The swimming pool and steam room were fantastic! Lovely warm (termal?) water, which made swimming in the out-door pool a real treat, despite the rain and cold weather. 1. It was incredibly warm in the hotel (halls, rooms, etc) - waste of electricity. 2. A lot of information (about swimming pool, spa treatments) was only available in Italian and German, not in English.
Very difficult to find.
Excellent Staff. Service provided was great. Excellent Food and Wine.Memorable place. If you have the opportunity try the SPA. Highly reccomended hotel.
I had a fantastic and relaxing stay.
Excellent family-run hotel, very clean and tidy, spacious rooms with balcony, excellent swimming pools - very clean. Very nice atmosphere. Very close to the railway station - less than our from Venice. Highly recommended for stay in Venetto region if you travel to Venice, Vicenza, Padova or Verona.
deep pool , very comfortable water temperature, quiet room, friendly personal at the desk, in dinner room not sufficient chairs and too little space for relaxing near the pool
Nulla Very small room, it could just fit one single bed. There was no privacy, there was one wooden door to separate from the room aside. After the shower the bathroom was flooded and I had to clean with towels available. The staff didn't care less of my request of help. Do not go there, it is money wasted.
Big room Very old fashioned hotel and people. Must be recondicionated. Bad quality breakfast.
Excellent reception staff
Comfortable accomodation with breakfast at an affordable price. The breakfast staff was wonderful. The room wall safe was never in working order.
Clean & pleasant rooms. Good location and great facilities.
The swiming pool with thermal water, rooms, atmosphere, surroundings, lobby(es),the parc at the front of the hotel.
Nice hotel, good location, well equipped, easy to find. For using of swimming pool you have to pay extra 15,- EUR. Hotel is used mainly by retired people.
from the website, i was under the impression the hotel was in the country.
No air conditioner, very hot, poor breakfast mosquitos No internet available, it should have been accessable free of charge
We liked the peace and quiet, the general ambience of the hotel, the swimmingpool, the friendly service. There was a problem with English language being understood by staff, except for Myra at reception,we would have had big problem.
The staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. The facilities are excellent, and the location very good (very handy for visiting Padua during the day, but coming with the benefit of beautiful clean air and access to the Euganean hills). Most of the guests are Italian, which was a positive point for me, but there are enough staff who are English speakers if you need it. The hotel has a friendly and informal atmosphere.
The town, the coffee The attempt to charge for the pool, seemed to be the only hotel in town not to advertise its location on the local signposts, the ability to book in English but not to have anyone speak it (not a good complaint I know as I should have expected to need to speak/understand Italian in Italy)
Beware of this hotel. They tried to charge us 20 euro's per person (80 euro's in total) to use the swimming pool and we were only in it for 15 minutes on the day of our departure!! - their reception did not tell us when we checked in that you had to pay to use the pool nor was it contained in the booking conditions.
I liked the hotel location, the helpful and kind staff. The fact that the hotel was small and not crowded contributed to the relaxed nature of it
