Location near the train station is very convenient The wifi is a ridiculous joke -- very slow, drops constantly, and when I asked the front desk attendant for a room with good service, she put me in the room furthest from the server. I had to stand in the hallway to reconnect, repeatedly.
I feel it is totally overpriced in comparison to other five star hotels. The rooms are smal. The TV is in a position were you cannot sit in bed on watch it comfortably.(TV being on the side of the bed, not at the feet end of it)
Very centrally located, neat and clean it must be possible to go to the room before 15.00
Customer Service, room was awesome
Location is very good near the main station Price very high, they asked for more money to get a twin bed room instead of Double.
€35 for a toasted sandwich in the bar at night......
Nice room design. Good reception team There is no place to held a meeting with guests in the lobby. For a hotel of that class the lobby is poor. There a special stage in the lobby reserved for VIP customers. This is not good.
Central location. The Steigenberger Graf Zeppelin had lost my booking/reservation. It took me 30 minutes to check-in. When checking-out reservation was lost again. Amazing for a 5-star hotel: no room service from 10pm to 6am.
had very high expectation from it before we arrived due to its history & the introduction from the guide book. unfortunately it turned out that we only liked the location of it. the management. stayed there for two days. toilet paper was almost out in the first day, but no additional was added. we had to ask for it by ourselves the next morning after running out of it. The heater didn't really work in the first day, either, even though it was fixed the next day after we notified the front desk during the night. The guy taking care of the problem at 4:00am after we were awoke by the cold temperature didn't seem to feel sorry about the situation. maybe we were being too polite during that time? obviously something wrong with the management of this hotel.
Location - great for the shops and the railway station. Very friendly staff - both the cleaning staff and those on the front desk. We waited in the bar inside the foyer to be served a drink but the waiter didn't serve us - not really a problem as we went into the very friendly zeppelinos bar, which was part of the hotel, instead, but disappointing that the waiter didn't see us.
Internet is not free and very expensive. 8euro/hr or 20euro/day. Room charges are already high for provided services so I think internet connection could be free or at a fair price. Internet cafes in the neighbourhood charge 1 euro/hour
Their internet was broken the whole trip. For a business hotel this was unacceptable.
The staff was very good and knowledgable. Hotel is very new so there was a not finished feel. Overall it was a very good stay.
The staff was helpful and kind. The location was wonderful. I was hoping for a bit more luxury from a five star hotel.
This is my go-to hotel in Stuttgart. Situated steps from the main train station, the location is unbeatable. Parking is very easy, but you won't need the car since shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs are all in easy walking distance. The staff is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. You can't go wrong with a stay here!
Very helpfull staff, lovely hotel, ideal location The only thing that I can really fault is from the outside it's not the most attractive hotel, but I don't suppose there is much that can be done about this.
The morning buffet, the wine store, staff and the room. Location was excellent.
Very clean, updated bathrooms, beds were comfortable, staff was very helpful
service and staff and location
Excellent location, great views, luxurious property, and very helpful staff.
breakfast and the bar we asked a no smoking room and received first one with a very bed smell, and after we received a room without heating, near the heater was a broken glass(hidden)?
the service is outstanding the hotel is a bit dated
The location is excellent - a 10 minute walk to the train station and situated facing onto the Stuttgart Schlossgarten adjacent to many historical sites within an easy walk. The staff were friendly and helpful almost beyond belief - possibly the best I have experienced in my travels. Excellent breakfast service with a dining view over the grounds of the Schlossgarten. Internet access is very expensive (27 Euro for 24 hours access). The room was rather small for the price.
Good Location, Excellence Service and value of money.
Absolutely fabulous lodging and staff
Wellness is nice and free. Rooms are spacy No wireless available in room or elsewhere although your site says it is available. No free internet. Resto quite expensive
Super clean. Nice bedfing. Close to center and train to go anywhere. I cannot think of a reason to stay anywhere else.
Large room The atmosphere in the bathroom is to cold
This hotel was amazing in every aspect. We had the 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment for two nights and it was a great value, and totally fantastic! Rooms were spacious even by American standards and the baths were huge and spa-like. Staff was friendly and fun and very helpful from reception to concierge to restaurant. We will definitely look to stay in another Arcotel property in the future. Absolutely nothing negative to say!
The staff at the hotel were very helpful, professional, and friendly. The hotel rooms, although small, were modern, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was meager and picked over. We were told breakfast was included in our room rate by an employee in the dining room only to be charged for it when we checked out. Very overpriced compared to other hotels we stayed at for what they offered.
breakfast watch out, the hotel is located by the 6 lines main road of the town - half of the rooms have windows on that road. the price is a bit too high for the design - standard - confort provided
I hated the room telephone It was hard to use. No clock at all in the room!! There was no breakfast card in the room.
