Ulemper: "The plane was very old. On my seat, the TV screen did not work. The cabin crew was lazy. Nobody paid any attention to the Attendant light by my seat."

Ulemper: "Flyet var forsinket så jeg missede forbindelsen til CPH i Frankfurt. Det kan ske. Blev omboket til tidligt fly næste morgen. Sådan måtte det jo så være. Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"

Ulemper: "The airline cancelled my ticket and did not notify me. I found out only when I arrived to check my bag. Lufthansa cancelled my flight because they said I had “no showed” for my previous flight two weeks before. This was absolutely not true."

Ulemper: "Flight was late causing me to miss flight to Chicago ORD. Missed flight left me waiting in Frankfurt over-night with-out a hotel, nor anyone from Lufthansa to assist with finding a sleeping cot. No airport/Lufthansa staff would offer to bring me a cot and all attempts by me to locate a cot were unsuccessful leaving me to walk from area to area to locate were the cots were stored. Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."

I should not be able to give the person in front of me a head massage. The personal space humans should have was horribly invaded. I'm a 62 year old woman who's in good shape but even for me it was an act of gymnastics to get in and out of my seat. On my flight to Europe on the 13th with your airline our section of the plane did not have working monitors so it was like watching paint dry for 11 hours. So boring!"

Ulemper: "Drop Off bagage at MIA airport. I did online check-in..but, the line for DropOFF so long and only ONE person attending..i suggest improve desk services..."
Fordele: "Gate and flight crew were polite and attentive. As I could not check in online, I asked for an aisle seat at gate and crew did all they could to provide one. The flight was easy. Everyone in the flight crew offered their assistance before I asked and they did with a smile. Seat was comfortable and I didn't ask for upgrade. I paid for extra room on outbound flight only to sit in the most cramped seat ever. And on this flight I didn't bother paying for extra room and was pleasantly surprised I wasn't sardined. Very nice Lufthansa! The pilot made minimal interruptions and said only important stuff. No unnecessary pleasantries. Thank you!"

Ulemper: "Delays in departure from Hamburg. Lack of information, directions or assistance with connection. No notification and very poor handling of missing luggage claim processing. Poor service for such a professional airline. Bags missed the flight and we were kept waiting me re than an hour to process a claim."

Ulemper: "#1 at Venice, allow the customers who checked in online to drop bags faster by giving them a separate line. And the online payment for bags was not user-friendly Venice should have a bus shuttle for the older folks from the Water Taxi to the terminal and one person to monitor the security at this location at all times. A few more signs in multiple languages at the security checkpoint would have made the line go faster. Same thing at the ticket check-in counter."
Ulemper: "We missed this connecting flight."
Ulemper: "Boarding at Frankfurt was a nightmare. All the economy class was pushing and shoving and cutting in front of other people. People were standing outside the line and putting their tickets on the entry system and the attendants were doing nothing to stop them or tell them to go to the end of the line. When left from Chicago to Frankfurt they seated you by rows and this was much more efficient. All flights should board by some system vs. just everyone trying to go at once."
Fordele: "J Lufthansa , this was my first flight with your airline and `i am glad to say that it was an excellent experience.\The crew was superb and the comfort of both the regular coach and coach comfort was excellent. `I would highly recommend you and will return as often as possible."

Ulemper: "When we checked in, we were told we didn't have seats because the plane was overbooked. We waited at the gate for information. The attendants were curt and not helpful, they told us they had no information. After the plane was boarded, we were finally given tickets with seats and rushed onto the plane. When we arrived at the Sarajevo airport, our luggage and the luggage of many passengers did not arrive! We waited in a line for 1.5 hours to put in a claim for our suitcases. It was not a good experience."

Fordele: "The seats were very nice, and I found it very pleasing that everything was colour coordinated. (the small details in red and the rest in gray). The flight attendants were so happy and upbeat, it lifted your mood as well! I believe that we left a few minutes early, as boarding was completed early. And thefood? Mind-blowing for airplane food. I really enjoyed this flight."
Ulemper: "There wasn’t much I didn’t like about the flight. Sometimes the announcements were very slightly difficult to hear (accents and whatnot,) but you could still tell what they were saying."

Known traveler numbers (Glibal Entry) were not askrd at the time of online check in and ad a result, TSA Pre didnt show up on out boarding passes. Agent at the counter coulsnt dix it euther. Surprisingly, very disappointing breakfast."

What I really didn't like is that I called Kayak to include my Global Entry number on my boarding pass. They said it would be there and when I printed it, it wasn't. So coming back into the states and thru customs took waaay longer than it should have with those chaotic and ridiculously long lines. I didn't bring my Global Pass card with me and will from now on!"

