're staying on the ground floor. The toilet was a little loud, kept running water, had to jam a towel underneath the bathroom door. TV remote wasnt the original one for the TV, so you had to scroll through the channels instead of being able to enter a specific one. The channel card for the TV was all wrong, and the aspect ratio of the TV was wrong too. Small things but combined they made the TV almost worthless. Bed sheets were VERY thin.
Nothing!!!!!!!!! SLOW CHECK IN. LATE BREAKFAST SET UP. BROKE TOILET. ROOM NOT READY AT 7PM. STILL CLEANING ROOMS AT 9PM. STAFF WAS NOT EFFICIENT.
Clean and classy. Nothing
Restaurant was better than average See above
First, the room was nicely sized. The staff were very courteous and friendly. It's a fairly easy place to get to The room temperature was a little cold for my taste. Also, there wasn't any wash cloths to wash my face when showering.
The room was very clean and the staff friendly. The walls should be more soundproof.
The room was so clean and had everything you could need--kitchen, desk, you name it.
The room. It was spacious and a great value for the cost. There were long hairs around and on the toilet. Cleanliness of the room with the toilet and tub was not stellar.
Loved the comfortable mattress and cozy bedding. The pullout sofa wasn't comfortable. Asked for an extra comforter to make it better and received a blanket.
Getting to the Convention was pretty easy due to the hotel's location. On the initial booking, it was listed as a suite. I was expecting at least a separate seating area with the fold out couch. The room we received was simply a single occupancy room with a fold out loveseat.
Free parking; room service; excellent staff, including hotel employee from the kitchen staff.
Bed comfortable, room spacious and cleaned Fire alarm went off Saturday night Sunday morning. Not good communication from the on site staff
Everything. It was very clean and updated. The breakfast was great. Check-in was super fast. Very pleased! Nothing, everything was fantastic!
The bathroom was filthy and the hallway and carpets were also very dirty.
An older motel, but clean and comfortable. Caters to airport overnights, I think. Would stay again - and probably will.
The free ride from the airport and the front desk staff were friendly. The room was as clean as it could be The clientele and overall feel.... I had a banged up room door and a dirty bathroom door... the bathroom smelled musty or moldy. Otherwise clean and ok just not for me. In other words the place was a bit sketchy.
Cheap price for a basic room
I was not happy with my recent stay. I understand remaining open during construction but extra care need to be taken to ensure the cleanliness of the facility. In addition they ran out of bread! One of the 2 items offered for breakfadt5!
Our situation was such that our friend driving us also had to stay the night which required a junior suite. The staff was extremely accommodating by upgrading our room and providing a rollaway bed. The room was outdated and there were crumbs of some sort in the pull-out couch bed. We were only staying for a few hours until our early flight so I just used the extra blanket in the closet. It was not a deal-breaker.
Big clean bed and very good shuttle to and from the airport Room was dirty with food crumbs on the floors and the coffee pot was unclean with no coffee or cups
Kayla (overnight shift) was very accommodating, my flight arrived at 2am in IND airport got to the hotel at 3am. She was very understanding, the reservation wasn't cancelled. Kayla even helped me out with some supplies as stores were closed and I couldn't get any. Thanks Kayla!!! For me this hotel had what I needed. Facilities were a little outdated, the gym consists of four pieces of equipment which two were out of order (per the sign on them). The iron in the room was dirty, had to warm the iron up and use it on a towel to make sure it wouldn't stain my dress shirts. Lastly on the day of my stay housekeeping started banging on my door at 9am saying I was supposed to be checked out. Even though check out is by 11am. overall I do feel I got my money's worth $59/night for a queen size bed a recliner and TV count me in!!!
Staff was friendly. Excellent location for my needs. Kitchen appliances were clean. Vending machines accepted credit cards for late-night snacks. Extension cord used for lamps was blackened, indicating a potential electrical problem. Hot water very slow to heat up. Walls are paper-thin; I was next to an elevator and didn't sleep well because of it. Microwave was missing turntable. The security latch malfunctioned, first locking me out of my room then breaking all together.
This is my Second time staying, king executive room was clean and comfortable, contemporary style. Kids slept on the pullout sofa bed, they said it was comfortable. Breakfast had different choices of hot bar each day, that tasted good. Water pressure in the shower wasn't too good, it made taking a shower a little longer to get all the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair. Also I arrived early and called the hotel asking if I could check in early the front desk stated they did not do early check in, check in with at 3 PM they are least I could do was 2:45 PM. I have stayed at other country inn hotels in other states/locations and if my room was clean and available I had no problem checking in early... I was just a little disappointed that my young son and I could not unload our car and rest for a few minutes before going to meet family, but I made do with that and went back to check in at three
Comfortable, convenient, decent breakfast 0330 AM check in: night clerk unable to use systems. Had to call supervisor 3x before he emerged belligerently from sleep on site and solved the problems in less tha 5 minutes after his arrival. This did not happen until after 0430 AM. More seating for the breakfast would be of great benefit.
