Ulemper: The seat were very close together, and it was very difficult to hear what the captain was saying.

Ulemper: The boarding system could be changed: they start boarding when the aircraft is not yet ready, so the line just moves from the gate to the finger, which is annoying. They should wait until the plane is ready to start with the boarding.
Fordele: The airline was terrific, despite being delayed we really did board and arrive at our destination in quite good time. The Italian stewardesses were absolutely charming and offered their services extensively.
Ulemper: Loved that me and my travel conpanion go to sit beside one another, and somehow we’re at the very front of the plane together in seats 1B & 1C Prime location. Overall had a very pleasant experience with Vueling 10/10 would fly with again.

Ulemper: Checking in online was a nightmare as the site kept freezing, there was a mix up with my priority and cabin baggage, I was told by the webchat team that this had gone through but not on my boarding pass, when I got the the airport the Ryanair staff were extremely rude to us, they sent us to the back of the queue I front of everyone and then told us we would have to pay to take our bags with us, they then had to be out on the hold. When we got back to Birmingham we then had to sit on the plane for around 15 minutes as there was not a slot for us. I spent hours of my 2 day break trying to sort check ins etc, I would never fly with Ryanair again.

Ulemper: THEY MADE ME CHECK MY STROLLER! I had to roam the airport with a baby in my arms while struggling to drag the baby's food and my carryon around! They didn't return the stroller for customs or anything. This was so insensitive. Additionally, nothing was showing on the screens, they could have at least kept the screensavers or flight path displayed.
Ulemper: They had no filed paperwork with JFK AND we were told that the plane could not leave Oslo until it was accomplished. The flight left two hours late.
Ulemper: Big and unjustified dekay

Ulemper: The food of course was sort of mediocre at breakfast. The eggs tasted like they were man made.oh well maybe that’s really typical. Otherwise all was fine.
Ulemper: Boarding at gate 43 at Berlin was very bad. Encouraged to go to gate very early. The gate area wasn’t pleasant. Once checked in through the gate we had to stand in a cramped fenced off area for more than 30 mins Seating on aeroplane cramped Everything else was good.

Ulemper: Both flights there and back we're delayed in total about 4hours and when you're away for a wkend that's a long time!! I've flown with other companies over the last few years and times have been spot on!
Fordele: Did not take this flight- had to be rescheduled on a different airline because of a missed connection.

Ulemper: Boarding was ridiculous! The gate was significantly too small for a number of passengers that needed to board. There were no clear announcements out how to organize ourselves therefore it was complete chaos with no one knowing where to line up. The crew was the most ridiculous!!! I sat four or five rows from the back and was Peerview to all of their conversations about their hair, about their schedules, about your “valued guest”, about their shifts, about Batman, about anything and everything during the time the plane dark when your “valued customers” were supposed to be able to sleep. It went on and on at a volume that was just absolutely not necessary or professional. This was the least professional crew I have ever experienced and I travel extensively! Comfort the Cabin was freezing cold entire time. I bought a blanket which did basically nothing! Was it Oliver twist blanket before hand? The free blankets I get on other lines with the chill out significantly better! Food and drinks was nonexistent which I suppose is the new trend cutting service for profit. However it should’ve been clearly stated to passengers, that we can prepare for the 11 hour flight!! Entertainment it was nice that each seat had a screen, however the selection of entertainment was poor! For example each TV series only had one episode available.
Fordele: Disembarking from both front and back is nice and efficient. Wish more airlines did that.
Ulemper: Both flights were delayed by more than an hour. You'd think a company called Norwegian would be ready for cold weather.

Ulemper: There was someone that pooped themselves, another that threw up, and the flight attendants were so rude. They kept spraying stuff in the air and even those of us sitting, so much in fact I had an asthma attack and had to use my inhaler. When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!

Ulemper: Website was not intuitive with regard to baggage fees. Paid $100++ for ONE bag ans then they failed to transfer my bags to the connecting flight. Still waiting on the status of my belongings.
Fordele: There was a major problem with my booking and I went through almost 2 hours or stress thinking I would not be let on the flight. This has never happened with Kayak. But it was really bad. TAP insisted they could not book me on as Azores Airlines from Pinta Delgado to Toronto was not booked for me. I had to call bothe airlines. With no help from the desk. I finally got both to confirm and at the last minute was allowed on the flight. I chose this route to have a nice couple of days in Portugal and I will have. But the flight start was really upsetting.
Ulemper: I like Kayak. But am very concerned about booking through in the future with this treatment.
Fordele: It was a rather empty flight so I was able to have space to myself to stretch out.
Ulemper: Everything. We were late boarding, late taking off, micromanaged by the crew like we’re stupid, the food was truly god awful atrocious... and there were like 20 movies to choose from for a 7 hour flight. Furthermore, there were NO snacks available for purchase so you were forced to eat gross food.

