Ulemper: "Late departure for that most meaningless of excuses - the late arriving aircraft. And so late arriving at destination. On arrival at Berlin, there was also noone at the gate to allow us to leave the plane. All in all meant missing pickup time at the airport, and extra cost."

Ulemper: "I was charged 70 Euros per bag for two bags a total of 140,00 Euros which is more than the airfare per person for flying one way from Tallinn, Estonia to Stuttgart, Germany. I had no other option except cancel the trip which was not an option and so I paid. There should be some fairness! Rampur"

Ulemper: "Et halvtomt fly med en aldrende besætning der klart havde været for længe på arbejdsom kun havde fokus på at blive hurtigt færdige med pligterne så de kunne komme til at pludre med hinanden."

Ulemper: "The seat I selected was changed. I selected 45C and was assigned 54 E Upon check-in. Why? An aisle seat vs middle seat when I paid full faire is unacceptable. Also it was not made clear that I would have had to pay to check luggage. $120??!!!! I always carry on and this could have been easily avoided by not bringing gifts. Again, $120?!!!!! On top of an $1100 flight? You have to be kidding me."

Der var også en større flok amerikanske gæster som dog valgte at feste igennem på turen - da jeg vågnede var personalet godt trætte af alle passagerer og da jeg ville have lidt i pantryet var det pakket ned 2 timer før ankomst - sikkert for at lukke førnævnte fest - men det retfærdiggør vel ikke at de øvrige gæster også har indløst billet til business og den service der betales for."

Ulemper: "Late leaving, when boarding in CPH had to wait in extremely hot area once past the desk where our boarding passes were scanned and then the area where we had to queue just prior to boarding the plane was glass and therefore extremely hot. The worst issue was that there was one family with extremely loud children with the parents doing nothing. I saw a steward way up the plane looking down at them at one stage while serving another passenger but she did nothing. I like children but this was constant with the father actually encouraging the children to make more noise once he realised that other passengers were annoyed. There were plenty of other children on the plane who were behaving. Although SAS staff were aware of this they did nothing to ensure the comfort of the other passengers. One friend of mine stood for about 40 minutes at the back of the plane and another for about 20 minutes to get away from this constant noise as it was so loud and persistent. I had to listen to music to block it out.SAS staff should have intervened because this was very loud and as I have said constant i.e. every few seconds for most of the flight."

Ulemper: "Men hvorfor annoncerer man at flyet skal board 1 time inden det sker, så passagererne kommer til at stå i kø unødig lang tid. Flyveren var 1 time forsinket på Flightradar24 og også i virkeligheden!!! Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."
Fordele: "The only thing that saved the flight was a good crew and decent food."
Ulemper: "My husband uses a wheel chair and a delightful attendant wheeled him and about 20 other passengers to a very well equipped handicap area. There we all stayed until finally we demanded that we be taken to our flight which was supposed to leave in about 10 minutes. When we boarded the plane all the other passengers were already there and I was the last one on. All the overhead bins were taken and I had to put my carry-on under the seat which left me with almost no leg room. By the time we arrived in SFO my thighs and back hurt so much that I was worried maybe I would require medical attention. Which fortunately was not the case. It was luck that I had a bag that would actually fit under the seat."

Not bad in and of itself but they only gave me a few hours notice that my flight was changed (email sent at 1 AM on a 7 AM flight) and I lost my already paid for upgrade to premium economy. They couldn't find any record of me having purchased an upgrade when I went to check in on my 5+ hour flight."
Fordele: "Personalet var sådan set op og festede meget over at en kollega havde sidste tur inden pension. Desværre holdt de den kommende pensionist på business, så hvem det var der blev klappet af er stadig et myserium. Men hyggeligt at være med kabine personalet på arbejde"
Ulemper: "Gamle reservefly, hvor der mangler både det ene og det andet samt en 10 år forældet komfort. Når der sættes reservefly ind af væsentligt lavere kvalitet end den vare, som man forventet køb, så bude der være en eller anden form for kompensation. Forøvrigt glad for jeg ikke havde indløst business på denne tur da det i grunden havde været at betalte dobbelt for forventelig komfort på en moderne SAS Plus."

However, TAP did not communicate that despite the 2 hour delay, we were required to be at the airport checkin as if the flight was never delayed - and agent dismissed us as late. Only begging got us on flight."

