Location The room and the hotel are not so modern
Comfortable and convenient. Everything is fine.
free internet, good in-room coffee maker. Close proximity to metro, restaurants, cafes, department stores and shops
The only good thing about Keio Plaza Hotel that they have a shuttle bus line direct to Disney Resort, but need reservation 1 month earlier before the date. The front desk for check-in and check-out really really really not friendly (especially to foreigner), no smile at all and very bad in english. Very old hotel, we've paid for the premier room (recently furbished they said) but still looks old, they're only put more lighting inside the room and LED TV. Better stay at International Brand Hotel.
Breakfast options are good. The South wing room bathroom had a slight sewer odor at times.
Great location near the Shinjuku train station. Service was excellent (although perhaps average for Japan). Pillows not so comfortable - would have liked a selection of hard/soft (therefore the OK rating on comfort). Room A/C worked very well (I like to sleep in a cold room). Great view of Mt. Fuji and Tokyo government buildings. I prefer the Hyatt Regency Shinjuku when the cost is reasonable but this time it was considerably higher. Have stayed at Keio plaza about 5 times and at Hyatt about 20 times.
the proximity to shopping, restaurants and transport. Also liked the view from room - comfort of room - range of restaurants in hotel was great - service was friendly and prompt - felt very welcomed - especially as our knowledge of the language was limited - liked the ambience - international Cannot think of a thing we didn't like
Great views from room, lots of space in the Park Deluxe room, very good service. The New York Bar on the 52nd has the best view and great jazz nights our rate did not include breakfast..

Staff is extremely helpful with everything . I have requested to make a reservation at many famous restaurants and the concierge staff did a very professional job securing a seat for me . They have planned everything for me better than I have planned by myself .
Location was good near Shinkuku station (one one the biggest) The hotel has a gymn and a pool but you have to pay 2,100.00 yens (US$ 26.00) / person / day. The staff speaks poor english. Check out at 11h00am so not good if you have a late flight (30% of the daily rate to stay to 03h00 pm).
- Cleanliness - Spacious Space - Amenities - Friendly Staff - Service - Shuttle to Shinjuku Station - A bit far from Shinjuku Station by walking - Underground (Metro) does not have full escalator (a bit difficult if carry lots of stuff)

This hotel location is very good - really near the Shinjuku Station, one of the biggest point of communications in Tokyo. Between Shinjuku Station and Shinjuku Washington Hotel is a tunnel Internet wasn't by wi-fi. It's only with cabel
know location and ease of movement around Shinjuku My room was just off the elevators. And the door jams showed lots of light on the sides and the bottom of the door. Used towels on the bottom to eliminate some but not all....
The location is great and the price is very affordable. There are multiple convenience shops nearby for quick snacks or forgotten items. The tub is very deep and offers a relaxing soak with very hot water and good water pressure. Also the included cable lineup is more robust than many hotels. A couple of smart features for working with such small rooms. I like the ledge of the window for adding space and the included large hand mirror in the room. The rooms are so hot. Even in winter. And it felt like every morning the room would get extra hot and forced me out in a heated panic. It would be different if the windows opened but mine did not. It was insufferable at times making the small size (even in the double room) seem even smaller. Also every morning the cleaning staff would take hours to complete a room. I was often working around their schedule and felt I couldn't be in the room between 10:00-13:00. It's also a very crowded hotel and getting an elevator at certain times of day was frustrating. I stayed here for over a week where I'd suggest 3 nights be the max.

The location is not that really that convenient except if you take the airport limousine to the airport, otherwisem, it is a long walk from the hotel to the station, especially when you have to toll the luggage.
I like that the location it is excellent and its to easy to registration and ubication I will like that the hotel have red wii fii because de internet acces is poor, and the check in time i think that it is too late al 2 00 pm

Well located and comunicated. Very clean. Little rooms (as usual in Japan) but confortable. Would stay here again.
Convience to subway and did not cost too much considering it was Tokyo. Bathroom was very good. The bathtub was large. We had a city view also. The pillows on bed were hard and small. Room was very efficient but very tight for two people,

The rate is cheaper than similar hotels in the neighborhood and breakfast is complimentary.
Best of it all, the location and the general appearance. Clean, quiet, nice staff and close to a konbi market.Guest rooms are fair in space. Microwace oven and a brand new washing machine. Just to mention something, lets say there was no ofuro, wich may not be necessary for most people, but i think it is one of the nicest things before going to sleep.
Location Beds were hard
During my stay, I got sick from my stomach. Once the staff knew about my illness, the staff was attentive and went as far as to check up on me to see how I was doing. That's not only great service, but a gold standard in taking care of the customer. I will definitely go back to this hotel when I go back to Tokyo. I will recommend this hotel to others.
