Ulemper: "3 4 3 seating results in very narrow isles ... during the longer flights on the 777 the isle seated passengers lean into the isles making going to and from the restrooms in ( coach) a bit of an obstacle course"

Ulemper: "Business class is not as roomy as other airlines. My partner had to climb over me to reach the aisle, there is very little storage space and seat size is quite small. Choice of movies is limited."

Ulemper: "Always when one sits in the back of the plane, they run out of one meal. The food was ok. Not sure why they serve ice cream and cheese as a snack."

Fordele: "All went fine and the crew friendly. 12 hours from Switzerland to Sao Paulo is extremely long time to sit in an airplane, but temperature and air were fine and the flight was without delay."

Ulemper: "For international travel, I’m always told to get there 3 hours before. For this trip we checked in but didn’t have access to a printer so needed a boarding pass. We wanted to carry on luggage so just needed to print the pass. Swiss was the only airline that wasn’t available on the check-in kiosks. The front desk staff didn’t arrive until closer to 1.5 hours before check in so nearly theall passengers were in a huge line to get passes and check bags."

Ulemper: "Swiss air seems to have lost its service edge. The flight attendants just stood around and watched while I struggled with my cane and my bag. They only seemed to snap into action to tell people what to do or not do. I flew the same route two years ago and staff was really kind. Maybe the working conditions have changed; they seemed harried and annoyed (in coach, at least). And I don't think they had to stand in line for an _hour_ to check in (thanks, LAX)."

Ulemper: "At the Budapest airport the attendants were not willing to accommodate to check in my second luggage without a fee, despite the fact that I have a Miles & More card. On the way from NY to Budapest I checked in two luggages prior to arriving to the airport with out any fee. I would like Swiss air to issue a refund. I have my receipt for the excess luggage fee. Thank you, Eva Baud"

Ulemper: "Flight from Barcelona was delayed for 2 hours, so we missed the flight from Zurich to New York."

Fordele: "Good entertainment variety. Food was good, including snacks. Generous with drinks as well. Crew was polite and friendly."
Ulemper: "Letting us know about the delay prior to boarding could have allowed us to use our time better. Instead we sat at the gate and in the plane. Seats (economy) a bit closer to each other relative to other planes and the armrest does not fully go up which does not allow us to use space as much as possible."

Fordele: "I have been flying to Greece and back many years now. I have never seen,such comfort in a plane,such great service,so many snacks and meals,and the crew was coming by every 30-45 minutes for water. We were served Swiss chocolate and also the best ice cream I have had in my life. Best flight and best plane I have flown in my life."

Ulemper: "Food wasn't the usual Swiss quality this time. Are seats getting smaller? Very cramped, no leg room (I am a 164 cm, 53 kg female). I had some black metal box in my legroom area on top of everything. It would be absolutely impossible to take the "crash position" highlighted in the safety video."

Ulemper: "The handle of the pull-stick that slides into the suitcase was broken off with the pull-stick sticking out of the TUMI suitcase. Used a pen point to release it and get it back into the suitcase. No handle so it was impossible to drag the suitcase. The ground personnel representing Swiss Air at the Boston Baggage carousel was a novice, had never filled out a baggage claim form before. Told me they would phone me. I am a bit skeptical about this claim. Not sure if it was Swiss Air of the local ground personnel who damaged the suitcase."

Ulemper: "Due to special meals, food was quite delayed. Flight was also delayed so it was very tight to get to my connection."

Fordele: "the crew members were patient , helpful. Food presentation and taste were good."

Fordele: "Everything went smoothly on our flight from Naples to Zurich. The flight attendants made all the difference. We would fly Swiss Air again."

Ulemper: "It should have been a good flight BUT: the older gentleman next to me had a pot belly and he was not able to use his seat foldup tray. I had to share my small meal tray with him. That very uncomfortable! Seats were tight. Not a pleasant experience with Swiss."

