trying to get into the hotel we were told to come back in an hr after driving 10 hrs to get there and then when we came back in an hr we were told to come back in another hour. the first lady was extremity rude when she spoke with us. the second lady was nice the first lady also was rude to my father when he asked her a question. I will NEVER stay there again when i pay for something i expect to have polite service it really isn't that hard to check someone in and out no need to be crabby you are in customer service, and if you don't like to serve the public leave. also the elevators were super slow and we just walked up the 5 flights of stairs to our room. breakfast was on the top floor so again slow elevator and walk back down.
We liked the view. There were ants in our room. We used the pull out couch. The mattress pad was dirty and there was no other bedding in the room for the spare. we called the front desk at 9:30PM. The staff brought just one sheet and no pillow case.
Liked the cleanliness and decor Beds were comfortable, breakfast had a nice little selection. Only negative is that they sectioned off an area on the 9th floor where you get complimentary breakfast, it was the very best view Therefore we had to sit where you couldn't see a good view What a waste. Those were the best tables in the house but sectioned off with yellow tape
Easy of location. The breakfast was terrible if you like real food or anything resembling real food.
check in was easy, awesome view on 9th floor, bed and pillows were very clean and comfortable. The shower had very good pressure and breakfast was great. We got a call shortly after arriving to see if everything was satisfactory. there were no towels in the room so my husband went to the front desk to ask for some and they said they would bring some up and they never did. We had to dry off with hand towels and eventually went to the pool and got some from there. It was the 4th of July and it was packed which was expected, but one of the two elevators was broke so it took forever to get to and from our room. checking out took an hour because we ended up using the stairs due to the one elevator being so overly packed and stopping at each floor.
Breakfast was Great. Staff were Great. Nothing
Huge jacuzzi tub in king suite was wonderful. Breakfast is always great. Rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. This is our go to place to stay on Branson.
There are not enough elevators for the number of rooms. There was always a long wait to get into an elevator cramped with people. Parking was down a huge hill with tons of stairs. The hot water never stayed on. The warmth would only last a few seconds at a time. Then it would be minutes before it was warm again.
Rooms appeared clean. Good access to the rest of Branson. Elevator situation is horrible. Staff does not police guests so it's frequently loud and overwhelming.
The only good part was the in-room jacuzzi. It seemed new and worked well. Noisy hallway. Kept waking up to noisy heating/AC unit. Bed was horrible...felt several springs. Towels were torn and odd smelling. Bedroom and bathroom were clean, but old and depressing...needs a remodel. Workout room had only cardio...free weights anyone? Breakfast was awful...rubbery eggs, stale cereal. Just about the worst coffee I've ever had. We also stayed at Chateau on the Lake and Hilton Promenade. There is no comparison. Those two are SO much better, the Hilton being our favorite of the three.
Price (thru Kayak) Very noisy...people running around above us. Also, parking is sometimes hard to find in the lot.
SMOKEY We have stayed at Radisson several times over past 15 years and have always have had a good expierence. This time was still okay, but we could smell smoke. We are both alergic to smoke and are more sensitive than most. Not a high level but enough we both were plugged up by morning. Seemed stronger near bathroom area. Possibly someone smoking in room nearby or coming through shared exhaust vents. We didnt complain because it was only 2 nights and the first time weve had any problem with the Radisson. We will try them again--great location for us.
It was in a great location and the lobby area looked great! - Room was dirty - Stains on the sheets and furniture - Room had a VERY bad odor to it. - Room was a lot smaller than other hotels in the Branson area. It was not what I was excepting for the price I had to pay. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that are cheaper and have a better room to offer.
Great location on the strip; close to shopping, restaurants, etc.. Hotel looks orderly and modern compared to some other smaller hotels in the area. Clean rooms; what you would expect from a Radisson experience in larger metro areas. Nice to experience this kind of hotel in Branson. Parking lot is on a hill and very steep - be careful getting in and out, and if it's in the winter or icy/snowy, park behind the hotel instead to avoid problems.
Sleep number beds. Size of the pool.
Had a room on the 9th floor, a suite for $128 plus. Very nice. We had a problem with toilet late at night and they were on it within ten minutes! All hotel staff is very accommodating and pleasant. Nice bistro and bar on location. Location location location. And no service ( shuttle) to get around. Too far out of town to walk to places. Expensive from airport to hotel.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice Breakfast each moring to start your day. Too many areas for smokers. Not a great smell and you had to walk past several areas on the ground floor. If you stayed on the upper levels it wasn't too bad.
