The city center location was spot on. The friendly staff. The room was very clean and welcoming. The bar facilities were excellent. In my view an all round perfect hotel.

Really helpful staff, excellent location, small but adequate rooms. Parking is a couple of blocks away, no food on site but rooms have kitchenette. Room was comfortable, but no place to hang out except lobby.
This is a very new hotel voted 1 on Trip Advisor. I visit Liverpool often and have stayed in many hotels. The room was very clean, high-tec design was ok - good to be close to s many places of interest. Good bathroom. Awful air-con, cold air blowing directly onto the bed all night was very poor - very little sleep! Staff unable to fix? Alternative room offered seemed to have a similar problem - no upgrade suggested/offered to compensate. Single room was the size of a large cupboard, bathroom almost as big.........? I hope the double rooms are bigger?

The room was very basic, and for some reason although there was only two of us, they had made another camp bed type thing up, which took up a lot of room, leaving very limited space to move around the room when getting ready for our evening out!
Clean --- right in the city center --- great staff --- very safe --- perfect for a single traveler or a short stay. Beds are really, really hard. Obviously not a deal-breaker, but if you are someone who needs to see an imprint of your own body in the bed in the morning to get a good night's sleep, you probably won't be comfortable here.
Great location. Close to Cavern area and Mooresfield underground station. Rooms are extremely small -- smaller than a cruise ship's smallest cabin.
Modern self contained facilities in a excellent city centre location,with friendly and helpful reception staff. Badly adjusted door closers to apartment/corridor doors,resulting in late evening/early morning disturbance.Effective maintenance could vastly improve the guest experience in this respect,as otherwise noise between apartments was not a problem.Car park location could be better explained in,say,the booking confirmation.Had to park in an alternative car park on first night.
Superb Location! Nice modern apartments You have to give a deposit of £150 upon arrival which we had not been made aware of. We gave this in cash. When checking out a staff member had to check our apartment. She came down and told us that the towels were dirty and that we had been smoking in the apartment. We were not smoking in the apartment at any stage!. We were very frustrated and let down by this accusation as we had used the lovely smoking area which was 10 feet away from our apartment each time we wanted a cigarette. There had been cigarette ash left in the corner of the window sill which was not ours and must have been left there by the people previously staying there. It took 20 minutes to get the message across and we felt like we were being made a spectacle of because we were young. It seemed to us to be a way of making cash out of us. Eventually we were giving back £100 and £59 was kept to wash our towels! (Which had been provided for us by the way.) My advice if you are ataying here would be to check all areas for mess or dirt that has not been cleaned properly and inform reception A.S.A.p and bring your own towels. I am really disappointed with how we were treated and I wouldnt recommend staying here if you are a young group of people as they will try to make money out of you.
