Great place for children and to relax between long drives.
The hotel was in a convenient position for travelling on the motorway and it was comfortable with a swimming pool did not get credited with my loyalty points
Quiet location on lake just outside the city, but easy access into the city by car. Also good location for access to airport via ring road around Bordeaux.Beds good, firm mattresses Bathroom not great, carpets and lifts getting a bit old.
Staff were very friendly and helpful I thought the cost of the computer to pick up my few emails was too expensive
Good location and very helpful, polite and friendly staff
quiet room and good service
Furniture and WC bit old fashionned. Need in renovation.
Good food Nice environment No
Good parking facilities, helpful reception staff. wi-fi availability, city breakfast was a good idea. The pool was out of order and we had to use another hotel which was a little inconvenient. The pool was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel in the first place! The blonde receptionist was not very friendly or helpful. The other staff were exceptionally helpful and professional however.
Bathroom was lovely... very far away from the town centre, accesible on the bus which leaves from outside the hotel and takes 30 mins through troubled area...
Secure courtesy parking. Service-orientated Concierge. Polite, efficient staff. Excellent in-room facilities for coffee/tea making. High-quality restaurant menu and service. Very comfortable, quiet bedroom. Nice view over lake. Nothing to not like.
Cleanliness Access by public transport
Beautiful place, friendly staff, nice restaurant Too far out of town, not many restaurants etc near the hotel. The room and lobby were constantly really hot, the pool wasn't available, all extras were really expensive - twenty euros per person for breakfast!
Our stay was really very enjoyable - staff were very helpful. Resturant did not cater for children and waiting staff were unable to explain any of the dishes to us.
Good bed and food.
value for money
The excellent standard of accommodation plus the breakfast buffet.
Very clean and great value for money, actually it meets all of my expectations.
The hotel is well-decorated. The room size is large and comfortable. Good restaurant at the ground floor. Location is bit far from the city center. Given no clear sign/direction from city center/out of city, it is bit difficult to find the hotel.
Would pefer hotel in the city centre - too far out especially when left stranded after last bus had left - had to catch tram back to city and catch taxi to hotel
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but we were not told that this is a training facility for hospitality students. With that in mind you might expect higher than average service? No, just swarms of students in front of the building and rushing down hallways to make classes, posters on walls and doors re: curriculum and advertising careers. Although the staff at reception were polite and accommodating, It was an unexpected experience. The hotel is not in a pretty part of the town. Next time we will opt for closer to the Villiage center, within walking distance to the better restaurants, the fountains and markets.
Nice and quiet rooms. Bathroom with a big bath tube. The river Garonne is just close to the hotel. Personally I think the price for the breakfast is to high.
Rooms are very stylish and confortable. Ideal for someone who wants a new experience in a different surrounding. Staff is not well trained, not very friendly, not professional. Service is thus not adapted to a hotel of this category.
Amazing, especially their housekeeping department, our room always get well cleaned, even though we only left for 2 hours in the late afternoon. Their staff even organised our clothes while cleaning!
The reception staff was not very friendly, just talking on the phone and letting us wait for more than 15 minutes to chock in/out
Edgy hip hotel. Great design In the bathroom we would prefer more functional design like more space to put cosmetics and toiletries than hip design.
Easy access to the city centre via the local tram, loved the room decor and design, and parking was very convenient.
Really excellent design of room - lots of space and light, and much enjoyed the private rooftop balcony from which the Garonne could be seen. Huge bath, good storage space, good quality furnishings. Room service was very efficient and friendly. Onsite secure parking was highly valued. Free sauna, steam room and massage-chair was the icing on the cake. Great sense of privacy throughout, and lack of stuffiness. Fabulous farmers' market in the Chartrons district. Location feels rathre far from centre. Although nice to be near the waterfront, the streets around the hotel are rather lacking in charm. This may improve as the area becomes more popular due to the recent extensive renovation of the promenade. More cafes and brasseries would add to the atmosphere.
A most funky design hotel - very inspiring and refreshing! And it was convenient as a tram stop is only across the road (les Hangars if I recall). Lovely place; great bar; and within close proximity of the designer shops and restaurants within the Hangar 14-18 complexes, which thrilled my wife! Brillant, overall.
Availability of swimming pool, friendly staff Location
the room was very clean, large and comfortable and we have no problems recommending this hotel, it was just 5 minutes walk from the exhibition centre which was the reason why we were there.
I turned up very late but there was no problem. It wasn't very easy to find in the dark - the signposts were very small
Good breakfast buffet, spacious quiet room, dog friendly, easy to find. Rooms, bathrooms, lifts and corridors very tired and worn. Would be improved considerably by some renovation
The room was perfect for us, family with 2 small children as long as you have your own transportation and your navigation device there were no such problem
The position Too much expensive
Good value for money as per all Premiere Classe. Getting to the city was no big hassle on public transport. Walking to and from bus stop in the dark is quite isolated and I probably wouldn't recommend it for women on their own. Most rooms seemed to face out onto the AC units, as ours did, which was a bit noisy.
The hotel is cheap (especially in relation to other hotels in Bordeaux) so you can't argue with value for money. If you are on a tight budget and have a car then I would recommend it. It is located in an industrial park (near the Palais de Justice) a 10-15 minute car drive or 35-45 minute bus ride from the centre of Bordeaux. The rooms are small with little storage space. As the walls are very thin you could hear people snoring in the rooms above and below!
Functional, clean and relatively cheap. Cramped toilet/shower room.
It was cheap and it showed it. Breakfast was provided, but it would have been better if a toaster was provided and if there was more choice of things to eat.
Easy to find. Comfortable Air Conditioned rooms. Reception open quite late which made booking in really easy. Will use again if in that area
If you want cheap and cheerful, I can recommend this hotel, better in quality than other Premiere Classe hotels. Clean and pleasant. Almost impossible to find & return to due to (i) the surreal nature of French roadsigning (ii) it is in the back of beyond.
Easy to find and internet wifi works fine. The walls are very thin, I could hear other guest snoring. Bathroom could be better and it was only given one towel per person. The breakfast is awful, there is no ham, cheese, fruit, toaster....
The hotel was clean and well presented. The staff were friendly. The room was comfortable, neat and had free wi-fi. If you are planning to spend most of your time in the town centre of Bordeaux, this is probably not the most appropriate of hotels. It is quite far from the town centre. The hotel has a self- serve check in machine when the reception is unattended- I don't speak french, so I thought it was an ATM... It's not an ATM. The taxi from Bordeaux train station cost E$30.
Closeness to hotel where irish rugby team were staying
Very good for the money
