Staff was very friendly Good location The breakfast wasn't very good. Most of the food was either undercooked or very dry.
Heater was broken, we were given a space heater that stopped working halfway through the night. Hot water for a shower in the morning was comparable to taking a shower in the lake.
The staff was incredibly sweet and professional. Also, the included breakfast was much better than expected Extremely dirty. Upon arrival, i had to get the staff to remove a super gross bloody luggi from the wall. It had been there so long they had to remove the paint to get it off. Also, my 10 month old was crawling on the floor before we left and her knees looked like she'd been crawling around on dirt
nothing not getting the room we payed for
Nothing - there is literally not one thing that I liked about staying here. Everything was filthy from the lobby to my room. Hardly any of the staff spoke English so explaining any complaints and/or questions were pointless feats!!! Even complained to management and still no progress. The entire hotel smelled like one massive marijuana shop and nothing is done about the issue for non-smoking guest and general building policies. EVERYTHING! - hated everything! there is literally not one thing that I liked about staying here. Everything was filthy from the lobby to my room. Random furniture all throughout the hallways and construction flooring even in my hotel room!
The breakfast and the location. People in nearby rooms were very loud multiple times.
Decent breakfast bar. Nice staff. Bugs. In the bed. Leaky ceilings. No WiFi. Knocking on our door in the night. Generally very displeased.
I never felt safe in this hotel. You definitely get what you pay for here
There was perhaps two people that weren't rude. Particular person in customer service was rude.
Great location to downtown and 25. Rate was great for a night. Bed was super comfortable Facility is definitely dated..needs updating. Peeling paint, ripped carpet and broken doors seemed to be the norm. Second floor looked closed with tons of furniture stacked to the ceiling in the halls. Vending machines were broken.
Location not far to downtown. & low cost. Staff was pleasant even with all of the complaints that I had. Rooms were not cleaned thoroughly - need to pull out furniture to dust and vacuum. Had to ask housekeeping to use rug deodorant to get rid of musty smells. Breakfast was terrible: cold potatoes & overcooked/hard sausage. Nothing in walking distance in neighborhood to eat or see. Smoking allowed and marijuana smells hit you from the elevator. Heat/air not working properly.
Breakfast, attendants None
Just location Filthy...carpet, bathtub, tile, walls, and furniture.
Ants n bed bugs
I needed a hotel and this place worked. Great bed, working shower, and the best fish tacos next door. The view from the front side overlooking the city is magnificent. No channel guide.
A moderately priced hotel in a great location near downtown but not paying downtown prices. An uber downtown is like $8. Gas station/convenience store within 2 blocks. Perfect for travelers not needing a high end amenity stay. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. It's not the four seasons, but who cares? Honestly the only negative comment I can try and come up with bc kayak is asking me to is that the super 8 and Ramada are all connected. So it's a larger complex than one might think, meaning more 420 zombies than one might expect. Except they want cereal, not your blood. So, whatevs...
We chose this because of it's proximity to the Pepsi Center, without realizing exactly where it was located. We were pleasantly surprised by how close and convenient it really was! And they offered free shuttle service from the hotel to the venue. However, the shuttle driver was extremely unprofessional, felt it was okay to curse like a truck driver when someone tried cutting her off. The bed and pillows were comfortable even though the room wasn't fancy. I would definitely stay here again when I need to come into town for a show. Check in was a little confusing since the Ramada and Super 8 share a front desk, which is inside of the Ramada, and the Super 8 is across the parking lot. Also there are multiple buildings and it was super unclear as to which one we should be going into, nothing is labeled behind the 2 main buildings. We tried going into the wrong room at first, even though it was the correct room number. Also, our front door didn't seem that solid. But overall I felt I was in a safe place and wasn't too worried about our safety or my car(they have parking lot surveillance cameras and signs). There were other cars there a lot nicer than mine, so I felt like that was a good sign as well.
Good location, quick trips to downtown Denver Bedbugs
View and location. Looked shabby in outside and public areas.
Clean comfy bed. Great location, easily accessible from I-25. Warm breakfast was ok. Fairly quiet also. Floor so dirty I put towels down to walk on. Coffee maker didn't work. A thick wire stuck out of box spring.
The staff and location were great! The walls were a bit thin and I could hear our neighbors. Also, some sort of rattling in the air duct that was a bit annoying.
The price was good, beds were clean and comfortable, heard very little noise from outside and neighbors, staff was friendly, and the location was within easy walking distance of downtown. Wonderful view and breakfast was really pretty good, enjoyed the waffles and scrambled eggs. The facility was pretty run down and needed a BUNCH of maintenance, tiles on the stairways were falling off. Carpets really needed a good steam clean in our room. Shower was good, but would have liked to take a bath one night, but there wasn't a tub plug. Asked for a plug at reception and twice of cleaning staff, was assured that it would be taken care of but after 3 nights, it never was. OH! And be aware that (at least in our room) the switch by the door turns the fridge off and on. Didn't figure that out until after we had food go bad.
