Fordele: "The crew was not amazing, it was okay The cabin was clean. Food was dog food. The seat was uncomfortable but no different from other airplanes of other airlines. Entertainment (if the selection of senseless movies could be called that) was okay to boring."

Fordele: "The flight went very smooth including boarding, transferring at Istanbul. The infotainment system was helpful in a way that you could see the real time camera feed of the ground and runway."
Ulemper: "Fewer passengers on board. I know it’s about profits and financial feasibility, however listening to a prerecorded message about 1.5 social distancing while being boarded 20 cm from 2 passengers undermines the whole thing, isn’t it?"

Ulemper: "I've been traveling for quite some time but it's the first time that I've got sandwiches inboard from start to end on a 16 hours flight. Turkish airlines what were you thinking about? Feeding people sandwiches and water during an 11 hours flight from Miami to Istanbul, are you guys serious?"

Ulemper: "This was the worst airline I have flown with. I booked my tickets last minute, it was for me and my 4 month old son. I had 3 suitcases a stroller and 2 carryons. I had paid for the suitcases, but because I was traveling alone I went there with my husband and he politely asked if they could please take the carryons on the plane because she can’t carry everything by herself. The manager came out and said that we have to pay. I said I already paid extra for my suitcases please help us because my wife is carrying our son, the diaper bag and 2 carryons. He was rude stating that we have to pay each carryon. We didn’t have the extra money and my wife took everything with her. If that’s how Turkish Airline treats their customers, they shouldn’t be operating. It was the last time I use this airline. No dignity or humanity, it’s all only about the money. And when I took the stroller with my son. They made me package the stroller by myself looking that I had my son on me crying and when I asked for help they said that they can’t help me... unbelievable... they see me with 2 carryons a stroller and a baby and they can’t help me."

Fordele: "Infinitely superior to BA on the London to Istanbul route , in economy but especially so in business. Great entertainment whilst BA have non. Also full service meals in economy whereas BA make you pay on boatd"

Ulemper: "The flight from BTV to JKF was cancelled day of departure, within a mere 4 hours of take-off. I only received an email.... This, in turn, caused a domino effect for the remainder of my flights and travel plans. I had to PURCHASE brand new tickets and go through a refunding debacle, not through Kayak but another third party whom actually held the tickets. FIASCO is the word! Kayak did not even recognize the cancellation and continued to try and check me in to flights i was not on. Such a headache.. I will not be using this service in the future"

Ulemper: "I had my flight from London to Istanbul delayed and because I had connection flight in Istanbul to Russia they had to change my flight for the next day . That ruined my whole holidays and I had to go all the way home from Gatwick airport and next morning going again to Heathrow airport. No transfer or taxi was provided and No single apology from the staff or company . Very disappointed with Turkish airlines !"

Ulemper: "Lufthansa burde presse lufthavnen i Frankfurt til at ge bemanding imsilkerhedskonteollen. Kl 6.10 i morges tog det 35 min i business køen og mindst 50 mini economy køen"

Fordele: "flyturen i sig selv var fin men var forsinket."
Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "I was charged $65.00 for checked luggage; my layover was only 50 minuets and had to rush...last person to board."

Ulemper: "Dairy free option for snack. Larger stock of drinks (Ran out of Beer). Made sure the luggage is loaded on to the plane! Communication to inform passengers that no luggage had made it to Birmingham as people were waiting around for hours!"

Fordele: "everything was great. Crew was very nice. good service. good food. Even bathrooms were located in the basement separately, nice and bigger than usual airline bathrooms."

Fordele: "Flight left and arrived on-time. Flight attendents were pleasant and helpful. Food portions and choices were good, and Lufthansa is always generous with drinks. Good value for money on Lufthansa."
Ulemper: "Boarding was chaotic, as clear instructions were not given about which group was boarding when and where to line up. Also Lufthansa did not do a good job managing carry-on bags, so that it took way too long to load people and many bags were left over once overhead bins were full. Seating area is cramped in economy."

Fordele: "Loved the food, the comfort of the seat/plane and entertainment. Timing of meal service was perfect and overall seemed far less rushed and chaotic compared to emirates business class."
Ulemper: "Some staff were a bit hit and miss. Mostly nice but some were not. I was clearly having trouble getting my seat converted to its bed and 3 flight attendants walked passed me and didn’t help even though they noticed I was. A portion of leather covering under the tv where I feet went was hanging off when I boarded and but on with masking tape. Took the elegance away. It’s funny they use the old fit our A380 but such a long flight."

