Ulemper: "I ordered in advance 4 seats for my family, paid 100$ to SWISS 19/10/16.Boarding crew refused to give us the seats sold to us.The family was divided into 3 and 1.Only after my strong refusal, the seats were were granted.During the dispute about the provision of already purchased seats, SWISS crew member threatened to call the police. We entered the plane last.Our seats not were ready and we were forced to do it all alone.Rudeness and unprofessionalism of SWISS crew.The end of the vacation was spoiled. For what I paid to SWISS 100$ in advance(10 monthes)? I believe, if SWISS could not provide the paid service as expected, SWISS must return the money(100$) and apologize. Nobody apologized in Zurich, threatened to invite the police. Bad crew, bad service."

Fordele: "I have a moderate fear of flying and our plane experienced turbulence while passing through some clouds. I asked the flight attendant if everything was okay, and he smiled and explained that there was some rain on the way to Switzerland. I really appreciate when the crew takes the time to explain what is going on. Knowing what to expect helps me deal with my fear. Because of the flight attendant's willingness to explain the details of our flight, I felt more comfortable during the remainder of the trip."

Ulemper: "The handle of the pull-stick that slides into the suitcase was broken off with the pull-stick sticking out of the TUMI suitcase. Used a pen point to release it and get it back into the suitcase. No handle so it was impossible to drag the suitcase. The ground personnel representing Swiss Air at the Boston Baggage carousel was a novice, had never filled out a baggage claim form before. Told me they would phone me. I am a bit skeptical about this claim. Not sure if it was Swiss Air of the local ground personnel who damaged the suitcase."

Fordele: "boarded from rear of plane forwards, which made boarding go more smoothly. Very efficient and fast flight attendants. Food Ok: Vegetarian was one of two standard options. Included a few nice touches like warm crossants."
Ulemper: "So little elbow room in center aisle that it was quite challenging to eat meals. Not enough lavatories, so they were in continual use, preventing any chance of rest. We were 3 aisles away in darkened cabin, but the flashes of light bright enough to read by and loud CLACKS of door latch when the door opened & closed kept us up the whole flight."

The food and drinks were sub par.. the crew onboard was terrific, awesome bunch and so helpful.. check in could have been better as I did not get my boarding pass for connecting flight, this was a nuisance as I had to get to another desk at Istanbul Airport before transitioning to the International flights terminal. Insufficient ground staff at the Business class travel services desk. Ground staff at Istanbul airport are not very helpful and can be quite rude. But 10 thumbs up for the flight crew, thank goodness they made our flight so comfortable.
This was the worst meal I ever had on a flight. It was undercooked pasta with unflavored tomato paste. Horrible.

Ulemper: "This was one of the worst days of my life, health-wise, so it could be that my observation of the passage of time was somewhat distorted, but Turkish did everything either slowly, or more slowly on this day. First, name two things on a flight line that are wheeled, movable objects. Did you answer bus and plane? Well done. So if both bus AND plane are theoretically mobile, why then must I endure a long walk AND a long bus ride? Boarding was an hour-long event, probably due again to inefficient ground services. I fell asleep and woke up twice before it was over."

3.5 hours delay will ruin any day!
Listening covid restrictions and following them is completely nonsense. Avoid touching others? How when plane is full and everybody who pass around touchs me. Keep distance?? How???? Avoid walking in the plane but also wash your hands regularly with soap and water? How? I should avoid walking but at the same time you want me to wash hand regularly? It means i have to walk up and down. What is regularly for you? Every 15mins? Every hour? Every day? It is so stupid what you are telling that my brain stops to work.
Ulemper: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."
Fordele: "The crew were great! The seats are not that comfortable, it happened that I had 3 seats raw for myself but the armrests were not going up so I could not utilize them and lie down to sleep."
Ulemper: "The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

Ulemper: "Inexplicably, our preassigned seats were changed at checkin and we were put in bulkhead. This particular Boeing aircraft is pretty poorly designed. Especially the bulkhead in premium economy."

Ulemper: "Our flight was canceled from Amsterdam to Bordeaux and did not receive any direction and had to find alternate flights for ourselves with the personal expense of using our own cell phones. Then our luggage lost for 3 days. Not happy! We ended up flying from Toronto to Paris then to Bordeaux. Lost my upgrade money for seats. Now have to deal with KLM for refund!"

Ulemper: "At Amsterdam we were told that our checkin luggage wouldn't be at Sydney!! Some low fat meals were terrible!"
Fordele: "The crew were really helpful since I am a short person in putting my luggage away in the overhead compartment and attentive to everyone's needs. I am a fussy eater and don't really like airplane food but the food was actually really nice. We was given plenty of snacks and drinks in between meals as well. There was plenty of programmes to choose from to keep me entertained."

Wrong advice was given by AF counter for the boarding by asking me to exit airport and then enter again , otherwise was ok .
4 flights in 3 weeks between arrival and departure and all flights delayed about 5 to 6 hours ! What’s going on with AF ?! Not a low cost and you paid for that service !?!? Not anymore

Ulemper: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Ulemper: "Virtually no information at boarding which made everybody just make a huge line. Boarding they a bus, it was raining and we got wet."
Ulemper: "They made me check my carryon rolly which is allowed on every other plane in the world, which meant going all the way back into a chaos of hundreds of people to check in. Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet"

If I knew this will happen, I wouldn’t use Air France and this will be the last time I buy a ticket on Air France"

Ulemper: "TSA was sketchy and gave a FULL search, part down, etc. I kept asking and the excuse kept changing. Final excuse ridiculous! Flight attendant could have not treated my son as he way he did. I was unaware that the usb cord being inputted during taxiing As was my son. He was horrible to him!!"

