Men at skulle stå i kø som business pasager i 55 min for at få hotelvoucher og nyt boardingpass var for meget. Economy havde endnu længere kø. Skikkerhedstjek næste morgen i Frankfurt tog 35 min for business og op mod 1t for economy!"
Ulemper: "Well,my whole trip was an adventure! Problem with my checked in bag, so i had to pay 22 pounds extra to fit it in a connection flight and now i have to send receipt to get the refund. On my way back, there was a delay, so i missed the flight and the checked in bag"

Fordele: "I booked with Lufthansa, but this was a United flight. I prefer United's boarding process with multiple groups to Lufthansa's single group. Lufthansa's leads to a very very long line 20 minutes before boarding starts."
Ulemper: "United had fewer movie options, fewer meals, and worse food than the Lufthansa flight we took when we traveled to Frankfurt. It was also delayed two hours due to mechanical issues. I will have to pay more attention when I book next time to avoid United flights."

Ulemper: "Maybe a selection of snacks during the flight? Just pretzels seems inadequate for an 11 hour flight."
Fordele: "The staff was communicative and genuine. The food was decent. Even though the flight arrived late I felt ok about it due to the direct communication of details about the situation. I was stuck in the extremely cramped space of seats just in front of the lavatory making the seat in front me 5 inches from my nose when reclined but the staff was sympathetic offering to ask the passenger in front of me to redress their seat more upright and also allowing me to spread out across two seats to compensate."
Ulemper: "While the staff compensated for the more than standardly cramped seating arrangement, I think the row of seats just in front of the lavatories should be either better designed or designated not usable. I am only 5’3” and 125lbs but still was faced with a mere 5 inches in front of me when the passenger in front of me reclined his seat. I couldn’t even stand in order to exit the row and had to crawl over the seats to my side. This had me thinking how dangerous this row could be in case of an emergency. Please consider designating these seats either not to be used or optional for passengers."

Fordele: "Easily the most comfortable I've ever been in TATL economy. Lufthansa's 747-8 is set up strangely: the main deck is arranged First - Business - Economy - Prem. Economy - Economy. This means that if you can book a seat in the forward economy mini-cabin, you get dedicated cabin crew, no other passengers walking through your space to get to the bathroom, plenty of bin space, and – best of all – a lot of aisle space to stretch your legs. Row 16 aisle seats are especially good, as the bulkhead between J and Y doesn't extend all the way, and therefore you can stretch your feet out. Food was actually excellent (for economy), hot and flavorful and generous, with snacks available mid-flight. Beverages also tops – gotta love Lufthansa for offering Campari (!) and more than one wine choice."
Ulemper: "Entertainment (music and movies at least) was up-to-date but not very interested. Boarding and transit security in Frankfurt was anxiety-inducing – between getting to the US departures area and additional screening, it took more than an hour from deplaning to getting in line. Boarding w/o group numbers was an exercise in patience. And the terminal wifi is so spotty!"

Ulemper: "The outer window pane had a lot of condensation on it and I could barely see out the window, and I love looking out the window during take-off and landing and I couldn't see much."

Fordele: "Flight from Budapest to Munich was slightly delayed and I had a tight connection time to begin with. The effort the Lufthansa staff made to get me to me connection was heroic."
Fordele: "The food (breakfast) was great. The plane was clean. The whole operation was very orderly."

Ulemper: "for 3 years, 90% of my flights from Beijing were delayed or cancelled. Beijing International Airport is the worst airport ever. About my flight from Beijing to Munich this time, we were stranded on the runway INSIDE the plane for 5 hours w/o food and water for the first 4 hours!"

Fordele: "The flight attendants were very polite and helpful. The seats had those "wings" on either side of the head rest to help keep your head from bobbing back and forth. There were a few good movies to watch that were current, but a lot of old movies that we had zero interest in."
Ulemper: "The flight was considered a Lufthansa flight and had a Lufthansa flight number, but was operated by Air Canada. We could not check in online ahead of time for some reason. When we got to the airport, we tried to check in at the Lufthansa kiosk and check in line, but they told us we had to go to the Air Canada area. The ticketing/check in process was very confusing. As for the food, the chicken "wrap" was not a wrap, and was a weird Hot-Pocket type meal. After each meal, we ended up having to hold our garbage for quite some time which made manuvering in and out of seats a little tricky. I wish the seat cushion had a little more cushion since we were sitting for so long. Also at some point the overhead lights came on and stayed on, which was annoying if you were trying to nap."

