The Staff are one of the most attentive and friendliest I encountered at a luxury Hotel in Europe. They definately know how to make a guest welcomed.
Rooms are stunning, Internet signals, beds, quite. Location is not that good to walk around. You would always need a taxi. Also, there was no bank office which would make it more convenient for guests. ATM gives only 2000 uah, there is only one machine there. Bar drinks are very expensive higher than what other 5 star hotels charge. Lobby is not good. Small and no working bar services. You must go to second floor for that !
Staff was unbelievably great
The staff is amazing and they actually walk you to your room and show you how everything works. The location is great and not far from all the sights. It as a First Class stay for sure as the rooms are awesome.
This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and both times I found the staff very helpful, the rooms comfortable and very clean. One of the receptionists did not speak English well but she was able to accomplish the task task that I wanted done anyway.
Lots of character! Nice breakfast buffet. My first room stank of cigarette smoke despite being a nonsmoking hotel. At first they said they couldn't move me but fortunately found an extra room.
The location in the hystoric center of Kiev Rooms are small as well as the bathroom which has no relation to the price. Room was noisy because of its location close to the restaurant and conferance room above.
Staff was helpful Twice I had to complaint that there was no hot water for showering. Room was extremely small
I was upgraded! The room was small but beautifully decorated with lovely lighting The hotel is lovely but the prices are too high
Friendly staff, size of hotel and general design, breakfast buffet Accessibility because of poor state of road outside, insistence to pay for room in advance, which I refused to do.
The staff, the location and the breakfast. Small room.
Very friendly staff, nice location in the old center, small hotel. TV was not working well, room a little bit small.
