Service was really good. Boarding process and deplaning left a lot to be desired. Over 1 hour to get to immigration from plane.

Ulemper: "1. Planes outdated - We were on an old airplane from Seoul which had compact seating, touch screen on tv controls were not functional. We had to help our kids with the program selections. Wished that the 7 hour flights are upgraded to newer ones with touch screen control, just like the 12 hour flights. 2. Food options not available - My son & daughter ended up skipping both meals during the second leg. They did not want to eat hamburger in kids menu, Korean air did not have alternate meal option like pasta or pizza in flight, which was not what I had expected. Cold sandwiches were offere prior to landing in breakfast menu, all of us had to skip it. 3. Turbulence - my son ended up vomiting twice in second leg. Fortunately we carried 2 spare sets of clothes. 4. Checked baggage in Mumbai airport took 1.5 hours to arrive on the baggage claim belt which was just a waste of time. Korean Air staff just blamed airport authorities on the baggage delay and did not inform anxious passengers awaiting for their baggage after the long flight. Korean air was inefficient in every way."

Ulemper: "The plane aisle is a bit tight and cramp and it is hard to move around. The chair in economy is not very comfortable very sturdy lack of cushion and back support. Leg room is ok, not as roomy as the flight from SFO to South Korea. When we boarded there was a strong smell burning fumes from the A.C. (air condition) that trigger my asthma and landed in Cebu very ill with asthma and allergy."

Ulemper: "Let's start with the overrated leg space and seating comfort. It was cramped as with any other regular airline. Seats in the economy section are not comfortable and have no back support. These seats should have better cushions and back support. Our flight attendant had a bad attitude after we asked for wine and didn't offered us any beverages for at least two occasions. No warm towel either. She just skipped us like we were not there. The meals are just ok. Nothing remarkable. Then we stand in line for almost two hours after a 14.5 hours flight to get through immigration. The overall experience was not good at all and for that price the comfort and service should be much better."

We lost all our baggage When we inquired they said the baggage wasn’t loaded from Singapore due to bad weather. Then we have got a email saying they haven’t still located the baggage. How can that be?
Departing and arriving wheelchair assistance needs to be increased.
Not a fan of given an iPad to watch movies. Trouble some to hold/place and eat.
Tight space, No onboard entertainment, food served not so appetizing. There are other $food$ choices but you have to pay extra.
Only 2 meals on a 16 hrs flight and they had few option for food and drink. Qty was not sufficient
There is not much good to say. Boarding process is time consuming, food should improve a lot and entertainment choices are limited and outdated.

Ulemper: "During the same trip I discovered 2 different arrangements of the Business Class cabin on Singapore Airlines A350, SQ469 CMB-SIN, and SQ036 SIN-LAX. On the SQ036, I occupied seat 15 A (mono, aisle-window): I did not understand the reasoning behind this layout: Seat facing straight the front of the aircraft, but not enough space to stretch the legs, and limited height for the footrest, feet getting hurled against a ceiling very quickly, and also footrest only on one side = one foot. The deep cavity, that is probably meant to house the lie-flat disposition, is at a 45° angle with the general direction of the seat. I am 77 and not in any way a contortionist. I decided that the best course of action was to remain seated for the duration of the 14:30 hours, flight without extending my legs. Maybe the crew could have explained how the passenger is supposed to fit into that weird design, but I did not ask, afraid that the demonstration might reawaken chronic shoulder and hip pain. I would be glad to read (not test) how this configuration is supposed to convey the sense of comfort expected from a Business Class ticket. It did nothing of the kind for me."

Ulemper: "The dinner was terrible. I am a long time customer of Singapore Airlines and I know where the standard are. The food on this flight was the worst I've seen. The starter (vermicelli) was overly salty, dry and severely undercooked. The main course was acceptable but the portion of chicken was more like side dish not main. Missing sides."
Fordele: "The crew of ladies and men where so very gracious and courtly, both to the passengers and each other. My wife and I both took note that the flight attendants were "First Class" with emphasis on class. Exceptionally well groomed, but also conveyed genuine concern and helpfulness and at the same time, real workers, energetic and perky. We are bragging to all our friends about the uplifting cultural demeanor of Singapore Airlines. They should all get a pay raise. I will always remember their wonderful service when thinking about our trip to Frankfurt, Germany. Robert"

I am usually very quite and light on demands as i hardly hit call button on the seat to get any assistance, but during meal, I was asked about drink and I opted for Ginger ale. Crew said, she will get back to me and I did not hear from her for another 10 mins, then there was repeat serve of drinks and I was asked if i needed any thing and asked the same drink, but then I was asked to wait. After I had finished off my meal and ready to go to sleep, someone was bringing my drink out and I then respectfully say no to it as it was bit late after the meal and asked for water instead and did not like the look on the face of the crew member. I saw it happening with other passengers as well and was under the impression, the whole crew performance was pretty poor and SIA was not up to its high-standards as I always like to fly with them. I will look for different option next time"

Shortly before we landed at Manila, we were informed that in order to meet international flight rules and regulations that insecticide will be sprayed we were advised to cover our nose,as a medical personnel I see it not good cos it can trigger an Asthmatic attack in a known asthmatic patient ,it was a lovely journey"

And snack offerings were ice cream, potato chips, candy bars and a few apples (ran out of apples). Need more healthy options. There needs to be a more full meal/snack offering around the half way mark if you are going to keep people from grumbling."
Ulemper: "I had booked the Amaya lounge for the 3,5 hours stop over. It cost $50+ and was so not worth it! Bad food and uncomfortable chairs plus it was really crowded! Next time I'll just go to a cafe! No seats at the gate when I got there. Slooow boarding!"

