Was all good
The hotel is perfectly situated in mid town. The staff is wonderful, facilities great, and great food. The bathrooms are a little dated and need to remove the tubs and put in bigger showers for two
very nice staff very accommodating liked food in bar and lctaion was perfect for us high price, nothing special about the room or bathroom, early turndown very poor value for the money
Very hard to get a waiter at the Sunday brunch. Not used to having to search for help at Four Seasons hotel.
Everything!! Especially how they accommodated my 10 yrs old granddaughter and made her feel special. They even made her and her stuffed animals name tags. That was just too precious!! With there was an ATM on every level.
I was visiting Atlanta for the weekend. The Loews was a great home base for the weekend. The location is excellent in Midtown convenient to Marta and also easy to get in and out of the parking deck to explore Atlanta. The room was spacious with an extensive view of midtown and downtown from our room through floor to ceiling windows (we were on 25th floor). The bathroom had a separate shower and bath which I really liked and a TV. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. We are there for dinner one night and liked it so much we went back for a late night snack the next night. There is also a Cafe Intermezzo right outside the hotel to grab a glass of wine and people watch on Peachtree St. Prices were expensive for the weekend we were traveling. The bathroom was showing a little wear and tear with paint peeling on the ceiling.
The hotel is immaculate. Great location and the comfiest bed and pillows I have ever had. I stayed for 4 nights and loved it. The bar / restaurant area is small and lacks any atmosphere. Also, a bottle of water in the room is $6 so my advice is go to the meat by store.
The staff and location Room service was expensive
The best service I have received at a Hotel in many years! Everything was great.
Lovely decour! Staff was really nice. Charges for local calls and wifi.
View and bathroom
Great hotel and well decorated for the holidays. Hotel offered anything you could need. No pool and room did not have view of Atlanta but it was one of the affordable rooms.
Staff were amazingly friendly. Especially Courtney at the Front desk. Great location, very clean and well appointed rooms.
Nothing Customer Service and communication was terrible. Would never go back.
Tanya, Jeff and Jonathan we friendly, remembered my name and were of great help! Everyone was friendly and very attentive. I spoke to my guess and they were all repeat customers. That says a lot!! Excellent!!! No Pool
Good staff, valet was very prompt, rooms were comfortable and very clean. Would probably stay again if I had some kind of coupon but coupled with the valet charge, it was too expensive for me. I can't stand places that charge $200/night and don't give you free wi-fi in the room. Also, the $32/day valet (while we knew about it in advance) still stung... there was pretty much no other option around though.
We liked the lounge & the room. It was a great atmosphere. There should be drinks in the rooms.
Really nice hotel. Would visit a again. Parking is expensive but probably the norm for downtown.
Staff were very accommodating. Parking fees are greatly overpriced. Price of parking should have been included in price of room. A/C did not operate properly during visit. Staff offered room change or box fan. While this was a nice gesture, QC (Quality Control) was not performed to insure all functions and features of the room were properly operating prior to the arrival of guests. In the future, this function and quality check should be performed before the checkin of guests.
The staff were very kind. the room very clean.
Great quality especially for price. Walls are super thin
Staff was rude.
The extra charges for internet and the mandatory valet parking was a bit much.
Having to pay 32 dollars a night for parking.
Venligt, meget opmærksomt personale på alle områder, flotte omgivelser og generelt god værdi for pengene. Tillige god beliggenhed. Nej
I liked the huge room, we got. It was almost as big as my appartment back home. The staff was really helpfull and serviceminded. The restaurant there was also a fantastic experience.Really good food with a european touch. No
The rooms didn't seem to be kept up as nicely as the price of them would suggest. Furniture was not very well maintained. It looked like pieces had been repainted in a black gloss paint multiple times. The room could have also been a bit cleaner.
The hotel location was great. The bed was comfortable. The valet was pretty good. The service was not very good. We requested a refrigerator and had two broken ones brought up. The food at the restaurant wasn't very good. The service overall was very subpar.
I love the interesting and inspiring designs. Beautiful interior and great location in midtown Atlanta. The wifi isn't free, The food is way overpriced with 22% service fee, an additional $4 charge for room service, 8% sales tax and 18% gratuity. i ordered a $10 entree which ended up being around $22. The staff isn't that friendly and just seems to be standing around chatting with each other, way too unprofessional. The room was a little dirty and it looks like it never really gets a good deep cleaning or even just a basic surface sanitizing would have been nice. There was food smudges on one of the lamps. Overall, I'm glad I got a discount of Kayak but that price still wasn't worth it.