Ulemper: "They were delayed. They wouldn't let us keep our checked sized bags which slowed us down even more. Our next flight left without us while we were waiting for a gate to open so we could get off the plane. There were no more flights so we had to fly to an alternate city and rent a car to get home."

Ulemper: "I had a 4 hour layover in Minneapolis, there was another flight to Denver that I meant I could’ve been home three hours earlier had I done standby, but because I had a cheaper ticket I was not allowed that opportunity. That makes absolutely no sense to me seeing as my flight was packed. I’m sorry my flight saved me money"

Fordele: "I was very impressed with the flight attendants. They were very pleasant & very attentive to the guests. The premium seats were very comfortable. The only disappointment was the chicken dinner but the ice cream dessert & refreshments were wonderful."

Fordele: "The staff & crew were friendly. I liked having access to free entertainment. I liked being able to see the tracking of my checked bag (notifications)."

Ulemper: "Boarding was slow and the interviewers were disrespectful. Also I was upgraded last minute and I could never understand the system by which upgrades to first class are granted. Just because I used my points to buy the flight I wasn’t eligible for an upgrade to the one seat left in first class even though the flight is full and I am the first one on comfort+ upgrade list and there was no one on delta one upgrade list."

Fordele: "We were in the plane for 3 hours before we could depart. No one offered us a drink or snack."

Fordele: "Delta did a really good job as always. Cheaper, more comfortable, and a WAY better experience than Alaska Airlines."

Ulemper: "No one would reissue me a ticket for the next flight. Delta and West Jet kept saying the other company should do this, and in the end no one did and I had to purchase another ticket."

Fordele: "Having just exited the AeroMexico flight that came across as unprofessional, it was refreshing to get on a Delta flight. It was not really exceptional, but it met my expectations. The Delta agent on the telephone on the day before our flight WAS exceptional, as she tried valiantly to get us checked in to a flight that had been changed (by Aeromexico) several times. Delta was also exceptional in helping us retrieve our luggage after AeroMexico lost it."
Ulemper: "The noise by the engines in the back section on the Delta flight was rather unbelievable. As a physician, I think it was likely physically damaging to our hearing. If this interior aircraft noise can’t be avoided, I think earplugs should be offered to passengers in those seats."

Ulemper: "Felt agents held me back at the check-in counter resulting in me missing my initial flight and voiding my complete routing. Had to fly on a flight 7hrs after my booked flight because Delta had no other option (very untrue as there were other airlines flying to my final destination. Delta just didn't bother providing good customer service"

Ulemper: "Pasta on board is heavy, lighter meal option is preferred"

Fordele: "The flight attendant in Delta Comfort/Main Cabin was very nice and made for an excellent trip. Smooth ride and on time. I like that!"

Fordele: "Business as usual and we actually arrived abit earlier than projected. Cudos to the pilot and crew."

Ulemper: "Vi skulle fra Aalborg til Austin TX. Først blev vores fly fra Amsterdam til Atlanta cancelled. Vi blev ombooket via Detroit. Men så var flyet til Detroit forsinket, og køen i immigration var så lang at det ikke kunne lade sig gøre at nå flyet til Austin. Nu sidder vi så og venter på det næste fly til Austin, og er meget trætte. 2 ombookninger på samme rejse - det har jeg dog alligevel aldrig oplevet før!!!"

Fordele: "As usual traveling with THY was perfect, all was OK. But pls when I buy THY tickets, it is mean that I want to travel with THY not with Anadolojet. Flight with Anadolojet Istanbul-Izmir was awful. The rest of the journey was awesome. Many thanks."
Ulemper: "In stead of Anadklujet could be THY :))"

Fordele: "I like everything about this airline... from the ticket prices, to their membership in Star Alliance, to their awesome customer service."

Fordele: "The flight attendants were friendly, attentive and efficient."
Ulemper: "Many flights were grounded for several hours because of some airline operational glitch. We were provided with no information or guidance about how to resume our travels. As we tried to sort ourselves out we were sent from lineup to lineup without much progress or friendly service."

