Fordele: Especially comfortable and cozy rooms.

Fordele: Breakfasts was good. Stuff was nice kind Uns met our request. This hotel is best Hotel which we staid in Germany.

Fordele: We have been staying here for some years now. It's a quiet and green place just outside of the city, it's easy to find and staff is very professional. Easy to park, both outside and inside (EV chargers available). Rooms are very clean and bed is huge. Breakfast is excellent with enough choice of fresh products. We appreciate the medium/large safe in the room, and the Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a nice balcony to the forest side. WiFi was good and free. Bus and trams are less than 10 minutes away. It remains one of our preferred hotels.

Fordele: Everything was perfect. So clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just fantastic.

Ulemper: It’s a bit too far from the center

Fordele: We spent just 1 night and did not have time to use all facilites. But, for the little time we were there, everything was perfect: super comfy bed, nice large room, super quiet, good breakfast, really nice and helpful staff (now I know some coffee machines in the room have a power on/off button - do not blame the sockets :) ), nice piano music at the bar.

Ulemper: This is an improvement feed-back. I really love the small goodies in the bathroom and at the room coffee/ tea bar. I do not think the solution is for the hotels to stop providing them. But I would love to see all hotels making the effort to offer them in sustainable packaging: paper, glass or package free. Please, no more plastic!!!

Fordele: Calm surrounding close to the Forrest. Warm and inviting design is combined with a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Fordele: Location and breakfast were great.

Fordele: Location. Very friendly reception staff. Hip decor. Have stayed in other Motel One hotels but somehow the room of this one in Stuttgart feels a little bit bare.

Fordele: Location very central next to station

Ulemper: Paid a lot and no breakfast and a very tiny room and had to ask for room change as first room next to lift. Have stayed in many motel one hotels in the past and this one the most pricey and rooms the smallest. Could not swing a cat in the bathroom! No tea facilities in room and one small table acting as desk.. really not good enough for 164 euros!!

Fordele: The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating.

Ulemper: The room was not at all what it looks like in the picture, barely had room to walk, my "king" bed was a double and my "view" was the mall across the street.

Fordele: Very friendly team at front desk and at the bar when we had a snack in the late afternoon. good location, and all what you need at one place.

Fordele: Value for money breakfast. Great location, in close proximity to Stuttgart HBF and other public transportation facility.

Ulemper: klimaanlægget virkede ikke - valgte hotellet på grund af aircondition - det var over 30 grader. Men fik først besked om manglende aircondition ved ankomst. Det var alt for varmt og ødelagde nattesøvnen.

Fordele: I was forced to stay at this hotel for a night after a car rental booking problem. It was quiet, comfortable and really quite a funky room, in a smart way! Staff were nice and helpful too.

Ulemper: HOTELS SHOULD HAVE FREE WIfi!!! Also a $40 deposit for a phone charger? That's just weird. For me the leather chair in the room was rather dusty.

Fordele: Very clean, excellent breakfast, superb location for early morning flight.

Ulemper: They placed me in a mobility-impaired room which was awkward, but okay.

Fordele: Rooms clean, very nice and good service

Fordele: Clean and tidy, good size rooms with a modern feel. The breakfast was ok. Excellent WiFi. Overall a great business hotel.

Ulemper: The shower was really bad. No pressure and the water one minute hot the next cold, the only way to stop this happening was by making it too hot. When we checked in they gave us a room with one bed despite having booked a room with two beds and having sent a message specifically mentioning that this was extremely important for us, so we had to go back to reception to request a room change.

Fordele: The location is great for flight passengers.

Ulemper: No slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush included. It would be better if the hotel declares the information in the website.

Fordele: The spotlessly clean linen and very friendly staff. Nerve and Sarah at the reception were very friendly and helpful with useful tips that they have us.

Ulemper: All good

Fordele: We stayed here for four nights as we were visiting family in the area. This is a nice modern motel with comfortable beds and very good buffet breakfast. Nice lounge area and outside seating for smokers. The staff were helpful and friendly. A big disappointment was the size of the double room. It was far too small. We had to rearrange some furniture so that we could put our suitcase on the floor. Luckily we only had one! Also, there is no wardrobe, just two rails (one hidden behind the bed which we did not find until second day) with a few hangers on it. There is no phone in the room and the bathroom, although clean and modern, again was extremely small. We feel this motel is designed for the business person who has hardly any luggage or for just one overnight stay. We will not stay here again which is a shame as it’s location is so convenient for our family. If you do not mind a very small room with limited facilities then stay here as everything else is fine.

