Phuket betjenes af Phuket Intle Lufthavn, også ofte refereret til som Phuket Intle, Phuket Intle Lufthavn, eller bare Phuket lufthavn. Lufthavnskoden er HKT.

Fordele: "Qatar is quite possibly the best airline in the world, especially on its long haul flights. It is heads above the other two major Persian Gulf airlines. All the employees with whom I dealt were excellent and customer-oriented. The planes between Doha and London were new, had more space than older planes and had an excellent selection of movies and TV shows. I ordered special meals on all the flights, and I was very satisfied. I have been a fan of Qatar Airways since I flew it to Australia in 2011. It continues to do a superb job, even in Economy."

When I FINALLY get to use the toilet, after a smaller Asian girl and a taller Indian girl were getting bags of blankets out of, I leave a WOODEN CLIPBOARD full of VERY important papers that will cost me inside. Yet when I call to retrieve them they are "nowhere to be found" so you're telling me out of those 2 women, the Indian gentleman, the black woman & the other Asian woman back there didn't notice a clipboard when I was the only person back there trying to use the toilet or they simply threw a wooden and metal clipboard away ?? With what was clearly paperwork clipped onto it ? The girl at the service desk of Qatar airways claims to have looked herself. But she was rushing me off of the phone so I don't feel like she remotely cared even a little. I am PAST unhappy. So thank you for throwing my paperwork away I know for sure was left behind. Very thorough team."

It sholuld arrange separate rows between those already check-in online and the others. I also saw the officials let some (1-5) group of (3-8) people each bypass the long queue, without reasons. The seat and leg space are so narrow that the direct 10+hour- flight is not so comfortable."

Not only was the plane comfortable and spacious, the fact that they also served a meal on such a short flight is so much appreciated."
Ulemper: "The flight was an hour late therefore I was worried I’d miss my next flight. The “kosher” meal I was given was just an apple! Hardly a meal... and the flight attendants were quite annoyed as if they were bothered. I don’t think I will fly with Thai Airways again."

We probably booked our domestic flight a bit too close to the landing of the international flight, and unfortunately, the flight was 25 minutes delayed, but Thai helped us get off the plane as the first people and we made our domestic flight, with a few minutes to spare. Thanks for the help and we will make sure to have a little better time between our flights in the future."

Fordele: "Business class on this short haul flight was fantastic, but sadly I don’t think this is the normal route it will take as I think they were testing it. If you can get one of these on long haul they are a very nice plane, individual compartments and some very modern touches. Windows darken without blinds, loads of space in your compartment and food was good even as just a snack."
Ulemper: "I can’t think of anything I didn’t like and if Thai Air have these rolling out for long haul I’ll definitely look at them against"

Fordele: "The flight itself was very enjoyable. The only negative aspect was that the first leg of the flight was delayed long enough that I almost missed my connecting flight and my baggage was lost."
Ulemper: "The real reason for the negative review is a combination of the cost of this flight, loss of my baggage and poor service after the flight. I paid nearly $4,500 for an economy ticket from New York to New Delhi. The first leg of the flight, from New York to Zurich was delayed long enough that I made my connecting flight to Delhi within seconds of them closing the gate and as a result my baggage was lost. Once I got to Delhi I had to take a connecting flight to Goa and then drive an hour to my destination, where I was attending a good friend's wedding. All of my baggage was lost during transit by the airline, and unfortunately they never delivered by baggage to my hotel...so I was without formal clothes and normal clothes for the wedding for 4 days. The customer service line was no help, and the airline refused to deliver the baggage to me...the closest they would bring it was the Goa airport which was an hour and a half away."

Ulemper: "Swiss air seems to have lost its service edge. The flight attendants just stood around and watched while I struggled with my cane and my bag. They only seemed to snap into action to tell people what to do or not do. I flew the same route two years ago and staff was really kind. Maybe the working conditions have changed; they seemed harried and annoyed (in coach, at least). And I don't think they had to stand in line for an _hour_ to check in (thanks, LAX)."

Fordele: "From my previous flight, the crew informed the flight attendants to LA about my condition. This crew checked in with me every few hours to make sure I was comfortable and had enough tissues and tea to make it through the 12 hours."
Fordele: "It was an uneventful trip, which is what you want in a trip by air. Boarding was easy, seats are pretty comfortable, staff friendly and helpful."
Fordele: "Several rounds of beverage service along with tasty food and a great large-display entertainment, we were very pleased with the blankets and entertainment, and frequent service. It helped we had 3 seats for two people also."

