Fordele: Perfect location, right in the middle of Toulouse! Big, modern room, spotlessly clean. Breakfast was really nice and the staff very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Ulemper: Nothing, it was great!

Fordele: Breakfast was fantastic, particularly the little touches like the boiled egg machine! The man who checked us in at Reception on Saturday 24 August at 13.00 (and checked us out the next day at 13.00) was brilliant. Despite being on his own, he was patient, helpful & friendly. And a very simple checking in & out process too.

Ulemper: Only thing I can think of is that we’d bought a bottle of champagne (not in the hotel) to celebrate our last night of holiday, to drink in our room & the man on reception wouldn’t let us gave 2 glasses.

Fordele: Location is perfect!

Ulemper: Breakfast was too basic. Coffee is not tasty at all.

Fordele: Very Gentle Staff, good breakfast, good position and clean.

Fordele: Quick response. Detailed information by email and at the front desk. Supportive receptionists. Position in the city centre.

Ulemper: The bed was very comfortable. However, the duvet exceeded the season temperature. As a 'green-person' I'd use a bed sheet as a cover rather than switching on the air conditioning. I have found the same in other hotels where I stayed the days before in France.

Fordele: Located on main square. Very nice quiet contemporary room.

Ulemper: Access by car is not easy. Downtown Toulouse is mainly pedestrian area.

Fordele: Room ideal, breakfast lovely, staff knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Theatre was a treat!

Fordele: Excellent location - don't think you can get better, and very calm & peaceful. Really pleasant and friendly staff, in particular Nicolas at reception. Very comfortable bed, and spotless room. Lovely breakfast choices too.

Fordele: We had an exceptional time in this establishment and in our night in Toulouse. What a lively vibe with great regional food! Service was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was a delight. Highly recommend!

Fordele: walking distance to everywhere in Toulouse, nice room with a big balcony, swimming pool, parking (although not free).

Fordele: Modern decor, pool & (a small) gym on site. Parking option (albeit paid).

Ulemper: Location a bit away from the city center (but still very walkable). Parking garage very tight with a mid-size+ vehicle.

Fordele: Third stay at this property over 2 years. Great location in the middle of town, a short walk to all the shops restaurants and tourist sites. We had a two bedroom duplex apartment which is great for a family of 4. Great quality accommodation, good leisure facilities for a small hotel . Paid circa £200 per night (4 night stay), which is pretty good value for accommodation of this standard for 4 in peak season (early August) in the middle of the city.

Ulemper: My only gripe is some of the controls put around use of the pool. One day we went down with the kids (age 12 and 7) and there were a couple of young guys (early 20s) who had taken over the shallow end lining up bottles of gin and tequila downing hard liquor, being very loud and playing their own music. I had to ask them to move their drinks so that my kids could get in the shallow end and they grumbled at me. The scene was intimidating for my kids and I saw a few families come to use the pool and then leave as it was obviously intimidating for them. We had a similar experience last year staying at the same property. But to be fair this happened on both visits just once over 4 days. I would like to see some controls put around the pool use (eg no smoking, no bringing your own alcohol, playing loud music etc) as in such a small pool area it spoils enjoyment for kids / families and people should really not be made to feel like this due to the actions of a few (usually younger) guests who think they own the place.

Fordele: We found it very good. Two couples and loved that we could store our luggage prior to checkin as we had been on a boat on Canal du Midi for a week and arrived earlier than expected. We were able to have a look around buy some food for the next day and get our bearings. It was a well appointed apartment with everything we needed. Would recommend this accomodation. We loved the pink city - a lovely stay.

Fordele: It was clean, comfortable, convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Ulemper: The buffet breakfast was ok, nothing outstanding and cost extra.

Fordele: A very functional and spacious room, well equipped hotel, well located with a very hospitable staff.

Fordele: An excellent apartment hotel. Nice large room with AC, balcony, equipped small kitchen. The room was clean, modern and there was nothing I would really miss there. The hotel was very quite at night. They even have a smal swimming pool.

Ulemper: Not much to complain about. A bit expensive for Toulouse, but worth the money.

Fordele: The room was neat. The view was awesome from the balcony. Everything was in the little kitchen. I could even cook.