Fordele: The room was immaculate. The housekeeping staff paid attention to the smallest details and knocked it out of the park (baseball analogy). The lobby was set for a warm Christmas and the hotel receptionist, Shumeel was the best I'd met. He is fit, welcomed me with a true, not fony, welcome and set me for my night's stay. By far, the best hotel I have stayed at.

Ulemper: Unfortunately, due to the size of the room, there was no wet bar. This aspect is easily overcome by the hotel bar being in close proximity, meaning, just need to get on the elevator and visit the bar. Actually, it helped remove anti-social mentality, which might be a trademark of this hotel.

Fordele: Location, U-Bahn right in front of the hotel, car park opposite to the hotel (which is cheaper than hotel's own car park), soundproof (very silent although trams were passing by our window), design.

Ulemper: The bed is too soft, I have stayed in many other Motel One's, but have never slept on such a soft bed. Motel One should think about putting water boiler or tee/coffee machine in the rooms. The breakfast was not rich this time. In the past I have had far better breakfasts in other Motel One's for a lower price. Also room prices of Motel One have been getting higher (from 69 to 89 €), but the service quality has decreased with time, I think. Just one more minor thing: There was only one towel, one blanket in our room. As there is no telephone in the room, I went down to the reception to tell this and they gave me towels and blanket there to carry on my own, like the cheap hostels do. In any "hotel" for this price, they would send a bellboy to bring you those things quickly. It is not about luxury or room service, it is basic housekeeping!

Fordele: It was a welcome addicting to have the rhythm bar as I didn’t have to go out Saturday night and the atmosphere was very good with good music. The bartender Alex was superb

Ulemper: The king size bed would be nicer with a single large duvet rather than two single duvets. There were no food facilities open Sunday night or bar snacks.

Fordele: Very stylish, unconventional but still a cosy feeling

Fordele: New, modern. Clean rooms. Close to main railway station. Good breakfast.

Ulemper: Pillows were too soft.

Fordele: Stylish, modern, really outstanding room and facilities. Bath was AMAZING. Really cool shower, bath, luminaries in the room, loved it. Really nice staff.

Ulemper: All eating options closed on the day we arrived, and no room service. Couldn’t eat. Parking is in another building across the avenue, weird parking lot with poor pedestrian access. , seems lime its around a police station but poor pedestrian access and terrible for walking and in rain or snow, or for my wife or mother to park the car when they where driving, etc. To charge for it does not seem reasonable. Parking inside the tower is reserved for owners of the residential part of the complex. Come on, hotel is inside a shopping center pretty much, SHOULD have parking spaces inside the tower if they want to charge.

Fordele: The hotel is close to a U-Bahn station, very clean, the stuff nice and welcoming. The room tidy and confy. The showers and toillets were shared, but they we clean and pratical to use.

Fordele: Everything, the staff was helpful,would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place in Stuttgart!

Ulemper: Nothing!!!!

Fordele: Clean, comfortable, bathroom adequate and basic but good breakfast

Ulemper: I had a difficult trip to get there, but found an easier way (listed below) as it's quite far and didn't feel safe walking in the dark. The Stadtbahn much improved this

Fordele: The room was comfortable and clean

Ulemper: At checkout, a lady named Sarah tended to our party and had a horrific attitude. While the hotel had posters around about the parking information, it clearly wasn’t working as there were at least 3 other parties who had to pay 58 euros to get their cars out. When asked how this is fair to the guests who were not told at check in where to park, Sarah insisted that everything was written and we were expected to read the posters and our booking confirmation. When asked if she herself read everything even on Apple iPhone terms and conditions she sarcastically said yes. This is unacceptable. No one told us in person nor any other parties.

Ulemper: Nothing

Fordele: A correct room, even if the furniture remain poor in quantity and modest in quality. Enough to eat at the breakfast, but nothing extraordinary. The best idea applied in this hotel: the separation of toilets and the sink. Good to use water when toilets are longly occupied.

Ulemper: Some stains on the bench in the bedroom, some on the wall in the bathroom. But we forgive, considering that is is probably impossible to remove them. This hotel clearly plays the card of a deliberately contemporary strategy, which is specially obvious in the breakfast room, with its almost ridiculous wheeled tables... One can appreciate... or not... Surely, if you are looking for a rustic, intimate, romantic and totally peaceful place, you have to choose another one. More generally, and as a conclusion, Aloft Hotel deserves rather three than four stars and should cost ten or twenty euros less. But, considering prices and locations of Stuttgart hotels, it remains an acceptable bargain.

