Fordele: It was a very cheap flight, so flying the family back to NZ from the UK, for what we paid, it was great.
Ulemper: Plane food was quite average, on the first flight LHR-PEK flight the plane was a bit old and the entertainment system was nearly shot, but the second flight PEK-ALK was a dream liner, which was fantastic. For the price we paid, there was nothing we could complain about, would definitely flay again.

Ulemper: Our flight was severely delayed 6 hours from Heathrow, and that is where this horror story began. No one bothered to tell us anything. When we arrived in Beijing for our connection to Bangkok, we had to search out people for help, there was absolutely no one forthcoming with explanations. We were travelling as 2 friends, I was booked on one flight and my travelling companion on another 15 hours later! This only got changed when we explained that we both only had hand luggage! To then board the flight and sit on the tarmac, engines running, simply waiting, no explanations again!! Will we ever fly China Airways again?? If we could exchange our return flight tickets to that of another Star Alliance member we would.

Ulemper: One bathroom was leaking water and came out of bathroom on the carpet. One more bathroom had no bath tissue. In that bathroom sink was chocked.
Ulemper: The seats are old they could have the new seats that have better storage for eye glasses ., phone etc Food quality could be better

Ulemper: it is better to mention in the ticket whether it is with or without baggage , it makes a lot of inconvenience when we see the boarding pass and then go to the counter to pay extra baggage . the passenger came with one baggage from Kharkov and on a return it is without baggage on round trip booking ?

Ulemper: Why doesn’t business class get to board first ? Bus was too crowded and was mobbed with people pushing
Fordele: The baggage reclaim was the fastest I've ever had in all my years of flying.
Ulemper: Their English is slurred, garbled, and I could hardly understand any in-flight announcements. Also, there is nothing for free on the flight except one small cup of water .
Fordele: Over All was good
Ulemper: They should offer some soft drinks or coffee at no cost for the price we paid
Fordele: Crew was very good and the food excellent.
Ulemper: Seat space is a little small.
Fordele: Reliable, high quality service
Fordele: The crew was good and spent time attending to your needs. It’s what I’ve come to expect from Turkish Airlines.
Ulemper: I was reassigned a new seat without notice. I later learned it was due to a malfunction in the seat or IFE system. Several seats seemed effected and broken. The boarding process was disorganized which is unusual for this airline.
Fordele: The plane was late for operational reasons - the team made efforts to make the delay as short as possible.
Ulemper: The plane is really old - I could not adjust the air flow above my seat since it was broken.
Fordele: Crew was below average,seats was horrible
Ulemper: The plane needs to be upgraded immidiately,and crew needs to get a bit education in order to take and immidiate action to any situation during the flight
Fordele: The Flight from Arusha was so convenient in the timing and it was perfect and on-time.

Ulemper: I had a carry on plus a laptop bag. On the website they say you are allowed to carry a personal item such as handbag or a laptop bag along with the carry on piece. This guy at Nagpur airport says the weight of both these combined should be under 15 lbs. are you kidding me?
Fordele: The airline was helpful even though the flight was delayed
Ulemper: Many of the entertainment systems were broken.
Fordele: Premium Economy has good seats. Staff OK.
Ulemper: The connection system at SVO Terminal D, International to International, is horrible, and dangerous. If any panic would have started during the 1 hour 15 the 1000 and more of us were squeezed in a small transit room, hoping to get to the two tiny security belts, people would have died. Shame on them
Fordele: Boarding was smooth
Ulemper: I missed an earlier connecting flight and was placed on a later flight at a window seat with the most uncomfortable seating. I sat there for the entire flight with pain from how hard the seat felt. Also, the drinks and refreshment was severely lacking. The wait time between drinks and meals was too long. I found it odd that they didn’t serve drinks with food either
Ulemper: The luggage was left behind. After waiting fir a very long time fir the luggage, was informed it was not on the plane to Israel causing missing a train schedule. Many hours extra traveling due to this problem plus no belongings. Very frustrated

Fordele: Swiss Airlines Saff was very friendly and helpful
Fordele: When you lose your phone in the business class seat and a technician goes to find it once you land in Zurich and the day that it has miraculously disappeared there isn’t much to like at all about Swiss Airlines. Swiss Airlines isn’t going to hear the end of this is they don’t agree to replace my son’s phone. My husband is a lawyer and we are prepared to bring this to the public.
Ulemper: My son dropped his phone in business class seat and the ground staff technician claimed it wasn’t there. Theft at its best! Swiss Air better take responsibility for their shady staff and agree to replace my don’s Phone promptly or we will take this to the public eye and courts. I’m sure we could get a big class action suit.
Ulemper: Good airline teamed up with crappy American brings them down. Don't waste money!!

