Personalet (specielt concierge), morgenmaden, god seng. Intet andet. Fejl i afregning efter afrejse, Nye nogler hver dag da de ikke virkede. At booke igennem Booking.com havde de ikke styr paa, overhovedet ikke. Fik ikke de vaerelser man havde bestilt. Nyt laasesystem. Bedre vaskefaciliteter, saasom flere vaskemaskiner osv.
The Staff and their helpfullness. That the hotel was not staffed for 24 hours. Quite risky in case their are any emergencies.
I liked the friendly staff at reception who tried to fill all my requirements. I also liked that breakfast, although light, was complimentary. How you could only get there one way as I kept missing the turn adhad to go around the block many times.

Visiting Sydney Opera House etc The photo on Booking.com of the swimming pool is not of this hotel, therefore false advertising and should be removed as the pool was nothing like photo which was a bit of a disappoint for us as this is one main reason we booked it. This was our honeymoon and was looking forward to chilling at the pool area which looked gorgeous on website!!!!

Aside from a few stray hairs the room was clean In the last 15 years of frequent traveling this was the first time I walked out on a hotel in the middle of my reservation (much less when the hotel refused to issue a refund). Upon checking in, I was told I was upgraded to a family room for my first night but that I would need to move to a smaller room with 2 twin beds the following night. This was fair considering I booked a double bed for the first night and a room with 2 twin beds for my second and third nights. What was not fair is that rooms with 2 twin beds do not have windows. I booked on kayak and this didn't appear anywhere on my reservation or room description. Oddly enough, the images of the room posted online do have windows - but they are fake! They receive absolutely no light and they are bolted shut. Hence the images of the room on booking sites give the illusion of a window, but upon entering you realize you won't be looking at much of anything during your stay. Talk about false advertising! The two guys working the front desk when I checked in were friendly enough, but they deflected all responsibility and blamed the online booking site I used for not clarifying the lack of windows. Eventually the hotel offered to upgrade me to a room with windows at a cost of $35 per night and they refused to let me cancel my stay after one night. No chance of a refund despite the misunderstanding. I was told repeatedly that I should be happy that I had been upgraded to a room with 3 beds for my first night... as if that was somehow useful to me as a solo traveler?! The room itself is clean and the bed comfortable. There is soundproofing from outside, but I could here every word spoken in the room adjacent to mine and a good deal of noise from the corridor. It didn't help that there was a champagne party in the room next to me. Oddly enough, the windows are sealed and bolted shut in rooms with windows (isn't this a safety hazard?) and it is not possible to adjust air flow or cooling from inside the room. It was unseasonably warm in Sydney during my visit, and, in turn, my room was quite hot. So much so that people in the neighboring apartment left their door propped open much of the night since it was more comfortable in the hallway. Reception closes at 9PM, which means there isn't much security and nobody is around in the event of a guest problem. Only one slow elevator for the whole building and you need to pay $2 per bag for left luggage. Even for a couple of hours. I would definitely not stay here again. Nor will I stay at any hotel affiliated with this chain of budget accommodation. There are a lot of budget hotel options in Sydney. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
We liked the hotel, found it nice and handy for lots of places in the area. It was clean and modern. No we liked the modern and clean lines of the room and en-suite. Would maybe suggest a shelf in the shower room for putting toiletries on. You know what us girlies are like for our sprays and talcs etc. Not a criticism, but found it a little strange having no natural daylight. However, we found it a nice friendly hotel, and we really enjoyed our stay there. Staff friendly and helpful. Thank you. from Mrs. A. Darby.
Quiet room in Central location - New, modern furnishings Tea/ Coffee Making Facilities were not available
I would not stay at Leisure Inn again. I called a couple of days in advance to warn them that we would be arriving from a long flight and would like to check in as early as possible. The person on the phone said that they would do their best to prioritize our room. But when we got there, the staff were very unhelpful and unwilling to do anything to help us get an early check in. If there is no early check in, fine, but don't give people the expectation that you will help and then do nothing when they arrive. Also our room had no windows and was very stuffy, it didn't seem like the air-conditioning was working consistently. We woke up feeling terrible every morning. Finally there is no recreation area within the hotel where you can work or wait for your room to be ready, the rooms have no irons or televisions.
It was sufficient for what was needed! Parking would be a bonus!!
Friendly staff and close to Central Station and CBD. Strange overhead shower rose, noisy air cond. in hall. Would've preferred room with a view.
I liked how close the Leisure Inn is to everything, very convenient. The room we stayed in needed some maintenance in the bathroom.

Staff were pleasant, got to leave our bags there all day after checkout -that was convenient. No mirror in the bedroom. Pretty plain/small room for $219 per night.