I had the same meal twice it was very sad meal for 17.5 hrs with no snacks offered either. My partner and another man were forgotten as the meal rounds were being done. The crew seemed a little disorganised. The adverts on the entertainment were annoying."

Complained and asked how A380 seat with 16+ hour flight wasn't reported earlier. Crew admitted there's a log about seat 63C (EK215 DXB-LAX Jan 7) but Airline chose to ignore it! Crew was apologetic but was offering me free drink (almost seemed like bribe). One of the checked bags torn when we collected it at LAX; Overall, pretty bad but most annoying is the fact that they nickel & dime for seat position and lot of families were spread all over (not just mine)."

Ulemper: "I paid for an assigned window seat (18K) at the front of the plane. However when I arrived to my seat I was told that there is a handicap person in my room and I can't sit there and was offered a seat in the back of the plane. Yes of course I understand and wouldn't want to move a handicap person to get to my seat but at the same time I believe the seat assignment fee which I paid in advance should be refunded."
Fordele: "The FA that served my part of the cabin was polite, friendly, and cheerful."
Ulemper: "I had one piece of hand carried bag from when I boarded on the DC to Dubai leg. On this Dubai to Manila leg I was shocked to discover that the ground crew wanted all hand carried items weighed, and I mean ALL including things like travel pillows and duty free items. I was made to pay $88 for excess weight on the exact same bag I had with me on the first leg. Worse, the (I'm guessing) head of the ground crew gave random exceptions (for example someone had a thick copy of the Koran and some other item that were not weighed). My excess weight probably weighed less than that book. Many passengers ended up returning purchased duty free items and some even abandoned their bags. Upon getting past the initial gate the passengers were ferried by BUS to the plane. The bus ride took forever and of course, in the heat of the Dubai sun, the passengers were made to climb stairs carrying their "overweight" bags to board the plain."
Fordele: "One of the best airlines I have flown. Very good with kids and they do a hell of a good job of cleaning restrooms. Food quality was great."
Ulemper: "Hindu meal has meat in it which was a surprise. It was too cold inside plane and they would take blankets before landing and won't give you blankets till take off is complete. They should give water bottles."
Ulemper: "I watched one movie, but the selection was pretty goo."
Fordele: "The food was much better than on the Board of BKK-Dubai, as well the kindness of the crew."

Ulemper: "cramped business class seats. the 2-3-2 seating is disappointing for the price. Boarding announcements were confusing. we were told to be at the gate 30 mins before flight but when we got there 45 mins before they were already displaying final call which was quite stressful."
Fordele: "The boarding was good, I needed a wheelchair as I had a heel problem , this service was very well done, the staff were helpful and obliging on the flight"
Ulemper: "The food was disgusting, I chose to have gluten free, the breakfast was the worse food I have ever eaten, the eggs were like rubber to eat, the fish was the same and the chips were grey and soggy with saturated stale oil, the bread roll was stale, as a result I didn't eat the breakfast and the main meal wasn't much better, I feel if the food was much more simple , fresh , and the fruit ripe instead of green , the meal would have been more appealing ."
Ulemper: "The Emirates business lounge in Dubai is terrible, overcrowded, too big, food passable, very little service."

The seats DO NOT fold flat in business. Not a good experience, do not recommend. Fly Singapore airlines if possible, Thai airways just doesn’t have it together- plus it’s relatively the same price with way better amenities and experience"
Ulemper: "The whole booking experience and long phone and frustrating. Long phone calls with not very knowledgeable/understanding staff for clearing payment with Momondo was a farce. Using a corporate credit card I have used for several years. I didn't get confirmation before I went to bed. Only next morning, when I woke up 5 am for getting my flight, I finally had the confirmation. Could never get it before I went to bed 1.30 but - but they could confirm the payment was done alright! Hurray! Never booking with Momondo/Kiwi again."
Ulemper: "The seat was too old for flight service and should be replaced soon as possible and the crew serviced like a robot especially for men. This is my first time for eco class."

Fordele: "My experience with the airlines was poor because I got downgraded without any explanation. Upon arriving at the airport, I kept hearing, 'just wait a second,' then, they would say, 'Im sorry.' In the end they issued a voucher to be used during a future flight, which will never be used."

We probably booked our domestic flight a bit too close to the landing of the international flight, and unfortunately, the flight was 25 minutes delayed, but Thai helped us get off the plane as the first people and we made our domestic flight, with a few minutes to spare. Thanks for the help and we will make sure to have a little better time between our flights in the future."

Ulemper: "The seats (bottom) have become worn and caved in. And the head rests are as flat and hard as rocks. They need to be changed ."

Ulemper: "I was not told to put my seat belt on for landing... I was actually not aware of landing as I was asleep, but landing woke me up and it was a little concerning, as most crew's check seat belts on approach to landing."

Ulemper: "Service not responsive when you called them. When seated on the middle sometimes difficult to get out, that's why the is a call button. The only problem, no reaction when activating that light."
Ulemper: "The air in the cabin was too cold during the first hour of the flight. Obviously many passengers were not comfortable and asking for blankets. Later, the crew must had adjusted the temperature and it was basically steaming hot because the it was only hot air blowing out from centralized air system. I would say, very uncomfortable during the entire flight from Bangkok to Manila."
