I was not able to board because United Airlines from Richmond (RIC) doesn't know their own policies. I was denied a boarding pass for not have registered on a Kuwait website but US Military is exempt, which is expressed on United's website. Will need a new, fully funded ticket, not at my expense.

I felt very taken advantage of to only have access to that part of the plane giving us more leg room for $200 upgrade for each seat. When does a Business Class seat NOT recline??? At least my flight attendant was kind enough suggesting that I let the airline know about my unhappy experience."

Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."

Ulemper: "1. The seats were extremely uncomfortable without sufficient cushioning. It felt like sitting on a plank. My back still hurts. We also had to straighten up the seats during meals because it was so bad for the person behind. 2. Boarding is a bit disorganized. Perhaps try splitting the boarding process into zones so it isn't a mad house free for all after the initial boarders. 3. On my flight to Frankfurt, the plane was half empty, yet my seat was changed from row 8 where I would have had almost no one near me back to row 23 where they had cramped all the passesngers into one area of the plane. This was done without request or explanation."

Fordele: "I have a servere hearing problem and was concerned (since we were late leaving Zurich for my changeover in Frankfurt), that I would be late because I can't hear any loudspeaker systems (either on planes or in airports). I felt that I could get easily lost between flights and not have time to get to the Frankfurt/Denver flight. I told this to the person at the gate in Zurich, and he immediately arranged for someone to meet me in Frankfurt and take me there. I was met by Maika in Frankfurt and she was just excellent--personable and efficient and really helpful. I'm sorry I couldn't remember the name of the person at the gate in Zurich. He was also great. I wouldn't have done this if I had had more time, but this really made my day (and my flight!) ! Thank you!"

Ulemper: "I don't understand the boarding process with Lufthansa. Lufthansa does not board by zone but they let everybody board at the same time. The seats in economy class are not wide enough."
Ulemper: "The airplane left Barcelona late and arrived in Frankfurt late. Lufthansa only allowed a 45 minute layover in Frankfurt to catch our connecting flight to Seattle. Because we arrived late - we only had 20 minutes to catch our connecting flight to Seattle. What made this an awful experience is that the flight from Barcelona landed at Gate A - our connecting flight was at Gate Z. This was as about as far away from each gate as you could get. This was over a mile to run in order to catch our connecting flight - I hurt my hamstring during the run. The Lufthansa "assisting agent" in the Frankfurt terminal was less than helpful and laughed when we told her where our connecting gate was. Not only did she laugh but she did not offer any assistance to get us to the gate on time. Prior to our trip - I called Lufthansa and voiced my concern that a 45 minute layover for an international flight was not a lot of time for us to make a connecting flight. The agent I spoke with said that legally - 45 minutes was a standard lay over for Lufthansa and she did not offer me any alternatives. This was not a pleasant experience with Lufthansa and I doubt we will fly with you again."

Fortunately they held the Amsterdam plane because many passengers would have missed it. I did not appreciate the lack of information from the flight attendant, however holding the plane was a godsend."

Ulemper: "Kayak sent me an email at 5:16am for an 8:15 am flight titled, "Austrian Airlines flight #704 from PRG on time". It was in fact cancelled. Unfortunately we missed the connection for the flight to Newark, which we were expressly told would be held for us... they shut the door 30 seconds before we arrived, with the plane still at the gate. Had to then go to the only counter in the terminal to see if we could get on standby. Finally got on a flight to JFK instead at 5:15pm."
Fordele: "Make sure your carry on luggage is less then 8 kg. Or you would have to check it at your own cost. The food is OK but the portion is very small. If you want a window or isle seat, it would’ve cost you 30 euro to reserve it. The crew is very nice. I guess because the air fare is very cheap, they need to do everything to make the extra cash."

