Ulemper: "We got to Paris and they had to bus us off. Which would have been fine but they had one tiny bus going back and forth every 10 min for a massive 787. It took at least 5 trips to get everybody off. Even if we had just been told that was could have stayed in our seats as each load got off."
Ulemper: "In Copenhagen the Norwegian transfer desk was closed and everyone was sent to the gate. The gate staff did not even acknowledge that we were all waiting there as they set up. It was very confusing and a few short words of greeting would have helped out us all at ease."

Fordele: "Pre loading of handicapped was insensitive and inefficient. People with disabilities were told to board and then made to stand in the jetway for over ten minutes. All the while the staff laughed, joked and stood around doing nothing to solve the situation."
Ulemper: "Gate staff-terrible attitude and service! They would never be hired elsewhere."
Ulemper: "Lack of clarity about baggage charges. I had to pay 93$ to check my single bag. It was not well explained that paying for the bag online was going to be cheaper. Felt like a scam."
Ulemper: "I've been to 40 countries and flown many airlines. the only ones worse than Norwegian is the budget Russian ones. Never again. They hit us with $200 in bagage fees because we didn't order baggage online 24 hrs before the flight. Unheard of."
Fordele: "The Alitalia Lounge at JFK has pretty good food and overall the flight is fine."
Ulemper: "They don't have a separate boarding line for business class, they allow economy passengers to pass through business to use the restroom which kept waking us up. We are paying 3 x the price of an economy ticket, so we should have a few perks besides a more comfortable reclining seat with a footrest. I am not asking for perks that cost the airline any more money as I know this is an economy airline."

Fordele: "The flight was scheduled for 10:30pm and left at 1:30am, causing many passengers, including myself, to miss our connections- there was no assistance and no explanation. The seat spacing is very tight and seats are uncomfortable. One of my worst flight experiences."

Ulemper: "Cabin was baking hot throughout flight. Small selection of movies. No way to get comfortable in seat to sleep at all. Anytime food or beverage served light is on, so it was bright a lot of our red eye."

Finally, we ended being downgraded to coach despite buying our tickets several months in advance without a reasonable excuse or compensation. The whole thing is very upsetting and disappointing."

Ulemper: "Food/beverage service system is chaotic and confusing, especially if you book your flight weeks or months in advance. We spent 4.5 hours on the tarmac taxiing after arriving at our destination. It was TWO HOURS before the crew even came around offering water. The crew could have do much to make the long wait for a gate less miserable. Minimal intimation was provided, bathrooms remained locked for the majority of the flight and a man ranted the entire time without any crew asking him if there was anything they could do to make it easier. Baggage claim information was not provided ( days three after arrival and I still don't have my luggage)."
Fordele: "The plane was nice and comfortable. There was plenty of room to stretch out. The crew was friendly and they had a pretty good movie selection."
Ulemper: "You have to pay for everything individually. Even small snacks and water were not included."

Ulemper: "Delayed the flight once we were already boarded so that added two hours if sitting to an 11+ hour flight and WATER is not made available. That's crazy!"
Ulemper: "Boarding was delayed with no explanation or update. Seat choice was an added cost. Baggage was an extra cost and even higher at check-in. You had to pay extra for a meal beforehand and if you didn’t there was nothing. You didn’t even get offered water or a soda on a 7 hour flight!"
Ulemper: "Lavatories broken and smelly, tray table broken."
Fordele: "We just flew on September 11th from NY to Paris on Norwegian. The flight was on time. The check-in was pleasant and courteous (you cannot check in online). The cabin was not quite what I would call "business class"-- they call it "premium". The seats were spacious enough, the cabin clean and well-maintained throughout the flight. The crew professional and helpful. The equipment is the best-- the new Boeing Dreamliiner. Not what you would expect from a low cost company. We landed on time. Baggage elivery was prompt. I would do it again."
Ulemper: "I travel all year internationally. I am 5'5" woman. The Premium seats must be designed for a tall Scandinavian male! I couldn't find a comfortable position. The headrest was too high and shoved my head forward, there was a hollow behind my back (and no pillows distributed). The seats do not recline to flat-- more like economy plus seats on other airlines. The foot rest tilts down, so you can't cuddle up to compensate for the discomfort, despite the ample width. Do eat before you board and carry a few snacks. But honestly, for this price, no complaints. I did notice that one or two of the passengers had drunk too much beer in the Alitalia Lounge at JFK and carried them onto the flight, were then rather loud and unpleasant. The attendants seemed to ignore them.I didn't sleep a wink, but the crossing was uneventful."

