We have a dog and she might bark when you enter/leave our home. But she settles quick and is typically quiet despite hearing guests move around above us. She does shed and we do the best we can to keep the guest space free from dog hair but it is likely you will come across some dog hair during your stay. If you are allergic to animals, plan to take some allergy pills if it starts to bother you. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. This excludes Service Animals. Our home, since it was built in 1905, does not come with A/C and the windows are not equipped with screens. However our windows do open from the top as well as the bottom which aides in circulation and ventilation. Please open the windows with caution. Our home is also very close to the city! We live on a main street which means during your stay, you will hear some traffic noise and occasionally neighbors conversing as they walk by the house!