Ulemper: Not applicable. all excellent.

Ulemper: Breakfast is not worth the money. Kitchenette is fully equipped, so it's better to do it yourself.

Fordele: Excellent apartment - spacious and well equipped. Great location with everything within easy walking distance. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Large balcony, quiet (apartment was on opposite side of main avenue). Works on Jean Jaures were not a problem (anyway almost finished)

Ulemper: No free parking close by but hotel offers good rates for 24 hours parking in underground parking.

Fordele: Great people at reception, can speak multiple languages, including English, but didn't patronise when I tried to speak French. Apartment is lovely, very clean and comfortable, spacious with all necessary facilities. Great location, easy walk to centre and two minutes from station. Would definitely stay here again.

Ulemper: Very minor thing, we booked for 3 but initially had 2 sets of towels. Easy fix. Some cups in breakfast room were not well washed.

Fordele: This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is amazing, kind, and helpful. Everything was perfectly clean. If I have to come back to Toulouse I’ll book my stay here again! The place is incredible!!

Ulemper: Everything was PERFECT!!!!

Fordele: Location is quite good and we really like the fact that we could cook in the room. Their staffs are exceptional, they are very friendly and efficient. We arrived at mid night and left a little after 13:00 and those were no problems for their staffs. Even when we left our kid's bag in the room, they were very kind to arrange for one of my friends to come back and pick it up at ease. I also loved my run along the canals of the city. It was a very pleasant run and very happy that I got lost a little to make a perfect 15km run around the city. Thank you

Ulemper: The street in front of hotel is going through a face-lift process at the moment and doesn't look that great. I believe once it is done, it would be one of the best streets in the city.

Fordele: Location was close to the train station; reception was open 24/7 so checking in and out was relatively easy and receptionists were pleasant and accommodating. Unit facilities was great.

Ulemper: Nothing to complain about really although not many dining areas close to the apartment.

Fordele: Quiet comfortable rooms. Excellent blackout curtains were wonderful for jet lag recovery. Very friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor terrace and bar were pleasant spots to meet, relax or work.Terrific location for walking around city center and the river bank.

Fordele: Very good location, quiet and easy to reach by car. Possibility to park at the hotel or in public parking nearby. Many restaurants, bars and shops nearby, sightseeing and places to go for a walk. In walking distance from the city center and main interesting sites. Tea/coffee in the room. Comfortable bathroom. Good air conditioning. Good wifi. Beautiful inner court with stylish sofas and tables to have a drink or just sit lazily.

Ulemper: Expensive. Luxury is expensive ! Breakfast was OK but if it is not included in the price, it is very expensive. Parking is expensive but this is the reality of big cities. WC is separated from the bathroom. For some people it is a feature but others can find it inconvenient !

Fordele: The staff was amazing!!! So warm, and helpful, especially for a solo traveler.

Fordele: A fabulous hotel in a great location! Just down a little side street a short walk from many of the key landmarks. The staff were incredibly helpful despite it being a short visit they could not have done more to help.

Ulemper: Nothing really! It was obviously at the upper end cost wise but that is probably to be expected with a city centre hotel!

Fordele: This is a beautiful hotel, now my favourite in Toulouse. The room was spacious and well appointed, lovely huge and comfy bed and a very sophisticated bathroom offering all a traveler may need. We didn't have time for the spa very sadly but I certainly will next stay.

Ulemper: Valet parking is a must here unless you know the city well. This is offered and it was extremely efficient however the only pull in area outside being taken up by the postman we couldn't get anywhere near the hotel. Its in the city, space is of a premium I get that and they do all they can to help here.

Fordele: Nice, spacious room, helpful and kind staff, quiet location, very elegant hotel, bar, spa and restaurant. Great a/c and wifi. Nice location between the old town, the hip area and the river.

Ulemper: The shower handle was a bit difficult to manage, especially for older people, needs a bit of repairing. For a 5 star hotel, I expected a better selection of tv channels, especially ones in English. I thought a better pillow selection would be in order. And feminine hygiene bags were not provided but would have been nice. Spa, albeit lovely, was a bit overpriced in my opinion. The only real thing that this 5 star hotel in the South of France was lacking was a pool.