Ulemper: "Both online check-in and self-service kiosk check-in were unavailable. Only middle seats were available upon assisted check-in. Flight was delayed. Pre-order meal was not offered at booking and therefore was not served any food on 8+ hour international flight. Flight attendants did not offer clear explanation or alternatives to assist."
Fordele: "The movie selection on board was great."
Ulemper: "There was no milk available."
Fordele: "Low fare"
Ulemper: "When you purchase their lowest fare class, EVERYTHING except water requires paying a fee (even a blanket, and they keep the cabin very cool). And, they charge a $25 penalty if you don't pay to check a bag before you check-in. Check-in at their counter is required, and they weigh your CARRY ON BAGS, WHICH ARE LIMITED TO 10KG TOTAL. (I missed this requirement when purchasing the ticket and in the pre-flight emails.) So they made me check my small roller luggage, which required standing in another long line because ONLY ONE agent could collect fees. So by the time I was done paying, I had already decided that I would NEVER AGAIN fly Norwegian Air!"

Ulemper: "Because it is a budget airline, don't expect drinks or food - even for a 9+ hour flight. This isn't a problem, and definitely worth the cost, but plan ahead."

Ulemper: "on easy jet, if you do it check in online 34 hours before the flight you get bumped to standby. This is not made clear in any emails or confirmations. Despite purchasing a ticket in advance I almost missed my flight because I checked in at the airport."
Ulemper: "Easy Jet is not available to check in on a Kiosk in Venice and you have to go to another floor to find it. Once there the staff were less then helpful and all passengers seemed confused from a total lack of communication. Will not take Easy Jet again if other options are available."
Fordele: "Very clean and comfortable cabin."
Ulemper: "The baggage policy was a bit unclear as to what those with the base fare could bring. We ended up having to cram a backpack into the carry-on bag to bring it aboard. We had to check one bag when we checked-in. It cost about 52 euros."
Ulemper: "It is worth the price we paid for our round trip tickets. We were scrunched in, there are no frills. There is no food unless you want to buy it. Like I said, no frills, but worth the cheap ticket."

Ulemper: "The gate agent was extremely rude. She had very bad attitude towards customers. They forced me to pay for my carry-on luggage because they claimed that it did not fit in carry-on size of the company. I purchased an international carry-on size matter fact. The gate agent was also threatening to remove us from boarding the process. I've traveling so many places with many carriers but easyJet by far is the worst in term of customer service particularly from Copenhagen airport. I was departing from Paris and the staffs were very helpful and friendly."

Ulemper: "I tried to explain to the Kiwi associates 10 hours before departure that San Marco in Venice was flooded and that there was no way to get out of the hotel and to the airport. I tried to change my flight and was told that nothing could be done but that I would get a call in 2 -4 hours with a solution but did not. I missed the flight and fear that I will miss my connection. Stuck."

