Fordele: I liked the breakfast it was very well stocked, and the pool area was wonderful, we even got drinks which we ordered at lobby bar delivered to the pool area, staff was very nice, they took care of our every need

Fordele: This hotel is great! All the commodities are there, and are good. They offer complimentary coffee, tea and biscuits all day long, which is very thoughtful. The bar has a great selection of local and international drinks, and the staff is really nice and helpful. Specially Ester, the bartender, she was great company and she gave us great tips to explore the area.

Ulemper: The only b-mol is the location. It is a bit far from the centre of Setubal, but like that it is good for relax and has all transport options at the door.

Fordele: The hotel is comfortable and the management team is super friendly and helpful! We can surely recommend this hotel for all those wishing to stay in Setubal!

Fordele: The Breakfast is great, also the owners taking care of special needs and are always extremely helpful. In general they welcomed us friendly and they gave us nice recommendations for the city (e.g. market).

Fordele: Fantastisk service - smukt og smagfuldt anlagt. God pool, mulighed for tennis og bordtennis. Gåafstand til byen

Ulemper: Der var lidt nusset i køkkenet og det var ikke anvendeligt til madlavning. Køleskabet var fyldt med minibarvare.

Fordele: Anderledes og særledes hyggeligt. Meget sjovere end de sædvanlige hoteller.

Ulemper: Larm fra defekt vindmølle

Fordele: Quinta has cloister-alike property of not revealing what's inside until you get through the narrow entry door into a courtyard. I like secrets and Quinta is like a narrative sequence of hidden things.

Ulemper: Lack of movement of air/ventilation of the mezzanine. An openable skylight or at least a gravity shaft there wouldn't be bad. Sleeping in ventilated spaces is just more comfortable.

Fordele: Lovely location, very cosy and comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast. A great place to stay ! We will definitely stay here every time we come to Lisbon!

Ulemper: There is nothing negative at all.

Fordele: Traditional historic Quinta with beautiful grounds across the street from the bay and Lisbon Robalia is a wonderful host &serves a superb breakfast

Fordele: Awesome breakfast and the hosted was super helpful. The rooms were clean and I loved the atmosphere. We recommend it!

Fordele: The hotel is located in an old property. Very charming. The pool is very nice and the garden also. Very pleasant stay in the Portuguese way. Breakfast particularly good. Fruit and fresh fruit juice. Good coffee.

Fordele: Nice location 30minutes from Lisbon in authentic fishing village with lots of restaurants and bars. Top host - very friendly with late arrival. Great breakfast in superbe dining room. Confortable appartement. Very nice gardens in the property - orchard swimming pool and tennis court.

Ulemper: No hairdryer

Fordele: Very nice view from the room and delicious, abundant breakfast!

Ulemper: The air ventillation system of the room can only cool or heat depending on the season. So you cannot heat with it on a cold autumnal evening if the system is on "summer mode". However the staff willingly offered extra blankets when I mentioned that it is a bit cold in the room.

Fordele: Great breakfast and shower!!! Awesome staff. The views are nice.

Fordele: Location, super comfortable bed, good breakfast, friendly stuff, not expensive and nice restaurant on the roof. For this price this is the best choice.

Ulemper: Nothing. Have wifi connection problem but not a big deal.

Fordele: Large, clean, comfortable room in standard 4* business-type hotel near to train station, and easy walk from old town. Nice views towards hilltop town of Palmela. Good breakfast. Good wifi.

Ulemper: Hotellet er primært indstillet på store grupper (over 50 personer), der larmer og er over det hele i de fælles arealer. To elevatorer er ikke tilstrækkeligt, når de allesammen kører eller tjekker ind på samme tid. Så selv om værelserne er rigtig gode, er hotellet upersonligt og en stille morgenmad eller aftensmad er umulig i en horde af turister, der optager alt plads.

Fordele: The room was very comfortable and well equipped. City centre on walking distance and next morning a generous breakfast to start the day with a smile.

Ulemper: Sauna and pool were going through some renovations!

Fordele: Very good breakfast.

Ulemper: The AC didn't work.

Fordele: Venligt personale og dejligt poolområde. Fint center lige overfor med mange spisesteder og forretninger. Kæmpe stort og meget flot supermarked.

Ulemper: Beliggenheden. Det tog 30 min at gå til centrum af Setubal. Lidt trætte værelser.. og ingen altaner.

Ulemper: Ikke meget hjælp i receptionen Feks vidste de ikke hvordan man kom med bus til den nærliggende strand selv om bussen holdt 75 meter fra hotellet

Fordele: Upåklagelig renlighed. Stort værelse, godt badeværelse.

Ulemper: Det eneste, jeg ikke brød mig om, var mangel på natlamper. Der er kun lys i loftet, og det er meget stærkt.

Ulemper: Not possible to reserve parking

Fordele: It was well above my expectations, excellent customer service, clean room, large room, large tv, tea and coffee facility in the room, clean and large bathroom, good quality towells.

Fordele: Pretty building, spotless rooms, better breakfast than many places.

Ulemper: The neighborhood is busy and seems s little sketchy - perhaps the area is gentrifying? Parking close enough to the hotel to drop our luggage was difficult.

Fordele: Very clean, comfortable beds, great location within walking distance of shops & lots of really nice restaurants. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Ulemper: There were lots of choices on the buffet but all of the items in the "hot" dish were cold! Otherwise it was fine.