We stayed at Dockers Inn because they are pet friendly. We picked up a 9-week old puppy from a local breeder and needed a pet friendly motel. Staff was friendly to us and wanted to meet the puppy. The room was a bit dark. Lighting could be improved.
hot breakfast included with many options
Proximity to the strip was good. Parking convenient and close to shows, restaurants and such. Apartment size frig in room was handy. People were nice. Door appeared to have been damaged in the past. It latched securely but there's s visible gap all along the bottom half. I liked the idea of soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower. However it wasn't until I got in and all wet I discovered the dispensers are not operational. Breakfast was meh. Biscuits were awful and limp French toast not much better. Gave up and went somewhere to buy breakfast.
The 2 bedroom condo was very nice and spacious. The place was clean and everything in its place when we arrived. The balcony view is awesome. If your looking for a nice place to stay and under a mile to Silver Dollar City....I recommend Cliffs Resorts.
A so so stay , won't be back. Having to walk up a hill from the parking lot in 30 degree temps. yes I could've paid $20.00 for valea and also could of paid $20.00 for a microwave and also could of paid $20.00 more for a small fridge, these are items all other good hotels supply for free, the worst thing is there is no fan for circulation in the bathroom. the lock on the sliding door didn't work, lukewarm water in the bathroom sink.
The place was very clean and the stuff where all willing to help you. I would stay at this place anytime I was in Branson! Pricy
The hotel staff, especially the lady in the Sweet Shoppe were very enjoyable and attentive to anything I wanted. The way Kayak did the booking. I needed to cut the trip short one day which I found out before the end of the first day and could get no refund or adjustment from the company Kayak used or the front desk. I will not use Kayak to book a hotel again. In fact I was told to deal directly with the hotel if I wanted to eliminate confusion and getting stuck like this.
As A motel General Manager myself, I was very impressed with the property and appreciated the Excellant customer service that Angel provided.
Beautiful, well appointed and up kept property, excellent staff. Overall fabulous and would recommend. Grille food was slightly dissapointing.
Has a lot of things to do. Room /carpet was musty. Bathroom was tiny and had mold above shower.
Nice entertainment amenities for kids. Nice to have a convenience store on site. Cannot stand timeshare pitches! While they let you decline going to their "complimentary & informative" breakfast, they give you a little hassle about it. Room was stinky and a little worn out but overall appeared clean. I probably wouldn't be back because I've found similar deals to other places in region w/o timeshare annoyance.
Indoor pool, free wine & cheese welcome were nice. Kids loved basketball court, shuffleboard, and volleyball This place does NOT offer free WiFi! You must pay to use internet :( unless you're an owner then it's free, but if you're just renting you get tricked into buying a wifi package when trying to login. No hot water either
Looks nice from the outside. When we arrived we were pressured by staff to come listen to info on a time share. When we got to the room our key wouldn't work so my husband had to go back twice before security showed up to open the door with no apologies. Then our room smelled so bad we requested another room. This is coming from a family that doesn't send food back at a restaurant. Never have I felt the need to write a review, we were very disappointed.
Location Astronomical fee charged for merely having a pet accompany you in the room. 170 dollars no matter what. Big dog or small cat.
Location and nice grounds Cleanliness. We signed up for a 90 minute presentation because we could get Silver Dollar City tickets at a reduced rate. The sales presentation/time share took 2.5 hours and basically wasted our time and all of the morning. Would not go back.
Price was okay, but great. Lobby at Main Lodge was nice. We didn't get to try out the amenities, but I'm sure the kids would have loved them. The check in was flawed, the rooms were filthy. They didn't look anything like the pictures on the Web. They didn't have what we booked. They couldn't offer any other rooms as they were full. No free WiFi. Sales push for time share and their restaurant. Pretty awful really.
The beauty and cleanliness of the property and accommodations. The lovely room. Having to pay for internet use.
We liked the pool and the new activity center There didn't seem to be enough parking in our parking lot
The staff only. The staff was awsome! Although we didn't get the room we reserved with 2 queen bends we got a king size bed that we didn't want insted. on top of that the power went out around 5am which made eveything impossible from showering to getting around the room very disappointed! The room looked really old needs updating deffently!