Ulemper: "They charge you for a carry on and Budapest AirPort everything is very complicate so you can not pay for the suitcase when you check in you have to go to other office and then come back were you started. At the plane they don’t give you nothing no water, nothing. They are no kind."
Fordele: "I don't recall liking much of anything."
Ulemper: "The dispassion & lack of hospitality by the staff. The lack of process & order of queing to check in. The lack of leadership & ownership of taking care of customers. The livestock-like movement of checking in...standing & waiting on the bus to proceed toward the plane. The standing & waiting on the bus to deboard the bus to board the plane. The standing & waiting on the bus to wait for the bus to proceed to the terminal after landing. The standing & waiting on the bus to deboard the bus to proceed to baggage claim. The extra long wait to receive the luggage at baggage claim. The leadership of the company needs to either decide to fix this or find other work. Everything stated above is a reflection of leadership not taking ownership."
Ulemper: "The terminal was vary fare, no one to ask you supposed to keep some body at main terminal to guides us where to , I should say every body suffered today"
Ulemper: "My flight was delayed more than two hours. They informed gate number at the last minute and changed the gate twice. Passengers had to running for catching the flight."
Ulemper: "Check in was dreadful. Staff was not helpful. We were running late due to a connection and the employee told us to wait in line bc there was plenty of time. 15 minutes later and 15 minutes before boarding I went to front again where another woman said yes you need to check bags. Your site is not clear on baggage but that is pricey and should be stated more clearly. The range you state is nonsense. They charge the highest rate listed. There is no range. We boarded a bus to the plane which was also dreadful. We were in very last row. The only positive was that the flight was short!"
Fordele: "I expected the worst, found out I have had worse experiences with legacy airlines. The onboard staff was attentive, keen to help and please, cheery face, especially the short, dark Middle Eastern looking fella. He knows how to work it! Some flight attendants can be mean, he was very nice. I did not interact with him, but watched how he handled things, like helping people place their baggage in a different overhead compartment, personally moving the baggage so that it would fit. Cheery demeanor, informed the passengers of whatever needed to be said. The pilot was also attentive."
Ulemper: "No frills, not terribly comfortable--luckily it was a very short flight. Little baggage space, automatic drop off clerk was a bit surely."
Ulemper: "Absolute worst experience in 15 years of frequent travel. EasyJet flight was cancelled from Paris to Nice incurring and additional 417 euro flight with Air France and 250 euro TAXI from Toulon to nice. Absolute absurdity as there were no other flights to Nice for 2 days. Easy jet then OVERBOOKED me from Nice to Paris. I had to fly Air France AGAIN, an additional 380 euro and I missed my connecting flight from Paris to jfk costing me an additional $800USD. How is this even allowed? WORST company to have ever existed, they must go out of business, contacting BBB and getting the word out on this disgusting company."
Ulemper: "Stewart jeune et immature, changement de gate 20 minutes avant le départ et avion un peu retardé. J'ai pris une petite valise à main qui devait rester avec moi dans l'avion avec plein de chose fragile à l'intérieur mais malgré toute la place disponible dans l'avion pour la mettre, un Stewart sans explication m'a demandé de la mettre en soute. En effet, je vais pas vous mentir que je n'ai pas bien réagi à sa demande désagréable car la taille et le poid de mon baggage à main concordait avec les règles mise en place par "easyJet". Je me lève un peu plus tard pour demander un simple verre d'eau au même steward qui m'a stoppé pour ma valise, mais celui ci avait décidé de me faire "chié" jusqu'à la fin en prenant tout son temps pour me remplir mon verre d'eau et au lieu de me le donner directement, il a préféré le garder quelque minutes dans sa main en me regardant d'un air moqueurs. Enfin j'ai voulu essayer "easyJet" pour la première fois mais vraiment plus jamais."

Ulemper: "Flyet forsinket 65 min. Meget forvirrende beskeder fra EasyJet, Kayak og Cph. Airport. Ingen lufthavnsbus efter landing. På det tidspunkt af døgnet ikke godt."

Ulemper: "At flyet var 1 time forsinket og der var minimal infomation ved gaten. Pludselig skulle alt vores håndbagage ikke med i kabinen og i Berlin tog det en halv time før bagagebåndet begyndte at rulle. Normalt er jeg ok-tilfreds med EasyJet men hjemturen fra Madrid til Berlin var meget ringe udført."
Ulemper: "Vi kunne ikke få lov til at komme med selvom vi løb alt hvad vu kunne for at nå det trods Ryan airs forsinkelse, det var ingen forståelse for vores situation og vi er derfor strandet i Berlin når vi burde være i Budapest og studere. Det var stadig et kvarter til flyet skulle lette da vi stod ved gaten, men der var ingen service overhovedet."

Ulemper: "Bag fees added to price and agents at the airport made mistakes and we got overcharged, had they simply told us it was too stuffed we could have paid less at check in."

Ulemper: "Should have informed us more clearly about baggage cost and restrictions!!"

Ulemper: "Sudden discovery we had to pay an exorbitant fee to Check our bags and had to go to a different counter across the airport where it took nearly forty minutes and there were only five people ahead of us. Long wait in bus before being let out to get onto plane."