Fordele: The restaurant is outstanding however we returned for a second night on Sunday and it was closed which was a big disappointment.

Ulemper: It is normally a family oriented hotel hoewever there were no many things for children as Other ibis styles we have been to.

Fordele: Excellent location for the Cité de L’espace museum and very easy drive to the center of Toulouse which has loads of paying car parks. The swimming pool and the small gym were extra bonuses. Dinner was delicious as well as a good breakfast selection. Very friendly staff. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Ulemper: Airplanes could be heard inside the rooms, but it was okay during the night, we still slept well.

Fordele: The only thing we didn’t like was the carpet color discoloration where stains had obviously been cleaned and we found an apple under the bed.

Fordele: The location is perfect for the Oncopole and industries nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the site is fairly quiet.

Ulemper: The location is only really great for the sites in the oncopole. Aside from that there’s not much nearby and getting there is ok by bus, but the main road nearby can get really congested so needs lots of time to get in and out at peak times. Also, while the rooms are well equipped and comfortable, it can be difficult to get really dark if the curtains don’t close well.

Fordele: The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable. It seemed to be very quiet in the hotel.

Ulemper: The hotel is a bit out of town which was fine for us as we were using it as a base as we are out and about planning our wedding but just so you know it’s not in central Toulouse

Fordele: Our overnight stay with three adult friends was very nice. The hotel is lovely. Our triple room ended up being a family room so one of us was on a bunk bed-type bed which was actually comfortable. The room was large enough for a short stay, including the bathroom. The location is easy for walking to shopping, restaurants and sights in Toulouse. We were able to easily get a taxi to the nearby train station. The breakfast cost extra but was very good with plentiful selection of delicious foods.

Fordele: The room was very clean-looking but my husband felt like it smelled badly, though I did it notice. The staff were fantastic, the room was comfortable and the mini-bar offered free waters and soft drinks. Breakfast was good, but we did enjoy room service.

Ulemper: Again, the smell in our room. Otherwise, it was great!

Fordele: The reception staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room was well appointed with toilet separate to bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was welcoming after a long hot day sightseeing. I didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t comment.

Ulemper: One minor thing - the bar served caramelised pecans (which spoilt the drink) instead of natural nuts. One other thing not so minor - the shower could only produce cold water despite all my efforts. Still unsure whether the water in the fridge is free, the attached information is not adequate.

Fordele: Ideal location if you're travelling by car, easily connected to the motorway and free parking. Arenes metro station is 10 min walking distance and only 4 stops away from Capitole city centre. Modern rooms, good breakfast at only €7.90, friendly and helpful staff, great value for money. Would definitely stay there again when in Toulouse!

Ulemper: Its a 2 star hotel so nothing to complain about

Fordele: The stuff were friendly. The room was clean and the lights were adequate. Though all stuff don't speak English but one of them was good at English. Moreover he has very much helping attitude. Due to train delay I reached there after 12 am midnight, the reception was closed but he was available to pick phone call.

Ulemper: It was full summer and the room was not equipped with Air-conditioning. They only provide one small fan. Also not all stuff can talk or understand English which was another problem for non-French speaking guests. The reception was not 24/7.

Fordele: The hotel staff care about the details.. You feel that you are in a boutique hotel. The location can be less friendly but as it is close to the airport I think it is a very good place for people who come especially for business. I surely advise this place.

Fordele: We stayed here to do the parkrun in Toulouse. Was a great location for the airport and easy to get to. Parking was great and really friendly

Fordele: It's off the Peripherique and easy to find. Free, off street parking. Comfy, great staff, great price. Metro A is a 10-15 minute walk to the center. Paid a lot more for a lot less elsewhere. This has a great rapport quality-price. Used it as a base to explore the area. One hour by car to Carcasonne, Moissac, Albi and two hours to Lourdes. The manager was super helpful with lots of sound advice. He even refrigerated my saucisse de Toulouse for me.

Fordele: Stayed at Le Prado because it was very close to the clinic wheremy husband was having surgery. Never stayed in a two star property before, was very impressed, much better than I had expected. Breakfast was good value , my room warm and very clean. The free parking

Ulemper: It is not in the best part of Toulouse so would probably not have stayed there if it had not been for the proximity to the hospital, which is a shame .