Hotel is well located and facilities are good. Undercover parking was handy. Hotel a bit hard to find even with GPS.
Location Parking fee too expensive
Clean, modern and new! Location was central and as easy walk from the train station. Friendly and helpful staff.
Buffet breakfasts good. Parking convenient. Quiet for sleeping. .
We had a spacious and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast with a lot of variety, good value for money.
Staff were very polite and helpful.Room was very well presented.Bed was very comfortable.Breakfast buffet was best that I have experienced for some time.Adjoining museum was interesting. My wife and I were impressed enough to telephone the hotel directly and book a room when travelling back from Italy a week later. Free wi-fi access would be an improvement. There is free internet access via a single guest terminal in the lobby, but this was busy when I wished to check e-mails.Using my own laptop in the room would be preferable.
Great breakfast, good parking and WiFi. Quiet, good black out curtains, bed fine (2singles together), fan in room. But once the temps hit 80, the room was a sweat bath. No a/c
quite good, I didn't put too much pressure on the hotel. I was much more interested in Stuttgart as a city. Anyway, the hotel is clean, staff is helpful, only the distance to the centre is too far, about 12km, but there is a tram really close
breakfast quite a hike to the centre by public transport
spacious room outdated
Cleaning, size of the room and comfort. I was on the 4th floor where the internet connection is wired. The problem is the lenght of the cable, not enough to reach the desk. No air conditioning available.
The Wellnes Area
The breakfast No have restaurante, is not true, they offer a snack bar. The location is not easy to move on, the room the decoration is poor, does not have a good TV. does not offer beauty shop like shower cuff, etc, the towels the low quality, etc. etc.
Nice place, conveniently located, excellent breakfast!
Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, fast wifi connection, interestimg decor and museum. Short walk to public transport. Front desk also sells multi-day passes for the Stuttgart transit system. Great value for money. The hotel is in a suburb of Stuttgart, and it is a 25-30 minute trip on the ÜBahn to downtown and the train station. No resturants in the immediate vicinity of hotel, and resturant in the hotel is closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Excellent service, attention to detail and good soundproofing to the rooms.
the staff was super friendly and the hotel was beautiful
Staff and room
The staff was fantastic. Their restaurant is excellent. No elevator, and parking is limited
Appreciated friendliness of staff with helpful directions and very nicely decorated room. Restaurant closed on Sunday and Monday evenings.
The location of the Hotel is excellent, if one wants to visit the Christmas Market. Also, being very close to the transit system, allows one to visit the Mercedes and Porsche Museums. Another plus is that the Hotel restaurant has excellent food and the front desk staff are very helpful. Room was clean and bright No elevator.
They were very helpful when we wanted to know what to see in te city and how to best get there. Their restaurant was not open the 2 days we were there and others had commented that it was an amazing restaurant for local German food.
I am so glad and luckyI have booked this hotel for one night, but I stayed two, enjoyed staying in this Hotel more then any other during my 15 day trip through Europe. Wonderfull, really nice and polite staff in reception and restaurant. After my stay I forgot couple of jewelery items and all of them has been sent to my home within next 15 days. Thanks Garri Tchakirian.
traditional design Rooms were too hot you could not open window as traffic was very noisey,no tea or coffee facilty in room, hotel resturant was closed most of stay
Extremely friendly and helpful service. Excellent breakfast. Convenient location.
Internet service in the hotel room.
Front desk service and proximity to airport Breakfast 'service': started cleaning area and moving people = guests around during breakfast hours.
Service for Breafast very unfriendly
Location, Comfort, Great Staff Breakfast is a little expensive
Large rooms Staff service, no cooking surface (microwave or hotplate)
Close proximity to my work trip and to the Ubahn. Staff were very friendly and helpful. View was nice. Big rooms. SI suites was under construction. Elevator was out of order the whole time and I was on the 5th floor. Not a lot of regular restaurants within walking distance. The hotel only does breakfast. The parking is challenging to locate and directions are unclear/poor signage.
Hotel clean and spatious rooms and comfortable. but, hotel with no charm or any heart. Just a building block with rooms. Entrance is underground, there is no proper taxi access.. weird. The price for internet for 24 hours is 27 Euros and breakfeast is 18 euros.... None of this are value for money ....
Appartment was extreamly clean bedding and towels were brilliant white and smelt fresh.
