Location - close to downtown and Titletown Brewing Co Staff was very friendly and helpful. Charge for parking in their lot. $3 for a bottle of water in the room. Tap water is very heavily chlorinated so they should provide a cheaper alternative.
Loved the room and the staff was very nice. The price was amazing for the room. Pool was a bit small for the crowd there. But the pool temp was perfect and so was the hot tub! Breakfast for $10 was just okay. the hottest thing was the coffee. The food was warm but not hot at all, eggs were cold by the time I got to my table and the only salt, pepper, and ketchup was on the buffet.
Luxurious and very clean room. The on site staff was very supportive and professional. When I made the reservation the information I received from Hyatt's 800# was different from the information I received from the front desk.
My husband was in a band that was playing in Seymour Wisconsin, so we decided to book a room in Green Bay for a little family getaway. After reading some of the reviews about this hotel, we booked the stay. Words cannot describe how fabulous this hotel was, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was deliciois! This is a hotel worth coming back to. Anyone looking for an amazing value, this is it.
Nothing! It was very loud, and noisy they should have let me know before arrival that it was full of high schoolers. I paid for breakfast in didn't receive it. The room was so cold. No outlets near the bed. You had to pay to park in the parking lot what hotel charges to park what a joke. First and last time ever going to that hotel.
The breakfast. The bar had no kaluha so they weren't able to make one of Your Signature Drinks ( what's up with that)
Service, cleanliness, and location of hotel. Long waits at elevator.
Comfy beds. Friendly staff. Newly remodeled. Clean and affordable. Parking was great on Friday. The pool was cold, 5/5 showers were room temperature at best. The cold shower was not really needed on Valentine's weekend. The parking was stymied by a wedding that created their own spaces and filled the lot. The skywalk that held the adjacent parking was very inconvenient to find and move through. The elevators were slow as molasses on Valentine's day and that was not very helpful on a mass exodus of a Sunday after a wedding.
Great room. Loved the layout. Bathroom at the back and plenty of storage.
Spacious and clean rooms Free breakfast included was not that good. The rooms were a little old and need modernization.
When I looked at the hotel on the kayak website it listed how many rooms the hotel had and mislead us into thinking breakfast was included, it wasn't. Then when we check in we are told there will be a $5 fee for parking. This is Green Bay Wisconsin and the lot wasn't even a quarter full. I can see paying to park in Chicago or Milwaukee but this is ridiculous. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past but we won't again. ST Brendan's Inn is just down the road or the Hampton Inn is right next store to this hotel.
great place to stay and drink and gamble and go to packer game! the room was very noisy. Purcells is below the room and it was very loud. This should be a discounted room or be informed at check in!
Ability to gamble and reasonable, but hood food choices. They offer the sleep number bed that allows you to choose how firm or soft you like the bed. I like it soft, but I wound up in a hole so had to make it stiffer. Definitely not a fan of this technology which pumps air in and out of the mattress.
The bed was extreme comfortable maybe the most comfortable bed every! Room was clean and had the basic amenities. Front desk was not friendly. I assume the young lady was having a bad day but did not say anything other than how to get to our room Our shower handle broke in the morning and it was spraying cold water only. We called the front desk and they said they would send someone up as soon as we checked out. We didn't get to shower and at check out told the front desk about the shower issue with a "I am sorry to hear that you are all set"
Sleep number beds! I lost money gambling
Close to airport. Rooms need to be updated and furniture replaced.
Everything….I stayed at an Aloft across town! To be completely fair, I have stayed at this hotel and give it high marks in every category and expect to stay there again in the future. My other business associates were booked at the Aloft so I changed hotels. I fail to understand why Kayak is so backward that their system doesn't understand that I cancelled!! Nothing…it was perfect at the Aloft
Great room and lots of space to relax. Stayed here during a motorcycle trip and the "living room" space with couches, TV and fireplace made for a nice to relax after a day on the road. Haven't stayed at a hotel that provided so much for the dollar. Apparently some kids had the room above ours and were partying and drinking rather loudly and were extremely loud at the basketball court. Luckily we were tired and the rooms have adequate sound attenuation that it didn't bother us much. However, this hotel is such a nice place that I would've expected that the staff would make rounds and keep issues like from occurring.