Ulemper: "The fact that you cheapskates don't allow credit or refund is downright usury. I didn't take that flight because of medical issues that caused me to cancel my trip 2 weeks in advance. I pleaded with you to be able to take a credit, to no avail. You lost a customer."
Ulemper: "My entire travel experience became extremely rushed and chaotic due to my flight being canceled and me being alerted -LESS THAN AN HOUR BEFORE IT TOOK OFF! This is unacceptable."
Ulemper: "Because of change in plane..bad choice of seat for long legs of husband...then late in Atlanta and very late into DC"
Fordele: "We flew with our special needs child without requesting any particular accommodations except for gluten free meals. The gate staff and flight crew identified him and allowed us special bordering that facilitated the process. That act of kindness is a rare experience on our part. Thank you Air France staff!"
Fordele: "Haven't flow with Air France for some time now and definitely noticed a lowering of standards"
Ulemper: "The gate changed 3 times and the terminal was very crowded. The staff seemed disinterested and distracted. The quality of the food has dropped dramatically."
Ulemper: "Everything. The crew seemed to skip over me and my husband multiple times. So we sat there with garbage the whole flight. My entertainment was broken and they had no solution but giving me $30 to use at the duty free shop the same day as the flighty. I paid extra for premium seating in an exit row and that was their idea of fair compensation. The crew ran out of vegetarian food so I didn’t eat anything but cold stale bread. The crew was non-existent most of the flight."
Fordele: "Very good male crew member. Pilot genuinely apologetic for the delay."
Ulemper: "After running due to a 1 hr 10 min change over between flights boarding didn't prioritise anyone but I got on fine. Only to be told at the departure time that there was a problem with the baggage hold and we were delayed. In total 50 minutes late leaving. Breakfast a simple brioche with nothing to add to it."
Fordele: "The cabin crew were excellent"
Ulemper: "We were transported to the plane which was quite some distance to the plane via bus after climbing down steep stairs from the departure gate area. Then we had to climb steep steps in extremely hot weather. We were then delayed for a hour in the plane in very hot conditions as the plane had its air conditioning off and the ground air conditioning was not put on. We were swearing in the heat for an hour!! We arrived at our destination and hour and half late!!"
Ulemper: "Couldn't make the connection....Overall....an aweful experience!"

Fordele: "I liked the way a fligh attandant treated me and another two passengers. At the end of the flight he gave us a cup of strawberries for all. The food was delicious specially that pasta, it was yummy."
Ulemper: "TV was too slow."

Fordele: "The flight crew was excellent. My husband and I flew economy and I saw the crew keep passengers well fed (several meals and snacks) and were attentive to everyone's needs and all done with a smile. I thought the hot towels for cleansing our hands before meals was a very nice touch!"

Ulemper: "It was raining in Prague so I can understand that luggage is going to get wet. But when we opened our luggage at least half of our clothes were wet. It would seem that the luggage sat out for quite a while prior to departure for that much soaking of clothes. Fortunately we are staying in Paris for a few days and can get our clothes dried out."

It was so hot. No pillows were available and when asked for a blanket instead there were no blankets available as well

This really escalades recommendations for EgyptAir"

Fordele: "This flight was on time and the in-flight service was really nice. I really appreciate it when Egypt Air flights are on time. Thank you."
Ulemper: "I’m an older disabled man and no one was polite enough to even offer to assist me with my bag getting on it off plane."
Fordele: "Entertainment selection was decent, I was especially impressed by the very wide variety of music to listen to. The crew were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The plane was clean and presentable, especially the lavatories. The seats were comfortable and the blankets provided worked well too."
Ulemper: "Food was bland and the chicken dish was dry and difficult to chew. Movie selection on the entertainment system was mediocre, with limited variety of films in general and especially limited variety in languages other than English and Arabic. A problem which I encountered on board was a big gap between the ventilation panel at the base of the wall and the flooring, through which the dessert of my meal fell and which presented the risk of losing further items. I hope this is fixed promptly."

Ulemper: "Egyptair online check-in failed to issue the boarding pass, just managed to change my seat. The same failure occurred on my way back to Cairo, and reasons are not clear!"

Fordele: "They make us feel the tickets are discounted, and when you arrive to the airports for international flights which is normally allowed 2 luggage, they informed us we are allowed only one bag and charge for the second bage $125.00 also they told me that my carrying on is too big and charge me another $125.00 . I have had traveled with the same carry on many time but that's the new way of EGYPTAIR scams. Will not travel with them anymore..... They're the worst service, you will only see the cabin crew during the meal time , with almost 12 hrs flight you will see the crew only twice !!!!! The worst experience we ever have"
Fordele: "so, due to my nervousness and being upset so much so that I wanted to get off the plane, the crew let me sit in business next to a friend and the pilot and crew went to extreme lengths to make me feel safe and unafraid. The pilot answered all my questions and constantly checked that I was ok. Once we took off, despite cloudy rainy snowy skies, this turned out to be the best smoothest flight ever once it departed, and the pilot was probably the best ever I experienced on Egypt Air, and many other airlines actually. Shout out to a fantastic crew stewardess (Olfat Younis) and amazing pilot!! A really great experience"
Ulemper: "During pre-flight checks the plane had a technical problem that needed fixing just as about to taxi to runway, so had to sit and wait 2 hours for repair which made me extremely nervous and worried"
