I loved the most things about the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur the service was excellent and the stuff were honest and everything was nice. nothing and thank you so much
My whife and I enjoyed staying at the hotel. We both did a cooking demonstartion by the hotel Executive Chef Marcel Kofler, the Master Chefs of trade Chef Bong and Chef Raman, which was excellant and made the stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel a memorable one. Thank you for that. Regards, Mandarin Oriental Hotel is geared for families and two many children running arround and push chairs being wheeled arround make the hotel look less impressive than it realy is. The hotel should aim for the high end of the market as it is supposed to be a 5 star hotel.
I found the staff to be friendly, helpful & hospitable. The facilities were of high standard with the hotel having an excellent location. Not applicable
Location and cleanliness of the hotel. Staff failed to bring our luggage up promptly despite 2 calls to bell boy.
The location is amazing, you cannot be closer to the towers or the city center!
Good service and location to shopping The swimming pool wass too small and under repair
The hotel staff is very helpful and it is within walking distance to the KLCC mall and Petronas Twin Towers.
Very nice hotel, as a 5 star should be.
The hotel facilities restaurants the pool the luxuriousness drinks a bit high priced
Manadarin is a very good hotel , very ogranized and clean , the employees are very welcoming , its only meters to the Peronas towers , and its connected to the mall , so its very conveninet to stay in Manadarin . also what i liked that they put fruits every day for us, and also they arrange the room for us at morning and around 5 every day .
good location in same time the rate poor facilites compare with other hotel like ritz
Ideally located across from Petronas Towers. Nice hotel but not up to the standards of other MOs. Definitely needs a refresh.
It was a nice comfortable stay. 8/10 Coffee shop break fast buffet can be more on international with little more service of tea/coffee on the table would be appericiated
initial 4th floor room without internet not brilliant, but i was moved up to v gd room on 10th floor with internet at no extra charge after first night
I had stayed at the hotel for five nights,i had also stayed here in 2008,The hotel has improved a lot,but the hotel does not allot rooms at the pool side ,If someone reserve the rooms through the booking.com. Being a muslim country there should be prayer carpet in every room.
near the Aero line bus, convenient location, friendly and help full staff
All hotels in Malaysia provide complimentary buffet breakfast, but not at Corus KL. I wonder why is it so.
Great location, with the KLCC shopping centre right on the doorstep. Easy to commute to all the other main districts. We had three buffet breakfasts (not included) on different mornings and paid different rates for each breakfast. Hotel staff need to sort out their policy on vouchers and discounts!
Staff were polite and helpful. Doorman helped us get a cab and checked whether the cab driver was willing to take us at the rate we preferred. Re-setting of the tables during breakfast was a little slow. Although there were empty tables, it was not easy to find one that was properly setup with cutlery and napkins. The food at breakfast was average.
its location the decor of the hotel from inside and outside can be improved
