Ulemper: "I’ve traveled a lot internationally and this was the WORST flight I’ve ever had to endure. I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

Ulemper: "Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again."

It was offensive to be forced to pay to select our seats in advance on a major international airline in the first place, and then to not have those honored just made it worse."

Ulemper: "Lufthansa burde presse lufthavnen i Frankfurt til at ge bemanding imsilkerhedskonteollen. Kl 6.10 i morges tog det 35 min i business køen og mindst 50 mini economy køen"
Fordele: "flyturen i sig selv var fin men var forsinket."
Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."

I refuse to fly El Al because they don't have video and charge ports. Now I need to avoid flying with Lufthansa."

Fordele: "The cabin crew was excellent all around, really made the experience a pleasure. Also very helpful when I couldn't locate my wallet as I was preparing to deplane, both in terms of helping me look and explaining what I could do if it didn't turn up (eventually it did, before I disembarked)."
Ulemper: "The seats, while relatively comfortable on their own, were really jammed in; it felt cramped even as a smaller adult. And the boarding process in Washington seemed to take a very long time."

Ulemper: "Noises obnoxious passengers drinking standing up in the isles for long periods. Hanging on other passenger's seats. Very rude and clearly didn't care. Flight attendent tried to get them to sit and hold it down but it had little effect. They were part of a larger group so they wanted the flight to be a social event."
Ulemper: "Pilot strike caused much distress in Frankfort. The best that could be done was a layover extended by 5 hours and a diversion to Luxembourg. The final leg of the trip was further delayed an extra hour due to mechanical difficulties in Luxembourg."

Ulemper: "Luthansa rebooked me on BA, and stripped away my Premium Upgrade seating, giving me economy, an aisle seat next to a bathing-challenged male. It was disgusting and re-injured my leg wound."
Fordele: "The politeness and friendly demenor of the LH crew is very refreshing and makes for easing the stress of a long journey. The seating arrangement and the below deck toilets were also nice. Seating next to toilets is never comfortable and moving them downstairs is a great idea,"

Var så heldig at flyve på business og imponerende med den mængde business sæder, som flyveren har og den kvalitet den enkelte plads byder på lige fra super hovedtelefoner til en reel soveplads og fantastiske sæder der kan indstilles næsten efter behag."
Ulemper: "Personalet virkede super stressede i forhold til at kunne give den service, som de vel selv gerne ville overfor businessclass passagerer. Serveringen virkede hektisk og der var ingen ro da flyveturen var kort grundet et hurtig fly og for mange passagerer."
Fordele: "Der var ikke så mange med på flyvningen - super kabine personale, der var rigtig meget på passagerne og sågar forsøgte at muntre et meget flyvetræt japansk ægtepar op til en god oplevelse i Napoli."

No covid safety. Keep distance apparently don’t count when you onboard or in the bus from gate to/from plane. Could hardly move. And late again, again, again. Seems to be the new norm.

Ulemper: "There were no announcements at all about the delays! It was confusing and poor service."
Fordele: "The SAS flight was fine. My dissatisfaction was with the company that booked my ticket which I found through a Kayak search. When booking, there was no information about luggage and I ended up paying for it at the airport. This should clearly be declared in the online booking process."

Ulemper: "Sov hjem og fravalgte første servering på business. Der var også en større flok amerikanske gæster som dog valgte at feste igennem på turen - da jeg vågnede var personalet godt trætte af alle passagerer og da jeg ville have lidt i pantryet var det pakket ned 2 timer før ankomst - sikkert for at lukke førnævnte fest - men det retfærdiggør vel ikke at de øvrige gæster også har indløst billet til business og den service der betales for."
Fordele: "Da vi først var kommet ombord på flyet gik tingene sin vante gang... ellers var der ikke meget hoved og hale på noget som helst."
Ulemper: "Men hvorfor annoncerer man at flyet skal board 1 time inden det sker, så passagererne kommer til at stå i kø unødig lang tid. Flyveren var 1 time forsinket på Flightradar24 og også i virkeligheden!!! Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."

Ulemper: "We were traveling with two kids, and one of the kids drops some bread on the floor of the flight. One of the crew is angry to us about this, which makes us very uncomfortable."

Fordele: "I liked the movie selection! I also like the spacious size of our seats! There was just the right amount of leg room for the time of the flight. Also, the meals were served in a timely manner!"
Ulemper: "The breakfast entree was salty and a beverage was not served with our meal. The gap between the entree was too long for enjoymenty. My friends and I were thirsty when we were eatinmg. Also, the wine selections were not the standard fan favorite. Not many enjoy Zinfandel or the white wine they were serving."
Fordele: "Great crew, on schedule."
Ulemper: "SAS is packing in 200 passengers in their Airbus 321, so no space and seat comfort like 0. Also make sure you have paid for bags, Kayak will sell you tickets that don't include bags.so double check your reservation. If you are stuck with a ticket that doesn't include bags, call SAS an add bags $35 per bag. Do this at least 24 hours before departure.SAS is the only one that can add the bags, kayak is unable to add bags after purchase."
Ulemper: "Expensive checked baggage. More than 2 hours delayed."
Fordele: "Quite a contrast between international and domestic flights. SAS had a blanket, pillow, water bottle, and earbuds on each seat. We were served TWO meals including a full dinner. Flight crew was very polite and responsive."
Fordele: "Because of bad weather at the Faroe Islands, the aircraft made a missed approach (go-around) on the first attempt to land. The weather had improved sufficiently to make it in on the second attempt. The pilot and the cabin crew were excellent in keeping everyone informed, and telling us the status of the weather and the likelihood of getting in. The pilot was outstanding in his communication with the passengers and the cabin crew were great in re-assuring passengers after the missed approach. The flight crew handled the difficult weather conditions very well."

