Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."

Det var ikke noget groundpersonalet ville ud med, så alle annonceringer gik efter tidsplanen - den originale med altså en times gap! SAS find jer en mere kvalificeret partner i Athen, da det er var helt hen i vejret og dårlig service."

Ulemper: "Hate to sound entitled, but the movie selection was really poor. I flew on a connecting flight by Delta that had 10k+ movies and shows to choose from so that spoiled me."
Fordele: "Easy kiosk check in, baggage drop off, good service."
Ulemper: "No advance discussion about emergency exit row seating requirements, and we were not allowed to even have a paperback book to read in this row. The flight was full and boarded, so not able to change seats."
Ulemper: "flight was delay for 30 mins. then another 30 mins because there are 15 passenger that miss their flight due to delay or there is not enough flight to transport them to Longyearbyen the next day. We are force to wait a total of more then a hour to board them and stuck on plane. And ofcuase when we landed. My SAS go luggage is last to come out because the late arrival passengers luggage all come out ahead. It is a most terrible experience I ever had with a SAS flight. Might as well consider flying norwegian airline!"
Fordele: "Personalet var sådan set op og festede meget over at en kollega havde sidste tur inden pension. Desværre holdt de den kommende pensionist på business, så hvem det var der blev klappet af er stadig et myserium. Men hyggeligt at være med kabine personalet på arbejde"
Ulemper: "Gamle reservefly, hvor der mangler både det ene og det andet samt en 10 år forældet komfort. Når der sættes reservefly ind af væsentligt lavere kvalitet end den vare, som man forventet køb, så bude der være en eller anden form for kompensation. Forøvrigt glad for jeg ikke havde indløst business på denne tur da det i grunden havde været at betalte dobbelt for forventelig komfort på en moderne SAS Plus."

Fordele: "The constant service provided by the flight crew. The food was excellent and even got a free beer. The inflight entertainment selection was abundant, did not even have to listen to my music. Very friendly crew."
Ulemper: "I understand coach is coach, but it was a little tight for my height."

We waited on the plane for most of that half hour with no explanation of why When calling rows to board -- after calling rows 1 through 13 she then called rows 41 and after. She skipped our row 14. This could definitely be an issue with overhead space"

Ulemper: "You think I should of gotten frustrated on my vacation!!!"
Fordele: "Quick boarding and unboarding! Made up the time when we left a little late."

Good budget airline, comfortable seats and pleasant crew
Fordele: "The flight was fine."
Ulemper: "Super delayed. I arrived in Vienna at night with no further outbound flights because of the delay. Also, the airline will not accept responsibility for the missed connection so Im done with Eurowings."
Fordele: "It flights themselves were fine. A 45 minute delay sucked though."
Ulemper: "Service & Notification. The airline switched my itenerary without alerting me which made me miss a connection. The resulting troubleshooting with the airline has been non-existent. I will not fly Eurowings again."

Ulemper: "The crew was horrible. They walked through the aisles with no regard for passengers seated in the aisles. No food over a 9 hr transatlantic flight. This was not explained in the ticket. This was absolutely absurd. I have never experienced that before"

Ulemper: "The seat i was in had many stains on it and there was garbage under my seat. Someone needs to clean better... Also, need to look at passengers more closely as at least 2 still had cell phones on at take off"

Ulemper: "I didn’t appreciate the surprise of having to pay $50 Euros to bring my bike, which then required I leave the baggage drop off line, go to customer service to pay, return to the baggage line to pick up my bag and boarding pass, and then go to the special luggage handling line."

Ulemper: "Our flight was delayed three hours for no readily apparent reason. The food served on-board was inedible. When it was finally time to land, we briefly touched down before going back up into the air and circling for an additional half hour because another plane was at our gate. The quick up-and-down caused at least two passengers near me to vomit. I’ll try my best to avoid Eurowings in the future."

Ulemper: "The seats are broken and the crew treats the passengers like they do not matter."
Ulemper: "My flight was delayed and because of that I lost my next flight in London , cost me money and time , having to go to another airport in a bus for 1 hour and 30 min ride to catch a new flight the same day that I had a pay. Thank you eurowings! Not"
Fordele: "Staff at the airport (ticket counter and check-in) were very polite."
Ulemper: "The flight ran two hours late. They notified me via an email in German (I don't even speak German, and I made my reservation on the English site, so I would think they would send me notifications in English as well.) I missed my connection in Dusseldorf because of the delay, but was able to rebook for free at the ticket counter and they gave me a €10 voucher for dinner as well."
Ulemper: "Flight was cancelled; waited in the Rome airport for over 8 hours waiting for assistance and for a new flight for tomorrow and then another 2 hours we had to wait for a shuttle to take us to the hotel. By far worst airport/airline experience by far. Will never book with Austrian/Eurowings ever again."

Ulemper: "Flight members were very rude, one didn't smile once. She also yelled at me when I was standing in an empty row stretching and waiting for the bathroom. She told me I was not allowed to stand up, even though I was in no one's way and we we're free to move about the cabin. Horribly rude during drink and food service as well."
Ulemper: "*Various flight delays *I was told the only available seat was next to the emergency door. I didn't want to sit there, but had no choice. After boarding, I noticed there were several empty seats available. *I tried to get a attendant's attention for water, but they never came to me. *I wanted to keep my jacket with me to put on during flight, but was told I had to put it in the overhead compartment."

Ulemper: "- the staff member who was boarding patients at Glasgow airport (although not on the flight itself) was very rude and impatient. she seemed to be having a bad day - the light was delayed by approximately 45 mins"

Fordele: "Comfortable and enjoyable."
Ulemper: "EW lost my suitcase in transit in Duesseldorf. Suitcase arrived in Berlin on next flight but then didn't get delivered until 24+ hours later. Hard to reach both EW and delivery service. Due to the delay and further travel plans the next day, I had to buy new clothes in Berlin to have something to wear."
Fordele: "Efficient and reasonably comfortable."
Ulemper: "The drinks are absurdly overpriced. And I don't mean the alcoholic ones."
Fordele: "Check in was easy, employee was pleasant."
Ulemper: "Boarding setup was small and a lot of waiting due to multiple flights being boarded at same gate..."
Ulemper: "Plane was delayed, nobody even mentioned it was delayed and said they r sorry"
Fordele: "Overall accessibility, timing, response from check in attendants, and flight attendants, and comfort."
Ulemper: "The last minute gate change where I imagine may be necessary, there were no announcements or follow up info, save the alert I received from the kayak.com app on my phone. This could've presented a big problem had my mobile not been charged."
Ulemper: "The service of the airline was horrible. They lost our bags and refused to show any empathy towards us or the multiple other passengers that also lost their bags from our flight. I will never fly Eurowings again."
Fordele: "We did not have to board outside so that's a plus. Staff and crew were very pleasant. A short flight."
Ulemper: "The usual problems with an economy flight -- very crowded, stuffy, and no complementary food."
