The Location which central to tourist sites + the cleanliness of the room
The location near to everywhere, the bed is extraordinary comfortable ! Only for the breakfast rooms need more improvement, more bigger for more guests.
confort of the room
Hotel staff are ok, but need more english speaking staff if possible Location, location
Location & service are really good! They gave me a present at my birthday surprisingly.
i liked its central location the staff where very knowledgeable and the beds and bed linen were out of this world it was my birthday during our stay and was given a bottle of champagne i disliked the prices
Location, staff support, comfort, friendliness
superb hotel, superb staff, couldnt do enough for you. yes it is a lot of money, but for a treat and/or special occasion highly, highly reccomended

Bathroom small and uncomfortable and needs to be redesign
The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. We arrived a couple hours before check-in and received a room right away. We were surprised later w/chocolates & champagne, as a 35th anniversary gift. They helped us to easily navigate the city, as well. I wish the closet could have been larger but I think the room & storage accomodations are standard for Paris.
good loaction great staff - room was a bit small but this is paris
Loved the location. If you visit Paris, get a subway pass. They are efficient, on time but sometimes crowded. The W is near two different stops which makes it easy to get around Paris. The room was small and lacked some privacy for freshening up in the morning.
Location, bed, staff they don't provide Shampoo, and 1 Soda at 8 Euros is Expensive
Location No place to put toiletries in the bathroom
Their 'whatever/whenever' service is legit, very friendly courteous staff, location is in the heart of everything, half block from the Opera metro. A little of 'The Fifth Element' in style made a couple things confusing or complex, took a while to figure out the rainforest shower, for example.
Location is superb! It's close to the Opera, which makes it possible for us girls to attend a nice show in the late evening without too much worry. The cozy room is clean, which meets my expectation of a W. I don't like, hate, the room design. the Cozy room has a very small and dark restroom (all walls are painted in black only with a very deem and small wall lamp). The shower room, although it's independent from the restroom, has a very cheap-looking floor.
Location, courtesey Room too small, lack of free amenities in the room.
excellent view (opera garnier) & close to many hot places very small room
The W Paris Opera Team are all very focused on customer service. we felt at home the minute we got there. The hotel is impeccably clean, rooms are larger than I expected, and you cant beat the location
Kind staffs, good location small room
The situation was excellent..right in the city centre. The staff were very efficient and helpful. No
The deskstaff permitted us morning check in after our 12 hour flight. A blessing on them. The breakfast and internet were not used due to extravagent cost. I always prefer to have a newspaper in the lobby or the room. Had neither
Location of hotel, service at hotel, room condition & room facility, everything is satisfactory level. As minor negative impression, noise from other room is loud a little bit.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful. It takes 10 stairs to reach the elevator.
Availability of hamman and sauna for the guest as well as gym
Perfect location to walk to all the obvious attractions; 5 mins to Opera, 20 mins to Louvre, etc. Staff attentive & friendly > barman in particular was excellent.
Location and style Noise of footsteps and child running about from room above. Incorrect account and delay in responding to this - as yet no response.
Location was great. Hotel was intimate. A nice boutique hotel. Breakfast should have been included. Most guests had breakfast included. On the first day, the restaurant told me it was included, and then I found out we were charged 35 eu pp. Bed were not very comfortable.
For the one night I stayed this struck me as a delightfully elegant, superbly located, old fashioned hotel that feels rather luxurious with it's thick carpets, old world furniture and generously sized rooms all at a great price.
The location was excellent. Can access to most of touristic place, including Marais, St. Germain des pres, etc. This is not only InterContinental Paris Le Grand, but...I think the room rate of hotels in Paris is way too high. I stayed in one of standard rooms and it was 395 euros...and the rack rate is 700 euros per night for the same room !
It was great and very luxury hotel the spa and restaurant was very nice
I liked very much the luxury of the rooms and of course the perfect location in the heart of paris. the best cafes and food. and the very welcoming and helpful staff. Not at all.
Excellent ubication, service and personnel attention exceeds expectations particularly the Concierge staff. Cafe de La Paix stills very good.
It is a very luxurious and well located hotel Most of the staff is very inpolite! We could not check in on time, one of our rooms was ready only 1 hour after correct check in time and the other one 4 hours later. In the meantime, no forecast was given and a lot of other guests were able to check in.
It is a beautiful hotel and very luxurious. no.
I liked the location that provides easy access to the most important business, banking, touristic and shopping places. I would prefer to stay in modern hotel with new design and young profile, and in particular I need to have free access to the internet. This service is not a privilege these days ans all hotels provide it free.