Ulemper: "The food on Lufthansa is terrible. Many crew members are rude and unaccomodating, even in business class. I will never pick Lufthansa if I have to fly business class again."

Ulemper: "Flights are delayed frequently which resulted in missing connection from Frankfurt to New York. On arrival, passengers are herded like animals from one point to the next with no explanation as to what resulted in the delay or given sufficient supplements for food etc."

Ulemper: "Seats are too close together and seat really doesn't recline. To close to the seat in front and can't bend over to put your head on tray to sleep. Just to cramped up and I'm a small person 5'4". Very uncomfortable for a long flight!"

Ulemper: "Services on the planes were not fantastic"

Ulemper: "I guess I can’t properly rate the flight because it was canceled and I ended up flying United. I will say that that flight was fine. I was disappointed that there were zero notifications telling me that my initial flight with Lufthansa was canceled. When I finally got through over the phone, I was booked for a flight that I couldn’t make and had to wait until the next day to start my trip."

Ulemper: "Boarding seamed inefficient. Loaded handicap onto separate vehicle in middle of us boarding, so it stopped our process. My seat didn't recline even though it had a button. No in flight entertainment?! At all... Got a crappy breakfast omelet that i didn't want to put in my stomach."

Ulemper: "Boarding mix up, which was completely Lufthansa's responsibility, delayed my flight to Istanbul for one hour which caused my missing my connection with another airline. This in turn cost me the original flight and a new ticket purchase of at an exorbent price."

Ulemper: "Economy area flight Frankfurt - Boston 26th October. Tall, well dressed, middle aged Italian gentleman beside me on aisle seat talking on his phone from boarding until we started to accelerate for takeoff. I had to ask him to shut his phone off twice. Staff not looking out for phone use. Then he was receiving text as we landed in Boston and never even bothered to put on his seat belt. Again staff did not notice. I travel a lot and normally air crew notice these things. Booked to carry skis via the Lufthansa US call center and was told there was a special offer and they were free for US bound flights. This was great news as I had assumed I had to pay. On bag check-in the associate told me they had booked them as golf clubs not skis. She also did not agree skis were free and spent 15 minutes reading the details of the contract and talking with an associate. She was polite but firm about it and I had to pay Euro100 to get them checked in."

Fordele: "Uh, bearable seats that lean back. Back so far yourvrear neighbor could play beauty salon and wash your hair."
Ulemper: "Increasingly, they cause a problem and then blame you and you have to create the solution. My ticket number got disappeared in this case. I felt fine, ate beef stew from Lufthansa, threw up for an hour until it and my dignity were gone, felt fine. Frozen bread bothers me. Coffee is good."

Fordele: "We try to fly Lufthansa when we go to Europe (2x a year). This trip we upgraded to more leg room in economy and what a difference! Everything else was the same, which has always been excellent. Munich Airport has great food and shopping. Lufthansa's service is truly impeccable, the airline staff were constantly walking up and down the aisles offering food and drink and comfort. Great end to a three week trip in Italy, Croatia, Slovenia and of course Germany!"

Fordele: "The purser was very nice and professional, especially when some other crew members sometimes were not. Food was good and the seats were a bit less tight and narrow than in some other airlines."
Ulemper: "Our toddler kept pushing the call button, which was very hard to prevent. A first crew member told us to stop it without telling us how - which is quite difficult. Only the purser later helped us to find a solution by gluing something over it."

Ulemper: "Forsinkelse aflyste afgange og mere forsinkelse i flere timer. 7-8 timer, hvor man har siddet i lufthavnen 2 timer inden afgang i forvejen. Og bliver bare tilbudt en madkupon på 75kr..."

Ulemper: "I ordered vegan meals and only one of the meals were vegan. Someone had forgotten to bring the second meal for me on the plane."

Ulemper: "my first flight overseas. friendly staff. movies ..headphones..pillow and blankets included. 2 beverages included with meal. only downside was paying for checked bag. looks like that is included on the return flight so that won't be and issue on the way home. no issues with carryons."

