Ulemper: "Before my flight I choosed my seat online and it was aisle seat. But when I checked in at airport they changed my seat to middle seat. I am not sure why there is a option to choose my seat if they are not going to honor it. Also seats were very little and there is not much room. I am only 5.4 and 140 pound. So not sure how big people can handle seating there for 10 hours."

Ulemper: "It took over an hour for Business class bags to come out. Not sure why I paid for business class if they don't know to offload them first in Dubai. Really ruined the first experience with Turkish Air."

Ulemper: "The terminal updates of terminal and gate notifications were wrong! If we had followed your email and gone to T3, we could have missed our flight and be worn out from changing terminals."

Fordele: "MAN-MUC & MUC-CPH via LH. Business class. LH Businesss class is middle seat of 3 is empty and larger amounts of baggage plus you have access to lounges. Both planes flew and arrived reasonably on time, which is what I look for.And I got all the Business Class extras."
Ulemper: "Security at Manchester was very slow - long enough make me ill from standing in one place too long. But then I was well looked after. The meals on both flights were identical; I don't think it can be a big problem to correct that. I took a long time to get accepted by the WiFi in the two lounges."

Ulemper: "We had reserved a gluten free meal for my wife. When I went to check in it was gone from our reservation. The crew attempted to put something together so she would have food to eat but the response from their customer support team on the phone was not great. I recommend verifying all meals twice before 48 hours out. On a 7+ hour flight this is not fun."

Ulemper: "Boarding was chaotic, the seats were ok. The USB port did not work and the touch screen was unresponsive, hard to use. Four bathrooms in the middle of the plane did not seem sufficient, toilet paper running out, long wait."

Ulemper: "The flight was delayed . When we arrived in Frankfurt, there was a quie of 200m . After waiting 10 minutes, they asked us to go to other passport control . We had to walk onother 10 minutes to get there ."

Fordele: "The seat was spacious and the concept of the evening meal being the lighter option was innovative and well thought out"
Ulemper: "Boarding was chaotic and congested with not much information or order."

Fordele: "Decent meal (warm Pasta all'arrabbiata), nice little muffin for dessert and standard drinks (coffee & tea were a bonus, as they didn't serve any on a similar flight, from Barcelona to Amsterdam), friendly cabin crew."
Ulemper: "Poor timing - no reason for a 40 minute delay at take off (plane was fully boarded in time) Old aircraft, shabby, dirty and cramped seats. Coming from my connecting flight from Barcelona, I could clearly tell the different in the quality (and cleanliness) of the aircrafts."

Fordele: "The aircraft felt clean and quite spacious (decent legroom). Cabin crew was friendly and everything went as expected. Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."
Ulemper: "Very odd queue separation at boarding. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Fordele: "Smooth boarding, clean seats/plane, nice small aircraft (2 rows x 2 seats each), surprisingly spacious (more legroom than expected - and I’m 6’2”)."
Ulemper: "About 1h30min delay without an explanation. All other planes in the terminal seemed to take off on time without a problem, without exception (aside from this flight, of course)."

Fordele: "We got a meal for a 1h flight only"
Ulemper: "No entertainment but normal for this type of flight"

Ulemper: "Has to wait in confined area fir nearly 2 hrs before boarding. No restroom or refreshments within that area."

Ulemper: "Can nit find much fault fir a short run!"

Fordele: "Crew were friendly. Flight was comforyable smooth and on time. Nice snack."

Ulemper: "Crowded seating, 20-year old video system, headphones that did not match the two-jack system, lackluster service in flight. Generally my experience with KLM has been good, but this was well below average."

Fordele: "Flight crew; legroom even in cheap seats."
Ulemper: "Exceptionally unhelpful customer service when asking about extra kilos/bags. Just quoted the online info back at us. We simply wanted to know how much would be charged if the bag was 1-2kgs overweight. We could not get a straight answer, just quoted the unclear company policy. Extremely frustrating and annoying. KLM offer a superior flight experience - it is a shame their terrestrial customer servic does not match it!"

Fordele: "Comfortable seats. Warm plane with happy staff."
Ulemper: "Maybe a second sandwich option for food, not everyone likes cheese."

Fordele: "Flight was lovely, crew were friendly and very helpful and food was delicious!! We travelled with assistance for mum and it was excellent and we were kept updated all through the flight."

Fordele: "From downloading the KLM app to the final touchdown of my final flight, everything was an ease, checking in, the option to change my seat, the service received was great."
Ulemper: "The ability to state a seat or meal preference within the app would be good but otherwise all was good."

Ulemper: "Flight was delayed 8 hours. Arriving at Incheon, discovered ground crew were unaware of our arrival to take this connecting flight. However, we were put up overnight in a hotel, which was nice."

Fordele: "The sandwiches were simple yet just the right touch, on all four flights."

Ulemper: "suitcase didn't turn up, although connection was quite tight"

Fordele: "The pilot kept us informed periodically during our journey. I liked that we could choose our seating online. The entertainment was good."
Ulemper: "The plane was dirty, all seats did not have pillows and blankets. Seating was not very comfortable, particularly as there was a box attached to one of the legs of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to move my legs to an uncomfortable angle."

