Fordele: It was just a flight. Nothing to rave about. Just a typical up and over flight. The flight left Athens over an hour late and got to Brussels almost 90mins late.

Ulemper: We weren't offered complimentary beverage service. They did a beverage service for paid drinks and that took well over an hour. We were only given a simple single piece of chocolate while waiting to take off

Fordele: By far the best of the 4 flights involved in my trip. Everything went smooth except for deboarding, but that's because of the people, not the airline staff. There was constantly an attendant walking the plane offering water refills entire flight. 3 beverage services, 2 meals, and constant water. Very very good experience

Ulemper: This airline is borderline budget airline even in business class.

Fordele: Crew was friendly.

Ulemper: No AC, we roasted. Seats uncomfortably small. Terrible on boarding and off boarding process.

Fordele: Pleasant crew. Appropriate and efficiently served snack.

Ulemper: Boarding and disembarkation were slow.

Fordele: The socks offered in business were comfortable and nice looking. The red wine was good.

Ulemper: The food was just average and the seat not too comfortable

Fordele: Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness.

Ulemper: Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili.

Fordele: Crew were excellent

Ulemper: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Fordele: The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc.

Ulemper: The conditions were very cramped. The entertainment system was quite old and had very little selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working all together. I called for assistance from my seat a couple of times, but nobody came.

Ulemper: I was catching a flight in Paris to Aberdeen after arriving from Malaga. The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare

Ulemper: They weight my carry on luggage from the connecting flight. The first flight was ok, but they decided to weight my carry on luggage at the gate for the connecting flight. So I got charge for extra 82 dollars. I wish they say something earlier!!

Ulemper: Baggage took almost 90 minutes to come off plane.

Fordele: Crew was kind.

Ulemper: The food made me sick, and you have to buy it too.

Fordele: We were delayed. Did good time still.... nice and polite flight crew..

Ulemper: Free coffee

Fordele: The crew wasn’t very friendly and there’s very little legroom.

Fordele: The flight crew were amazing and had lovely gifts for our daughter

Ulemper: the flight was late and no food or drinks were available without paying rather high prices

Fordele: Brussels airport clearance was quite efficient

Ulemper: Better instructions at the airport

Fordele: It was ok

Ulemper: It was so late and we were not told anything!!!

Ulemper: More legroom. And not having to pay for a simple glass of water.

Fordele: Awful!!!!

Fordele: There was nothing really special or to write home about--flight got us there safely and ahead of schedule, albeit, uncomfortably (seats were extremely thin and uncomfortable) and the pitch/distance between seat rows was extremely short & cramped..

Ulemper: Seats could have been more comfortable; they were extremely thin and uncomfortable--and airline could give more legroom/pitch between seats.

Ulemper: Pésimo servicio en la llegada a Bergen. No solo no llego una de las valijas, sino que no había nadie en la oficina de reclamos, nos hicieron recorrer todo el aeropuerto hasta que no les quedó otro remedio que ayudarnos. Mala disposición de los empleados. Lo mismo con la recepcionista del buró de información turística

Ulemper: seats could recline better and padding could be better.

Fordele: It got me to my destination. Nothing else to like.

Ulemper: Boarding was a circus. The most disorganized I’ve seen. Price-gouging at every turn. Cramped uncomfortable seats. And of course the nonstop screaming infant.

Ulemper: Premium cabin service and amenities very poor. No snacks available with premium ticket. Also no socks or hygiene products typically available on other business class flights. Will not fly Norwegian again.

Fordele: I liked the (free) upgrade to Premium Economy.

Ulemper: Food was ok but I recommend including a small salad with dinner.

Fordele: They were very nice! Always a smile, even after 10 hours with us!

Ulemper: Final snack was a ricotta pepper sandwich - which was kind of a weird choice. Kitkat was of course delicious. Beef stew for lunch was fine. but my meal come out with frost on it, so the salad was freezer burned and my dressing was unable to pour being frozen! no veggies for me! :)