Ulemper: "We didn't select our meal option for vegetarian because the last time we did we ended up with a horrible, horrible, hockey puck like dry food option. We assumed there would be a cheese pasta option, as there usually is, well we were completely wrong. Both options were meat, even the salad had meat in it. So we got a roll with butter, a tiny fruit, and a disgusting wet dessert. Even the breakfast was meat and cheese. I got online to select our meal option for our return trip, and the options are out of control. We have a lacto-ovo-vegetarian option, whatever that is"
Fordele: "TAP serves edible cheese sandwiches. First time in years I eat plane food and don’t immediately regret it."
Ulemper: "I travel with an international carry-on designed to fit in comoartments above seats in any and all planes (Tumi alpha 2 International), and yet TAP would claim it was too large to fit and forced me to check it. My problem is not only the wait once we land, but most improtsntly that the bags are beat up in the journey. Indeed, my carry-on arrived with several scratches on the plastic edges as well as some signs of worn on the textile. Because of this carry-on baggage size restrictions, I will not fly TAP airlines again (unless I can travel with my hand purse only)."
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed and I missed my next flight. They charged me for the next flight (from Lisbon to Porto) full price but put me on wait list, contrary to their representation (Tap Air as well)."

And to sit on the plane for a long fight in this uncomfortable position is not good. They need to make sure all chairs a fixed and now obstructing passengers comfortable manner"
Ulemper: "40euro checked bag fee on an international itinerary was an unpleasant surprise. They were quite disorganized; our airport-printed boarding passes wouldn't scan at the gate, they didn't have a jet-way ready upon arrival in Lisbon ..."

They made everyone sit back down so they could serve sandwiches and drinks. There was plenty of time and they should have waited. The only time the crew smiled was when the flight was over"

Ulemper: "The sizing device is much smaller than it needs to be for carry on roller bags. My bag was forced to be checked by the ground crew on this Tap flight. My bag is a normal sized carry on bag that has always fit on all flights. There was plenty of space on the aircraft for it. The ground crew also let others on with larger bags so they dont even apply their policy in a consistent manner. I will do my best to avoid TAP from now on."

Ulemper: "Your lack of verification of someone at your gate compelling my wife to pay in cash instead of accepting the reservation. Uouj could snd should. Have call security And your gate and investigated my claim. You had 3 hours to do so."
Fordele: "The seats were comfortable, but could use a bit more padding for a long flight. The food was decent, and there was a good assortment of movies, music and TV shows."

Fordele: "Stay away from TAP. I wish the people at the counter were just rude - they were tormenting us and lying to me about my luggage. When they found out I insisted on not checking my bag, they told me they would "keep it" in the meantime. Turned out they went ahead and threw the bag onto the plane. We ended up having to go find it at lost and found. They initially told me it was going to only take 5-10 mins to retrieve my luggage, but then 40 mins passed and still nothing. My poor mom had to wait by the empty belt - and boarding started and the luggage still wasn't there. They forced us to pay 35 euros (it's principle, not the money) when their policy said nothing about it when I booked it on the website. My mom was in tears and I had the worst few hours of my life. TAP - you are disgusting. It takes a lot for me to be upset but you really did everything out of your way to make us suffer. Even told us we might have to miss our flight. You put a huge dent on my trip."

Ulemper: "This was my first trip to Europe and I was a bit nervous about the experience, I've been on plenty of planes, however, about nothing like this. Norwegian Airlines is the worst experience I have ever had on a plane or any mode of transportation. We were running to the terminal because they only announced that they had last call,and we were eating. When we got there, they pulled my fiancee aside to weigh her bags (mind you this is about 5 mins before the plane is about the leave). I'm waiting inside of the airway for her and they spot me and pull me back out to weigh my bag. The guy was shady, he pulled on my bag as it was on the hand scale and said it was 3 kg overweight. I told him it's not, I weighed it myself, so he weighs it again and say "sorry, I meant it is 4kg overweight" he said that it is 15 dollars per kg, unless I want to leave stuff here. I looked at him and he just stared at me until I gave him my credit card. $60!! That's ridiculous, especially considering I bought a hand weight just for this occasion. My fiancee had to pay $90!! And just to top it off, they wouldn't give her passport, she had to ask for it back. Also, if you dont purchase a food plan before hand you have to buy it on the plan. They dont even offer peanuts. This airline will nickel and dime you for everything. Better off with another airline if you are traveling abroad. You'll end up paying the same, but will have better service. Never again will I fly Norwegian"

