Fordele: Crew was good, but only so much you can do on a junk plane

Ulemper: Let passengers look out the window in the daytime. Going over Norway and Greenland with fantastic scenery and windows are blacked out whole trip. I paid to select a window seat. Totally depressing to be in the dark all day. Windows black even when lunch served. Tasteless Western food. Would have liked something Arab. (I’m a white American)

Fordele: Crowded people around even the crew speaking loud over several rows.

Ulemper: Four hours flight with only a little snack, plane was not cleaned up ( pillow and plaid from before upon our seats )

Fordele: Crew was excellent and so was the comfortable seating.

Ulemper: The audio selection was extremely unique, well strange to say the least.

Fordele: Smooth takeoff and landing. I fly frequently with RJ, i had a way better experience with them before

Ulemper: Food was tasteless. one of the crews seemed angry and pissed at everyone for some reason. My chair didnt decline back

Fordele: Seats are crammed & not comfortable but crew members were nice

Fordele: crew was ok. seats were very tight. climate was hot inside the plane for the whole trip. no entertainment the screens were not working. poor food. and finally we had to go in a bus not a direct gate.. very bad experiance

Ulemper: The Royal Jordanian crew gave us a comfortable, enjoyable flight. There is no in-flight entertainment, so take your own or plan to read or sleep.

I should have  0ne 7kg km and one 5kg Its 7 kg and same weight in your instruction and I traveled  3 trip with the same bag with your Airline  *(canada to Kiev  . Kiev to Cyprus  . Cyprus to kiev ) No one charged  me or give me any complain  Is that new way to get money  from your costumers???? And that's in the gate after I checked in and

Ulemper: The seat comfort could be better. Just too tight.

Fordele: you are asking if crew was amazing and if seats was super comfortable ... well ,crew was OK and seats would be super comfortable if you not move for eight hours but can you not move for eight hours???.....

Ulemper: would be better if all seats would be like business class seats otherwise there’s no solution ...

Ulemper: A normal airline that knows hoe to operation the 21st century. STAY AWAY!!!! You get what you pay for!

Fordele: The most terrible airline ever, paying $25 at airport to get boarding pass. Junk airplane, bad service with no meal . Tiny seat,

Fordele: Turkish Airlines can really teach other airlines about hospitality and customer service. They really go above and beyond to make you feel super comfortable.

Ulemper: Change the crew they were rude

Fordele: We were unable to fly EBL IST TUN IST due to TK cancelled their flights from EBL IST. No flights from EBL. I am requesting a refund for unused portions of my tickets please advise. Thank you for your assistance

Ulemper: We wrote to TK on face book, messenger, customer care and called them. No assistance has been provided. They kept referring us to you. We were stranded in Erbil without any assurance for reprotection. Finally they assisted us back to JFK on QR but our segments to TUN is unused and I am requesting a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.

Fordele: Sits are very comfortable and the food is amazing.

Ulemper: The door from the US plane was closed in front of our nose and the staff was extremely rude.In Boston the Turkish Airlines representative from the luggage transfers didn't have a clue what he's doing. It was a complete disaster. So, the 1:10hrs between Cluj and Istambul is not enough for an US flight. You guys must schedule more time so people can get to the US plane on time. The Airline is amazing, good food, good crew, great sits, but please work on this schedule because it's so exhausting to stay an additional 11 hours on the road.

Fordele: I was smacked in my knee I need surgey on my minsicus for by the person serving the food and never got apologized too. Then later he elbowed me in face and acted like it didn't happen. I liked nothing.

Ulemper: Not getting hit twice by the crew serving food and at least an apology.

Fordele: Cabin crew was super nice and the exit row seating has large amounts of leg room.

Fordele: Food - Free dinners even for economy class. Entertainment - Every seat has a TV that offers multiple languages and tons of blockbuster movies from a variety of genres. They also offer many television shows in multiple languages and genres and video games. Roomy- The seats are as non-roomy as any airplane. However, the flight attendants don't give you any trouble when you want to just get up and walk around and talk to people. It gives the plane a roomy atmosphere. You can go to spacier sections of the plane to hang out.

Ulemper: Nothing.

Fordele: Very frustrated experience. Air China, air Canada, budget air, all push responsibilities away. Budget air got my name wrong, too, which would have caused me to not be able to get on the original flight from China anyways.

Ulemper: Still I have not been able to get someone to fix my problem for me although I was promised that I could postpone my return flight by one day because of the delay at Victoria airport. Ended up having to buy a return ticket by myself.

Fordele: Friendly crew and helpful staff

Ulemper: Missed connection from PEK to XIY due to delayed arrival and early departure. From XIY to PEK, booked and confirmed 11 departure, changed to 12:30 without notification or explaination. Rushed connections at PEK, pretty much ran from the minute left plan to another terminal, through custom, through all the health check points, security check. Just keep the fights on time and keep the original schedules, not arbitrarily change them.

Ulemper: Staff was not helpful and kind of rude unless you spoke their language. Food options were terrible and not very comfortable seat for 13+ hr flight.
