Excellent staff, good location 1 block from Av Libertador, China Town, and about 4 short blocks from Belgrano train station.
Super nice hotel! Very chic and elegant - we were impressed with the room and loved the stove and tea kettle, which we did not find in any other hotel room. Very modern and cool feel. Walking distance to Chinatown area, which is good for dinner, but not particularly close to any major sights. Convenient to the domestic airport. The staff was very nice about welcoming us in the restaurant/lounge when we had to wait for several hours in the evening. We only wish the hotel had accommodated our request for a late check out. Even 1 or 2 hours would have helped. Instead, we were told the policy is that ANY extra time costs 50% of the total room rate. This was frustrating and disappointing.
quiet, rooms well appointed and functional, good internet connection, hotel staff froiendly and attentive
Great, very modern, well-designed suites close to domestic airport. Inflexibility over early breakfast
Extremely comfortable, cosy, beautiful furniture, free wifi internet, flat tv. A very good surprise to discover quickly before they increase the price
Staff, very friendly and helpfull location, quite far from centre
Your staff at the lobby were beyond excellent. they are very helpful, always smiling genuinely. Interior design of the hotel (including rooms are just perfect. no more no less! it is a little bit far from city center. transport could be problematic. I believe that if you manage to build somehow a transportation services to the city and airport. this hotel would be perfect to stay during the visit of Buenos Aires for middle class people, sucha s me as an acedemician.
Hot boutique hotel, but rather far away from other stuff in town.
Good value for money, nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, "suite" nature of rooms.
The breakfast was superb, it felt safe and it was located in a good area with easy access to the subway The room we were in looked a little tired
The location was convenient for us. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean . Staff was great and helpful.
Being just in front of the Tucuman station was for me, the hotel's strongest asset. Internet was unreliable. Kept getting disconnected.
good staff ............. ok....need better towels and the coutain had holes it just look bad for the price is fine. and the fact that has no parking is also no good the garage around the corner should have an agreement with them that garage very rude but over all is ok, and also those keys! too old would i stay again maybe but need some details the air conditioned system aslo sucks. need some details and the breakfast. the coffe pots were kind of old and dirty. but again the staff is making i gess limonade out the the lemons they got. also and lastly, is hard to find!!!! need a better sing
The hotel is a very nice building in a very nice upscale location in BA (Belgrano).. The distance from the airport (EZE) was far and somewhat difficult to get to, we had an easier time getiing to the city center (Centro)..
Neighborhood, very quiet Poor experience in room 005. It depressed me.
Location: this area of Belgrano is a quiet neighborhood, you can walk to the subway and then get to downtown in 20 minutes. They run a sort of disco (to use a formal term) on the first floor, about which one learns the hard way (disco is not mentioned in the hotel description). Noise was quite annoying still at 3:00 am on Friday night, and so was the smoke coming out from the first floor. I called the reception but no solution was given. In addition, a number of teenagers (and not so young people) were at the entrance, drinking beer, yelling, kicking beer bottles, an the like. Next morning I paid and left this place, so I stayed only two nights. I chose this hotel because I did not have time to search more, but it was a really bad choice. I will never ever go back again.
