Parkering OK. Alt OK.
Strålende morgenmadsbuffet. God beliggenhed, Rene og pæne værelser med god komfort.
Beautiful rooms with gorgeous view and very close to city centre Roomservice was disappointing ~ Ordered pizza which was very small and very expensive. It was covered in Cheddar cheese - real pizza has Mozzarella cheese and I was sick all night from the pizza....
Very accommodating staff and very comfortable rooms. Really enjoyed the ambiance and comfortable beds. Everything was clean and in it's proper place. Hardwood floors in our room was a nice plus. Quite close to attractions, but isolated enough for a restful night. Highly recommend.
There is nothing that disappoints at Indigo. The staff are on point. The restaurant has great food and a good wine list. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. This is a great little find in Liverpool. As it's my second time visiting since it opened, I will definitely be back!
Room was very comfortable and whole atmosphere of hotel very relaxed which is good when travelling alone for business. Small gym is very well equipped and food excellent. Complimentary mini-bar much appreciated. Nice also to get a decent hairdryer and excellent wi-fi connections.
spacious bedroom. tried to order room service(bottle of wine) at 11pm on sunday evening and they could not accommodate this request.
location to city center was excellent and despite its location slept very well without any disturbances from external noise
We liked everything! Sam in the reception was one of the most service minded persons we ever met. The rooms was spacious and very nice decorated. The food in the restaurant was delicious. This is a place we would like to come back to often! The location was the best in town. The breakfast service was a bit low
It was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in! The staff were amazing and treated you with such respect, nothing was too much effort for them. The price was slightly more expensive than most hotels but was definately worth it!
The evening meal at the Merchant's restaurant. Returning to our room at 5.15pm to find that it had not been cleaned. Poor breakfast choice.
Our stay at the hotel was for one night only ,the nightlife was on the doorstep ,plenty of choice .The night porter was very polite. The bedroom was very comfortable ,the only problem was the shower it was too low.We always have a drink in the bar when we visit Liverpool, and would stay again at the hotel.
Exceptional quality and finished to a high spec! Rooms extremely warm, no heating control or air con, had to request a fan, also, an iron but no ironing board???
The Castle 62 staff were well turned and incredibly helpful from the minute we arrived and even after we check out, by looking after our bags so we could get in more shopping time! They helped me organise a surprise champagne bucket in the room, the restaurant was wonderful, and even though we went with the 'pre fixe' menu we were still superbly welcomed and served for every course. The food preparation/presentation was a wonderful asit tasted! There were no bad points for this trip.
Location, service and the size and design of the room. the restaurant was also great.
The room appeared not to have been cleaned before we checked in as the was a used pair of male boxer shorts and a female thong on the floor of the wardrobe.
The room was very comfortable. Although there was a party in the evening, it quietened down very quickly after midnight. The breakfast is overpriced.
Stayed in one of the appartments. N/A
location was good, 5 mins walk to moorfields station & apartment was 2 mins from main hotel building. The Hotel closed at 2pm Sunday so we could not leave or lugage there.
Coffee in the room was amazing, really excellent. Unusual furniture, great bedding. Posh toiletries, immaculate bathroom, loads of towels. Big room, large windows. Top notch breakfast. Superbly friendly staff. We had a lovely time, the hotel was quiet and relaxing and within walking distance of the nightspots. Will definitely book use this hotel again. The attention to detail could have been better. Obvious thick dust over the picture frames. Kettle could only be used on the floor.
Excellent service, good breakfast choice, reasonable bar drink prices, excellent location for a city shopping break, the bedrooms were spacious and clean with all 'mod cons'. There was a birthday event in the main function room directly below our room, it was extremely loud. The music continued through until 12.00 midnight and the party finally ended at approx 1.00am. Although pre-warned about the function we had no idea we would feel we were part of it! We did eventually get some sleep after the event had finished but it did tarnish our overall experience with you, which was otherwise fab.
Great to saty in a one bedroomed apartment. We have a toddler so we could put him to bed and then enjoy a nice meal in the living area. When we arrived at 2.30pm we were told our room would not be available for another 20 minutes. Check in was described in our booking information as 2pm. We were told we could wait in the bar area but it would have been nice to have been offered a free drink or even some apology for waiting for our room. We were with a fractious small boy and we could have done without the added wait!!
Very good service, good breakfast and very kind staff The bed was a bit too small and the matress too old
Friendly staff and tried very hard to make our stay comfortable Luke warm water in the evening... door handles about to fall off lock on bathroom door broken. No safe in room