Fordele: "We were worried based on negative reviews on SWISS we had read prior to our trip, but they were WONDERFUL!! We flew coach from MIA to CRETE, two stops and 13+ hours of flying. The seats were as roomy as coach gets, but comfortable, reclining further than Delta or AA in my opinion. The food, drinks and snacks never stopped and were tasty!! Including a delicious Swiss chocolate a the end of your flight! They were so attentive! The attendants were all kind and polite. In fact, we had someone sit in front of us on our flight home who culturally didn't bath/wear deodorant and VERY malodorous and we asked the flight attendant if we could move. As soon as everyone boarded and she found two open seats for us, she moved us right before take off and we had a wonderful, great-smelling 10.5 hour flight!! LOL"
Ulemper: "There seems to only be 4 (plenty) bathrooms right in the center of the coach area of the plane, but with the flight attendants constantly serving drinks and food, you really had to time it so you could get to the bathrooms when they weren't in the aisles. Trust me though, this is hardly a negative and I will happily fly SWISS over and over!!!"
Fordele: "The veggie food option was delicious. The calzone for breakfast was miserable. The restrooms were kept clean and well-stocked. Flight delay to wait for incoming passengers resulted in others missing their connections in SF."
Fordele: "The larding was terrible. I came in a wheelchair but am able to walk short distances. I spoke to man at the gate about boarding early and he said he would come and get me. But he did not and I had to push and shove with everyone else as their is no plan. Awful! Service was good. Lots of water and juice brought round in the night of"

Ulemper: "The handle of the pull-stick that slides into the suitcase was broken off with the pull-stick sticking out of the TUMI suitcase. Used a pen point to release it and get it back into the suitcase. No handle so it was impossible to drag the suitcase. The ground personnel representing Swiss Air at the Boston Baggage carousel was a novice, had never filled out a baggage claim form before. Told me they would phone me. I am a bit skeptical about this claim. Not sure if it was Swiss Air of the local ground personnel who damaged the suitcase."

Ulemper: "We left late so I missed my connecting flight in Zurich, to barcelona. Had to wait around 5 hours. My friends were waiting for me in BCN and had no way to contact them!!! I enjoyed the flights with SWISS but i dont know if ill fly with them again."

Ulemper: "Flight from Copanhagen to Istanbul was delayed for an hour...computer malfunction was the reason. I was a little bit stressed because I had a connecting flight to Manila, was afraid i wouldn't make it. And also, no gate assignment yet for Istanbul to Manila. Since it was my first time to travel via Turkish Airline, not familiar with Istanbul airport."
Fordele: "Food was decent and the crew was great."
Ulemper: "The air conditioning did not work in the front part of the cabin. I asked about it but nothing changed. It was very uncomfortable for everyone in that part of the plane. The back was cool front was miserable."
Fordele: "Great food, live tv (watched 2 World Cup games), great service."
Ulemper: "Leg room in economy was a bit tight. I got a full cup of tea spilled on me by the air hostess by accident but they offered to change my seat. It was bumpy at the moment so I understood plus they were very polite and dealt with it professionally."

Felt sick after dinner with aubergine rice and mince meat. Food was not optimum quality. Crew was good but some could smile some more! Seats were stained and old, but reasonably comfy."
Ulemper: "They cancelled my returning flight WITHOUT me knowing and expecting me to pay for the penalty fee for misisng the first flight even tho I DID not cancel the returning flight which obviously I was gonna take. The staff was RUDE and INSENSITIVE. Qatar was better in overall customer service. Worst customer service from Turkish airline."

Ulemper: "We had to spend the night in Istanbul and get only on the next flight the following morning. TK airport (ground) staff that talked to us was antipathetic and it took ages to get any service. Looks like they didn't care we about the delay, nor they were trying to help us. Just kept saying we need to wait."

Ulemper: "The seat spacing on that flight was some of the tightest I have ever seen - worse than even most of the short-haul (Embraer) flights i have been on - barely manageable for 3.5 hours. Flight attendants were borderline rude and bossy, but they had to be, because the passengers were loud and unruly."

Ulemper: "There was miscommunication when checking in in Zagreb to instanbul to choose one electronic to use. We therefore mistakenly put our cell phone in our check in baggage to use our computer to do work. This was incorrect and significantly worsened our experience."

Ulemper: "Our flight backtracked over Europe - I think bcs all flights go through Istanbul - so our flights were longer than necessary even though cheaper... worth doing once bcs Istanbul looks pretty cool."

One of the crew members gave me a hard time for having my purse out for 1 minute while I was taking my prenatal vitamin even though we were sitting on the runway for over an hour at this point and the man in front of me had his chair fully reclined so I wasn't able to get to it under my seat.. Even though as she said, we were about to take off, but she didn't say anything to the man in front of me. This was my second time flying with them and the first experience was much better."

Fordele: "Everything operated fairly smoothly on the flight. Service was very good."
Ulemper: "Boarding was haphazard, no use of group numbers. They ran out of one selection for dinner less than halfway through the plane. My entertainment screen froze about 2 hours into the 9 hour flight and they couldn't/didn't reset it though I asked several times, so I read a book instead. I will say this was the exception flight out of the other 3 I have had with Turkish. On those, I encountered no issues."
Ulemper: "My flight was supposed to leave at 3 am. Not was delayed till 4:30. I had only 25 minutes to catch the other flight. I made it last minute. I asked the Turkish airline representative at the gate if my bag is on the plane. He said "yes". When I arrived to London I couldn't fibd my bag. I spent more than an hour looking for it since the employee assured me it was loaded to the plane, the person who was waiting to pick me yo had to pay around 15£ parking and wait for one hour and a half. I arrived without luggage. I have everything in the bag, my umbrella, jacket, cloths, pajamas, underwater, everything... the allowance that Turkish Airlibe said they will give allowed me to only buy a Pajama. I am totally NOT satisfied. I will not travel on this Airlibe again"
Fordele: "Turkish Airlines were a great surprise - everything was much better than expected. Highly recommend flying with them."
