Ulemper: The flight left before we get there. I had to book a train ticket to my final destination because I have to be in Fuzhou that day. I was told by the airline that I would be reimbursed the air fare from Xiamen to Fuzhou.
Fordele: The Chinese people were wonderful! But I was required to pass thru security checks 3 times arriving. 3 times transiting and 3 times leaving. At customs, transit and departure. No common sense to their process only"letter of the law". For example I was taking beef jerky to my friends in Thailand but the Chinese security has a meat sniffing dog and they confiscated it as well as the girl in front of me More than $100 worth of jerky. They should have given it back at departure gate. I had to buy more in their duty free shop. Also they cancelled my flight without advising me but did get me on Thai airways later that day. Too much hassle to Transit China

Ulemper: This was a discount garbage carrier. I have ridden on cargo boats off the coast of Nicaragua that I would recommend before Xiamen. They don’t give you your connecting boarding pass when you leave the country. You have to go through China’s bullshit customs service three times just to get to your next flight. Chinese customs is like a bowl full of retarted fish smelling their own farts. Six people doing nothing while one blithering idiot Stubles through paperwork.
Fordele: Short flight
Ulemper: Check in was completely chaotic. Many machines didn’t work.
Fordele: Airport in Delhi was nice. Terminal was the furthest away though so that was bad.
Ulemper: Super late- didn’t board until after the flight was meant to depart causing me to miss my pickup. Food is terrible. There is no entertainment whatsoever, no charging ports to tv or movies. Quite possibly the worst take off and landing of my 35+ flights this year. The staff is friendly but the airline is terrible. Seats were dirty with stains on the headrest, no legroom and no availability for upgrades.
Ulemper: Justfly is a scam. Lately prices have also been highest on kayak. I trusted this platform for years and always used it as the first any only option for search but I guess once Expedia bought it it’s just a lousy company.
Fordele: Good food served, polite crew and very attentive to passengers.
Fordele: Specious seat, enough leg room, friendly stuff, clean airplane in general. Boarding was quick and in time lending.
Ulemper: Food was average, plug for earphones was broken.

Fordele: Fast flight and smooth, little turbulence.
Ulemper: 2hr delay at JFK resulted in missing my connecting flight to Dubai. The drink and meal service was awful. I tried calling for an attendant using the help button and they didn’t respond at all.

Fordele: Professional flight attendants, kept a good schedule of offering refreshments and meals. Such a difficult task to be attentive to a passenger list that probably spoke more than 10 languages. Polite and patient throughout.
Ulemper: my bag was held in amman. when I was going through customs and my bag didn't appear, I approached a team member who already had my name on a list of people whose bags were delayed.. Would have saved me some time if they called the names of the passengers with delayed bags so we wouldn't be waiting for the bags to appear. I don't know if this is an issue specific to the flight crew or to the airline in general or to the airport but it did cause some grief on my end.
Ulemper: They only offer one main mean they used to offer to 2 main meals plus breakfast.

Fordele: Everything was excellent. After reading some reviews I was a bit reluctant but every was great on board. Great crew with great food.

Ulemper: As we had to wait 50 passengers from another flight we have to stay on plane for extra 2 hours and it’s was terrible experience
Fordele: The crew was great and the flight was smooth. The food was also good.
Ulemper: The passenger next to me in the middle was hitting his arm rest on my leg and made my flight uncomfortable because he would not sit still. I think crew needs to do a better job of making sure everyone stays seated when the plane is still moving before jumping out of their seats and grabbing their luggage. Passengers should be able to exit out of more than one door same as entering.
Fordele: Loved the amenities kit. The hostess was very nice and always helping with a smile.
Ulemper: - Boarding took too much time because the airline called all passengers to board, instead of asking to board by their seat zone. - The space between seat is too narrow so I couldn't stretch my legs. - The seats are very old and little bit dirty - The seats were not properly cleaned.