Ulemper: "They took half of the plane's carry on luggage and registered them as checked luggage, the other half of the passengers had several pieces of luggage and took most of the space of the plane's stowage. We had to take out all the electronics that we had on our carry ons because they failed to crack how many pieces of luggage every passenger had at the beginning."
Ulemper: "Horrible experience! I missed a very important meeting! Flight from LTN to CPH (EZY2445). Flight was suppose to take off at 7:00am. When we board at 6:40 we are told we are not taking off until 7:30a, (why did we even board then?) And then when the plane is nearly on the runway to take off, one of the crew members decides to mention she is sick so we have to turn back. Two points here: 1. If you are sick, why didn't you call in? 2. from 6:40 - 7:30am you did not know you were sick?? You wait until we get on the runway, after we finally get a spot in the Que? So then we get back to the gate, take a good 10- 15 mins for her to walk off and a new cabin crew to come on (not to mention she looked fine walking off, i mean she was probably sick but sick to bring the plane back from the runway - not so sure). Following this, apparently the plane needed re-fueling because we went to the runway and back. Now this is a bit worrying. The fact that we just went to the runway and back and the aircraft needed more fuel. What if we had to wait in the air for additional minutes for air traffic would we run out? just a thought.. Ok well all this happened. And then guess what - we have to wait another 45 mins in the que for take off! At this point it was very clear i was going to miss my meeting given it was already 9am. After all this a passenger sitting next to me asked if we can at least get a complimentary coffee or tea, which initially he received a NO because the flight has to be delayed a MINIMUM of 3 hrs before we can get that. He had to raise a fuss, for them to say ok we will ask the captain, the opp team, the air traffic control (FOR COFFEE OR TEA!!?) . Overall horrible experience, and i missed a a very important meeting. Will be reconsidering my airline choice in the future."

The boarding process should be changed as it is a free for all and people are waiting in line on the jetway, when really they are waiting for the buses. I believe the plane was at Terminal 2, so we had to switch terminals via bus. Just seemed as though there should be a better process for boarding than lining up down the middle of the terminal or manage the process differently as we were boarding buses."

My bag was finally checked five minutes before the flight left (!!!!!). I was unsure if I'd make the flight, or if my bag would make it on the aircraft. The worst part is that throughout their incompetent checkin processes, the attendants were all incredibly rude. I am NEVER flying this airline again, even if I have to pay twice as much for my ticket."

You obviously don’t see it unless you scroll down 10 times all the way to the bottom of the email. This is called a rip off. This should be mentioned all the way at the top near the confirmation number. So I had no choice but paying that fee. I’m sure I’m not the first person this happened to. These thieves must make a lot of money with this. The other bad surprise was that the arrival airport was so far from the center of the city, I paid 120 euros with Uber to get home versus 45 euros when flying into the main Paris airports. Overall, it becomes the same price than flying with Air France."
Fordele: "First off the reviews via Youtube and the web site were scarey but I wished for the best. I packed a small American Tourister bag 14 for my European trip starting in Rome to Paris then on to Amsterdam, as well as packed a book bag. At first I booked non priority but figured I'd add the $7.50 to be safe and be able to take both my bags, plus it got me thru the gate quicker, so I booked PRIORITY and it worked out for me. The space is kind of tight but I was able to fit comfortably in my seat and the flight was abt 2 hrs or so from Rome to Paris. I never reclined my seat because after takeoff I fell promptly asleep. I had a 6:30 am flight. The crew appeared very unbothered n blasé but there were no mishaps and they were attempting to get everyone seated as quickly as possible so we could get on to our destination on time. The landing was a bit off but nothing major just a hard drop, nothing serious. Overall not as bad as the nightmare reviews but nothing to brag about either. Well worth my $60 (American)."

Ulemper: "At gaten ligger i Finger F - man skal gå 10-15 min. At kabinetrolleys koster ekstra - med en masse administrativt bøvl til følge ved gaten = ekstra ventetid. At flyene er skrabet - der er intet net til opbevaring. At kabinepersonalet taler utroligt dårligt engelsk, så man ikke forstår, hvad der bliver sagt over højttaleren."

Ulemper: "Flyet var meget forsinket. Vi havde prioritet, men blev gennet ud til at stå ude i den bidende kulde i 30 min og vente på at flyet fik læsset passagerer af. De kunne bare have holdt os inde indtil vi kunne boarde. Det var super nederen. Vi sad foran og kunne ikke få varmen pga alle de folk der skulle ind, som ikke kunne gå ind bagfra - det ville sige alle skulle igennem fronten og det tog også rigtig lang tid. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse!"

