I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "i was promised the business lounge when i got to Riga because of the lengthy connecting time, i was refused entry and 2 out of the 3 staff were very rude and dismissive. my upgrade included the use of the lounge at both ends of the business class, i understand that it maybe should not of been promised but thats not what happened. i was very tired and ended having to walk round concourse A for 4 hrs with nowhere to go."

Person in front of me stretched her arms over the seat so her hands were dangling in front of me and fingers in my screen. I know we were in coach, but maybe another inch of separation would be nice for such long flights."

Ulemper: "Once again - the connecting flights through Frankfurt are difficult because of the size of the airport and the location of the gates. Make certain there is enough time between flights to get to new gate. Use extra time to purchase some of the excellent food items"

Fordele: "Airbus 380'eren er et fantastisk fly. Var så heldig at flyve på business og imponerende med den mængde business sæder, som flyveren har og den kvalitet den enkelte plads byder på lige fra super hovedtelefoner til en reel soveplads og fantastiske sæder der kan indstilles næsten efter behag."
Ulemper: "Personalet virkede super stressede i forhold til at kunne give den service, som de vel selv gerne ville overfor businessclass passagerer. Serveringen virkede hektisk og der var ingen ro da flyveturen var kort grundet et hurtig fly og for mange passagerer."
Min skind taske blev ødelagt, og læderet var blevet trukket eller noget har kørt på det, så der næsten blev hul. Desværre dækker Finnair kun, hvis der kom rigtig hul i tasken.

Flight were delayed which made me miss all the other flights. Bags are still missing from 2 weeks ago. This airline is worse the Spirit Airlines!
Fordele: "Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company"
Ulemper: "Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink."

Fordele: "The flight was very fast, boarding and getting off were fast and convenient. They had a new Korean movie that I've been wanting to see but didn't expect would be offered on an airline, so that was great!"
Ulemper: "The crew seemed quite stressed, when I asked to store my wedding dress in the crew closet they were very short with me, which made me feel really guilty about it, as the stewardess obviously thought I was very troublesome, but they did allow it. The food was quite bland. The entertainment was much more limited than most international flight lines."

Fordele: "In JFK the Finnair staff helped us expedite our connection process (the flight from Helsinki was delayed and we hardly had time to make the connection)."

Fordele: "My stay in the air was approximately about an hour from stockholm to Helsinki. They smiled me and gave comfortable service as always . Thanks"
Ulemper: "It may be not about flying process but airport environment or service. ARN airport was a bit cold even inside of the building . The WiFi was offered only limited time , which was very shorter than I expected but overall status with cosy mood made me as if I were at home . On the other hand , the finnair check in counter had only two , one of which was business and the other was economy it took about 40mins to send my luggage and check in ."
Fordele: "I liked everything about my experience on four Iberia flights. The boarding was fair by groups and they didn't allow people cutting the lines. The planes were new. The food served was very good and had a great variety of tastes to please different cultures. The entertainment system on my seat was awesome!! Customizable music playlist that was All genres of music. The navigational pages were fun and interesting and the movies were current."
Fordele: "I flew with American to London and with British in the way back... British air is such a nicer experience from the food, to the crew, to the entertainment."

Ulemper: "The passengers next to me smelled severely of body odor. I know that this isn't something the flight crew can do anything about but it made my flight really uncomfortable. Thankfully the seat next to me opened. So I loved a seat away- but even that couldn't mask the smell!"

Ulemper: "My mother had a food poisoning and needed a lot of water. The crew member at the end refused and told her no more. Since when there is a limit to how much someone can drink water? She had to stay dehydrated because she was dined the option to drink. Just upsetting."

Fordele: "The aircraft was big and clean, but the seats were not comfortable. No entertainment at all, not sure why it was list for review. My biggest problem was with their communicates. I booked this flight from Tel Aviv to London with 60min.layover in Warsaw, the schedule LOT offered. .The first leg to Warsaw was 30min. late without any announcement and no one mentioned about how it would affected connecting flights. So I asked the flight attendent before lading in Warsaw and she suggested to run throught the security. We thought we might have a chance as we were sitting close to the front rows. Nah, not so fast. It turned out that's not as rsimple as unning between the gates, everyone had to be shuttled to the main terminal and only the business class got a small van and went first, abd we were not allowed on that van even I told the guy we needed to catch the flight. Long story short, we finally made to the gate, Thanks to a LOT personnel pushed us to the front of security check and informed the gate we were coming. We literally RAN after the security to the gate. They reopened the gate to let us in and the aircraft pushed away right after we got on. The luggage, with that tight schedule, of course they would not be able to make the swich to London. So we had nothing except the cloth from Tel Aviv, its about 15C in tempture, we were freezing. Waiting for our luggage to be delivered to our hotel for warm clothes before we can go out"
Fordele: "food was great, boarding was a horrible process."
Fordele: "Flight attendants were very kind and pleasant. Meal service and entertainment were more substantial than expected."
Ulemper: "Extreme delay supposedly as a result of a lightning strike to the plane. About 9 hours delay and a missed connection. The only compensation given for this dealy was a voucher for a 20 Euro meal at the airport restaurant of my choice. I know planes get hit by lightning on average of once a year, but it typically does not take 3 to 4 hours to inspect and confirm the safety of the plane's electrical system. But perhaps better safe than sorrry!"
Fordele: "The airplane is 737 dream liner Bombardier and is well ventilated and operated smoothly. Looks very new. Flight staff are excellent."
Ulemper: "The layout of the airport is not conducive to walking around before boarding. Could not use the airport lounge as a result."
Ulemper: "Passenger next to me was too large and encroached on my limited space Stewards did not respond to light or request for drinks until I went to the back of plane Staff was curteous"
Ulemper: "Still waiting for our luggage two hours after deplaning. The luggage has not been unloaded from the plane. Hundreds of people still waiting This is unacceptable"
Fordele: "Normal in-flight service but nothing special."
Ulemper: "Small plane."
Ulemper: "On Monday, May 21, payment was made for 2 suitcases in the amount of $47. At check in next day we were asked to pay and paid 40 Euro for 2 suitcases. We told them that we already paid, to no avail. We would like to have an explanation. According to LOT luggage policy we should not be paying for 1 suitcase per person at all.."

Ulemper: "I didn't like that there was no Wifi, the seats were a bit small, and the connecting flight to moscow was only about 40 mins from the arrival, and we were delayed and I missed my connection. They should not plan connections this close."

Ulemper: "When the main dinner came to my seat they ran out of pretty much everything, I wasn’t able to have an option on what to choose at all and was forced to eat the chicken dish that was very gross."