Ulemper: "Only serving beef as meal in economy was not great. A choice would be better."

Ulemper: "SAS couldn’t even help us when our flight was cancelled."

Ulemper: "Udkald til gate, hvorefter vi stod 15-20 min. uden info om forsinkelsen. I fly vidste man ikke at vi havde købt breakfast hjemmefra, men vi fik det da uden problemer alligevel. Men brød kun budt én gang og kaffe 2. gang langt senere. I Malaga ventede vi næsten en 1/2 time ved bagagebånd."

Ulemper: "Et halvtomt fly med en aldrende besætning der klart havde været for længe på arbejdsom kun havde fokus på at blive hurtigt færdige med pligterne så de kunne komme til at pludre med hinanden."

Fordele: "The crew were fine and the boarding was efficient."
Ulemper: "The TVs were really old - my husband’s broke and mine couldn’t actually play movies due to it not registering fingerprints. The pocket in front of me was also ripped open spilling those annoying in flights magazines and the airplane smelled like the lavatory which was 6 rows up... just broken down and not well maintained. It was only a 9.5 hour flight but I expected better from SAS."

Ulemper: "Late departure. No roof during queuing for loading and rain..."

Ulemper: "Delayed flight - 2 1/2 hrs. No advance info. Departure gate change after check in. No Info at original gate. Unfriendly staff. No apology. No explanation for delay. Food substandard, even for cheap airlines."

Fordele: "Planes are newish and comfortable. Decent amount of room in economy. Very good entertainment system with a not of great Nordic content (Swedish, Danish and Norwegian movies) Food was pretty good for an airplane. The service is excellent. I slept through the meal service, but they still made it a point to get me a meal when I woke up. Old fashioned tea and coffee service, with a steward going up and down the aisles with proper tea and coffee pots. Very professional, a high end feel to everything."

Ulemper: "Sov hjem og fravalgte første servering på business. Der var også en større flok amerikanske gæster som dog valgte at feste igennem på turen - da jeg vågnede var personalet godt trætte af alle passagerer og da jeg ville have lidt i pantryet var det pakket ned 2 timer før ankomst - sikkert for at lukke førnævnte fest - men det retfærdiggør vel ikke at de øvrige gæster også har indløst billet til business og den service der betales for."

Fordele: "Da vi først var kommet ombord på flyet gik tingene sin vante gang... ellers var der ikke meget hoved og hale på noget som helst."
Ulemper: "Men hvorfor annoncerer man at flyet skal board 1 time inden det sker, så passagererne kommer til at stå i kø unødig lang tid. Flyveren var 1 time forsinket på Flightradar24 og også i virkeligheden!!! Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."

Ulemper: "My flight was cancelled and no one notified me! Instead, FlyUs.com placed me on a different SAS flight that had a 15 minute layover in Copenhagen. Needless to say, I would have missed the flight from Copenhagen. I realized the issue the day-of, spent hours on the phone trying to book a different flight through the customer services at FlyUs.com (stupid company!), and was finally rebooked by SAS on a different airline. When I called SAS directly, they immediately took care of the situation and handled it well, but I wasted an entire day dealing with FlyUs.com, waiting on confirmation for a flight that I was never going to receive. The whole experience was awful."

Ulemper: "Backup plane from the 90s had broken entertainment system"

Ulemper: "Delay without other notification than the expected change of departure and loooong wait before boarding"

Ulemper: "We were traveling with two kids, and one of the kids drops some bread on the floor of the flight. One of the crew is angry to us about this, which makes us very uncomfortable."

Fordele: "Samme som på hjemturen - sæderne var bedre ude i siden"
Ulemper: "Ingenting"

Ulemper: "How possible with any criteria could charge 33€ for 1.5 such exagerate no good company at all .."

Ulemper: "Poor customer service. No notification via text or email that there was a 5 hour delay, and no immediate rerouting for connecting flights. a 15 hour trip turned into 24+. Worst SAS experience ever."

Ulemper: "I would like more checked baggage allowance."

Fordele: "The comfort and technology on the aircraft."
Ulemper: "NA"

Fordele: "SAS is a wonderful airline. I booked round trip with them. The plane was clean and comfortable and on time. Will fly with them again."

Fordele: "Efficient processing of passengers onto aircraft."