Ulemper: "Flyet var så forsinket at vi ikke nåede flyet til Budapest, vi er derfor strandet i Berlin til næste dag, vi har ikke noget sted at sove eller være og vi måtte bruge over dobbelt så mange penge på nye flybilletter. Derudover går det ud over vores uddannelse, for det er vores studietur I har ødelagt."
Ulemper: "I've been using the same bag for years and never had to pay for luggage when flying Ryanair. My bag fits perfectly in those metal things they put in the airport. With plenty of room to spare. The lady at the check in said it was too big. Then I showed her how my bag fits with plenty of room to spare. But then she said it also needs to go up and down if I put it sideways. Basically my bag by volume is much smaller than the standard, but is about half centimeter wider. This was enough for her to force me to pay 50 Euros. I didn't believe I should pay but there was no option. It was either pay or not fly since boarding was almost finished. She made me sign a paper to"acknowledge" that my bag wasn't the right fit. I had no option. I really feel this treatment was un-dignifying. I will never fly with Ryanair again."
Ulemper: "Everything is a cash grab... literally everything. I purchased two tickets, and couldn't even sit with my wife with out forking over more money."
Fordele: "The price of this flight was great and was on time. Could not have asked for a better value for my money. Also the Check in online and having e-tickets makes the whole process much faster."
Fordele: "The staff was very considerate and helpful. Many of them spoke multiple languages."
Ulemper: "Boarding was a nightmare. They didn't have space for all of the luggage on the plan, making all passengers check their bags elsewhere. The process was slow and tedious. The staff was kind, but have no sense of urgency. The plane was dated... The seats were worn and uncomfortable. Very cold flight and no offered amenities"
Ulemper: "It was our first trip with Ryanair and it is really low low cost, compared to Norvegian and other low cost airlines. Never again - first and last time...."
Ulemper: "Fly forsinket. Boarder folk med prioritet til at stå og vente i gangen. Flyet var end ikke landet endnu da vi begyndte boarding. Efter ca25 minutter blev vi lukket ud på pladsen til flyet men blev stoppet igen og stod der i godt 20 minutter inden vi kom ombord. Sammenlagt forsinket 1 time."
Ulemper: "Booked online & didn't read the fine print. Therefore never registered & had to pay $60 penalty. Did get an e/m 2 days before the flight but was in Poland at the time with no access to my e/m. Don't remember being asked about luggage online so had to pay $40 for my ck'd bag that I thought was excessive. Don't understand if I book online & get a confirmation why I have to register. Seems to me it's another unnecessary nuisance to scam senior citizens like myself. Since you cost me another $100 don't think I'll ever fly Ryanair again. Milt Kriger"
Fordele: "The fare was very inexpensive"
Ulemper: "All of the added fees and added expenses in getting there (cab,busses,time) made in the same cost if not more. as flying to and out of the larger airports. Wasn't worth the stress in the end."

Ulemper: "To difficult to get boarding passes on line . Site has a problem changes info. Had to cancel two flights because they were not helpful.your person who took our nfromation on line gave us confirmation then at airport would not let us board even though the info was on her screen at airport. There fore we had to cancel another flight through you , cancel car rentals etc,hotel, no I was not pleased with service. We missed gong to Lourdes, had to book another flight to Madrid spent entire day at airport trying to go some where as you had no other flights which was costly, many expenses we had no counted on and your girl was rude and left the counter went on here break leaving us standing there with 2 young kids and myself k 83 years old.so we could continue our trip very disappointed"
Fordele: "Ground and flight crew were attentive, polite, and helpful. The price of the flight was unbelievable, excess luggage fees were reasonable. Shuttle into town was efficient and economical."
Fordele: "Don't fly this airline. Overall it was a horrible experience. The ticket agent charged double our entire airplane fair for our bags! There wasn't a tray table, the ticket agent had his feet up on the counter....this gives a pretty good general idea of the value Ryanair puts on Customer service."
Ulemper: "See above. If I was the CEO, I would read the feedback from my customers."

Ulemper: "Der var ingen informationer om flyet var forsinket, så alle stod og var forvirret. Vi spurgte personalet omkring gaten men de havde ingen informstioner :-/"
Fordele: "Price is cheap. But you get what you pay for."
Ulemper: "They don't tell you the gate number until 30 minutes before your flight departs. Everyone stands infront of the screen waiting for the gate number and then everyone runs to the gate and stands in line for 30 minutes. Ryanair also sometimes has shuttles that will take you to the plane so you have to hop on a bus then get on a plane...it's weird."
Fordele: "Very easy, no hassles; Beauvais is a small airport at a distance from Paris but the bus service is excellent."

Fordele: "I have a double ticket reservation , they refused to cancel one and gove me a credit for it !! Even booth reservation to the same distenation on the same day and almost the same hour !!!!"
Fordele: "Easy, efficient, comfortable"
Ulemper: "We were among the first to board and had our luggage stowed above our seats. A couple boarded late and was seated across the aisle from us. The overhead bins were filled and the crew wanted to move my luggage to the middle of the plane--far from me --so that the latecomer could stow a shopping bag. We protested--my luggage was moved to accommodate the latecomer anyway. Is a small thing but I was furious."