Fordele: "The 747-8 is a nice new plane. The skinny Economy class seats are surprisingly comfortable. The entertainment system is good; I liked getting the feed from the forward-facing camera."
Ulemper: "Since last I flew with them, Lufthansa has added annoying charges like so many other airlines (but not usually full-service international airlines). Advance seat reservation was $30 per leg and seat. (I paid only for the overnight eastbound flight; on the return I found enough seats available by online check-in just after it opened.) One overweight bag was $100. Considering these charges, Singapore Airlines is the better choice for FRA-JFK. Minor quibbles with the entertainment system: * Front-facing camera points very low. Would be nice to see other planes during taxi (not just their wheels). * New "live map" during flight added useless gimmicks (view of earth from space), removed data (altitude, speed, outside temperature)."
Fordele: "Lufthansa Flight from Cape Town to Munich canceled due to mechanical problems. Flight rebooked with great difficulty and confusion by Lufthansa. Condor and United picked up the pieces and got us home."
Ulemper: "We didn't like the total confusion and errors made by Lufthansa staff during the rebooking process after the flight cancellation."

Fordele: "I expected the worst, found out I have had worse experiences with legacy airlines. The onboard staff was attentive, keen to help and please, cheery face, especially the short, dark Middle Eastern looking fella. He knows how to work it! Some flight attendants can be mean, he was very nice. I did not interact with him, but watched how he handled things, like helping people place their baggage in a different overhead compartment, personally moving the baggage so that it would fit. Cheery demeanor, informed the passengers of whatever needed to be said. The pilot was also attentive."
Ulemper: "No frills, not terribly comfortable--luckily it was a very short flight. Little baggage space, automatic drop off clerk was a bit surely."
Ulemper: "Flight was two and a half hours late. Not acceptable"
Ulemper: "Plane took off late because they didn’t have machine to turn plane on and let us inside the plane for an hour at 39C because air conditioning didn’t work"
Fordele: "Despite an hour's delay on the runway (not easyJet's fault) and some turbulence, we still arrived with time to spare for our onward travel, so the pilot must have made up some lost time."

Ulemper: "We were 40 mins late and even though it said we were on time the airport didnt announce the gate until 10 mins before we were supposed to take off. Incredibly unorganized."

Ulemper: "When I booked this I didn't see an opportunity to pay for our bags on the Kayak booking site When I checked in the charge was about $60.00 for each of 4 bags .... more than half of the ticket costs. I don't think I'll use Kayak again if they are not clear regarding paying for bags ahead and saving. It may have been my oversight but I'm both poorer and wiser. Easyjet seems to thrive on the baggage charges.... it's not comparing apples and apples when Kayak gives prices if the baggage charges are hidden. I would like Kayak to change it's program or provide an option so that any baggage charges are calculated in the "up front" cost quote so that airlines are compared "apples to apples"."

Pludselig skulle alt vores håndbagage ikke med i kabinen og i Berlin tog det en halv time før bagagebåndet begyndte at rulle. Normalt er jeg ok-tilfreds med EasyJet men hjemturen fra Madrid til Berlin var meget ringe udført."
Ulemper: "Easyjet is a Blackmailer"
Ulemper: "The ground crew in Berlin was rude and impolite. They decided to check in our bag for the hold luggage without asking us and ordering us. In comparison the ground crew in Paris asked politely who would like to check in the bags because of a space shortage."
Fordele: "I liked being able to check in 2 weeks in advance. Cabins and toilets are clean."
Ulemper: "Boarding is a bit random"
Ulemper: "Vi kunne ikke få lov til at komme med selvom vi løb alt hvad vu kunne for at nå det trods Ryan airs forsinkelse, det var ingen forståelse for vores situation og vi er derfor strandet i Berlin når vi burde være i Budapest og studere. Det var stadig et kvarter til flyet skulle lette da vi stod ved gaten, men der var ingen service overhovedet."