Ulemper: Would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Fordele: En god og varm velkomst af medarbejderne i receptionen. Værelset var stort og godt og havde bl.a aircon. Der var meget rent på værelset samt bad/toliet. Morgenmadeb bar præg af at være grøn men der var bestemt hvad man kunne forvente - og mere til. God betjening og smilende - synlig - ledelse.

Ulemper: Stort set intet. Det tager ca 15 min at går fra Banegården til hotellet.

Fordele: All members of staff are super friendly and the breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had in any hotel, especially on business travels.

Ulemper: The bed is a bit on the small end for single rooms and the room is dated, yet very clean and everything is in great condition.

Fordele: We genuinely liked our staying at the hotel. The bed and especially the pillows were extremely soft. We had a magnicifent sleep besides the rooms are soundproofed. There is a U-bahn station literally 100 meters away from the entrance. The staff are superb! We arrived a bit earlier than we'd expected and they managed to give us a room. Definately would stay there again.

Fordele: I liked the comfort of this hotel. Besides the good location, secure parking, and courteous staff, the beds of this hotel are wonderful. We arrived very late, but we rested extremely well. I highly recommend anyone for this hotel.

Fordele: what a great location! all friendly staff, room is superb and all facilities what you would like to expect from a hotel, we will come back !

Fordele: Close proximity to my work trip and to the Ubahn. Staff were very friendly and helpful. View was nice. Big rooms.

Ulemper: SI suites was under construction. Elevator was out of order the whole time and I was on the 5th floor. Not a lot of regular restaurants within walking distance. The hotel only does breakfast. The parking is challenging to locate and directions are unclear/poor signage.

Fordele: Room was nice and big... nice

Ulemper: Getting into and out of the parking garage is poor and street address does not provide anyway or news on how to reach the place. You have to come in the back way and its complex to find and get to.... not cool.

Fordele: Very close to the theater and SPA facility. Friendly staff - easy check in and check out. Loading bay for e-car with charging for free :-)

Ulemper: Connection to the public transportation should be improved.

Fordele: It was very clean, breakfast was ok. For the money we expected it a little bit better.

Ulemper: The staff at the reception was very unfriendly and incompetent. We had some problems with the room temperature. Warm is very subjective for one and if I have cold as a guest then I expect things to get solved. We booked 2 days and we booked there only for the sauna experience, but the many times on and off to reception, talking to incompetent staff didn't make this experience very pleasant... Lets say it: NEVER AGAIN THERE!!!

Ulemper: The breakfast room is located next to reception in a separate building from 3 quarters of the apartment blocks, so you have to walk about 5 minutes from Block D to breakfast out in the open. OK in warm weather, but on a cold, wet, windy winter day it is no fun at all. Breakfast room was cold too. Also, the lighting and room switches are a little over complicated and no explanation for how they work.

Ulemper: Breakfast. It take s too long and they should offer buffet breakfast.

Fordele: Clean comfortable central

Ulemper: Breakfast a bit stale (croissant) and silly (coffee filter system at table) and check out in restaurant

Fordele: Very good location. Very friendly staff. Clean room. Not much to complain but keep in mind that hotel is very specific, so for me I felt like in fantasy scenery with tons of gadgets and small things that are not seen in standard hotel lines. This for some might be advantage (adventure) for others something strange or even terrifying.

Ulemper: Bath in the room which was very close to windows with not perfect shutters what made me feel lack of privacy.

Fordele: The fireplace and bathrooms were exotic and lovely additions.

Ulemper: Deres internet var i stykker hele turen. Efter et forretningshotel dette var uacceptabelt.

Fordele: It was very clean and the staff were excellent. Very helpful

Ulemper: The location is not that close to the main tourist sites.

Fordele: Breakfast was really good, great selection.

Ulemper: Few questionable stains on the carpet and the cleaner kept ignoring the do not disturb signs on the door, but nothing major.

Ulemper: They reserved 1000 eur from my credit card for whole month after my stay even though i paid

Ulemper: I have many reasons to say negative for this hotel. They took my paid water bottle from market and same evening when i ask water even which i will be pay they dont send the room even a water. The towels and bed sheets were dirty. I put the special warn papers to change my bed sheets on pillow as it is written but still they dont change them. There was no slipper in the room.

Fordele: Very nice breakfast, nice lobby/bar, good location, big parking under the hotel for 15€/24h Free bottled water in rooms

Fordele: Ligger helt perfekt i forhold til metro og det lokale liv. Super godt hotel dig lidt slidt på gange og badeværelse men levede fuldt ud op til forventningerne