Roomy Noisy kids above us
Closeness to the Bradley Center The room could of been cleaner. old food in the refrigerator.
Great hotel, but parking for one night was $25. Pretty steep considering you're in Milwaukee Wisconsin.
Closeness too the Bradley Center
Issues with booking. Paid for the king suite and when I got to the hotel they did not have a king room available. They downgraded to a double queen. Not satisfied.
Horrible Staff and will never stay there again
Check- in time is at 3pm. My fiancé and I got there at 330 to stand in line for 20 minutes and then be told that our room wasn't clean yet. They pointed us towards their restaurant and said you can get some drinks and food to wait for your room to be ready. After spending $80, waiting 2.5 hours, and complaining multiple times our room was finally ready and cleaned at 6pm at night!! They gave us a free drink as well as free breakfast coupon the next time but we were still very frustrated having to wait in their restaurant for our room to be ready 3 hours after check in time. If check in time is at 3pm then the rooms need to be ready!
Valet was quick and friendly. Restaurant food good. Room was clean but sink drained too slowly. Convention that CONSUMED the hotel. Since has an open concept interior, convention seemed 24/7. Unfortunately, to add insult to injury, 3:30am fire alarm sounded Saturday night. No bill under the door in the morning so felt compelled to stop by front to check out. Many, many smokers at the doors and the smell of smoke on occasion inside.
Room was clean and comfortable. We arrived at 9am and were able to check-in then, which was amazing. The room had a refrigerator (nice) and was walking distance to lots of shopping, restaurants, sights, etc. The restaurant in the lobby had a great buffet breakfast. Had to pay $25 to park the car overnight.
Good location close to Bradley Center Parking is expensive and difficult to get to. Hotel is definitely in need of an update - it's looking kind of shabby.
Bobby the doorman was so friendly and helpful!
A good breakfast if included on your booking. Room was clean, but parking at $25.00. There was parking on the outside across the Bistro 333 that was a little less. I would stay here again.
The hotel was very nice - clean, with nice amenities. The staff was phenomenal! Very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. We felt that the parking fee ($31 per night for valet) was a little steep.
Everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Expensive parking. Could've parked somewhere else in the city for much cheaper. There were a lot of business people there and no family attractions such as a pool.
Very nice accommodations, The only issue I had was with the bathroom, the door had a huge gap at the bottom and no lock, the toilet looked like it was out of a public bathroom, and the the shower pressure was deplorable that it made showering challenging and long.
Great stay! Thanks Dan for the great service!! Nothing.
Ambiance and location were great. The corner room on the 15th floor had a great view. Elevators could be quicker.
Location The fitness center was good-I wished there was a lap pool. The computers in the business center were slow and hard to get into the internet at times.
The pool area is spacious with several tables set up for visiting if you don't want to swim. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice sized. There's a small game room and pool tables to entertain young people. Breakfast was good. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Staff that greeted us was very kind. The breakfast eating area was too small to accommodate the number of people who were eating. The night we were there there was a tornado warning... When we went downstairs the staff person told us to go back to our second story room and that she would sound the alarm if needed. I disregarded her advice and had the kids stay downstairs ... I just think she should have let people do what they felt comfortable with .... I did not ask her what to do...She approached me.
Pool and hot tub were great.
Internet was very poor connection and dirty bath towels.
The staff was friendly although a bit rough around the edges. The breakfast was fine. The room was clean. The location is pretty great when you have meetings at Lambeau Field. The room was small for the price and a bit outdated. It's not a hotel you want to hang out in, it's a hotel for crashing after a long day spent anywhere but.