Ulemper: I booked tickets via Delta, operated by KLM. They lost both of my check in bags in September, and it happened again today for the same scheduled flights. Had 4 hours of layover and KLM still wasn’t able to manage it.
Ulemper: Lost all our bags so couldn’t ski
Ulemper: I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines.
Fordele: The crew were amazing and the flight was very smooth.

Ulemper: Too much light in the cabin because of too many screens on. Should have a separate part of the cabin with screens off allowing one to sleep more easily.

Ulemper: Everything else. Staff was rude and did not speak English, food was terrible, and the airport was very confusing. We had a 4 hour layover at Xiamen airport and instead of going straight to our gate, they made us go through immigration, then transfer services, then back through immigration. We landed at 5am, the transfer services open at 6, then check in opens at 6:50, but we weren’t allowed to check in until 8am because our flight was at 10am. We basically stood in line without anyone giving clear instructions and waited at different line ups for 1 hour each. Horrible airplane, horrible airport. Never transferring here again.

Fordele: Everything was excellent. After reading some reviews I was a bit reluctant but every was great on board. Great crew with great food.
Ulemper: I didn't like how disorganised the on ground staff was when boarding. Also as a family of 7 we should have sat altogether and not scattered around the aircraft.
Ulemper: As a handicaped disabled not able to walk and should be using a wheel chair,as I know from my many previous travels with other companies like lufthanza, klm..etc, I used to be the first traveller to go to the air craft when loading it to take off and the last one who would be leaving it after landing. Even when going through the check and security points I used to go in a special route especially for the handicaped but going with all other normal travelers lines with such amount of time waiting and crowdness is completely inconvenient. what happened through the trip was quit different , going with the travelers or after when they are boarding the craft make it very hard and time consuming , Wish you take care of it, as it's a very important handicaped service. Ulemper: the bathrooms were awful (likely due to disgusting passengers - but possibly a tidy up by staff could improve the situation). Of course there was a child that screamed for 9 of the12 hour flight - possibly staff could cajole the child/help the parent (?). The movie selection was a little outdated

Ulemper: On our layover in Munich, we were at our gate, then noticed about 30 minutes prior to boarding that they’d moved us to another gate quite far away, so we hurried to the new gate, only to discover the change was an error, and we had to run back to our original gate. Made it, but annoyed.
Ulemper: My seats were broken on two flights--could not recline. Maintain the equipment better.

Ulemper: Room 9 hour flight and horrible seat. You guys should say before I buy how big seat are I could not even fit my underseat bag and be able to move , I would choose different way to purchase tickets next time to make sure I get any room to move hopefully sleep

Ulemper: My checkedin baggage did not reach the final destination and was delayed by 24 hours. Further, when my baggage did reach, one suitcase was damaged. Did not expect this from Luftansa.

Ulemper: Change flight rules and regulations. Shouldn't cancel any flight even one passenger booked air ticket. Lufthansa is very worst service.

Ulemper: Our flight was delayed three hours for no readily apparent reason. The food served on-board was inedible. When it was finally time to land, we briefly touched down before going back up into the air and circling for an additional half hour because another plane was at our gate. The quick up-and-down caused at least two passengers near me to vomit. I’ll try my best to avoid Eurowings in the future.

Fordele: The plane was almost empty, I had a whole row for myself (albeit with very limited legroom)

Ulemper: The extreme delay that caused me to nearly miss my connection with Air China, the incredibly low level of English spoken on a flight originated in the US, and the complete dismissal of three cabin crew members when I asked about arrangements to be expedited to our connecting flight to Bangkok. Avoid this airline completely, and if at all possible, transiting through Beijing Capital Airport.

Ulemper: We were subjected by desk attendant Ravoni to buy a second suitcase bc he would not allow us to take our personal items. He was impolite and aggressive.

Ulemper: The food on the flight is HORRIBLE!!! The stewardess are lacking in communication skills and DOES NOT engage with customers.