Ulemper: "5 hour delay. One staff member said there would be a delay, the second said there was no delay and after a couple hours the delay was confirmed. I was told the flight was full without the attendant even checking, flight was actually not even close to full. Nobody wanted to help and do their job, they just want to send you on your way."
Ulemper: "Technical issues with website and online check-in. Boarding was poorly organized. Food could be better (e.g, breakfast muffin was terrible). Also availability and varienty of alcoholic drinks could be better. Flight was delayed and therefore my luggage didn't make it to connecting flight.."
Ulemper: "The crew members on the flight from Washington to Vienna were absolutely rude and unhelpful."
Ulemper: "The website is a horror, particularly from an iPad. Trying to web checkin was an arduous battle. Obviously the consumer is the least important factor in the lack of managing the product. I avoid Austrian for that simple reason. Crew polite. Pilot informative."

Ulemper: "They could not issue boarding pass for the all the segments of the travel. The agent had to talk to someone in order to even issue the boarding pass and even though the bags were checked in all the way to Pittsburgh boarding passes were not issued. I cannot blame the agent because Luftansa had issued the ticket for this Austrian Airline flight."
Ulemper: "They should update the planes with individual screens so you can watch whatever movie you want instead of the tiny screens many aisle in front. The flight also ran out of meat options and we had to have ravioli. Also not much leg room like other flights."
Fordele: "The crew was amazing indeed. Very polite and attentive. Hot food items were good. I like the slippers and the cover for eyes (to allow you to sleep) that the company offers. Audiobook selection was reasonable too (classics in 3 languages)."
Ulemper: "It was a 10-hour flight, and by the end of it, the restrooms were not as clean (even though the crew tried to maintain them). This is typical for these long flights - no solution."

Ulemper: "I always book ticket with you guys and I went on the Web to my phone to book a flight ticket for my friend and automatically you guys book it under my name and a contact immediately just fly and they said that they cannot change it and meet me by another flight ticket which I did not even request to"

Ulemper: "This was booked with Virgin Atlantic, there was a medical issue and Vigin Atlantic refused to allow the return ticket code to be rebooked - at any price, so there was no flight, and I paid for a new ticket on another airline."

Fordele: "Aeroflot made it a comfortable flight, pillows, blankets and slippers included in economy. Nice meals and non alcoholic drink options."
Ulemper: "They have those old school dual pin headphone jacks, bring a converter for your own headset because the airline issued ones are muffled. Keep an eye out for the (female body) objectifying promotional safety video, yikes Aeroflot. Moscow airport really leaves a lot to be desired. I spent two 4-hour layovers there on this trip and walk away with a higher sympathy for Ed Snowden, poor guy."

Fordele: "On the overnight flight we were given pillows, blankets, eyeshades, headphones and slippers. The two hot meals were preceded by printed menus so we could make our choices before they were served. An ice cream snack was distributed between the meals.The flight was smooth and not too crowded."
Ulemper: "A little warm in the cabin, with no individual air control. Neither the touch screen nor the remote for controlling the screen worked well."
Ulemper: "The sound in earphones was poor not allowing to enjoy movies/ music."
Fordele: "Nada, esta ha sido mi peor experiencia con una aerolinea."
Ulemper: "Yo venía con ellos de Nizhny a Moscú para luego agarrar el avión hacia Vienna. Llegamos con 2 horas y 45 minutos de tiempo antes de que saliera el siguiente vuelo. Bajando del avión nos atrasaron 40 minutos. En el counter mas de una hora y en migración otro poco de tiempo. Nos saltamos la línea al ver que no nos iba a dar tiempo y así fue. Llegamos 18 minutos antes y no nos dejaron entrar. Lo peor es que Aeroflot no nos ayudó y nos dijo que nosotros fuimos los que llegamos tarde. Lo mismo le sucedió como a 10 personas del mismo vuelo y cuando estabamos poniendo las quejas vimos por lo menos otros 10 de otros vuelos con la misma situación."
Fordele: "Crew was exceptional! Flight was comfortable. They provided slippers, a blanket and pillow for everyone. 2 meals and a snack for our 12 hour flight. Entertainment was varied and good. Overall great flight!"

Ulemper: "For whatever reason we got bused to the plane. The bus went for couple of miles around the airport before we got to the plane. Then we had to walk to the plane in the rain. This is very unusual event, as I fly often this route and this is the first time it occured."
Fordele: "The seats are good, the crew is nice, the food is ok. USB charging worked, wifi was not promised and was not given."
Ulemper: "The connection in Moscow is a pain. No explanations, lots of walking and waiting in line for passport checks, and queue must self regulate as the airport staff don't care. Once done with checks, there is no way to get wifi in airport. It's free if you have a Russian mobile number, but if not they only option is to find a local and ask that they register for you with their own number."