Great location Take of and clean the ac vent better
The rooms are old & out dated. The beds are horrible.
Great customer service every time we visit. You can't beat this great downtown location.
Beds not that comfortable
If you need to be in Downtown Milwaukee, the hotel is well located, has parking (though it's really expensive with in and out privileges -- and I say this as a Bostonian used to paying out the nose for parking), and the public spaces of the building are really nice and well maintained. The gent working the desk when we checked in was also a delight and gave lots of useful recommendations about what sites to see and where to eat. A+ to that guy. Our room itself was pretty low end, especially for an Intercontinental. The air conditioning didn't work, every piece of furniture was damaged, and the walls and bathroom showed a lot of wear and tear. When the front desk staff was alerted the ac didn't work, the guy simply said, "Oh, sorry." D- to that guy.
Great hotel if you are attending a show at The Pabst Theater or Milwaukee Rep since all three share a common lobby. Check in was quick and friendly (thanks Cory) and the room was spacious and clean. The candy/RedBull/bottled water purchase basket was a bit strange, but the rest of the room was fine. Parking is expensive for the area ($27).
Fire alarms all night
The location is fantastic and the price of the rooms great. The room with 2 double beds my adult children had was pretty disgusting. The lamp had huge stains on the shade and the mattresses were all stained and disgusting looking ( they always check for bedbugs because my oldest son travels a lot and has seen them in hostels and nice hotels). The room was just very dingy and looked like a 2 star hotel Our room with a king was better but all the mattresses need to be upgraded and replaced. Carpets need cleaning etc The Kilawatt for brunch was okay. Food was not great....bloody Mary's were not so good....food adequate
One of the best in Milwaukee. We had to move to another 4 star (hyatt) on the same street after a day due to lack of availability at intercontinental and it was much inferior.
Quiet room, easy walk to the show at the Riverside, cozy bedding, perfect room temp, courteous and helpful staff, excellent and affordable restaurants within walking distance. Arrive after 6:00 pm and leave before 8:00am so parking very reasonable at $8. everything was wonderful
Reserved a room with 2 queen beds and when we arrived to check in, was told they only have a room with one king bed which resulted in one of us having to sleep on an air mat. Disappointing-reserved room over 2 months prior to date of arrival. Also no free continental breakfast.
I loved the stylish & modern design of the rooms and the common areas.
The best thing about the hotel was the decor. There were a few issues. First, I specifically had 3 people in my room and requested two queen beds. Upon arrival I found out I only had a king bed. When I went to the front desk they said this was a special and depending on availability this is what they could give me and didn't once try to look to see if there was anything else they could offer me. My second issue is that when I returned to my roomi found that the toilet was completely clogged, so the place was either not completely cleaned or this was completely ignored. When I phoned down someone came up within 10minutes, but for all this inconvenience all we were offered was free breakfast of cereal and toast.
The hotel staff was super friendly and the room was comfortable The hot tub jets didn't work.
I have stayed at this hotel many times with my parents, so I knew it was a great place. I made a reservation and went to check in where I was ID'd and was turned away because I am only 20. I understand their policy is that you must be 21, however when I made the reservation I entered my birthdate and it didn't say anything about being 21. The staff was extremely rude about the situation and I nor any of my family will ever stay at another Hampton Inn.
We stay in the area once in a while, and this is the best hotel we've stayed at so far for our price range. We'll be staying here from now on in the future. Pleasant staff, clean, comfortable, and great continental breakfast!
Location All good!
This hotel is great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They exceeded my expectations by providing detailed info. & personal recommendations in response to my questions about the area. The room was spacious and clean with modern decor.

The available later check out . The room wasn't ready upon arrival at 4:00 pm when I was told that it will be available for 3:00pm .
Very over priced!! ecno lodge has a nicer rooms, and hotel won't stay there again

The size of the Queen suite and the front desk guy when we first arrived.. very friendly.. No.