Fordele: Big rooms. Spotlessly clean. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Ulemper: No gym.

Fordele: Excellent location. On main road but no noise inside hotel. Immediately behind the hotel are loads of tiny cobbled streets lined with quality shops, cafés, bars and restaurants to suit all budgets. Large, comfortable, centrally heated room, great shower. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of options with lovely views over the bay. Staff were excellent, nothing too much trouble. Lovely, friendly atmosphere inside and outside the hotel. We were there for 10 days and would not hesitate to return.

Ulemper: Nothing. I really can't think of anything that could be improved.

Fordele: View from the breakfast restaurant is great. I keep coming back to this hotel when in Setubal.

Fordele: Rooms clean, friendly staff.

Ulemper: No pool. Aircon set to 18c and could not be changed which meant the room was far too hot. The pillows could have been replaced with lumpy custard they were so poor. Cafe outside front of hotel has outdoor karaoke on Friday and Saturday night until past 2am so no sleep if your room is on that side. Would not stay here again.

Fordele: It was neat n clean hotel centrally located with normal facilities and normal

Ulemper: They mentioned in facilities that each room has its own airconditioning which could be adjusted. This is a big lie. No individual airconditioning. Its central.

Ulemper: Receptionist's attitude during check out - awful!

Fordele: Easy walking distance to the beach and Fisherman’s wharf.

Ulemper: The shower in our room was a bit small and awkward. There was a flimsy shower curtain and we ended up getting water on the floor.

Fordele: Very clean, comfortable rooms and excellent location in this pretty little town. Right in the pedestrian area and easy walking to the dock area. Despite the centrality it was very peaceful.

Ulemper: The rooms are quite small and had the smallest shower cubicle I’ve ever used!

Fordele: Very kind staff, very clean hotel and in perfect location.

Fordele: The friendly atmosphere and helpfulness of the staff and the cleaning ladies. The staff helped me with finding directions, telling me about the sights I could see and were available at any time. The rooms were clean and very pleasant.

Ulemper: I cannot think of anything. Maybe just some signs showing the direction to the hotel from the bus and railway station.

Fordele: Nice and clean hotel in a quiet street, the breakfast was faboulous with a lot of fruits, serials, jogouhrts, eggs……… not so common for this price.

Fordele: Polite and helpful staff,very good accomodation,quiet,cleat, great breakfast for the money. A realy nice stay.

Ulemper: Without a car you will need a taxi for all.

Fordele: Relaxed atmosphere, nice pool, friendly staff and clean facilities. Good price.

Ulemper: More could be done to provide good home cooked food.

Ulemper: The room was extremely small lots off noises from the other guests. Doors banging at strange hours on the middle of the night and earlie morning. The dinner area sofas was extremely dirty that I could even bring myself to seat there. Strange looking guests that are very intimidating. The room cleaners are very basic. We slept on the same bed without changing for 4 days. Toilet was not clean. At all just towel change. Honestly I would never stay at this hotel and I would not recommend to anyone.... this hotel is ONLY FOR TRUCK DRIVERS NOT FOR AVERAGE PEOPLE.. THIS ONLY IS 100% 1 STAR HOTEL

Fordele: Clean spacious Reception / lobby, clean room spacious en-suite shower lovely clean pool Breakfast offers much choice and its availability from 6:30 to noon is particularly customer- friendly.

Fordele: Udemærket hotel til en enkelt overnatning. Vi skulle med fly fra Lissabon næste dag. Pænt rent. God morgenmad buffet. Venligt personale.

Fordele: I was surprised how nice it was, I loved the town, easy walk downtown, free parking.

Fordele: The staff was very well prepared and accomodating. When asked to provide some soy and gluten free products they delivered with a smile.

Ulemper: Det lå for langt fra centrum, de skrev 700 m men der var mindst 1500.Ingen parasoller på en ellers meget fin tagtaresse .

Fordele: Not much to complain about for this price.

Ulemper: Wifi signal was poor in my room. Cleaning staff dropping the cleaning material next to my room at 8am and waking me up.

Fordele: Breakfast was quite ok.

Ulemper: The rooms were a bit dated. It looked like someone had smoked in the room. We had higher expectations from the photos.

Fordele: Clean and comfortable.

Ulemper: It does not have something for dinner, only pizzas.

Fordele: The staff was great, welcoming and helpful. Although the room was old fashioned the cleanliness was good.

Ulemper: Location is in an industrial area. Cannot call it "Lisbon South" if it's in Setubal. We are used to French Campanile standards which are pretty different to this hotel. Below average bed comfort, carpet floors with old fashioned style room needs renovation. Paper thin walls, could hear everything on the surrounding rooms, and traffic on the highway. The private parking has no gate/barrier anyone can get in.

Fordele: Close to the shopping center.

Ulemper: Location distant from a city center. It’s a motel rather than a hotel. Some picture promoting this hotel shows a swimming pool, but it’s just not there. Knowing other hotels of this brand I was expecting higher standard.

Fordele: Fresh Orange juice at Breakfast

Ulemper: Could not close the window, so I got the noice from a main street near the hotel. Only 1 electricity outlet in the room, (223 or 233 don't rmemember) so I couldn't load the PC and the batteries for camera at the same time.

Ulemper: Noisy place despite had asked for a quiet room Unclean room, bad amenities, bad mattress, very old towels Seems a bad third world place.