Ulemper: "I booked a business class seat several months ago and wa downgraded because my seat was broken. I spent 8 1/2 hrs squashed in economy from Newark to Rome. I was promised 1st class service even though I was downgraded but I had to argue with the flight attendants to get the premium meals. The gate agent claims that this is std and happens daily. She promised that the crew is notified about this stuff and I would be taken care of. What a load of bull. They also claim that I’ll receive a 75% refund on my ticket. I’m not going to hold my breath waiting. My wife and I travel business class all over the world and this is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had."
Ulemper: "Very unfriendly and stressed out female attendants....they should keep the guys only...I wish I was seated on the other side of plane... Catered primarily to customers ordering and paying on the plane...including cooked meals....customers with preordered meals got everything last...we end up having no choice of meal (chicken only) while people seated next to us got their NOT preordered beef dinner promptly, 10 minutes before us...and people seated behind us got no prepaid meals because they run out of food...???..."
Fordele: "Plane seemed rather new and clean. Seat assignment put my husband and I together. Liked having personal screen for entertainment, with easy to see headphone plug-in and usb charging as well."
Ulemper: "No legroom, thus very cramped for an overnight flight. Wish we had been given a seat on the aisle - there were some empty ones on the flight. I ended up using one for awhile halfway thru flight because center was so cramped."
Fordele: "Nothing because they are cheap"
Ulemper: "They charge you for every little thing you can think of. Very cheap company they don’t even give you water on the plane!"
Fordele: "After reading other reviews of Norwegian Air, we expected indifferent flight crew, strict carry-on restrictions and low cabin temps. So we came “prepared” for our overnight long haul flight, but it turned out the cabin was fairly warm and the young flight crew from Norway, US, France and Spain were even warmer. They were all merry, super responsive, and went out of their way to offer assistance. Although we hadn’t pre-ordered food, they gave a sandwich to my ten-year-old, and then when they had a few left over, they gave them to us (the parents) and others. They are either a new crop or they’ve gotten re-training since previous poor reviews. Also turned out layered clothing was enough and we wasted carry-on space bringing small blankets, not that they cared very much that we brought a regulation size carry-on plus a slightly-too-large personal item each (never measured), PLUS a paper grocery bag half-filled with snacks. So we went over our limit but there were no issues, and the overhead bins in the Dreamliner were NOT full. Maybe on other planes, or if you’re among the last to board, it might be different. Also, on-board blankets were only $5 to purchase (not “expensive” as we’d previously read.). Seats were certainly tight, but all coach seating is these days, and overall... a great flight experience. ALSO... they have a handicap accessible bathroom on board, and provide crew to push the aisle chair as needed. Awesome."

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed, then delayed again. I realize this is part of flying, but the care provided for passengers was awful. I received a text message again, that the flight would be delayed further and meal vouchers would be given out. No one came to the desk for literally-hours and hours and hours. People were calling, but no one to get ahold of. When the meal vouchers did come, it was hardly a meal rate, but snack rate. I could literally get water and a bag of chips without spending more money. Aside from that-the only place to get food at that time had VERY little to offer. Then-as the flight was delayed, I was stranded in New York City as the busses were no longer running. I had bought 2 seats, only to not make either of them. I had to book a train-wait another 3.45 hours into the morning hours, and pay for the entire train. All of this was after the flight to Europe had been canceled without purpose, and I am still waiting for a refund for booking another flight after missing the origional connection-considering i had to fly to Paris instead of Oslo-and my destination was Berlin. My experience with Norwegian"

I would suggest better communication and more fleaxibleity with re scheduling on the app. I would have checked into a hotel a flew the next day if I could"
Ulemper: "I have traveled with different airlines such as Delta, France and America airline to near and far places and they have all given something to eat but this one NOTHING, not even water, you had to pay for it. This airline was the worst, first they wanted to charge me for my suitcase that I was bringing in which 50 pounds were free. Another reason was because I asked an airy one if it was possible for me to change to another seat since there were manyyyy empties seats in whixh she said/meant no; but the worst thing is that i still have one more flight with this airline. Im sorry if i am been selfish but this is how i feel."

Ulemper: "The plane hadn't been cleaned properly, there was still food in the pocket in my seat from the flight before. And they didn't bring the trash through nearly often enough which resulted in passengers leaving wrappers and cups on the floor. We were 30 min delayed as well."

Ulemper: "Previous flight was delayed and Norwegian changed the flight so HiFly was operating. Didn’t have any way of checking in so even though I was at the check in desk almost an hour early I wasn’t allowed in and they stated I missed my flight. They weren’t able to get me on the evening flight either. I was stuck at the airport. Throughout this there was absolutely no compassion from any of the workers. I was visibly very upset and the supervisor was standing right in front of me joking around with a coworker, ignoring me. I had to go up to her. I am seriously concerned about my flight back from London via Norwegian, and should probably just cancel and use a different airline to be honest."

Ulemper: "The food was inedible and served cold, for such a long flight this should be addressed. Also, the cabin lights werr not turned off for an overnight flight until about 3.5 hrs in when the flight left close to 10pm and when they were they werr only dimmed with the TV screens left on making it very hard to sleep. The temperature was also very hot. The flight was extremely uncomfortable"

Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back."

Ulemper: "The gate agent was extremely rude. She had very bad attitude towards customers. They forced me to pay for my carry-on luggage because they claimed that it did not fit in carry-on size of the company. I purchased an international carry-on size matter fact. The gate agent was also threatening to remove us from boarding the process. I've traveling so many places with many carriers but easyJet by far is the worst in term of customer service particularly from Copenhagen airport. I was departing from Paris and the staffs were very helpful and friendly."

