Ulemper: "Our two hour connection in Paris became 30 minutes because Air France was late in leaving Washington. So our luggage didn't make to to KLM to Amsterdam. My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Fordele: "We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."
Ulemper: "He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner..."

Ulemper: "Checking in was extensive for unaccompanied minor. But gate crew was very unnattentuve and though we showed up as first in line, they did not focus, and kept saying to wait. Ultimately our son was last person on the plane."
Fordele: "crew were absolutely delightful, full of smiles and doing everything to make you comfortable. seats were fine enough and got some work done and a bit of sleep. first lunch was fresh and tasty, but the second, a burger, was edible, but not much more."
Ulemper: "tv screens are dated so movies are not as crisp as you find in newer planes. you need a 2 prong audio adapter to use your own headphones."

Ulemper: "After more than two hours of delay... Initially the flight takes off was at 8:35... Then 21:20... Then 21:50... Then 22:10. Finally we took off at 22:40... Refund our money klm..."

Ulemper: "Has to wait in confined area fir nearly 2 hrs before boarding. No restroom or refreshments within that area."

Fordele: "Got to Amsterdam on time and everything was great including the staff"
Ulemper: "Without any explanation the plane I was due to go to Istanbul on at 11.30 was not available. I had to wait for a small plane coming from Edinburgh then wait for it to be emptied of passengers and cleaned. This meant we were over 2 hours late into Istanbul. No explanation or apology. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."
Ulemper: "The Guy who had an accident when boarding causing a delay. Also I didn’t like the wait fir checking as passengers with children went before business class and should be after."
Fordele: "Ground staff at Manchester very helpful"
Ulemper: "Information on KLM website and flight status said 50 minutes delay and was never updated with the true status. 3 hours before we took off. KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Ulemper: "At Amsterdam we were told that our checkin luggage wouldn't be at Sydney!! Some low fat meals were terrible!"

Ulemper: "There is not anything to complain about besides the usual discomfort of travel."
Fordele: "I have no complaints about the air crew. They where pleasant and attentive. Plenty of free entertainment. The food was good."
Ulemper: "my only complaint is the USB ports didn't work on any of the chairs that me and my family where assigned to."
Fordele: "I ended up getting home with less delay than originally predicted. I guess that's a good thing Also delta customer service was super polite and trying to help when I called"
Ulemper: "Delay again... seems to be pretty frequent on KLM flights at least on the ones I flew with in the past 4 years... this time it was 3hours wait due to a technical issue... no alternative flight option and we ended up getting a very old plane as a replacement. In addition people at info terminals are disorganized and not kind at all.."

Ulemper: "Very slow service. I wanted to by several goods from duty free. But crew served only first 20 rows of aircraft."

The ground crew would not allow me to bring carry on. Sh on the plane while the seat next to me was empty and some of the overhead bins were available. I had to wait 30 mins for the luggage to arrive. There was no reason for it.

Nothing People were sick with no masks. I got COVID Food was terrible. Uncomfortable Lufthansa got really bad

The crew that checked at the gate was completely unprofessional, i had a child, stroller and a carry on luggage and the crew did not bother providing any help getting down 3 flight if stairs. I asked for hel and they ignored me

Fordele: "Plane was empty so got a whole row to myself!"
Ulemper: "One flight attendant in our area was not friendly and quite abrupt. Food wasn't good but desserts were great. American movies were a bit old."
Ulemper: "Lufthansa burde presse lufthavnen i Frankfurt til at ge bemanding imsilkerhedskonteollen. Kl 6.10 i morges tog det 35 min i business køen og mindst 50 mini economy køen"
Fordele: "flyturen i sig selv var fin men var forsinket."
Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "The crew often bashed my wife's elbow with their trolleys. I am 6'2" and I could not sit with my legs straight in front of me. There is no leg room and the seats do not recline very far. The food was repulsive. They ran out of vegetarian options (my wife is a vegetarian) and what we did eat turned our stomachs."

Ulemper: "Was almost impossible to make this connection. Honestly I probably should’ve been moved to yet another later flight. Ground crew said my bag had made it on board, so i waited and waited but it never showed up in Kraków. Lost luggage team was helpful and told me it didn’t make the flight - it was on the next one. Hopefully it gets delivered soon but it will be difficult bc my air bnb has no buzzer"

Also Lufthansa did not do a good job managing carry-on bags, so that it took way too long to load people and many bags were left over once overhead bins were full. Seating area is cramped in economy."

Fordele: "The crew was friendly and the flight was comfortable. And the food was very good."
Fordele: "I very much enjoyed my flight from LA to Munich. The flight crew were awesome and the airplane was impeccably clean and quiet. The flight was so nice I consider it as part of the vacation! I highly recommend flying Luftansa :-)"

Ulemper: "Boarding seamed inefficient. Loaded handicap onto separate vehicle in middle of us boarding, so it stopped our process. My seat didn't recline even though it had a button. No in flight entertainment?! At all... Got a crappy breakfast omelet that i didn't want to put in my stomach."

Ulemper: "Took a few time to ask for my kosher food. Crew couldn't locate me on the list, than the were out of kosher food, gave me regular breakfast, which I couldn't eat more than granola. It was pre-ordered, and I called to confirm a week ahead."
Ulemper: "Boarding mix up, which was completely Lufthansa's responsibility, delayed my flight to Istanbul for one hour which caused my missing my connection with another airline. This in turn cost me the original flight and a new ticket purchase of at an exorbent price."
Ulemper: "There is not entertainment and seats not that comfortable"
Ulemper: "The flight boarded late, and very slowly, and took off late as a consequence. Thus, landing late. The inflight entertainment is only accessible with aps that you need to download before you get on the plane, when, of course, you don't know you need them. A remarkably illogical process."
Fordele: "The entire experience was great. Easy check-in, boarding, on time, friendly service, good food, good movies, and overall a really nice atmosphere for such a long flight. Would recommend this Flight to anyone."

Ulemper: "There was no entertainment on board!!!!!!"
Ulemper: "Delays in Nice led to a narrow window for connection. More than ten people were left behind - doors practically closed in our faces - and Lufthansa was wholly unhelpful in rescheduling flights. Lines to speak with agents were absurd and then attendants had to take breaks instead of resolve issues. There were no solutions offered, only poor communication and an unwillingness to accommodate a significant number of customers who were inconvenienced. Finally, a "random inspection" led to a handful of passengers being surveyed by the German local police. Interestingly, a number of us were Hispanic Americans. The whole experience was extremely negative."

Fordele: "Service and entertainment were great. The food was somewhat better than most airlines with free beer and wine."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed on departure by 8 hours. This caused us to cancel and rearrange hotels. The flight back had to make an emergency medical stop for 2 hours but this was not the fault of the airline and is understandable.."
Fordele: "I want to have it. I was expecting a serious and major company as yourself to provide it in a 3.t hours flight. This is how low cost / charters looks like."
Ulemper: "I area where we did the check-in is horrible. I understand there are security issues but in Frankfurt airport it is much better then Munich and I expect you to find the answer how to have both needs."
Ulemper: "Small plain and food was very bad"
Fordele: "As I noted above, both LH crews worked well. They were very professional, spoke languages as needed, accommodated passengers' requests, served edible food (mostly) and were visible and available throughout. The long-distance Airbus plane was comfortable enough. I like the idea of putting all the bathrooms downstairs ... but ..."
Ulemper: "... putting all the bathrooms downstairs might create difficulties for handicapped passengers. I am not sure how this is handled; perhaps help is provided, or perhaps there is one bathroom at flight-level."