Ulemper: "The temperature in the plane before take off was very cold. I was dressed in a warm sport suit and got cold. My daughter was shievering in 2 sweaters. Blankets were sold not given to us only after take off. We had to wait 40 mins to take off which is fine in a busy airport, but couldn't get blankets when needed."
Ulemper: "Crew member named Alexander was very very rude with us and other family. When we asked for his full name to file the complaint he refused to give his last name I believe crewmembers should be trained well and know how to communicate with the customers .very very disappointed"
Fordele: "Aeroflot is an amazing airline - the people, food, seats...I highly recommend it. We flew Business Class and Economy and both exceeded our expectations and the quality of other airlines."
Fordele: "A surprise. Boarding was efficient. The crew was friendly and professional. Although there were triple announcements in Russian, German, and English, I'm sure this is all a legal requirement. Although there was no entertainment, the flight was only 2 1/2 hours long. The seats were comfortable and there was ample legroom. I was able to choose a seat within the 24 hour boarding time at no cost. The female cabin crew members had really had red outfits which shows perhaps the airline is trying little bit too hard. Still, I would fly with them again."

Fordele: "The plane was comfortable with devices to watch movies and play games. The staff is well trained and polite. The flight was pretty smooth. Everything was on time."

Fordele: "Everything is very professional and the food is of reasonable quality for an airline. The portions are small and there is nothing in the way of snacks either available for pickup or served between meals. Look at what Delta does - they keep those leftover items still in the wrapping and add any they did not seve and then keep those in the galley for passengers to help themselves. delta also serves one or two snacks on the intercontinental flights in addition to two meals!"

Fordele: "Aeroflot has a new fleet of Boeing 737-800, which I used on my flight from Belgrade to Moscow and back."
Ulemper: "Well, unfortunately, the service is still very moderate, to say the least. They speak poorely any non-Russian language (say, English). During both flights, I ordered juice and coffee, and they either didn`t understand me, or were just unkind enough to give me only one of those (although during my return flight, they said that they couldn`t boil the water due to turbulence). Their seats arrangement is uncomfortable, especially for tall persons (as me)."
Ulemper: "The blanket had hair, dust, and peanuts from previous passengers, flight attendant insisted that they had no new blankets. I was suffering for a cold and I noticed that one flight attendant has the new blanket on her hands, but she told me that is for business class only. That's ridiculous. I had to buy some cold medicine in New York to get my health back together for the stuff I need to do. The process of boarding was extremely unorganized, there is no sky priority either. I will not continue to pay for that membership for this lame service. The food is the worst."

Seats were like bus seats; good food; overall okay.

No covid safety. Keep distance apparently don’t count when you onboard or in the bus from gate to/from plane. Could hardly move. And late again, again, again. Seems to be the new norm.

Ulemper: "Our seat location was near the toilets in the middle of the plane. Seemed like an unusual high number of passengers constantly using the toilets throughout the flight which created long ques in the isle and very unpleasant smells. Would never select these seats again."
Fordele: "Loved the service. Nice small plane. Very easy boarding. This is a quick inter-city flight. The plane is small and agile. It did some pretty nimble turns and sharp banking that might be a little too exciting for some."
Ulemper: "We were late and my impression is that the crew is not well organized and costed the delay."
Fordele: "SAS generally has better planes and more space than most airlines especially in economy class. Seats were comfortable, not too tight. Food was good. Most SAS planes are really nice and new. On this flight they had a problem and had to use one of their older planes. It was still pretty nice, but the entertainment system on the older plane was a little dated."

Der var også en større flok amerikanske gæster som dog valgte at feste igennem på turen - da jeg vågnede var personalet godt trætte af alle passagerer og da jeg ville have lidt i pantryet var det pakket ned 2 timer før ankomst - sikkert for at lukke førnævnte fest - men det retfærdiggør vel ikke at de øvrige gæster også har indløst billet til business og den service der betales for."

Fordele: "Da vi først var kommet ombord på flyet gik tingene sin vante gang... ellers var der ikke meget hoved og hale på noget som helst."
Ulemper: "Men hvorfor annoncerer man at flyet skal board 1 time inden det sker, så passagererne kommer til at stå i kø unødig lang tid. Flyveren var 1 time forsinket på Flightradar24 og også i virkeligheden!!! Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."

