Ulemper: "Lufthansa burde presse lufthavnen i Frankfurt til at ge bemanding imsilkerhedskonteollen. Kl 6.10 i morges tog det 35 min i business køen og mindst 50 mini economy køen"
Fordele: "flyturen i sig selv var fin men var forsinket."
Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "Flight ran out of chicken meals fast, forcing the rest of the plane to have vegetarian instead. I was sat in 41G. Awkward seating arrangement. Worst seat ever! Super cramp, making a 9hr flight very uncomfortable."

Ulemper: "Clear up-front notification about first checked bag not being included in ticket price. This info did not appear at the time the booking was made. Very frustrating."

Fordele: "Flight left and arrived on-time. Flight attendents were pleasant and helpful. Food portions and choices were good, and Lufthansa is always generous with drinks. Good value for money on Lufthansa."
Ulemper: "Boarding was chaotic, as clear instructions were not given about which group was boarding when and where to line up. Also Lufthansa did not do a good job managing carry-on bags, so that it took way too long to load people and many bags were left over once overhead bins were full. Seating area is cramped in economy."

Ulemper: "The problem is with KAYAK. KAYAK booked us a carrier light ticket and failed to inform us at the time of the booking that it was a tariff without checked in baggage that was being offered. Fortunately, LUFTHANSA informed us of this fact at checkin and we purchased carriage with checked in baggage. This makes me wary of buying tickets through KAYAK in the future."
Fordele: "The crew was amazing and so welcoming! They did not flinch when they saw my three-year-old son and went out their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was very nice to be greeted with such hospitality!"

Ulemper: "Boarding seamed inefficient. Loaded handicap onto separate vehicle in middle of us boarding, so it stopped our process. My seat didn't recline even though it had a button. No in flight entertainment?! At all... Got a crappy breakfast omelet that i didn't want to put in my stomach."
Fordele: "Lufthansa når det er bedst - turen var en bevidst fravalg af Airfrance der også flyver fra København til Alger - og dette fravalg kan anbefales, hvis man ikke har svært ved at komme tidligt af sted..."
Fordele: "SAS når det er bedst - for det var faktisk SAS der lagde fly og personale til..."
Fordele: "Cabin attendants were terrific. Very attentive. Ms. Byrne, our cabin attendant and the Purser, a gentleman whose name I didn't note, solved problems and met our needs (including finding my wife's iPad that fell beside her seat while sleeping where it couldn't be retrieved without help)."
Ulemper: "Few technical issues with new plane...no wi-fi on flight and lights not working in lavatory."
Ulemper: "Boarding mix up, which was completely Lufthansa's responsibility, delayed my flight to Istanbul for one hour which caused my missing my connection with another airline. This in turn cost me the original flight and a new ticket purchase of at an exorbent price."

Fordele: "My highlight for the travel was the AMAZING flight attendant named JENS. He is a bright soul. Positive, sharp, witty, and humorous. Just what I needed on a 8 hour flight over the Atlantic."

Ulemper: "They switched me to a different flight saying I won't make my connection due to high traffic at the BUD airport and they never told me that instead of arriving to JFK, they are flying to Newark airport. Having not known this at all, I had no ride home, super inconvenienced and I was 2 hours plus away from my home in Jersey. Horrible experience"
Fordele: "Boarding and departure+arrival times were excellent. Baggage was handled well, arrived without damage. Much better marks here than AirFrance."
Ulemper: "Food was quite poor, much worse than KLM or Delta... no match for AirFrance,thoug I'd rather get poor food and arrive on time and without getting stranded at CDG. Also, Neither on-board wifi, nor the entertainment touchscreen worked, not at all. You'd be well advised to bring your own iPad... :-))"
Ulemper: "Although we had reserved (paid) seats as a family in an entire row, upon check in we were given different seats. We had to spend 20 minutes talking with different agents in order to get our original seats."

Ulemper: "Planes are old and cramped. Our plane gave us the "personal entertainment option" which meant you had to use your own device since they are too cheap to upgrade the planes. However, this international flight only had american plugs so anyone without an adapter was SOL. I tried to watch the large screen at the front of my section but they showed the movie Lion that is in Hindi and therefore had subtitles and I couldn't read the words from 12 rows back. The boarded process is like a cattle call. DO NOT FLY UNITED!!! I thought I was flying Lufthansa but it was a bait and switch situation."

Ulemper: "That "seats" did not have USB connection (for phone charging)."

Ulemper: "The headphone connection method. It is difficult to replace the headphone w/ your own because the connector is located deep in the headphone compartment and you cannot see it in easily. As far as you use the built-in headphones, no problem."
Ulemper: "Small plain and food was very bad"
Ulemper: "This long haul flight was on an Airbus plane with five restrooms in the basement. There was not enough space to accommodate people waiting in the basement so people had to stand on stairs or by the galley. Flight attendants kept on telling people not to do so but there was simply not enough space."
