The location near to everywhere, the bed is extraordinary comfortable ! Only for the breakfast rooms need more improvement, more bigger for more guests.
Everything was great. It's a beautiful hotel with a lovely decoration. Very clean, the staff is helpfull and sympathetic. Excellent location, just behind the rue St. Honore. We were really impressed and will recommend it to our friends.
Convenience & closeness to hub of city sights & metro network. Price a little too steep
It was totally luxurious in an unpretentious way, rooms absolutely beautiful, ornate lift, relaxing calm restaurant. Perfect in every way.
The staff were outstanding and most polite and helpful.
I was there for a business trip, and we rented their 'Manhattan' conference room for a presentation preparation. Very clean hotel and responsive staff. The location is very good. It's walking distance to the place de la concorde, the opera, madeleine, saint augustin, and other landmarks.
- light with sign "don't disturb"; - morning newspapers; - the bussiness room/Internet is always busy; - the lamp on the bed's table fall down several times per night; - this is no possibility to swith off the night light
Particularly given my short stay (2 days), the staff has been very helpful in assisting me in various things, e.g. getting a ticket to a sold out event.
Hotel felt dirty to me. room was tiny and the span felt filthy. Lobby was best part and location was excellent
It's location is perfect for a city trip in Paris, with metro, RER, shops & lots of restaurants near by. We had a room at the street side: since it was quite hot in the room (& impossible to stop the heating system), we opened the window, with some city noise by the morning.
Excellent location. St. Lazarre metro / RER station nearby, thus giving easy access to all the city. On the lower floors, the metro vibration could be hear late at night
