good location, very good recreation facilities and swimming pool allowing dogs in the hotel
The front desk staff, one of the housekeeping staff (an older woman), and two of the pool staff (cook and young female server) were very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was convenient. I have never stayed in a four or five star hotel (and certainly not a Fairmont or Hilton) that allowed animals. Many people staying at the hotel had dogs, which were highly visible in the front lobby and hallways of the hotel.
Location location location! Ski in and ski out from hotel. Lots of restaurants choices. However we ended up having every meal at the hotel because it was convenient and the meals were delicious. Kids menu was extensive with lots of variety and very healthy options! Everything was right at the hotel. Village was within walking distance, spa and outdoor pool. Service was slow and staff were fairly rude except the room housekeeper! She was friendly and super helpful.
Excellent location. A purpose dedicated skiing facility and the only place worth staying if sking at Mount Tremblant.
Absolutely wonderful hotel and very hospitable and friendly staff (specifically Mirlandys at the front desk is phenomenal!). Always my go-to when coming to Tremblant in terms of the ease of ski in and ski out, wonderful outdoor jacuzzis and heated pools to unwind in after a day of skiing, and generally an extremely pleasant experience. Can't wait to come back soon :)
The staff was amazing! Everyone was super friendly. The pool and building was a very luxurious setting. They offered house keeping twice a day. I loved the smell of the shampoos.
The rate was great and it includes breakfast, the hotel is very convenient to the village, we can walk. It is clean and quiet and very comfortable No complaints
The location and the comfort of this hotel. It is very near of the village on the mountain with a good price. Nothing
I loved everything it totally rocked. A must stay if going to area. none
The location The staff is very rude. They hardly speak any English and they have no respect for the clients
Bilingual staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable with easy access, a nice pool, and a nice breakfast. Information about area activities was plentiful We did not have any unresolved issues. Guests were a mixture of French and English speaking.
Great view, good restaurants and bar walking distance. Very nice sauna and pools including one outside which is open year round. Breakfast offers very little. Only the pancake was good and it took forever to get one.
Near ski resort
The rooms were large and very clean. Excellent location close to the ski hills.
Room was clean. Staff were helpful.
Convenient for skiing. Good size rooms. Nice pool. Wifi Shame wifi didnt reach individual rooms-only public areas of hotel
hotel good facilites kayacks, boats etc tennis courts and spa Hotel now needs a bit of work getting tired in appearance
Lakeview was nice, and kitchen amenities were quite complete. Bed was comfortable. Room & furniture appeared quite worn out. Hot water ran out in the middle of the night (around 11pm) and required about 20 minutes before service was resumed. We stayed at the 1-bedroom condo. Felt that we could've gotten a nicer 1-bedroom condo for similar or lower price.
the hotel stay was very pleasant and enyoyable, the veiw was great, the front desk, and bar was super yes there was one major one ,the ski rental equipment shop at the hotel, l rented a set of skiis from the rental shop and they gave me a pair of skiis and ski boots ,but they did not tell me or did they offer me a lock for the skiis,or did they offer rental insurance for them. This is the first time this has happen to me and how many others, has this happen too.
Outdoor hot tub, spacious condo, friendly staff a few small thing: microwave, burnt-out lightbulb, no paper towel
The service was good and it is fairly well located...around 10 min from the lift. We took the hotel's shuttle to go to Place St Bernard (where the lifts are located) but we always had to come back by taxi (last shuttle leaves quite early at 4pm). Even tough the taxi is just CAD10 to the hotel..the problem is that you have to wait for it between 15 to 30 min. Try to get a room as close as possible to the main building, where the reception is located. It is more convenient after going to the hot tub.
Enjoy first-class landscape, pleasing the geographical environment
We can enjoy in the Hotel and relax to faceing the golden lake at magic hour .
Proximity to the hill for the price was quite good. Lots of space in the 1 bedroom condo and having a kitchen was essential.
I like the location close to the ski hill. I was very disappointed in my stay as the amenities that were advertised were not open on a holiday long weekend when the ski hill was till open.I would have stayed at another hotel and paid the same for more amenities. For example pool , bar or even restaurant was not open.