Our rooms were very clean and the staff was excellent. We felt very safe. The beds were a bit hard and the bathroom was tiny.
The staff was friendly and helpful . The hot breakfast was great, the scramble eggs superb..just like Mom had fixed them. The location was was central to everything we wanted to do in Branson on the 76 strip and Silver Dollar City , too! And it was right across the street from the Tanger Discont shopping Mall where we went shopping. It was just a great weekend at Branson and the folks at the Grand View inn have sure got it together for a wonderful place to stay. We plan to stay there again. H.T. Naugher This is a small thing..if they could leave a couple more coffee envelopes for the coffee maker (one cup maker) it would be a little more handy. But it wasn't a problem, I just went down stairs and got a cup of coffee for my wife took it back to our room and whe she got ready we went down for their great hot breakfast. H.T. Naugher
Clean Nice Staff Comfortable
Very helpful staff Friends said the bar outside window was loud until 1:00 AM
The rooms were very nice and roomy! It was also very clean! You couldn't turn down the temp in your room and we were all hot while sleeping. So I called the front desk and they had to override the thermostat. Apparently, you can't turn it down lower than what they allow.
The hotel was clean, had a modern vibe, and was in a great location. It was VERY noisy, with delivery trucks all night, and especially the long, loud train whistle right outside the window twice in the middle of the night. It also was extremely hot, and the thermostat was unable to be changed.
Location of stores was superb! There could be more microwaves.
We will be going back to Stillwater's Resort. The two bedroom apartment had everything we needed ( three TVs, two bathrooms, kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and pots and pans), dining room, living room and a nice sun room balcony. We loved it there, we did not want to go home. The grounds were also gorgeous. They have tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, and a playground. They also have Bikes for All sizes free to use by guests while staying at the resort. Paddleboats, kayaks and inner tubes are all provided free of charge at your request too. Three pools and a poolside hot tubs, that will make you never want to get out. They also have a water slide, hiking trails and a game room. Stillwater's Resort will be a place we make home.
I liked the condo. I liked having a kitchen. I liked the activities like aqua cycle, paddle boats, kayaks, mini golf, and the pool, I liked the zoom the flume slide, I liked that it had a pretty Lakeview. All the employees I encountered were great. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and had bugs on it. (Not bed bugs). You have to travel 15 miles to get to Branson. Not much close by to eat. If you were going to just stay at the condo it would be awesome.
Nice layout... Good space, and all comforts of home.. Nice greet at the front desk. Kids liked the play area. Whirlpool tub was relaxing. Missed the GROUPON sale and paid extra $50 per night. Needed cleaning under couch, calling in bathroom, and most of all couch bed was broden
The pools were nice. The marina was close and had a lot to offer. Our room was clear but was very musty smelling. When i told the front desk, they said they would look at it but didn't apologize or offer any suggestions or changes.
I absolutely loved this resort and the staff was so kind and helpful! I will definitely be staying here any time I'm in the area. I didn't find a single problem, amazing job!
Nice, clean place to stay. you can tell there is a lot of people around, but it is very quiet
Pools, hot tubs, slides. Staff was helpful. Lots of activities for families. Beds....the mattresses were just awful. None of us slept. Rooms were small; no sofas or chairs.
Upscale, great value, kids loved the waterpark. Would have been better if the hotel offered suites.
The motel and staff was very nice First night stay didnot get any sleep because we was on first floor
No blinds in windows, just sheers. Sunlight came in bright and early.
Clean and safe, excellent value for my money.
My wife and I stayed 2 nights at the Barrington around the 4th of July weekend. The hotel had a very good price for Branson around the holiday weekend, a good $30.00 less than others close to the strip. While it isn't on the strip, it is close enough to get there quickly, and the desk offered information and tickets to some of the local attractions and shows. The service was excellent, the rooms were very clean, there was a pool, guest gym, and laundry. The continental breakfast was more like a full breakfast buffet and was included with the room. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Brandon. We really enjoyed our stay there and will stay there again in the future.
Nice place easy access Staff slow to respond on check in
It was a very quite room for a very busy 4th of July weekend. Great breakfast, nice pool. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in a good location, perfect for our trip to Branson.
Clean and updated room, nice bathroom, ok location Beds weren't very comfortable and the tv was a bit small
We really enjoyed the free breakfast. The maid service also did a really good job. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We purchased our show tickets at the front desk with ease. Nothing, wow, I can't believe it, lol.