Fordele: "The flight crew was excellent IAD to IST."
Ulemper: "The customs process takes too long to make domestic flights in time. I ended up missing my connection to Antayla because the customs line was too long, so I was re-booked for a later flight departing 7+ hours later. I think in the future kayak needs to ensure at least 2 hours for a connecting flight"

Fordele: "Crew was nice. I was really thirsty and I kept asking for water. He should have just given me a small bottle. Also need more than 4 Bollywood movies. This was a returning flight after 2 weeks and it had the same 4 movies which I had already seen."
Ulemper: "I had a 14 hour layover in istanbul airport. Arrived at midnight and flight wasn’t until 2 pm the next day. I just assumed that they would give me a hotel. Come to find out thats wasnt the case when I landed. Given all kinds of reasons/excuses. The guy at the transfer desk told me”you should have known that your layover was this long since you booked it”. Will have second thoughts about flying Turkish again. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Might stick with Emirates or Qatar."

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed over two hours causing great stress and worry about missing our next flight, which we did. As there were many of us on the neit flight also I wonder if any effort was made to hold that flight for us."

Fordele: "Crew was friendly and efficient. We were served beverages and a tasty (by American airlines standards) sandwich on the less than 1 1/2 hour flight"

Fordele: "I like the fact that they were ready to inform the New York passengers of the boarding time at instanbul. I was able to go through the security faster than the other passengers."

Ulemper: "I booked a place in advance, but the place was changed because I did not check in 24 hours before the flight. And I got a place near the restroom. It was terrible!!!! it was impossible to sleep and eat normally. And the smell of the restroom all the way. Very upset."

Fordele: "Turkish Airlines er normalt, som samlet pakke min favorit, men når indtjekning vælger at sætte 2 voksne mænd på sæder ved nødudgangen der kun er ca. 75% i størrelse af normle (små) sæder, så er 3½ time til Istanbul en lang sammenklemt oplevelse."

Ulemper: "Ground staff very unhelpful and arrogant. Wanted to upgrade to business class and the representative who served me was very rude and unhelpful. Boarding was through buses which was inefficient and messy. My trip was 11 hours of flying time. Economy seating is super tight and legroom awful. For long haul flights they must be more generous in terms of seat size and legroom."

Ulemper: "Istanbul airport is large and difficult to manage. Had to walk/run for about 20 minutes to get to my connecting flight."

Fordele: "Turkish airlines is a very friendly airline. They did a good job of making sure people were taken care of."
Ulemper: "I was traveling with a group and wasn't able to be seated with my group for any of my flights including a 12 hour transatlantic flight. For whatever reason, I couldn't actually check in for my flight and select seats prior to arriving at the airport. This happened with each ticket I purchased through every other agency except for orbitz.com. Not sure if that was a Turkish Airlines issue or a kayak.com issue, but it was very frustrating. When we arrived at the airport, we could no longer be seated together because everyone else had already checked in online and selected their seats for an overbooked flight. One of my group members was issued a standby ticket and almost didn't get on one of the flights that we paid a lot of money for. I would call this travel experience subpar, but I don't entirely blame Turkish Airlines for this."

Ulemper: "Old plane with questionable food, only few movies. Not impressed and considering not using TA again"

Ulemper: "I was first seated next to the two largest people on the plane, a couple. There was hardly room for me in the seat. I had the aisle seat. I asked the flight attendant if I could be reseated and she said the plane was full and there were no open seats. She eventually found me a middle seat in the back of the plane, which was so cramped I could harpy move. For a 10 hours flight, not good. I have gold status on Star Alliance, which got me an upgrade from Bishkek to Istanbul, but didn't help on this flight."

Fordele: "Foods and Services of Flight attendants ar so good.. The best flight service compare with the US flights."

