Our studio apartment was huge. You would kill for a place like that in Manhattan. Big modern bathroom, complete with a bidet. A kitchen, with all the utensils and plates. A coffee maker, big television with a dvd player. A remotely controlled aircondition unit. Our second floor apartment was very noisy because it faced a busy one-way street. But on our second night we had come to ignore most hoises. As everywhere in Buenos Aires, the hteol's reception personnel spoke only limited English.
gorgeous room in lovely hotel howveer I think next time I may choose to staymore centrally but a taxi only cost £3 to teh centre (15 mins)
friendly hotel staff location is very poor, not in best area at all
The room was large, clean, comfortable. We enjoyed the out-of-center-city location which gave us an opportunity to see a different area of Buenos Aires (but would be difficult for short stays, altho metro, buses, and taxis are close). The staff was helpful, courteous. The hotel should not be classified a true studio apartment: there was a mini bar, microwave, toaster, coffee maker....sufficient to make breakfast only. The staff readily provided cutlery and plates, but no other cooking utensils were available.
no telephone in the room
Size of the room A distance from the city
The must for this hotel is the good cost relation benefits. The room is very big and confortable. The doble bed could be better adjusted, there is a small diference in high. The location is a little far from the downtown around 20 pesos. The subway is the best choice.
I thought that the staff were extremely helpful, responsive, and made the stay a pleasure. The room was so clean, well serviced, and picturesque. The quoted price on the internet did not include tax, and yes, this is the fine print, but 21% tax is quite high, so this was misleading I think. The hotel is quite a long way from the action of BA but the tube is close by, just don't take it in peak hour if you are claustrophobic.
Nice staff, very quiet place, good price, comfortable and pretty good location (close to a subway stop)
The hotel was exceptionally clean and appealing. The staff was there to see to your every needs. Reminds me more of a bed and breakfast. The hotel is located in a very dark area/street. Upon arrival, the cab passed the building, due to poor lighting. The is no sign advertising the hotel. If you're looking or passing by, one would think it was a residential living, than a hotel. One last thing, I booked my room last minute. When I arrived, the desk clerk told me the room I booked wasn't available and wanted to charge me a higher rate for a larger room. I said no, because I booked what was listed. He began to tell me that Booking.com made a mistake in listing the room type I booked and that he could only sell me the higher price room. I stood my ground and said no. After about 15 minutes of going back and forth, he called someone and the larger room was given.