The location is the best thing. It's within walking distance to almost everything. Seemed like there was a charge for everything..WiFi in room wasn't free..there was a mini fridge but it was packed with liquor so couldn't really put anything in it unless you tool all their stuff out. The upchages on roomservice was crazy. No exhaust vent in the bathroom..so whatever happens in the there ..you and whoever is staying in your room will get wind of it..no door to the bathroom except a sliding door that didn't really give privacy
I loved every minute of it! We loved how it had liquor wine and snacks (saved us a trip to the store) . The staff was friendly the food was AMAZING will be back next weekend!!!
Location Walls are so thin that you hear people talking in hall and rooms next to you. It was unbelievable how bad it was. By far my worst hotel experience in my life.
Staff were really friendly, as well as the valet staff. Good location. A couple of the pieces of furniture were worn & ripped. The air in our room was pretty dry & the shower needed a deeper scrub. Paid over $4 for a small bottle of Coke.
the staff were polite The In Room wifi was pitiful. Insuficcient capacity when it was able to be connected to. The room lighting was very poor. Very dark in the room with all lights on.
There were plenty of elevators to accommodate guests and the location was convenient. Loud, leaky pipe kept us awake. We contacted front desk because we saw carpet in hall was wet from it. They obviously ignored us because by morning the carpet in our room was soaked and the hallway carpet was a 15 foot puddle. God knows if was water or waste. Staff made zero effort to make up for negative experience. Valet pickup took 45 minutes because they "forgot" to call in our ticket number. Furniture was chipped, room smelled.
I liked the TRACE restaurant the food was great!!! The location of the W was wonderful restaurants and entertainment was just a walk away. The rooms where outdated and dirty had to change rooms because the one I was in had dirty sheets the door panel was falling off and only half the shower spigots worked. The furniture was dingy. The new room was not much better.
We had a fantastic stay here at Stonehurst Place! It was very conveniently located near Piedmont Park, the rooms were immaculate, and the home is beautifully restored and incredibly charming. Most of all, the innkeepers were some of the friendliest people I've ever met and made our stay so special. Also, breakfast was delicious! We wish we had more time to spend at Stonehurst Place. This is definitely much more than just a place to come home to sleep at night. We had a lot of activities planned around Atlanta for the day, so we felt we didn't experience all that Stonehurst Place had to offer. They have cozy lounges you can spend time in, lots of interesting artwork you can look at/learn about, etc. If you come here, make sure to spend time exploring all this place has to offer!
The staff is uniformly friendly and helpful throughout our three night stay. The bar is modern, yet cozy. This hotel would be a fine romantic get-a-way in the heart of Mid-town Atlanta. Walking distance to the Marta (across the street), High Art Museum and Symphony. Lovely courtyard with azaleas still in flower in Dec. The room was nicely laid out with wonderful, luxurious bedding. Every bit as advertised, quiet and thoroughly comfortable. Would not hesitate to return. The exercise room is small, but it is a boutique hotel. Plumbing in tub had a minor faucet leak.
Staff was helpful. Exterior is gorgeous. Nice to have the kitchen in the room--it was like an efficiency apartment. Tidy. A fine value and while it's mostly office buildings in the area, the location by the MARTA station was otherwise excellent. Wi-fi was very erratic, especially on my tablet. I met other guests who said the same. The key card lock on the door from the courtyard to my section of the hotel didn't work, which meant a longer walk around to my room.
Warm, inviting, friendly hotel
Staff was great and the hotel was clean and hip. The facilities were a little dated as were the fixtures in the room (sink, shower, etc.). My sink would not drain. It was moderately annoying. I should have called to have it looked at, but didn't have time. My feeling is the cleaning staff should notice things like that and alert the maintenance crew. It should not be left to the guests.
We had a wonderful stay at the Artmore. The staff was friendly and the decor and atmosphere were great. The only drawbacks were the tub and tile in the bathroom had been recoated at some point and the paint has begun peeling and chipping. The dresser in our room was missing the bottom drawer (which wasn't a big deal-it just made the room feel less cared for). And last, the chain bolt on our door was held on with a single screw that when touched, wiggled and nearly fell out-had it not been so late and had we stayed more than one night, I would have requested a repair be made or a change of rooms. All of that said, it is a cute boutique type hotel. The courtyard is fantastic. Even with Gide little issues, I would stay there again. We walked to Starbucks as well as to the art museum. The location cant be beat.