Fordele: "It was s safe flight."
Ulemper: "We were forced to go through numerous security checks. The last check was at the gate and our carry-ons were searched yet again and our laptops, cameras and iPads were taken. Apparently we cannot bring these items on the plane and no one told us, the customers who paid to board this flight. Plus the wifi was not free. And when we tried to use the wifi code we were given from the crew as a "perk" from our camera Ana iPads being taken, that still did not work. So that was a 13 hr flight with no wifi. Plus on my flight from Istanbul to Atlanta my Tv did not work and the crew didn't speak English and could not understand my complaint. Overall the worst flight ever, close to a Delta flight which everyone knows is the bottom of the barrel of airlines. When we finally arrived in Atlanta it took 3 HOURS to get our baggage. We landed at 7:45 PM and did not get our bags until 11 pm. We were not told what the delay was and to just be patient. I will a NEVER take this airline agin."

Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "A delay due to an electrical storm prevented us from taking off for over an hour which we had to wait to end on the plane."

Ulemper: "We were put on standby. We expected our names to be called for seat assignments but we didn’t expect we could just swipe our boarding pass and our seat assignment would show. It’s a nice feature but I didn’t like that it wasn’t clearly explained to us."

Ulemper: "Our plane sat on turnac in Toronto waiting for a parking gate for 30minutes making us miss our connecting flight. Finally arrived but missed our train to Florence had to stay Saturday night in Rome while our villa in Lucca sat empty which was paid for"

Ulemper: "Everything, lost luggage and missed flights because of flights not making their time."

Fordele: "The crew was amazing and so welcoming! They did not flinch when they saw my three-year-old son and went out their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was very nice to be greeted with such hospitality!"

Ulemper: "5 hour lay over in Frankfurt. Sandwiches are all the same 2 choices on all aircraft"

Fordele: "Food quality was good, and movies had a great selection. Boarding went quickly."
Ulemper: "We did not request special meals because in the past there has always been an option without cheese. For both legs of the trip, everything had cheese. They tasted great, but left my husband eating only bread. At the first meal the crew just shrugged their shoulders. Second meal they brought him a snack from business class, but it had cream cheese on the sandwich. Drinks were only served during the meals on an 8 hour flight. When crew came back through at the first meal, they only had two bottles of wine in hand offering top offs (no cart, just physically carrying the bottles). We do not drink alcohol. During the second meal I did not even see them offering the top offs. All other airlines have at least come through a couple of times offering water or soda. Announcements were only audible half the time. Customs forms were confusing for people passing through Canada. This might have been explained over the intercom, but again, it was hard to hear."

Ulemper: "Seat!!!!!!!!"

Ulemper: "No seat assigned at check-in or even as they begin boarding. I thought I was flying Lufthansa. Air Canada gate agents were condescending. Very disappointed."

Ulemper: "Departure was delayed causing me to miss my connection from Frankfurt to San Francisco."

Fordele: "The plane was extra comfortable . The Lufthanza is it exceptional airline very nice people better than most American Airlines"

Ulemper: "One thing that everyone was complaining about was the temperature . It was very cold and nobody anted to do anything about it. Another thing that I found unwise was the entertainment. It was a large selection of movies with very explicit sexual content. I didn't travel with kids but I was thinking what I would've done if my kids were seated next to a person like I did who was watching this kind of movies.."

Ulemper: "I couldn't get my tablet to work with the headphones. In order to watch and hear anything, I had to hold my headphones with a certain pressure and frequently spin the headphones in order to hear anything."

Fordele: "I have never flown with Lufthansa, but now, I will fly with them any chance I get. The crew were amazing. Friendly and attentive. For airplane food, it was very good and tasty. Received headphones, a pillow and a blanket for the flight. Legroom was good, but probably cramped for people over 6'0" tall. 24 hour online check-in was smooth an trouble free. I like having the boarding pass on my phone. No paper to carry around."

Fordele: "The on board crew worked hard to make up for the 2 hour delay. I was happy to be fed in the right hour flight, but the food was not very good. I did not download the app for inflight entertainment so I can't rate it."
Ulemper: "The plane departure was delayed and the passengers were left wondering about the flight. There was no announcement to explain until an hour after the departure time. All monitors showed original departure."