Ulemper: "To be boarded and wait for more than 45 minutes inside the plane for a second pilot."
Fordele: "Personalet var sådan set op og festede meget over at en kollega havde sidste tur inden pension. Desværre holdt de den kommende pensionist på business, så hvem det var der blev klappet af er stadig et myserium. Men hyggeligt at være med kabine personalet på arbejde"
Ulemper: "Gamle reservefly, hvor der mangler både det ene og det andet samt en 10 år forældet komfort. Når der sættes reservefly ind af væsentligt lavere kvalitet end den vare, som man forventet køb, så bude der være en eller anden form for kompensation. Forøvrigt glad for jeg ikke havde indløst business på denne tur da det i grunden havde været at betalte dobbelt for forventelig komfort på en moderne SAS Plus."

Ulemper: "I did not like my flight because ... I could not take it! I needed to change only one date (return) and was quoted $1300 for that one change. Getting a completely new ticket was cheaper, but not cheap. With such cost of even minor changes, next time I will look into booking directly with airlines, instead of Kayak; sorry to say that, as I really liked using your service."

Ulemper: "We arrived in Newark, but our luggage did not. It was lost for 2 days. In this day and age of technology, there is no excuse."
Ulemper: "Gate attendant in Stockholm was not pleasant to my travelling partner, when she was concerned about me being able to get on the flight in the rush from leaving the very delayed flight from Reykjavik. she was not empathetic; was unhelpfully directive, impatient."
Fordele: "SAS har fundet ud af at man kan boarde bagfra også - men det har SAS' kunder ikke helt fundet ud af så der var lidt kaos med folk der ville hver sin vej i de smalle gange med der "medbring kun én taske""
Ulemper: "Når man laver en billet hvor der kun må medbringes én taske i kabinen, så medbringer folk STORE kabinekufferter. SAS burde håndhæve størrelsen på kabinekufferterne da der næsten kom rejsekufferter ombord - så boarding tog lang tid. Og så var det besynderligt at sidde ombord i flyveren og få en SMS der der fortalte at flyveren var aflyst - at man kunne få billetten refunderet da det var begrænset med mulighed for ombookning - og så måtte man selv som om man kunne finde en alternativ rute hjem. Har SAS nu også smidt ansvaret for sine passagerer - sammen med billige billetter? Flyveren fløg dog - og der var en SMS der afkræftede den første da vi landede i København... en besynderlig tur hjem fra Dublin, det var det!"
Fordele: "Flight was cancelled but i didn't receive email notification from SAS Moreover i was able to check-in on SAS website and print boarding pass 10 ours before flight (and after Kayak sent me notification that flight "may be cancelled"), and they sent me confirmation and everything. When i arrived in airport i realized flight was actually cancelled. And i tried to call and nobody picked up the pphone. I was travelling from Moscow."
Fordele: "Most flight attendants were very friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms were cleaner than most other airlines. Flight was on time."
Ulemper: "One male attendant was not so friendly. Seemed to have an attitude that it was beneath him to have to serve us. Food could use some improvement. Thought we would have a choice between two entrees, but were served the chicken without any explanation."

Ulemper: "only allow one 6 oz water, asked us to buy after it. it is ridiculous. senior attendant had bad attitude. the chairs are uncomfortable in this old aircraft."
Fordele: "Det er jo en af SAS' succesruter med masser af passagerer - besætningen var dejligt positive, men er fanget i firmaets strategi om at give maks. minimal service, hvis ikke man har købt en Fleksbillet. Kan i skrivende stund ikke komme i tanke om andre firmaer end SAS der har skåret så meget ind til benet med hensyn til plain servering."
Ulemper: "Som sådan ikke noget - kender jo SAS og mit temperament har lagt sig i forhold til fordums urentable storhed, hvor det var flyve SAS var noget man virkelig så frem til som en unik oplevelse."
Fordele: "The plane was clean and comfortable - I'm happy with the leg space."
Ulemper: "Plane was late by more than 3 hours, the crew was not helpful at all and I didn't plan to have a 20h trip instead of 14h (missed my connected flight). I was traveling with a small (well behaved to add) child and didn't receive any extra help or positive attitude. Very dissapointed."