Very polite and very helpful with ideas of what to do in the city and with restaurant ideas.
This is a great boutique hotel - reminded me of traveling in Europe. Great courtyard area, live band at the bar, great room. I didn"'t expect the kitchen area and it would have been very useful for a longer stay. Perfect picture of Marilyn Monroe in the room and a great little alcove with an Wlvis print for a mystical moment. Incredible location in Midtown close to the High Museum and Peachtree Street/Piedmont The only thing that I didn't like was that I didn't stay longer.
Nice ambiance, the courtyard is fun, but the staff made our stay extra special. Friendly and personable all around. Great value for midtown Atlanta.
Location 19.50 for valet was expensive. hot water pressure weak. analogue cable tv was not clear and not channel indication on screen
Perfect location and a great value. Our toilet leaked a little but other than that, a very satisfactory stay.
We were very impressed with how wonderful the staff were -they were always polite and willing to help .
Clean and quiet hotel with nice and responsive staffs that made the stay quite comfortable. There was a problem with bathroom sink drain on the night of arrival, but the staffs fixed it while we were out on the following day. Room air was extremely dry, which must be fixed to the entire HVAC system in the building. While the room and all facilities are clean, some facilities are getting old and failing already - bath tub water control was loose, temperature control buttons weren't quite responsive, etc.
yes, I asked for a non-smoking room in which I received, but the room smelled and reaked of smoke. our clothes smelled like smoke the next day and our luggage smells like smoke too. This was very disappointing.
I had a very good experience staying at Georgia Tech Hotel. I will recommend it ot any colleagues traveling to Georgia.
Staff is outstanding!!
Clean rooms A little warm
The staff was great, the location is the best, very close to everything and within walking distance to great places such as bars and places to eat, and be social. Who wants to pay for parking when you attend a hotel, no one, so I really don't like that we had to pay $15 a night for parking, but I get it. Also, I hate when hotels put holds on your debit cards, then you have to wait for the crazy fee and amounts to be refunded, it's like hello, why are you locking up my funds to begin with.
The hotel is in a very good location. It's easily accessible by car and the MARTA (3 blocks).
My daughter cried on the way out that she didn't want to go home - and she loved the hotel. Although a professional conference was going on, the staff were fantastic and really great with our kids.
Clean comfortable rooms No refrigerator in the room
Great rate, nice location. Covered parking next to the hotel, only $15 night. Most hotels in the midtown/downtown area parking is $30 or more. Affordable restaurants and bars within walking distance. Starbucks and Barnes and Noble across the street. Atlanta's own Waffle House next door. Easy access to all ATL landmarks and tourist attractions. The room was clean and spacious enough for a couple. King bed was comfy, bathroom clean with nice soap. The hotel bar was not overpriced with a decent food and beverage selection. I am an ATL native and stayed one night to attend a party downtown, used Uber as transportation to the party. I absolutely recommend this hotel, especially at $126/ night including taxes. What a deal! No complaints
Wonderful location. Fantastic bed and linens. Extremely clean. No
Unexpected $23 for overnight parking
Everything was nice just needed a place to sleep really but it was pretty nice
Parking cost way to much. I was there a day n half and was charged 50 to park. When I checked in wasn't told that parking was extra!
Location is right off the highway.. Very convenient Parking is horrible & they shouldn't charge guest...visitors maybe
Found a sock under the bedsheet from another hotel guest. Hair in the bathtub that wasn't mine.
Comfy bed, good shower, nice staff, totally clean, good location, good deal. Be aware: Valet is only parking option at hotel: $28 per day.
Charged too much for daily parking and that wasn't mentioned until arriva.
Great water pressure & hot water $28 a day for parking Hotel bar closed at 9
The complimentary breakfast each day was wonderful as was the dinner on Mon-Thur. Overall, it was great...BUT it would have been nice to be able to call for our car ahead of time. But that was so small compared to everything else that was wonderful!
updated furniture and cleanliness Parking was not free
The room was above what I expected. A full kitchen included! Very nice, clean and highly recommended. I'd like to have had the option to park myself, but valet was required. But I get it too with the location that there's nowhere to park nearby.