Easy flight. Check-in as well as in-flight crew were very good. Comfort and cleanliness of planes was good as you would expect. Food was basic but tasty. No vegitarian option and no free alcoholic drinks in economy class. But overall was good experience and good value for money.
Very cramped and claustrophobic Staff spoke no English and tv choice was not In English Pilot and staff spoke no English and as a lone traveller I felt quite vulnerable as no emergency procedures or facilities were explained is bathroom emergency exit
I missed two connections because the flights were late. I was given a substitute itinerary that had more layovers in different cities, one of which was Oslo, which is quite possibly the worst airport I’ve ever experienced. I arrived to my destination 3 hours later than expected, which made my taxi ride to my hotel more expensive because of traffic. And then to top it all off, they misplaced my luggage. And as I watch it move through their system because of an AirTag placed in my suitcase, it’s quite clear that they are in no hurry to get it to my hotel.
No covid safety. Keep distance apparently don’t count when you onboard or in the bus from gate to/from plane. Could hardly move. And late again, again, again. Seems to be the new norm.

Ulemper: "Men hvorfor annoncerer man at flyet skal board 1 time inden det sker, så passagererne kommer til at stå i kø unødig lang tid. Flyveren var 1 time forsinket på Flightradar24 og også i virkeligheden!!! Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."

Late arrival with short connection and flight attendant directed us to wrong gate. When we reached final destination, only one of two checked bags showed up."

We are force to wait a total of more then a hour to board them and stuck on plane. And ofcuase when we landed. My SAS go luggage is last to come out because the late arrival passengers luggage all come out ahead. It is a most terrible experience I ever had with a SAS flight. Might as well consider flying norwegian airline!"

When I and several other passengers question the desk at the gate about the bringing a large vicious dog into the plane, we were told they were to busy to deal with us even though they were just standing there doing nothing. I have never seen such rudeness towards passengers as I did at that gate. I will take a ship across the Atlantic before I go through Warclaw again."

Fordele: "I have been flying with them for the past 16 years(economy seats), and I have to say that their service,and comfort of overnight flights have improved tremendously! Partially due to the fact that they have 787 Dreamliners now, in which the seats are wider and are reclining more than before, the leg room is bigger, the air quality better. The crew members are very professional,not overly sweet,yet caring and understanding,especially when you are flying with small children.As to those complaining about overcharged luggage- read the rules people! If you go over the maximum limit of 50lb for a check in, let's say 2lb,they won't charge you,but don't expect them to close their eyes when your luggage weighs almost double that!"

Fordele: "I made the mistake to travel with Norwegian, they charged my compact cabin baggage $80 claiming that it met the size requirements but weight exceeded ( never happened with any airline before, I have the bag for 8 years). On the way in the seats had too small leg room so I paid another $70 for a larg"

Ulemper: "Boarding was handled poorly, flight was delays both outbound and return flights up to 3 hours each time, the food wasn’t good at all, there was no entertainment or any sort of flight info available. The seats were packed as tightly as possible. Bathroom on the flight was out of order."

Fordele: "Staff was friendly and helpful- finding the proper terminal was fairly easy even without assistance got the tickets for a great price ( need to use an actual credit card as your bank card WILL NOT work for booking although the bank card will work in the shops with in the airport which made life nice as I was able to get a coffee shortly after exiting the plane"
Ulemper: "My only complaints are beyond the position and abilities of the air line or staff - although a few of the flight attendants seemed a bit tired"

I also found out at the Madrid airport that there was no desk to check in for Norwegian for connecting flights. This means that I had to leave, go to departures, check in, go through security, and then proceed to the gate. I fortunately had a long layover, but this process would have been impossible if I didn't have at least two hours."

Ulemper: "Seat was way too cramped for a 10 hour flight (I'm average 5'11"). Hot snack offerings disappointing and expensive. 5+ hour delay, after poorly organized boarding. I would fly with Norwegian again but only in premium seats."
Ulemper: "I flew from Milano and transferred in Oslo. We had 1,5 hrs of lay over which should be sufficient to transfer baggage to the NY flight however, my bag didn’t make it to NY. The staff at JFK couldn’t tell me where the bag is, I am still waiting to hear from them."
Ulemper: "Boarding at jfk was a shambles as there were o announcements as to why we were being delayed. Once on board it was ok very cramped seating but at least the crew were pleasant. Having read some reviews early I agree I think that if you have a good flight crew then at least your flight will be ok if not then it will be unpleasant. It wasn’t a cheap flight for a budget airline and will endeavour never to fly with them again."