Location, Thanksgiving buffet, hot tub. Very pricey.
Old school charm and service The decor, the people and the vibe.
The hotel is clean, excellent amenities, friendly staff and good good location. I'd stay again and recommend it to others.
Beautiful historic hotel. Comfortable, clean and we enjoyed our stay.
Beautiful hotel with tons of character and charm. Good service, friendly staff, comfortable accommodations. Hotel lobby bar and Blu were excellent. Complimentary breakfast in the Cafe offered good food and full choice of anything on menu. Onsite amenities such as spa, shops and additional restaurants offer an extra touch. For the price of the rooms, wifi was not free. Given the necessity in today's day and age, not to mention that it is complimentary in many more basic hotels, this was a big let down. Especially when service in the tower is spotty for mobile without Wifi. It felt like a nickeled and dimes amenity. Clientele felt a bit uppity.
Loved the ambience in the lobby. The room we stayed in was clean with a great view is the lake. Have to pay for wifi in this current age of free WiFi everywhere.
Amazing hotel. Everything was 5 star.
We booked a last-minute room at the Pfister and loved our stay from start to finish. The room was beautiful and clean with a great view, service was stellar, and the location could hardly be improved. It doesn't hurt that the hotel is where we stayed after getting engaged! Great experience and we will definitely stay again next time we're in Milwaukee. Pretty much perfect.
The Club option is nice...quite a refuge from a horrible room. Couldn't check in until 5:00 despite the 3:00PM check in time. Tub and sink had hair in them. Bedding was ripped.
It was great, and the spa was excellent. The view was good from the room. Was surprised Internet was not complimentary.
I do like the atmosphere and location of this hotel. They forgot to freshen up our room. We came back after being out for the day to find the bed not made and no fresh Towels.
This is a beautiful hotel We had the $200 room. No fridge or extra sink. I thought it was a little lacking for a luxury hotel. I guess we should of upgraded.
Nice clean room staff is exceptionally well-trained and friendly Food was very good at two of the restaurants I was able to dine at the catered meals were good, maybe a little better than average, although the waitstaff could have been a little more attentive to clearing plates of finished diners. Although you can tell they have great smoke cleaners, the amount of smoke encountered in the casino is still noticeable, and the only way to the restaurants is through the casino! The checking out process needs some help - I haven't had to physically check out at the front desk in years, unless I wanted to. Usually there is a receipt under your door the day of checkout.
Great wifi, limited water park time and breakfast options Newly remodeled nice rooms and lobby
Pool area with slides was great... Breakfast in the morning was nice with items being replenished in a timely manner. The carpets in the room and hallway looked worn out.
We chose this place because of the pool. Unfourtunately they were hosting several children's birthday parties and were pretty much at max capacity the entire time. Also police were there multiple times during our stay dealing with unruly guests. Not the family place we thought it was going to be! Room was decent but very loud all night long.
Breakfast was all white carbs. Nothing for diabetes.
Room was clean. Quiet hotel. Pool area wasn't kept as nice as usual. Lifeguard wasn't attentive.
This hotel was good value for you money. Employees were friendly. The contentinal breakfast was your basic breakfast. Carbs. They could have done a better job at stocking the plates and food. When we went down to eat there were no more plates and cound not find anyone to ask for more. The pool water could have been warmer also.
Staff was friendly. Maintenance worker came to repair our air conditioning unit, he was prompt and friendly. Air conditioner never worked to full capacity, and was loud. Bathroom drain was sluggish. Overall appearance of room and hotel, I would say dated and somewhat dirty.