Fordele: Location.

Ulemper: Noisey outside. Breakfast layout not very good.. Could not find cutlery, small plates.

Fordele: The breakfast selection, presentation and dining area were one of the bests I've ever had. And the lovely breakfast team were very helpful ensuring everyone had everything they need with such good humour. The reception staff were also great at assisting us with ordering a taxi. The bed was comfortable and we didn't hear a peep from neighbouring rooms. As a bonus the room was really well equipped to black out the room for sleeping which is a real comfort for us. The location is also of course excellent for visiting the old centre.

Ulemper: The room's view wasn't great nor a big size, but okay for a standard room. We had booked a king bed but these rooms don't offer a bathtub so we ended up switching to a double room to have a bathtub.

Fordele: Valentina was very professional and helpful. She went above and beyond her duty and gave us excellent suggestions about the restaurants, transportation and places to see around.

Ulemper: The dreadful noisy shouting on the side street outside our window by a drunk homeless man and his partying friends and the scary barking dogs which gave us 2 dreadful nights' "sleep"!!

Fordele: The location was perfect to allow us to get to everything went wanted to see. Parking nearby, plenty of interesting shops. The room was on a corner and had big windows that could open right up to the outside atmosphere.

Ulemper: The bathroom lacked privacy but was well appointed.

Fordele: Personalet var meget søde, værelserne meget rene og overskuelige. Transport fungerede godt.

Ulemper: Jeg kunne ikke få varmen til at slukke så værelset var meget varmere end jeg foretrækker at sove i. Jeg havde ikke anmodet om hjælp herfor den aften - min skyld.

Fordele: The room was a good size the bed and pillows very comfortable. The evening meal we had was just what we wanted a delicious Cesar salad and breakfast was excellent.

Ulemper: Nothing not to like

Fordele: The beds were great, we slept like babies. The shower/bath was perfect, exactly what we needed after a week of camping. Perfection.

Fordele: The staff were very friendly polite and helpful

Fordele: Staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Vera in the restaurant was especially attentive remembering us and our preferences at each dinner we had there. The breakfast which was included in our booking was the best we have ever seen with a full range of sweet and savoury offerings. For our second stay here in two weeks we requested the same room as before and staff had reserved it for us. Exceptional service in every way including peaceful, quiet and supremely comfortable sleep.

Ulemper: I was travelling by car from Spain and owning a car in the higher price category, my main focus is on parking. We all may have experienced in at one time or other, a break in, especially with foreign license plates, attracting more attention. To play safe I always look for a hotel which has good parking facilities on their own grounds. When I booked the room, it was only since the hotel offered parking. What was NOT mentioned on the hotel site was that due to the Tour de France, I had to vacate the paring at 08.00 am the next day. I checked in close to midnight, by the time I got to sleep it was 01.30 am. I could not have breakfast, I had to wake up earlier than I wanted to, just to vacate the parking space. Since there is absolutely nowhere else to park in that area, leaving the parking means not coming back. The room check out time is 12.00, however I was "forced" to leave at 8. I want to be compensated because Marriott did not mention "Parking Restriction" apply.

Ulemper: We paid extra for a balcony which was tiny and stuck at the back corner of the hotel which was in the shade all day. It was a complete waste of money.

Fordele: L8cation is good, free parking a bonus.

Ulemper: Paying for wifi in this day and age is like paying for water in the toilet or electricity forthe lights !!!

Fordele: Everything about this stay was perfect. From the first phone call to request a collection from the airport to checking out. Our whole experience was wonderful. We would not hesitate to recommend or book again.

Ulemper: Nothing

Fordele: location was superb. Accomodations within the room excellent

Ulemper: Airconditioning was weak compared to American hotels. Since temperature was in the high 80's F, it was more difficult to sleep. Staff did respond to our complaint and improved the stituation.

Fordele: food good service was the best.staff new all of my questions and more very good stay

Ulemper: No internet in the room . No restaurant only serves breakfast. Restaurant just outside hotel was part of hotel but not now. Restaurant very good but very rxpensive. Brasserie next to restaurant which was originally also part of the hotel closed for refurbishment opening the day I left

Fordele: Location and the baggage folks and housekeepers were extremely helpful.