Ulemper: "The flight was almost full with only a few empty seats at the back of the plane. I was on crutches with a broken ankle and had asked politely if I could be sat next to an empty seat so I could elevate my foot (doctors orders) and because my boot would not fit under the chair in front. The crew made no effort to seat or switch me to a seat at the back next to one of the few empty seats. It was a very uncomfortable flight and I had to keep my foot in the aisle and stay awake to avoid being run into by the food or drinks cart. Poor selection of movies. Mainly older movies. While I actually appreciate the cheaper flight and being able to avoid paying for the food I think that they should offer water. There is only so much you can carry into the flight and having to buy water is ridiculous."

Ulemper: "In-flight entertainment very limited. Not many movies, strange tv program content, no music at all. The flight was late leaving Oakland and the pilot didn't make up any time, so I nearly missed my connection in Stockholm. Aalanda airport was part of that problem as transfer security had a single line with one really slow person manning it! That all added up to a long line of very anxious travelers!"
Ulemper: "Economy seat, no earphones, terrible food. This was a business class ticket."
Fordele: "I flew round trip from Oakland, CA to London. This is a budget airline. You pay for anything extra. That said, the airplane was new, spotless and comfortable. The toilets were clean and well stocked with paper products. ( I have experienced quite the opposite on more expensive flights.) The crew was efficient and responsive. The plane was on time and the flight was great. Given the $700 price reduction, I don't mind paying to check luggage or bringing my own food, water, blanket, pillow, ear phones, music, sleep mask and earplugs. If you want a snack, drink, coffee or water, it can be ordered for airport prices. The snacks looked better than the food they served."

Fordele: "The flight was on a nice modern 767, clean and I was lucky as a tall person I had no one next to me. So I was relatively comfortable. Tickets for a flight from London to JFK were very cheap. USB port to keep phone charged was nice, but whats the point with no WiFi available?"
Ulemper: "I felt this was a bait and switch offer. Cheap price offered, but no checked in baggage included nor any food and drinks or snacks. NOTHING. Flight attendants basically ignore you the whole flight unless you purchase on the flight or in advance. Very poor choice of movies, all old movies. And no WiFi whatsoever. All of these are major inclusions on trans-Atlantic flights, and were not visible when purchasing this flight. I thought it sounded too good to be true. To be honest, if this were all included up front, I couldve brought on-board food and drink for the flight. I dont like being nickel and dimed on everything. Charging over $50 for a checked in bag is ridiculous. At least if it were for $25 like every other flight, I wouldnt of minded."

Fordele: "The flight attendants worked non stop during my flights! Anytime I ever needed anything they were right there to help. I had a very smooth flight!"

Fordele: "Norwegian is great, all the staff are easy going, helpful and respectful. They want to make it essy for you. It was a brearh of fresh air !! Besides the good flight itself , I like how KAYAK communicates with me, keeping me feel looled after ! I will deffinitelly use KAYAK again in the future, thank you !!"
Fordele: "Bigger windows, better storage, and the cabin pressure meant no jet lag. Cabin attendants were great. Amazing!"

Ulemper: "There wasn't a great deal of choice of food to buy on our flight because it was under 2 hours. also on our flight heading out of the UK i did find that the staff were paying more attention to the needs of the people sitting on the other side of the plane. I thought they were rather rude."

Ulemper: "I'm trying to solve that issue but their is no help . I was going to the airport before 3 hours but my car start acting weird and I got over heated . I called taxi and I went to the front disc airport at 9:55 pm and their is no one at the front disck to help me . I called Norwegian air line but they said .they cannot put me on another flight . And I have to call kayak . Can you please call me at 3215574277"