Ulemper: "Long stop over at Schiphol. Too Long!!!!"

Fordele: "No chargers or tv on planes"
Ulemper: "At Amsterdam we were told that our checkin luggage wouldn't be at Sydney!! Some low fat meals were terrible!"

Fordele: "Probably, one of the best companies: punctual, polite and comfortable!"

Fordele: "Loved the flight and Aeroflot! Couldn’t be more punctual, the transfer is a breeze, very smiley and attentive crew and the food was soo tasty!"

Fordele: "The pilot is the best one I’ve ever flown with. There was not even a slightest bump when we landed!"

Ulemper: "The Kosher food is really bad. I got the same piece of raw marinated carrot and other unknown vegetable 3 times... During a flight."

Ulemper: "Laggage didnt arrive to the final destination (Minsk), we have to wait a long time in the airport to pick up our laggage."

Ulemper: "The departure was slightly delayed. But the on-board experience was great."

The seats were terribly uncomfortable and as a tall person I could barely fit in that tiny space. Somehow, despite flying Aeroflot all the way from Sofia to St Pete, the tickets sold to us were sold via Bulgaria Air, which meant we had to collect suitcases and re-check them at Moscow, all while we were not checked-in for the second leg!! LastMinute.Com is hands down the WORST travel website in the history of travel websites, as the above was not disclosed at any time. NEVER again will I even entertain booking via them."
Ulemper: "LastMinuye.Com - the worst experience ever ... and now thankfully never again"

Fordele: "Boarding was smooth"
Ulemper: "I missed an earlier connecting flight and was placed on a later flight at a window seat with the most uncomfortable seating. I sat there for the entire flight with pain from how hard the seat felt. Also, the drinks and refreshment was severely lacking. The wait time between drinks and meals was too long. I found it odd that they didn’t serve drinks with food either"

Ulemper: "We missed THE connecting fligh. They provide us really low quality hotel not clean at all. Also it took us 5 hours to go to the hotel from the airport. They made us wait 5 hours. I felt like I’m an illegal immigrant. In the hotel there was no slipper no toothbrushes. They should’ve provided us a kit"

Fordele: "That we arrived timely"
Ulemper: "My baby stroller got lost. I'm still not sure if it will be found."

Fordele: "The check in was very friendly even in the face of some problems for the computer to process my green card , we got good seats with more leg room , we very much appreciated!"
Ulemper: "Our Luggage did not arrive in NY , we had only 1/2 hour to change flight in Moscow, we had to run to make the connection , and I was worried that our luggage wont make it, sadly I was right !"

Fordele: "Nuff said, having a gold Aeroflot card is nice"

Ulemper: "Asked them bot to sit us at the far end near the toilets and guess what.....last tier next to the toilets!! Broke my son’s bugaboo bee pushchair 2nd time due to the way they handle it as they through them instead of caring for them. Service in moscow is very poor."

Fordele: "Some cabin crew tried to do good job Flights were on time"
Ulemper: "Checkin at SVO terminal D is total disaster. Understaffed counters, hours long lines, lack of instructions and assistance. On oversees flight 4 out of 6 lavatories were out of service. Cabin crew were in such hurry that they missed our row couple times. They served water only 4 times for 10 hours flight and refused to give a whole bottle for some bogus security concern."

Ulemper: "Food was horrible, boarding was in between 2 gates, easy to be missed"

Ulemper: "No entertainment. Long queues for boarding. no food option for vegetarians."

Ulemper: "Wine on the menu, but no wine on the flight coz Dubai is dry. SERIOUSLY???"

Ulemper: "I was in the cue to board the plane and the Aeroflot employee just told me that bording is closed, then 7 other passengers came after me and no one was allowed to bored. They literally just didnt let us enter the plane saying that boarding is complete and they don’t care."

Fordele: "Comfort of seats. The seats were comfy and unless you’re 6’1” or more, there was an ok amount of legroom."
Ulemper: "No movies available, bathrooms were dirty and out of toilet paper. Food was really bad tasting. I had the gluten free meal which consisted of browning iceberg lettuce with one teensy piece of green pepper and olive oil - no vinegar! Literally a 2”x2” piece of overcooked rubbery chicken, literally a large marble sized ball of over cooked spinach, some tastless rice and a rice cake - plain. Ugh. I asked the check-in guy in Moscow if he could please confirm that we were at the right gate, and he barked at me “WAIT!!!” Like who talks to a customer in that tone? It was just unpleasant. While Aeroflot wasn’t horrible and would be tolerable in a pinch, I would try to avoid this ain-line if possible."

Fordele: "Good crew, good food."
Ulemper: "Bad airplane SSJ-100 (new, but noisy). Boarding was terrible!!! They started boarding 15 minutes early and we were waiting in bus 20 minutes to go to airplane and were going to airplane 15 minutes yet!"

Fordele: "Plane, level of service"
Ulemper: "Passport control at the UK border"

Fordele: "Generous meals with great food choice. Professional crew. Excellent choice of entertainment to fill the sleepless night."
Ulemper: "Unless I was doing something wrong, long-haul economy seats barely recline. Combine that with quite limited legroom, and an overnight flight can turn into a questionable experience."