Ulemper: The front desk and manager did not have our room available to us even though we were 45 minutes after the check in time of 3:30 pm. Though the manager offered us drinks, they told us 30 minutes since room was not ready. Then we set in lobby and watched 10-12 other guests arrive and been checked in immediately. After 60 minutes, and complaining about the long delay and how tired we were, we finally were shown a room in the back of the hotel. We did not even use the normal elevator, but some elevator in the rear. The room was the worse. It was small, had no light and generally was not acceptable for a hotel with rating. To make things worse, tried to order coffee the next morning, and it never arrived. Can not recommend this hotel. Felt the whole event was of no value.

Fordele: Very nice and helpful staff (late check in), central location, quite, clean and nice bed. Concierge and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Right beside metro too.

Ulemper: It is nice hotel but a bit overpriced - and the place could do with a bit of love and investment. I would say it was very impressive 20 years ago but the decor is dated and there’s a slightly faded grandeur to the place.

Fordele: Really friendly and helpful staff - fab location and you couldn’t fault the room. All in all a great stay!

Fordele: Great value for money and good location. Lovely restaurant 5 minutes down the street.

Fordele: All we like, location, studio fully equipped and super clean, pool and more... as well parking area.

Fordele: The duplex was huge! Plenty of space for our family of five. Good breakfast selection. Nice pool area. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Would certainly stay again!

Ulemper: Mosquitos!! We all got quite a few bites!

Fordele: Nothing apart from the good service provided by the manager.

Ulemper: Poor standard of accommodations. Out of date and very tired. Needs updating. The living room is totally unsuitable as a sleeping area.

Fordele: Spacious studio room (#304) on garden level with morning sun on the little terrace. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of cupboard space. Excellent for one person, not so much for two. Good sized pool, mostly not very busy.

Ulemper: Dishwasher was out of order which was not a big problem but I feel I should have been warned at check-in.

Fordele: Family room, swimming pool, location

Ulemper: Should let for the room cleaning.

Fordele: Spotlessly clean and lots of space.

Fordele: Very nice residence very clean and totally comfortable. The staff very pleasant

Fordele: our room on two floors was huge

Ulemper: No separation between upstairs and downstairs so any noise from either area would effect the other Also a little too much air freshener for those sensitive to perfumes

Fordele: Spacious. Large balcony.

Ulemper: I was not able to get any wifi for my ipad. Office couldnt explain why or rectify. Not many cooking utensils. Freezer door of fridge broken. Internal door racks of fridge broken.

Ulemper: The only thing I didn't like about the room, is the noise caused by the appliances, refrigerator, transformers, AC, etc...)

Fordele: Very pleasant and helpful staff. We had a duplex apartment so there was plenty of room for a family of 4. The kitchen area was well equipped (the microwave and a small dishwasher were a bonus) and the bathroom was clean and modern with a good shower. Close by there was a Lidl for basics, a bakery, pizza takeaway and a Chinese takeaway.

Fordele: I had a pleasant stay and service was good. I have stayed in many worse four star hotels.

Fordele: The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient, the rooms were of a good standard representing good value.

Ulemper: The only slight drawback is the lack of a restaurant for an evening meal.

Fordele: The buffet breakfast had an extensive selection that should satisfy anyone’s preferences or dietary needs

Fordele: Great locationn excellent hotel, helpful staff, good breakfast. Quick sign-up and check-out.

Ulemper: parking service

Fordele: Bar staff very knowledgable, shame that we paid for valet parking but had to get the cars ourselves as the person doing the job doesn’t drive right hand drive cars. No discount offered.

Ulemper: Room was tired and could do with renovation.

Fordele: This hotel is not worth 5stars. It needs a lot of refurbishing. The rooms are old and entirely outlived.

Fordele: Central location.

Ulemper: I was overcharged on check-out and am now out of pocket.

Fordele: Perfectly located. Good breakfast. And very friendly stafd. They called us when the room was ready.

Ulemper: All good.

Fordele: All of it. Dining room in the open courtyard was particularly lovely. Enjoyed the atmosphere in the Piano Bar and the drinks helpful concierge.