First, it is almost brand new...so very clean and modern. Loved that there is a full kitchen, sitting area and a walk in shower. Close to Marta and grocery and liquor store. it was difficult to get my suitcase into the closet...opening too small.
Very friendly employees and they were very helpful No
Staff from the front desk clerk to the concierge was courteous and professional. The shower in my room had hair all on the curtain and walls ewwww
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
Location was easy access to MARTA, room, nice breakfasts lots of choices and staff very knowledgeable about the area. Free Wi-fi was a nice perk Advertised year around pool--we figured that meant that it must be heated in the winter months. Nope! Freezing no way you could swim. Outdoor Hot tub was also not heated. It was kind of a bummer.
The staff was very helpful, made me feel at home and were good at answering questions. The rooms had enough kitchen stuff to cook with, although I didn't use it. Definately could save money on a longer stay by cooking for yourself here. Breakfast was good, pretty typical stuff - waffle maker, a couple choices of hot food. I'm vegan, so I filled my plate with roasted potatoes and fresh fruit. I couldn't find any way to adjust the temperature in the room. It was very cold in there and there were no extra blankets in the room. I ended up opening the electrical panel and flipping the switch marked "AC" off and piling pillows on my side where the fan air was blowing. That worked, but it's hardly an ideal solution. You do have to pay $25 for parking each night, which I didn't realize at the time. Also, they have limited spaces and you're expected to leave the space by 2 pm on checkout day. If I had known, I might have parked in the deck next door and had a longer time.
Clean, great breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Great midtown location. Secure parking. Strange loud noise coming from bathroom whenever the air turned on, had to close the bathroom door.
Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Full size fridge Noisy.
Great midtown location. Easy walking to Marta, restaurants, nightlife. Interesting mix of people staying there.
Very friendly staff, large bathroom/sink area, kitchen area, flat screen TV. Underground parking was a little inconvenient, especially having to pay extra for it.
Clean, Safe, and Convenient.
reception staff very helpfull but the maids very dis-honest passport went missing and turned up in the hotel trash area found by a senior member of staff so on this point will not stay there again maids
The location was perfect. There were children running through the hallway in the evening.
None Everything from position to service. Even tv in room could not be fixed or moved
A lovely hotel - extremly clean, the rooms are beautifully outfitted (extra touches like extra pillows and blanket), wonderfully comfortable king bed (pillowtop), nice sheets. And a great location at a great price. I would highly recommend this to anyone. No, there really wasn't anything at all. I thought it was just great.
Cleanliness, room size and amenities. That I didn't book a longer stay, lol.
nice room, good breakfast, easy access to public transportation, good location for sightseeing
Room was not as clean and smelled of smoke. Price was too High for it not to be fresh and clean.
The hotel was very comfortable and easily accessible to all the activities downtown. The parking garage was very cramped.
I liked its location , cleaniness , services and it was good over all
Great location, nice staff. They are clearly making an effort to overhaul the place, I couldn't get past the room smellinglof cigarettes. Booked six nights. Checked out after one. i was put in the wheelchair accessible room so I give them props for having those accommodating, it has been decades es since I've known a hotel to permit smoking.
Hotel is being renovated and looks like it will be very nice soon. Our room was perfect for a one night stay. Comfy beds. Hotel was nice to let us check out late.
Nothing! To start my bedding was ripped and stained. I had no hot water for my entire stay. My room was on the 3rd floor. Staff told me to use the elevator which had out of order signs on it. Upon exiting the elevator I noticed that it does not come all the way down to the next floor. There is at least a 2 foot step. I could not get an iron. The coffee maker had no filters and it was overall just grimy. I was supposed to stay for 2 days. It was so nasty I just left that morning.
The location is great and very convenient. Not only did we have to change rooms twice due to bugs and mold/bacteria, we also found out that a room with two queen beds was considered at max occupancy of 1 person, so for the 3 others in the room, we were charged $10 per person per night, so in total it cost us an extra $120 on top of the $240 we already paid.
Convenient to where I needed to work for a few days. If you are happy to stay in a hotel that looks like it comes from a ramshackle 3rd world country, this is the place for you. I just about needed an oxygen mask trying to breath the air in my room. And as for the wall and carpet stains, and the 3rd world staff running the place.... priceless.