Great pool area with water slides for the price of a regular hotel, continental breakfast was fantastic, hotel was clean and beds were comfy. The elevator constantly took forever to show up and we were on the third floor. We felt it was going to break down every time we rode it. Room was nice but very small
Our room was ready before the check-in time, which was very convenient. The room was very spacious and clean Room was a bit pricier than other hotels in the area
Location, Staff they where very nice. The Hotel was very clean Our TV never worked tried everything that was the only problem. It would have been nice because the Olympics where on
Easy to get to the mall and restaurants It's just dirty. Hard to explain! Faster to run stairs than wait for the ancient elevator, break eat is terrible, the "water park" Is only open on Friday at 4 pm and then the weekend. Don't go midweek or the pool just sucks, after is cold, there was sand in the pool?? The sauna is disgusting and overall this is a horrible place to take your family.
Sauna out of order.
Pet friendly. Friendly staff. Breakfast had a good selection of items and the coffee had options of flavored creamers. Clean and nicely laid out lobby with cozy seating areas both on the first level and second level balcony. The Ravine, a bar across the street, had great food and would deliver for $2. This was very helpful since we did not find Green Bay to be dog friendly with it's restaurants that had outside seating.
Location great for Green Bay Packer game Staff was not prepared for Green Bay Packer game. Deceitful when it came to telling the truth about room availability. Certainly no priority if your a Gold awards member. They do this 8 times a year. You would think they could get it right! Very disappointed.
The hotel and wedding facilities were beautiful. The outside patio was nice because it was very hot weather bit no there were no shaded areas out there. Even a table or two with an umbrella would have been nice. I and several other guests had bad telephone customer service prior to arrival. As the mother of the groom I expected to be treated better.
No impressed at all The facility needed a good cleaning and looked in need of repairs.
I loved that the consiarge Eric helped me out with setting up our room. He was great!! Food also was great from Envoy. Everything was wonderful. One of the front desk people ( Connie I believe her name was) she was very crass toward the person that had dropped some items off for me the night before we checked in. Also the box that was on front of the TV did not work when I hooked up my laptop with the HDMI cord.
The room was nice and the bar/lounge area was also nice The location was in the bad part of town Front desk staff was rude The check-in was a hastle since there are two ambassador hotels across the street from one another Room key didn't work first night coming back in to hotel Shuttle van was a cargo van with squealing brakes
Beautiful interior, non-homogenized aesthetic, helpful staff, great central location, tasty food on site and a complimentary shuttle available for those working in the area. Neighbors could be easily heard at times, but it is an older hotel so that kind of comes with the territory.
Rooms are really spacious, clean, comfortable, pretty, and quiet. Front desk staff and bartenders in lounge were great. The parking garage is a hassle. We had problems with the machine getting in and out. We also weren't able to take the free shuttle because we got skipped in line twice, but it wasSt Patty's Day and shenanigans will happen.
Dirty old hotel. No vending machines, unhelpful staff. The area around the hotel was not in the best location.
Rooms were very spacious. Breakfast was not included. Gave lame reasons not to provide breakfast. Left side of the building was leaking. No pools. Will never visit nor let friends visit here.
Beautifully restored Art Deco hotel. Staff friendly and attentive. Room very large. Free shuttle to any location downtown which was convenient. Great proximity to Marquette University.
Nice rooms, spacious and well arranged. I'm guessing they never move the furniture at all when they clean because there was all sorts of trash and food under the couch an TV stand. Soft beds, lots of pillows.
Staff, shuttle service Location, outdated, overpriced, no vending machines, dirty rooms
Excellent in every way. Super clean and comfortable rooms, very nice restaurant, bar and coffee shop, great fitness room with machines and free weights (thanks for those) and the friendliest and most competent staff you'll find anywhere. Great place!
The room was bigger then expected, which was nice We had to pay $20 to park and they had snow on the roof of the parking garage, so we got stuck along with 5 other cars and had to help push each other out
The room and bathroom were very large Overall, the hotel seems a little shabby. The blinds in the bathroom were dirty and sticky. One of the elevators wasn't working upon check-out, so after waiting 10 minutes or so for the other one, I had to carry my suitcase down the stairs. It seems expensive for what feels more like a motel than a hotel.
