Quiet and clean hotel No air condition
the hotel was right beside the tram line which made access to the city very easy room was a good size for the amount of people that were in my group staff were very helpfull and polite the only problem was that the toilet was a bit unpleasent due to the smell, but the real problem was that every one in france goes on their holidays during the first two weeks of august which meant that a lot of the restaurants were closed. including the hotel. this did not stop us having a good time on our vacation. bordeaux is a wonderfull city.
Pleasant service, clean room and surprisingly quiet and peacefull. Perfect if visiting the hostpital nearby. Lights on the landing automatically turn off rather too quickly and I was plunged into dark when still trying to find the room or door to the lifts.
Convenient for the tram to get into the centre of town Over priced for what it was, not all the beds were made up and also breakfast was not included and we still had to pay 140 euros for the night + 24 euros for breakfast on top . Not worth it at all.
Nothing Room not serviced on arrival.Had to return to reception after being given key and wait while room was serviced. No tea or coffe making facilities. No glasses to drink from.Supplied with stove top but no utensils.
The room was very smoky
The hotel furnishings are rather tired and we were surprised to find that it is a twenty minute tram ride to the centre of Bordeaux.
Comfortable bed It was dark throughout, with the exception of the reception area. I was scared to move around the hotel on my own as it was so dark and quiet.
Rapid, efficient check in. Leaky bath, missing parts on taps. No welcome tray.
Simple family hotel, big suite with two rooms so perfect for perants and kids