The bathroom was noisy from the fan
Very central to major shopping centres.the staff are very cordial and helpful Very slow restaurant services,we had to wait almost one hour before our meal came that was in the main restaurant in the evening.i would not recomend guests to eat at the hotel.the food is expensive and not up to standard.would recomend the hotel except for the food
I was very disappointed because of the air condition, I was keep telling the hotel everyday and every hour during my stay to fix the air condition but they did nothing and keep saying we cannot do anything more, the room was hot and couldn't stay comfort or sleep!
The laocation to the stores To far away from the lifts and services, a mouse where food was being served.
Liked everything about the hotel. Staff were helpful and polite, its situation is great and love it. Will definitely stay there again.
Staff was exceptional from check in to room service to the nice man in the lobby that offered me an umbrella for a rainy day. Clean nice room with very nice bathroom, nice deep tub, hot strong shower, bright and stylish. Location was the best, quiet street minutes from restaurants, shops, metro in Opera district. Daughter and I had a great time and will definitely return. Nothing
Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Tea/Coffee facilities in room would be appreciated.
Great location (5 min from Opera and Lafayette). Friendly staff.
Very good location. Very close to the center but still very quite. Small but comfortable room. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.
good staff, room is a decent size for a city center (Paris), good quality of bed and bathroom, good location sometimes a bit noisy outside
The location just off the main Rue Opera was terrific - very quiet as it was off the main street, but close to the best shopping and attractions in Paris. Hotel was in a very safe area, room was very nice and staff was outstanding. No.
The proximity of key central Paris attractions, particularly if one doesn't want to drive. Bathroom nicely renovated, and spotless. For both my wife and I the included breakfast was more than adequate. Although not unusual for Paris hotels, the rooms are fairly small.
Staff quickily helped me with a computer issue I had.
Staff exceptionally professional and helpful, excellent location, 2 min walk from place de l'opera, nice interior design rooms too small, first night room was too noisy overlooking a side street, second night moved to a room overlooking a courtyard which turned out to be overlooking a wall. no drawers in the second room, and bad quality hangers that kept falling. I wonder if it is hotel(s) policy to give the worst rooms to bookings made through websites like booking.com. was very envious when i peeked into rooms (while they were made up by housekeeping) overlooking the main entrance
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Paris and great for access to many of the major attractions in the city either on foot or by Metro. (Opera Metro station is only a few minutes walk away.) The hotel's staff were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Our room was quiet and well insulated from external noise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would certainly stay here again !
We liked the place, the people, the places around. It was very, very cozy. Everything just wonderful. It stays in a very good area, close to all the famous monuments, and it is so easy to take the metro. No problems at all ! We found everything we needed. We can surely recomend this place to everybody.
The tv in the bath was a nice treat
the staff, the service, the location, the rooms is better to offer twin beds if its for bussiness visits
Very well-appointed, well-situated, thoughtful and helpful staff
Good location, nice room and good bathroom with TV in the bath. Maybe not suitable for children as it seems to be in the middle of an area of adult shops!
Ligger i rolig gade.
God beliggenhed, hjælpsomt personale, fine værelser med oven i købet 2 stk. tv Der manglende kun Wi-FI på værelser
Very friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Good bathroom + shower. Great location (5-10 min from Louvre/ Champs Elysees etc). Great restaurant with friendly service just across the road (think it was called La Table du Vin du Vignon, or something like that)
Really near to everything And friendly staff Rooms a little dated but very comfy.
location. decoration of rooms
The staff was great, really helpful and really nice. Location is ideal just next to La Madeleine and all shopping malls (if you are a shopping fan). The room size was good compared to other Parisian hotels. Not a 4 star hotel....rather an excellent 2 star or a good 3 star hotel when it comes to facilities, rooms, etc...needs a better lobby area, more classy reception space and more luxurious room furniture.
The people there are simply fantastic...smiling, helpful, and genuinely interested in your having a very pleasant stay.
Friendly and helpful staff. Very good location for culture and shopping, tucked away in a calm street with nice small stores and cafés. We didn't try the breakfast so we can't judge that. Very good value for the price we paid! Amenities and facilities were a bit basic for a 4 star hotel. Photos on the site were more promising than reality of rooms.
location, front desk is friendly the room and bed are too small.
The staff were generally friendly and helpful and the room was of a good size for Paris. A little run down and frayed at the edges and certainly nothing like I would expect from a four star hotel. Not good value for money at all.
The hotel is at walking distance from the main touristic places. The lift was not working during part of our stay, but this was not a big inconvenience, as we were not staying in a high floor.