Right front of village and close to lake I booked hotel for 4 adults and they only give one queen bed, they other two will sleep on sofa bed, I never heard in my life, that they will ask guest to sleep on sofa bed. I believe sofa bed is for only extra guest like if you have children.
One particular woman at the front desk was friendly and efficient and we were upgraded to a suite with a full kitchen and balcony which we really enjoyed. A small but annoying thing related to the pool: the young lifeguard seemed uninterested and bored by her work. she started off elsewhere instead of looking at kids in the pool to ensure their safety. And, there were never enough towels.
Great hotel right in the Center of it all! They should provide wood in the rooms for guests. Log at desk cost 5.90 ...
The staff at the reception desk are outstanding! They took care of EVERY request I had made! The location of the Marriott can not be beat. Its worth a few dollars to park your car in the heated garage. This makes unloading very easy and you have no need to worry about a dead battery from the cold. The breakfast needs some improvement. Pancakes are cold and the scrambled eggs get a bit boring after the first day. The bacon is thin and fatty. The assortment of all the other items makes up for this shortcoming. There is plenty of fruit and yogurt. The other area that needs improvement is the hot tubs. There are two of them and they are very small.
We loved the history and the ambience of the chateau. We dined in the room and had breakfast at the restaurant. We loved the experience and will tell others to do similar. Thank you from 4 Australians
The room was lovely. Lots of room and it included everything we could need. The beds were comfortable and we had a nice outdoor patio facing the pool. We really loved the shuttle service included with our accommodations. Overall a lovely stay. The location of our room was noisy. The business office, cleaning and cooking stations were right outside our door. Also the rooms could have been more well lit.
The employees were very pleasant, the suite was quite comfortable, and it was far enough away from the village so it was pretty quiet. The facility needs some sprucing up, the wireless internet signal was very poor, and the breakfast room can be chaotic in the morning.
Design of room, thoughtful kitchenette, privacy, personal outdoor area - truly, they'd thought of everything you might need in designing a comfortable, livable yet elegant space. Wonderful outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Kindness & helpfulness of staff! Loud, partying golf crowd ---luckily, the rooms are well sound-proofed, but the bar opens out into the pool area. :( Mediocre breakfast buffet. While elegant at first glance, the room was quite worn (faulty lamp, TV in bedroom didn't work, a few frayed linens, dents in the walls from furniture being moved)--However, as we were there for romance, we weren't bothered, and didn't raise the issue with the management until check-out. I feel confident that they would have attended to any issues/complaints we brought up during the stay immediately and with great attention to detail.
Doing construction and started banging on roof at 8 am if i would have known this i would have booked another hotel yhe only thimg i expect from a hotel is a peaceful nighys sleep The construction is major and it ruined my 1 year anniversary I EXPECT A FULL REFUND !!!!!!!
Everything! No restaurant inside, no breakfeast (buffet), Not enough electric outlets to plug my computer near the desk.

Location The pool was way too warm at 94F
every thing no
Beautiful hotel in a great location Had a few issues with language with the front desk but everyone was very nice
The hotel itself is not very big, but well located in the pedestrian village of Tremblant. We were in one of their smaller rooms and it was still plenty of space, Everything was very clean and the staff was very welcoming. No
Perfect location in the village. Expensive for the amentities offered.

Staff. Location. Lobby. Room. Thankfully there was free WiFi but it was limited.
From the moment I arrived at the Hotel. I was greeted by an amazing doorman who gave me my parking options... and assisted me with my luggage...and then I was greeted by the front desk who was witty, fun, and enjoyable....100% Westin quality. . I did not like that I had to leave...
Location was perfect and the pool and hot tub were great! One employee said we could have late check out because we had signed up for an early morning tour, and in the morning when we went down another employee refused it
The robes ands slippers No
I liked the nature and where the resort was located. I enjoyed the quite place.