Fordele: "I liked the high-tech adjustment on the seats but i am 6ft2, 200 lbs (in good shape) and I have Parkinson's disease. The seat was just not roomy enough and I had to get up at least once an hour."
Ulemper: "The crew was very understanding and kind. The aft head was very limited in space too. A little more room would have been most welcome."

Fordele: "Nothing!"

Fordele: "Power in the seats!"
Ulemper: "That plane was so hot!"

Fordele: "I'm surprised this is called a budget airline (or am I mistaken?!). Anyway, everything was great. The entertainment options were limited compared to Turkish, Emirates, Lufthansa or Qatar, but enough for a 7 hour flight and then some. Also, I liked that there was a bottle of water on each seat for people to hydrate. Very important, and I haven't seen any other airline do it."
Ulemper: "Nothing stands out really. I'm likely going to fly them again."

Fordele: "The flight attendants were very nice and on the cross continent part of our flight we had dinner and breakfast served. Lots of leg room."

Ulemper: "Cattle call boarding in a culture where standing in que is unheard of."

Ulemper: "When I checked in I was told I had no bag allowance and had to pay 70 euro to check my bag. I feel like this was very sketchy on kyaak's part since it must have been on the fine print. I will be more cautious next time. Sas was otherwise fine."

Fordele: "Crew was fine"
Ulemper: "Never been on an international flight where I had to pay for my own wine. Plus the entertainment was broken and the food was terrible."

Fordele: "The crew was friendly. There were many empty seats so I had a row to myself."
Ulemper: "Being jolted by turbulence and turbulence while landing. Boarding in Thessaloniki was a little uncomfortable as we had to stand in a hot bus with no circulation on the tarmac while waiting for all passengers to board."

Ulemper: "The 70 euro bag check fee"

Ulemper: "Missed connection was re-routed by United directly to FRA"

Fordele: "Personalet var sådan set op og festede meget over at en kollega havde sidste tur inden pension. Desværre holdt de den kommende pensionist på business, så hvem det var der blev klappet af er stadig et myserium. Men hyggeligt at være med kabine personalet på arbejde"
Ulemper: "Gamle reservefly, hvor der mangler både det ene og det andet samt en 10 år forældet komfort. Når der sættes reservefly ind af væsentligt lavere kvalitet end den vare, som man forventet køb, så bude der være en eller anden form for kompensation. Forøvrigt glad for jeg ikke havde indløst business på denne tur da det i grunden havde været at betalte dobbelt for forventelig komfort på en moderne SAS Plus."

Ulemper: "We missed the connection and they rescheduled us on another connecting flight with further delays. This airline doesn't seem to care about their customers."

Fordele: "Clean plane, decent food"

Fordele: "Extra opmærksomhed i Plus class."
Ulemper: "Kort nattesøvn."

Fordele: "Meget smilende og godt trænet personale. Tommel op"
Ulemper: "Sandwich under al kritik. Meget dårligt udvalg"

Fordele: "Ekstra ben plads uden omkostning, hvis man er hurtig med check-ind. Gratis kaffe."

Fordele: "Super imødekommende kabinepersonale"
Ulemper: "Manglende information omkring hvorfor hjemturen blev med transit over Stockholm."

Fordele: "The food was not too bad and the menu options were alright. I love using the complimentary ear buds."
Ulemper: "Could use some improvements on comfort and efficiency"

Fordele: "We got to sit in the emergency aisle so I can't complain about comfort. The staff was really friendly (although they were really rude on the way over 10 days earlier, so I guess we just got lucky with a nice crew for this one)."
Ulemper: "You only get one free non-alcoholic drink on this flight and that's really stingy for a 7+ hour a long haul. Drinks should be free on a long haul, especially non-alcoholic ones. There aren't any free small snacks like chips or peanuts. You have to pay for everything and the menu is exorbitantly over priced. It's a cheap and insulting customer strategy. They can save a few bucks in overhead on each customer this way, but they are losing money in the long run because I'll never book with them again due to their tawdry actions. I doubt I am alone."

Fordele: "The service was excellent. The food very good. Toilets inorder and clean, even just before Copenhagen. In Chicago i had to wait about 30 min tor a wheelchair. It seemed that noone wanted to go to termimal 5. A very nice young man finally came, he gave me frindly and excellent service. ALIS"