Ulemper: "There was supposed to be a meal and a snack on this flight. There was a good meal but the "snack" was a pack of pretzels. I think Lufthansa's partner AC could do a little better. I think the drinks cart should precede the food cart. I did not receive my drink until 3/4 of the way through my meal."

Ulemper: "Gate distances were too far away and passport control in Munich is not organized"

Fordele: "Brand new plane, pleasant attentive staff. Delayed leaving but most of time made up. Since plane was new everything was clean and worked well *including audio, good movie selection too."

Fordele: "The flight attendants were very polite and helpful. The seats had those "wings" on either side of the head rest to help keep your head from bobbing back and forth. There were a few good movies to watch that were current, but a lot of old movies that we had zero interest in."
Ulemper: "The flight was considered a Lufthansa flight and had a Lufthansa flight number, but was operated by Air Canada. We could not check in online ahead of time for some reason. When we got to the airport, we tried to check in at the Lufthansa kiosk and check in line, but they told us we had to go to the Air Canada area. The ticketing/check in process was very confusing. As for the food, the chicken "wrap" was not a wrap, and was a weird Hot-Pocket type meal. After each meal, we ended up having to hold our garbage for quite some time which made manuvering in and out of seats a little tricky. I wish the seat cushion had a little more cushion since we were sitting for so long. Also at some point the overhead lights came on and stayed on, which was annoying if you were trying to nap."

Ulemper: "This airline has little respect for its customers. In the economy/coach cabin, they squeeze the seat distances to such an extent that, when the person in front of you leans their chair back, you cannot get out of your seat at an upright angle. You have to significantly bend your body. To not loose your balance, you have to grab on to the seat in front of you and that disturbs the other passenger. If they're sleeping, they can be woken up by that. Lufthansa does not care much for its passengers. Nor do many other companies, for that matter, but I think Lufthansa is taking things further than most airlines. It is a disgrace. Their brand is not what it once was."

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed for 2.5 hours, for a reason they never made clear after they let the passengers wait in line for 45 minutes to board. Once aboard, the Lufthansa planes were much much less comfortable than the Air Canada plane I took to Frankfurt. There is very little space and the seats are crammed together. The food they served was very bad, especially again in comparison with Air Canada. Once we arrived in Toronto, they made us wait nearly an hour before exiting the aircraft. It would seem that the Toronto airport would have to know we were coming and should have prepared accordingly, but apparently not. We sat, several passengers missed their connecting flights and were angry. I nearly missed my flight, having to run and race through customs (who are in no hurry)."

Ulemper: "2 1/2 hour wait while boarded then missed flights in toronto. Toronto airport a mess! Unclear directions and procedues."

Fordele: "Yes, Very good"

Ulemper: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

Fordele: "The crew were great! The seats are not that comfortable, it happened that I had 3 seats raw for myself but the armrests were not going up so I could not utilize them and lie down to sleep."

Fordele: "15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one."

She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Ulemper: "After more than two hours of delay... Initially the flight takes off was at 8:35... Then 21:20... Then 21:50... Then 22:10. Finally we took off at 22:40... Refund our money klm..."

Ulemper: "Exceptionally unhelpful customer service when asking about extra kilos/bags. Just quoted the online info back at us. We simply wanted to know how much would be charged if the bag was 1-2kgs overweight. We could not get a straight answer, just quoted the unclear company policy. Extremely frustrating and annoying. KLM offer a superior flight experience - it is a shame their terrestrial customer servic does not match it!"

Fordele: "The crew came to get me from the arrival gate to get to the departure gate since our plane was delayed. It helped to know that the airline was checking to make sure we made the flight."
Ulemper: "I did not get my luggage in Nairobi. The delayed flight that was the most likely reason it did not get to the connecting flight to Nairobi."

Ulemper: "Horrible. First, we lost a suitcase. It could happen but for two days they did nothing and only told us stories (so as not to use the word lies). Within a few hours (and thanks to airline assistance) we were able to locate the suitcase. Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"