Ulemper: "My flight was delayed more than two hours. They informed gate number at the last minute and changed the gate twice. Passengers had to running for catching the flight."
Fordele: "I expected the worst, found out I have had worse experiences with legacy airlines. The onboard staff was attentive, keen to help and please, cheery face, especially the short, dark Middle Eastern looking fella. He knows how to work it! Some flight attendants can be mean, he was very nice. I did not interact with him, but watched how he handled things, like helping people place their baggage in a different overhead compartment, personally moving the baggage so that it would fit. Cheery demeanor, informed the passengers of whatever needed to be said. The pilot was also attentive."
Ulemper: "No frills, not terribly comfortable--luckily it was a very short flight. Little baggage space, automatic drop off clerk was a bit surely."
Fordele: "it took an hour to get first bags off ,then 25-35 min more for the rest. 1 of my 2 bags was not on flight in Berlin had to walk outside to a seperate building. . another 1.5 hour waiting to report lost bag. bag is now supposed to be at airport 33 hours later ? maybe i will get it before i leave Berlin?"

Fordele: "The flight itself was good and the boarding staff at Barcelona were excellent in helping us with our autistic daughter, making things smooth for her. Overall pretty good until we got to Manchester, although the flight was delayed by around an hour."

When we were done, there were about more than 10 individuals who were waiting to pass the gate and about over 50 waiting in line. We noticed that the European descent individuals with bigger bags were not question and allowed to pass through. We were stop and was informed we have to pay for our luggage. The rep took our credit card and scanned it and when we asked how much she informed us the amount will be appeared in our next statement. How did she not even know?? Lastly, the individual in front of us had the same luggage (if not bigger) and didn’t even have to beck his in!"
Ulemper: "The flight was delayed by an hour but that was not Vueling’s fault. Despite the delay the staff did all they could to notify passengers and leave as soon as possible."
Fordele: "In general service is good."
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed over 90 minutes, which seems to be a reoccurring theme as they have managed to score significant delays in both flights I’ve had with them."
Fordele: "Furious, Vueling is always late!!!"
Ulemper: "Always late,, they don't care!!"
Fordele: "From check in to exiting the place, flying with Veuling was a great and very easy experience. We liked that there was more leg and seat space than on most planes and the in-flight magazine is top notch."

Ulemper: "No food, no entertainment,no place for legs,late boarding"
Ulemper: "Everything WOW Air is a horrible aircraft company. Unprofessional from the beginning texting me before my flight regarding overbooking of customers on the flight. Late departure, and arrival. No entertainment on a long flight to a from Amsterdam. Layover in Iceland the plane than again was late with departure and arrival."
Ulemper: "The airline lost my luggage. I called continuously and they kept telling me that it was on its way, but it never arrived! I finally received it 2 days later."
Ulemper: "Boarding was messed up. Paying for priority boarding then having the gate open the boarding area to all passengers created some heated words, plus people pushing ahead for boarding."
Ulemper: "The check in line was too long with too few attendants checking people in."
Ulemper: "Delayed over two hours both ways. Crew didn't make it down the aisle with the trolley for refreshments. Didn't have food vouchers and would not give me more than a a small glass of water even though we were stuck on a plane for over 5 hours."
Fordele: "The boarding and flight was at the right time."
Ulemper: "The confort is very bad. So small the space for the legs"
Fordele: "Nice crew"
Ulemper: "Unconfortable seats"
Fordele: "Boarding was not bad, but a bit confusing"
Ulemper: "Flight attendants more interested in talking to each other than serving customers. We went hours without water. I went back to the galley to get some and no one was there, so I served myself"
Ulemper: "Was not what I expected when booking with British Airways. This low budget airline did not continue the level of service expected when I booked the trip. It was like riding a bus in the sky. #NoComplimentaryAnything"
Fordele: "Didn't experience anything spectacular."
Ulemper: "The delay of flight was unbelievable."
Ulemper: "Delayed 2.5 hours"
Ulemper: "After flight was booked they canceled our reservations."
Fordele: "The price"
Ulemper: "It is difficult to change the conditions of the initial purchase the seats are not comfortable at all"
Fordele: "Once we got on after an hour delay we had friendly crew and had a row to ourselves in the 2nd row. Comfortable seats and didnt pay luggage fees as many others have. We took on our backpacks that were larger and enjoyed our trip."
Ulemper: "Our flight was an hour late as seems to be usual for Vueling and some discount airlines. Also had to pay for any refreshments of water, coffee or snack. Seems to be normal for some discount airlines."
Fordele: "New aircraft"
Ulemper: "Limited food options, no entertainment of any sort"
Fordele: "Plane was comfortable, flight attendants friendly and professional. Departures and arrivals on time!"
Ulemper: "Cattle car boarding procedures were dehumanizing. Also, don't forget a book if you expect entertainment."