Ulemper: "The boarding experience was a bit rough, the chairs no comfortable at all, no snacks or drinks provided and the SURPRISE SURPRISE ...YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR BAG!"

Fordele: "You know i have never had a bad experience on any airline until till today at 2:15pm on September 29, 2017 while boarding the plane for flight number 4244 on easyjet airlines when i was told that i had to take my backpack that served as my purse for my last two weeks of travel and put eveything in my backpack, which included my wallet, passport, ipad, phone, meds, and ereader in my other regular size carry on. My son and i each had a carry on suitcase that met the requirment when I flew to Rome last friday on the exact same size plane. I was told I was NOT to have two types of carry on bags i was only ALOWED ONE and was NOT given the option of putting it under my seat. They were more than willing to charge me another 50 Euro to check my carry on bag. But first she asked to see my ticket to see if i was even allowed another checked bag. She DID NOT look at my ticket but immediately flipped my passport and saw that i was from the US AND TOLD ME I WAS ALLOWED ONLY ONE CARRY ON BAG! Yet this awesomely nice Canadian couple (they spoke to me after the flight landed in Paris and were shocked i was made to do this given what they carried on the plane) who had checked and paid for 3 bags and then turned around and carried on a cloth canvas bag for him, a black purse for her, a shopping bag bigger than her purse with items in it and two backpacks. What happened to being able to carry on a carry on suitcase and a purse for women or a lap top size bag, which in some cases is larger than my backpack?I have never hated anyone in my life but I am really tired of the world judging ALL AMERICANS under the same umbrella. I spent my hard earned money in Italy and to be treated with such disrespect on the way out of the country completley floored me! I will not ever fly back into Rome, Italy on any airline! These people are rude and do not care who they offend but Americans are supposed to kiss eveybody's butts! Sorry but I am mad and have written to the airline and i am sure nothing will happen."
Ulemper: "Also, there is a reason for the space under the seat in front of you. The crew seemed completely untrained to deal with a problem of no place to put bags. There were many samll backpacks and purses in overhead bins that should have been on the floor in front of the petson carrying them. My bag or nobody else's bag should have to ne put at the back of the plane while my seat is damn near at the front if the plane. They were not afraid to offend me but people from countries other than the US they wouldn't even make them put the bag under the seat in front of them."
Fordele: "Paid extra because we had a connecting flight. Had seats 1A and 1B but there are no controls at boarding so my carry ones had to go all the back to row 8. Nothing like swimming against the current to get your bags and not savinging any time."
Ulemper: "It's a cattle call airline. Don't expect anything else"
Ulemper: "Crew very rude to advise we could only travel with one piece of luggage, they consider a simple purse as a second luggage."
Ulemper: "Flight was delayed for 3 hours because of rain and when we got our bags everything inside was soaking wet. Never going on easy jet again, it ruined my cloths and gifts"
Fordele: "The flight was late but no announcements were made. Staff did not understand or speak French. Nuts were 2:50 euro. It said cashews but only included peanuts. Boarding was long and inefficient."
Fordele: "I liked the crew, professional and courtois. The nice new plane. But the boarding was a little bit late, and so the departure."

Ulemper: "Boarding was a mess, they did not call by groups, everybody ended up on the plane in an avalanche, we got into the plane by the back door to push and set aside people and carry on luggage until we made it to the front where are seats were located. Caos was in the air, worse boarding experience ever."
Ulemper: "Not very good boarding staff"
Ulemper: "Poor customer service. Three people flying together. One person had accidentally booked a flight that left 2 hours later. We tried to change her flight but we're told this could not be done. The only option was to purchase a new ticket which we did. Went to check the luggage and it seems the had given her a second ticket on the original flight. Back to customer service. Third ticket issued. We go upstairs to find our flight is now delayed but her original flight was leaving on schedule. This was never mentioned at customer service. It would have worked fine for her to fly and wait at the airport fo our delayed flight and we would have saved the cost of a new ticket. We did not have that option because the first ticket was cancelled"