The Hotel exceeded our group of eight's expectations. The condominium was spacious, very well laid out, and all necessary amenities were included. Looking out over the mountain had our group talking about another girl's weekend away in the fall to take in the splendour of the fall colours. The close proximity to the Village of Tremblant lent itself to easy access for an afternoon of shopping and hiking up the ski hill. Staff at the Hotel were very accommodating in allowing us to tour other, smaller units which allowed several of us to consider returning for a couple or family getaway. It would have been nice to have access to a compost bin as we are an environmentally conscious group.
The location, the swimming pool, the cleanliness of the room, activities near the hotel, proximity to Mont Tremblant Village, everything was good
Room/condo had nice view of mountains/lake. Nothing else. It is a modern day "Animal House" as in the movie. It was horrendous, the worst place I've ever stayed for any vacation (and I've booked with your site about 45 times this past year with no problems until now!). Loud drunk people everywhere, on Spring break. Zero management assistance, had to threaten to call police to get minutes of peace.
Restaurant, Landscaping, Room location. The bed was uncomfortable. There was no mention about the spa and pool being closed for thurs and Friday, very diappointed in that.
Very nicely appointed unit. Well maintained. Close to Mont-Tremblant. Easy check-in and friendly front desk staff.
Good value for the money.
The setting of the rooms were almost perfect, the kitchen area was large and nice. There was a possibility of eating at the hotel but needed reservations. Because of a wedding at the same time, front desk did not answer the phone at all the first night; we needed towels. There is a complete kitchen but no frying pan! It is really the minimum and should be better equipped, especially that we were two families expecting to eat there every meal. no maintenance on the weekend. Minimal dishwasher powder, no paper towels.....This is not a luxury place, because of the minimal appliances (no dvd players, no pans,..) but the rooms, beds, dining table were perfect
The units are spacious, and very well furnished. The view and the grounds are beautiful. It was impossible to find the reception and the units at night as none of the signs are lit up. Some lighting could have avoided all the frustration.Cars were stuck on the access road because of icy conditions. Apparently not an unusual problem.
The room and the place, in the mountain.
Great location. We had a huge room with comfortable beds and it was very clean (very important for us). Staff was very nice and super friendly. Breakfast and wi-fi was included and we were happy to get a great deal. Our friends stayed at another hotel n we were there to celebrate my bf's in bro-in-law's 30th b'day. They got a noise complaint, wi-fi and breakfast was not included n what we paid for 2 nights, they paid for 1. If you are looking for a cheaper option to stay in that area, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom. It was very small and the sink was Outside the bathroom and had a crack in it. I've been to tonnes of hotels and this was probably my least favourite as far as the decor and the set up goes. If they do a bit of renovations, they can get more money too because of the awesome location. But we got a great deal and we had a good time. I wouldn't mind staying there again if money is still an issue.
Had a very pleasant stay, room was great, staff was great, restaurant was great, room service was great. No complaints from this couple, and we travel often. definitely worth a visit. And even a romantic getaway for a couple or a family vacation spot. Short drive to the village, we enjoyed being so close but not in the village. The televisions in the room should be upgraded to flat screens, would go a long way to make the room more accommodating, however our "old" TV did work fine. But it is 2016. Time to upgrade.
The breakfast was good. The hotel staff was very kind. the room big an confortable. The swimming pool big enough for swimm. I had the feeling that the room was dedicated for internet reservation, but the stay was good anyway.
I enjoyed the value, the price and the fitness centre and that is was close to St. Jovite, the old village and to the spa Scandinave. I also liked that they upgraded me to a better room (since it was off season and the hotel was empty), but I wondered why it wasn't on the lake side. I think if you are going to impress, then do it. My husband called 4 times and he couldn't reach me in the mornings. I called for room service one night and no one answered. Then I called the front desk and no one answered. I wondered if there was an emergency what would happen.
If you don't mind the 15-20 minutes walk from the Mt. Tremblant village, this is a clean and comfortable place. It's been renovated and it's across the lake from Mt. Tremblant slopes which provides a great view of the mountain. The hotel like many structures in the area are converted old wooden houses. All the bedrooms are upstairs and has a shared common room with a french window that offers very nice view. Downstairs/first floor is the dinning area.