Great time had by all 5 of us. I'm all about a clean and comfy room with great amenities like the pool and breakfast and this hotel had it all.
Rooms were nice and clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was great! Pool area needs an update (hot tub was in poor shape and jets were pretty weak)
My wife and I stayed right after the first of the year for three nights and booked the room for $171. The catch was it had to be a double and not a king. The hotel was very clean and the room was very nice. Breakfast was included and it seamed to measure up to what I have found at most Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn's that I have stayed at. The location was not on "The Strip" but only a couple miles from it. However, it was not in the country. There was shopping and restaurants close just not quite the variety a few miles over the hill. There was a heated indoor pool that we did not use and Jacuzzi which we did. It was clean and comfortable. There was a small fridge in the room and the tv offered a lot of cable channels. We would stay here again for the amount of money we paid. I almost hate to say I didn't like anything, but there were a few things that could have been better. The fan on the heater could not be set to stay on all the time. So when the heat went off it got quiet and when it came back on it was noticeable to a light sleeper. If I could have set the fan to be on constant I don't think there would have been any issues with sleeping. The bed was not as comfortable as some of the big box hotels I have stayed at, but it was not uncomfortable either. My biggest complaint would be the bathroom. While it was clean, the vanity was only about 3 feet wide. If you are like us, you have a bag, at least one, with all your bathroom items. There is no room for this bag on the vanity unless it is extremely small. The other thing was the shower head was low. I am average height, about 5' 11" or so and I had to bend down, way down, to wash my hair. In conclusion. If you are looking for luxury you should probably go somewhere else. If you are looking for a clean hotel in a safe area at a reasonable price and can deal with a few small incidentals this hotel is for you.
This hotel was very nice for the money. The staff was awesome. I will be staying here the next time I'm in Branson. It is off the main strip which is nice for traffic reasons but there's not much near by (walking distance) for sightseeing or shopping.
Loved the space, really got more than we expected. Exceptional value with full kitchen, dining table, living room & bedroom/bath in each unit. One was a bit larger with private balcony. Would highly recommend & if in Branson again will be the place to stay. We had an A & B unit that each had a door off a private main entrance to the two units, would have liked a way to keep those doors open, since there was still a locking exterior door. But everything else was great.
The property was nicely appointed and well-maintained.We had no problems, the location is great, and the staff was friendly. Although I was there for a conference, my family was very comfortable there and we enjoyed our stay very much.
We got a massive villa for $90 a night. It could easily fit 4 people. It has a bedroom, a living area, and a kitchenette. It also was really clean and generally pleasing. The only thing that I didn't like was that it was far from the stip!
Good location and clean. Extra, nightly cost for internet and for parking, on top of nightly rental.
The Hilton Convention center was SO convenient to everything. My husband & I took our young son to ride the Polar Express train. We were able to walk right out of the hotel and be exactly where we needed to be. The hotel is located right on Branson landing so you have lots of options for restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly and room was very clean. Beds super comfy! We would definitely stay here again & definitely recommend!
Nice big high-end room great view, best location in downtown Branson. Security: someone attempted to beat through the door of the room next to me at 2AM. Not being informed that I would have to pay for overnight parking. Great nice room, but not an exceptional value.
Hotels location was perfect for visiting shows. Bathroom lighting was poor and bathroom was small, but adequate for 2 people.
Room was great. Resort public areas were great. Both pools were awesome and the kids loved the playground. When I booked the room I felt I was booking a room with a king bed but it ended up only being a double. A little dissappointed about that.
I loved the condo. It was very clean and well furnished. I also liked the location. The only thing I didn't like was, there wasn't a door on the master bathroom.
The location was wonderful. Perfect for getting around town but also good for peace and quite. The grounds were lovely, well manicured. Did not like the way the condo was arranged. The bedroom was in the very front as you come into the door. It seemed so far away from the living area. Also, the rooms are tiny. No room for luggage in bedroom. Had to put suitcases in living room.
Friendly staff, beautiful grounds, nicely furnished units. Mattresses pretty worn, need updating. Had old style TV's, no flat screens.
Liked the location. Close to shopping, and dining. The door key did not work, had to call the night staff, to have someone come and open the door, that only took a few minutes.
this was a great place to stay.Clean, comfortable, and we will be staying here again.
Location The beds were so uncomfortable we checked out after only one night.