Ulemper: The crew spend to much time on trying to order / heat / distribute food. The distribution of the staff seems odd - the one taking all the orders, putting stuff into the microwave and collecting it, collecting the money, whilst the other just seems to steer the trolley

Ulemper: Nobody explained boarding and it was weird. We went through a gate, but there was not a plane. After standing confused for about 20 mins, a bus arrived and drove us to the plane. Despite this wait, we left about on time and arrived on time.

Fordele: The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled.
Ulemper: This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu.
Ulemper: I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable.
Fordele: Once aboard the plane, all went well and I experienced excellent service from the cabin attendants.
Ulemper: The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!

Ulemper: Too much light in the cabin because of too many screens on. Should have a separate part of the cabin with screens off allowing one to sleep more easily.

Fordele: We were a little delayed, so I read my book. Not for long though as I was really tired after my flight from Los Angeles. I fell asleep right after take-off and didn't wake until we landed. Best way to fly :-)

Ulemper: We were told upon check in that there was a charge to check in. I have never heard of such rubbish in 43 years of air travel. We were told we could check in online but we only had 4 minute in which to do it. We were charged €150 for 5 people. The check in Sgent was sour faced as well. Once aboard the plane (a nice new aircraft) we found the stewardesses sour faced as well. Overall not impressed by air Baltic!
Ulemper: Abigail in MLA (Luqa Intl Malta), one of the sassiest and unhelpful agents I have met. Ask for payment for baggage, does something with my credit card- then tells me I need to go to another desk to pay. So inefficient. This on top of her and her gate buddy screwing around at the desk throwing things at each other. Professionalism is not here. To top it off, the plane sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes and we just about missed our connection. Dirty plane too, gum stains on carpet and dirty seats. Will not fly with these clowns again.

So booking was horrible, poor information about what I booked and checkin service was one of the worst I have had. Flight was fine and flight crew were fine.

Fordele: We received a voucher for food during our 4+ Hour delay before boarding on air serbia to Belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we stayed in the business suite before our flight and was provided with food and couches to relax on before our next flight. Also, on our connecting flight to athens, Aegean airlines was very professional and really wish I would have used their service instead of air serbia.
Ulemper: Air serbia did not tell us why there was a 4+ hour delay to belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we had to wait 9+ hours for our connecting flight to athens when we were only supposed to have 2 hrs layover. Once we boarded the plane to athens, the workers at the airport had no clue were our luggage was and a lot of things were miscommunicated between them. They were very unprofessional and some of them were very rude. They had plenty of time to move our luggage to the next airplane, but too careless to do that. So now we have to wait a couple of days to get the rest of our luggages. We also missed our train ride in greece because of air serbia and had to pay for another train ticket and did not receive a refund

Fordele: It was an excellent value to fly from Stockholm to Copenhagen. We considered taking the train, but the cost vs. time made it much better to fly. The time of the flight was just an hour, and no beverages were offered. This was acceptable, but water would have been nice! Very easy boarding and the fight was on time.
Ulemper: The seats are not very big, and the air conditioning was not adequate for July as we waited on the runway. The gate seating at Stockholm airport could have been better, as there were not nearly enough seats at the gate for all passengers waiting.

Ulemper: When we got to the airport, the gate info wasn’t on the screen. We found a seat and waited until the time it said the info would be available. When the info was available, it said the gate was closing in 10 minutes. You have to pay for everything. I ordered a meal, but there must have been a language barrier because the stewardess sold me a meal and extra sandwich, when I only wanted one. The seats don’t recline.
Fordele: The flight was on time. The ground crew was pleasant and helpful, especially in meeting the needs of handicapped passengers.
Ulemper: You have to pay for anything you consume in the way of food and drink... even a glass of water to take a pill. My wife and I fly frequently and this will be our last time to fly Veuling. Other than the lack of any free beverages, the legroom is minimal, there is no TV and no electronic recharging at the seats.