Ulemper: "It was so cold on the plane with most people including grown men with blankets wrapped up to their neck! I understand the crew moves a lot so want it cold but maybe there’s a happy medium? The cold snack sandwich with cheese and spread of some sort was awful. The main meal was better but not as good as some others I’ve had."
Ulemper: "Flight to Stockholm was cancelled. SAS Provided no informaton on the steps for re-scheduling my flight. I had to call the SAS headquarters in Stockholm before receiving any guidance on what to do next. All service attendants ditched the ticketing desk leaving one poor employee to answer questions for over 70 disgruntled passengers. Very very very poor communication. Luckily I was finally able to book a flight using another airline after waiting on hold for 20 minutes with the regional customer service provider."

Ulemper: "Only airline that made us check in our luggage; and charged us an exorbitant amount (+/- $90 per luggage) in doing so. No customer service at all. 1st attendant wouldn’t let us check-in at the counter, and 2nd attendant made us check in our carry-on despite it only being 2kg over. We could’ve moved some items around. When we boarded the plane, we saw multiple people whose carry-on looked suspiciously over the weight limit. We felt singled out. It was obvious that this airline only cares about profit and does not care about the customer. Attendants were rude and not helpful. Needless to say I will nit fly with this airline again."

Fordele: "We traveled with our 11 month old and the crew was super helpful. It was an 8.5hr flight, we got a middle seat to give him space to play and the staff had a lot of fun engaging with him. They even gave him a couple of toys to play with. Food was just ok, but better than most airline meals I've had. We flew Premium Economy which was a comfortable experience as well."

Fordele: "I liked that boarding and take off went smoothly. The cabin crew was extremely nice and always was there when you need something!"

Fordele: "The gate agent at check-in was very helpful and knowledgeable. The entire ground crew did a good job. The crew was friendly and attentive. The plane was clean. The entertainment options were more than adequate. Bathrooms were well kept."
Ulemper: "I know you can't expect coach to be luxurious. But the space between seats in the airline industry in general have gotten ridiculously small. Words were exchanged between my wife and the lady (nothing extreme, but still) in the seat in front of her. When the lady leaned her seat back, my wife could barely watch her movie. All in all, I would definitely fly SAS again."
Fordele: "I am vegetarian with no egg fish or meat. I didn't get any choices"

Ulemper: "It was a quick flight, nothing much to say."
Fordele: "The flight was comfortable and the onboard crew were very nice."
Ulemper: "Since the flight was delayed taking off, the layover in Stockholm was very short. The airline did nothing to rush those of us through or contact our connecting SAS flights, and a few of us missed our connections by just a few minutes because of it. SAS did provide alternate tickets for me, but I arrived at my destination several hours late and the whole situation could have been avoided pretty easily."
Fordele: "The flight crew were very nice and helpful.."
Ulemper: "I didn't like that we waited an hour to take off I had to run through the terminal in Chicago to catch my flight to Dallas. I had to rush though customs then run to check in baggage didn't have time just to drop off and run to shuttle then run to terminal security check in then run to my gate to catch my flight I was 2 minutes before my gate closed. I barely made the flight. I am also still waiting on United Airlines to find my luggage, they are supposed to call me and drop off my luggage."
Fordele: "Personalet var sådan set op og festede meget over at en kollega havde sidste tur inden pension. Desværre holdt de den kommende pensionist på business, så hvem det var der blev klappet af er stadig et myserium. Men hyggeligt at være med kabine personalet på arbejde"
Ulemper: "Gamle reservefly, hvor der mangler både det ene og det andet samt en 10 år forældet komfort. Når der sættes reservefly ind af væsentligt lavere kvalitet end den vare, som man forventet køb, så bude der være en eller anden form for kompensation. Forøvrigt glad for jeg ikke havde indløst business på denne tur da det i grunden havde været at betalte dobbelt for forventelig komfort på en moderne SAS Plus."

Fordele: "There was an incident with a passenger. He had an emergency and the plane went back to Berlin and got him an ambulance. From my point of view, if it wasn't for the Doctor (passenger) on board, he wouldn't have made it. It could've been anybody, even me or my friend traveling with me so, Great job! Congratulations to the Pilot and all the crew!"
Ulemper: "WE tried to Check in online and it gave us a bit of trouble. I think it was because of the connecting flight, it kept checking us in to the second flight but not the first one."
Ulemper: "NYC to Warsaw, the flight was 4 hours late no voucher for food. some got it some not. i lost the flight from Warsaw to Bucharest they put me on flight from Warsaw to Vienna that flight was late as well i got to Vienna and i ran to get the flight to Bucharest. i was very tired"
