Fordele: The price was good. The staff really tried to help, but the restrictions from TAP headquarters made them effectively powerless

Ulemper: The flight was canceled last minute. TAPs phone support were not allowed to reschedule anyone on alternate carriers, but told me that the check in agents had that power. Meanwhile, the check in agents in Boston had been banned by TAP headquarters to rebook anyone on other carriers, and were unaware that the phone support were giving the passengers conflicting information. In the end I was automatically rebooked for a flight 72 hours later (not realistic for me...). I gave up and headed home from the airport after 2 hours. People who needed help with hotel bookings (not me luckily) most likely had to wait in line a lot longer than that

Fordele: NOTHING because they cancelled the flight and wanted to charge me 100% more for an alternate flight during the corona virus crisis. They were price gouging which is unforgivable

Ulemper: Their leadership has much to do in terms of their actions in a pandemic situation. Shame on them!!!

Fordele: Great service, love being able to order food and drinks from the in seat computer.

Ulemper: Nothing really.

Ulemper: Online check in could be available immediately. I don't want to waste long time just for check in when I don't have luggages to pay. You could save time too many people.

Fordele: I made it to my destination

Ulemper: I have never got in almost 13 hours of flight and was not even offered glass of water or any food!!! Norwegian flights are not providing any beverages or food and when I asked they told me I should have added food options on my booking???? That’s the most unbelievably weirdest and inhuman flight I have ever took. Will definitely make sure not to do same mistake ever again!

Ulemper: If I was allowed onto my flight. My previous flight on AirEuropa was overbooked, I didn’t get a seat, and they put me on the next flight out. With the delay I didn’t get to the check in window till approximately 55 minutes before departure. Norwegian wouldn’t even let me check in. They said boarding had already stopped and the flight was closed. Sent me to the sales rep where I was told my only option was to switch to the same flight the following day, but that would cost me an additional 630€. I ended up stuck in Barcelona overnight and found a cheaper flight home with British Airways/American Airlines.

Fordele: This was a cut-price flight. Considering what we paid, the flight was amazing value for money. The plane was new. There was plenty of overhead space. The seat pitch was adequate. We took our own food. We slept for most of the flight. We arrived on time. If Norwegian can continue to keep the price low, I'll happily choose to fly with them again.

Ulemper: A free soft drink and nibbles would have been nice, though hardly necessary.

Fordele: New Boeing 787. Nice aircraft

Ulemper: Norwegian Air operated its international flight like a budget airline. I have never been on a flight where no food or drink was even offered. We had to ask for water 4 times before one of the attendants brought over half a glass. We ended up buying food and drinks since no meals were served the entire way. It is very dangerous to limit the amount of water patrons drink on the flight. Nothing else was provided. Headphones, blanket, pillow were all extra. Lastly, they do not allow online check in for travelers from the USA. As a result, we were forced to pay 80 euro for each checked bag at the counter!!! We will never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again.

Fordele: There is nothing to like about the flight

Ulemper: There was no entertainment , no food for a 4 hour flight. The flight is more expensive than other airlines. I will not recommend or flight with them again. The flight was full and I think the route is profitable to them. I guess if you can exploit people, why not do it.

Fordele: The price is affordable

Fordele: TAP always has great team members and crew. They are polite, professional and helpful. The flight itself is comfortable and relaxing; very enjoyable.

Ulemper: TAP does not check your bags all the way through if you are having a layover. This makes NO SENSE and requires that you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then check in once more and then another trip through security once again! This never happens in the US - one of the few things we get right. Also, I have never had to board a plan from the tarmac since 1970 in the US - why do we have to always wait for and take buses from our check in gate out to the flight line? And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever.

Ulemper: The man at the back of me was for ever knocking my seat so I was unable to rest / sleep as it was an early morning flight. Even after politely asking him to refrain, he continued.

Ulemper: Our flight from Lax to Barcelona was cancelled by airlines and we had to cancel our entire trip. For days now I’ve been trying to communicate with Ryanair to get a refund but neither claim forms nor EU261 worked. I sent countless emails and messages, but still have no resolution

Ulemper: Once again, they were late to depart and to arrive...

Fordele: Fully understand the need to put a name tag on “priority customers”. But tagging the rest as “non-priority customers” is at best disrespectful and stupid. Time to look for a new head of communication?

Fordele: Even though I had a middle seat with no legroom (I'm 6ft7), it was still more comfortable than the Easyjet aisle seat I had outbound. The seat backs are plasticky but at least they are thin and don't encroach on your leg room.

Ulemper: The seats cannot recline. They were stiff as a board. Completely uncomfortable! No complimentary drinks, not even watter!?

Ulemper: It would be nice if both flights had vegetarian snacks and food options to accommodate this population of passengers. If 2 types of meals sre generally offered, it would be nice if both are not meat options, and one vegetarian.

Fordele: Punctuality. Direct flight from Prague to Madrid.

Ulemper: Czech airlines charges extra to assign the seats. You find this out after you pay for the flight. A typical case of bait and switch. We were 4 people. We all have to pay an extra 35€ to be assigned a seat.

Ulemper: I never knew you can make the sit rows so close to each other :)

Ulemper: To whom it may concern, Due to the kayak formular - not stating clearly wether the luggage is or is not included in the ticket - we had to buy extra luggage at the airport for 70 euros. It is the last time I am using Kayak and I will warn sll friends not to use the service.