Staff not overly friendly. Also had to put up with usual timeshare sales pitch.
Great rooms for very reasonable price. Not comfortable with master bedroom not having a door on it. Prefer more privacy for showering and toilet use.
We liked the hotel very much. This was our second time to stay here. The location was good, the staff friendly, the rooms clean, and the beds were VERY comfortable. I forgot 2 nice shirts in the closet and they mailed them to me. Will stay there again.
Good breakfast. Shower head too low.
Nothing Everything except pool
Nice size rooms, clean, decent breakfast, great value for the price. A steal. Arrived at 4am. Requested early check-in after midnight. No help from staff. No one responded to request. Overnight desk wasn't there, and had bad attitude. Although I was willing to pay for an extra night. Then when I come back at approximately 2:30 that afternoon. I was told by a different front desk attendant that check in was at 3pm. And she has to do paperwork between -2-3 so couldn't be checked in any sooner. The saving grace for the staff was the same night I checked in, my wife need some Aleve, and tums. I thought they had some at the front desk. Unfortunately, they did not. But the front desk attendant, called her boyfriend to bring some Tums and Aleve. So I didn't have to go out late. Then drew me a map to gas station. She went the extra mile while while the other staff offered little assistance. I wish I knew her name. She deserves to be recognized!
For the calibur of hotel facilities, there were no shampoo ornlotjons in bathroom.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The location is Great, just off the strip and easy to get to. I was a little set back on the price, just your average hotel but priced to high.
Beds were comfy. Staff was friendly upon checking in.Rooms were very quiet. Took 20 min. to check in because they said computers crashed and lost my reservation made 5 months ago. Resurfacing parking lot and could never find a place to park in front or rear.
Staff very friendly and room clean. Did not have any issues
Great location for shops & shows Breakfast very busy, bus loads, but check front desk before you go down. Crowds Cleared in a few minutes. No problem.
We love the location, beds are good, and we love the indoor pool. The rooms are clean but id like them to focus on cleaning the pool and hot tubs!
The hotel has been renovated and looks brand new. It is clean and well maintained. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. This hotel actually exceeded our expectations after reading some of the reviews. It has a good location, 1 block off the "strip" and within walking distance to Walmart and Price Chopper grocery store. The breakfast is standard fare for this price range hotel. Nothing fancy, but adequate. The shampoo/soap dispensers in the shower should be removed and replaced with actual bars of soap and individual shampoo and conditioners. These dispensers make the hotel feel "cheap" when actually it is a very nice hotel.
Quiet and comfortable A little out of the way
Nice rooms with fridge And microwave
Staff was attentive, breakfast was adequate- nothing fancy. Beds were comfy. Location was great for us.
Renovated rooms were clean and comfortable. Walls are thin and you could hear children running in the hallway and the breakfast crowd in the breakfast room so we couldn't sleep in.
The rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. We also liked the fact we had a coffeemaker, refrigerator, and microwave in the room. There was not an exercise room. For health purposes this is an option we like to see in hotels.
This is my usual go-to motel whenever I visit Branson. I've been staying ever since it used to be called AmazInn. The location is good and you'll be able to get anywhere you need to go from its large road. Nothing.
Very clean and practical, no frig or microwave but reasonable, easy access off highway. We stayed on the back section, it was raining like crazy and couldn't get to the breakfast without driving. Needs covered walkways around the pool that separates sections.
The customer service reps at the front desk were very friendly and accomodating making the stay enjoyable.
We were very pleased with the Suite and the cleanliness. no
Close to shopping & sites
Clean rooms, friendly staff and great location! Breakfast was not great, but for free, it will do!
The beds suck
Lovely place, great breakfast! Rooms were clean and roomy and had a frig, microwave and coffee pot. We did an online check in. They give you preferences, and we checked one bed. Got a response that there were none, and so chose the preference of a view. They gave us 212 which is on the road side, BELOW the level of the parking lot. There couldn't be a worse view. I did go out and ask for a change, and they moved us across the hall to 219 which indeed had a view. (Hotel on a hillside, by just crossing the hall we went from below ground level to a fairly expansive view. ). We learned....we will not do an online check in again.
Hotel was clean, nice little balcony, rooms were great - we had 5 adult kids traveling w us and our rooms turned out to be adjoining - bonus!! Beds were a little stiffer than at home but definately did not hinder our ability to sleep. Great stay. Great location. Wld stay again