Ulemper: Screaming babies, obese people sat next to me, water rationing, not a pleasant experience. Arrived sleep deprived and dehydrated. I have much better experiencs on a visit to Australia - this was my third time this year!
Ulemper: Crew members are waking up for lunch and breakfast but not for snacks and other beverages. We are feeling hungry later. we aren't knowing when they ll provide.

Ulemper: Poor food quality. When long haul involves 4 flights in total MUCH more variety is required. When the snacks are predominantly cheese based, then that's repeated x4 Entertainment was poor. Not enough comedy, not enough documentaries and again by the 4 th flight, well just try to sleep as you've done all the good movies

Ulemper: Window seat is quite cramped and I am not sure why I had to pay to choose a seat before this flight but not for my previous flight to Singapore which resulted in me getting one of the last seats available which was a pretty cramped window seat. Also too many repetitive announcements

Ulemper: Plane could use a deep clean. Entertainment choices were limited in terms of latest blockbusters.
Fordele: The crew was helpful and polite, food was good
Ulemper: Would have preferred to watch one comedy movie. The crazy rich Asians was on a lighter side of a movie but I had seen that one already.
Fordele: It was on one of their newer planes which meant that we had decent comfort and entertainment!
Ulemper: The seats were staggered between the middle and sides, so my family was eventually split across two rows. I hadn't expected that.
Fordele: 1. Leg space is bigger then on other companies 2. Crew was really affable 3. Free wine
Ulemper: Meal was not too hearty. Breakfast in Indian style was too spicy for me. May be I should request a special meal on check-in. And one more thing, Helsinki airport is cold for me. I spent e hours in down vest. Be warned.

Fordele: Flight was good. Seats were comfy and spacious on this flight. Food wasn’t included on the flight as I didn’t upgrade my tickets but I rather pay for the food then pay more for the ticket. Overall I had a great first experience flying Norwegian.
Ulemper: It would be nice if for long hauls they would at least offer something to drink.

Ulemper: I asked the Chinese flight attendant in economy to please ask the man in front of me to put his seat up since the captain and purser had already asked us to do so in three languages The man in front of me refused to do so. She said she was going to start at the front of the plane and let him leave his seat back making it difficult to see my tv monitor. I thought that she should’ve said that it was time to put your seat up. It was frustrating that she didn’t support me and the request of the captain. Your seats are very uncomfortable upright when the person in front of you has their seat back.

Fordele: From start to finish, Sevdije was in great hands. She had to be in a wheelchair, and there were three connecting flights in countries where she doesn't speak the language. It could have been so complicated, and everyone made it SO EASY. She was all smiles when she arrived in Boston. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Ulemper: I ordered vegan food, no meat , dairy free. On my trip from Boston to Zurich I received vegan food. On my way fro Zurich to Belgrade I was told” sorry we do not have any vegan food, “ Also, I was charged $60 for my check in one bag,. Not expectable.

Fordele: As per usual, Cathay’s service was top notch. Friendly, courteous crew, good food, a great entertainment system with a great selection. This particular flight was very smooth and, as it was only around 65% full, I was able to stretch out and get some sleep.
Fordele: They were very hospitable, and although it was a short flight, they fed us a warm snack. Very kind!

Ulemper: It was delayed. I paid very expensive to fly on Business to be on the first row. Because every minute count for me on this trip. But it was delayed. I feel I should get a refund for sum of the money I spent

Fordele: The actual boarding functioned ok and despite a late departure we got to Brussels ok. They also announced our boarding gates which helped.
Ulemper: The check in was shockingly bad. I had pre-checked in, but that did not help. I got put in a line for people who had not checked in. It was not possible to ask to be in the right line. Most of the people behind me were moved to another line while we waited for 30 minutes. When I mentioned the ground crew, who had long conversations with the people checking in, he said it was not their fault at all. It was not impressive.

Fordele: Last year I flew Lufthansa which was my worst experience flying ever. I thought the new standard was so low I would never fly to Europe again. I had heard KLM was good but I felt this was as good as could be expected actually much better. The food was even good.
