In the end she did help but i did not appreciate her attitude and felt disappointed my whole flight."

I had to pay thousands for new flight Austrian Air. Swiss thieved my money and I dont mind saying so. Unfair and unfair conduct. I am saving this letter for twitter to tell my friends of my disgust. I will be happy if this is sorted refunded immediately. A copy of these details and medical letter already provided to Jithendra from flight network (online travel agent)."

I was sitting in economy and the level of attentiveness that we received, I could only imagine how great first class could be. if i could fly Singapore on all my trips overseas I would."

We were crowded into a space that wouldn’t have accommodated a group half our size. Then we were criwded onto busses to stand and wait about 20 minutes while others cleared the five security screenings."
Ulemper: "Crew members form the plane need to speak better english and be more courteous.need to have a smile to help passengers. Flights are delayed for no reason."

Fordele: "The food and beverage selection, as well as the service in business class was excellent. Initially I dreaded the long layover of 8 hours. But I found the Turkish Airlines Business Lounge. It was so spectacular that I didn't want to leave it. I found a small movie theatre equipped with leather oversized recliners and slept. I was told that the 2 story lounge is 6000 square meters."

Fordele: "Did a very good job of efficiently, securely dealing with US requirement of no laptops, no tablets allowed on flights from Middle East."

Ulemper: "The middle seat that I got. The first 30min the plane was super hot plus it was very hot outside. When I boarded the plane, I asked if there were any exit row seats open. I was told no. I sat down 5 rows or so behind the exit. 15 min later the attendant started moving children from the exit rows to different seats. I raised my hand to be placed in the exit row but was ignored. The flight attendants were slow and rude. I asked for two white wines with my food, and was looked at with disgust. I was told that I can have one, and when I finished it, I could have the second one. I said ok. Well 30 MINUTES later I touch the attendant button and no one came. Finally after 5 min someone came to take my order. She quickly came back and said they were out of wine. This was a very disappointing flight."

Staff are good though not as friendly as most Asian airlines."

Ulemper: "Toilettes were a bit messy, already after 2 hours. The screen of the entertainment programme is too busy to find things"
Fordele: "- The in-flight comfort kit with slippers, lip balm, sleep mask and socks - The complimentary wines and spirits, along with anytime snacks - Courteous and patient flight crew - Good selection of entertainment on the personal screens"
Ulemper: "- cramped seats (but probably not any smaller than any other airline) - earbud sound quality - boarding process seemed to take a while, but again, probably not any longer than any other airline"
Fordele: "The stewardess was accommodating, boarding was easy"
Ulemper: "Made my connection with 5 mins of plane takeoff, My luggage was lost, found the following day."

Ulemper: "THEY GAVE ME A BROKEN SEAT AND THEY GOT ANGRY AGAINST ME, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS UNSAFE"

Ulemper: "Next time give money back to people for cancelling or changing flights. Never flying with Kayak again"

Ulemper: "For Asian Veg Meal, they served Paneer for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The spacing between meals was quite large. Entertainment options for adults and kids were quite limited."

Ulemper: "Due to the delay of the first flight, I had to run until my heart aches to catch my second flight in time. Not many people spoke English"
Ulemper: "Same issues as my trip to Chicago, but this was a shorter duration so issues not as problematic"
Ulemper: "Boarding smooth"
Ulemper: "Breakfast quality was not good .In breakfast they gave vegetarian food .Flight departed late by one hour ."
Fordele: "Clean aircrafts, average leg space and nothing less in services then what you get from other airlines as well."
Ulemper: "I found crew members bit rude to few customers. Crew members need bit more training in handling pressure on the flight. Also i noticed biased approach of crew members towards customer in comparison to the well dressed and not so well dressed customers."
Fordele: "Boarding was easy, crew was fantastic and nice. Flight was as comfortable as they could make it for the limited space. Food was great for airplane food. Entertainment was decent. Didn't try the wifi because I didn't need to."
Ulemper: "Would've been more inclined to use wifi if by time and not bytes."
Fordele: "the nice crew- the relative speed of boardinf"
Ulemper: "compared with Emirates, the movies/Tv choices are very limited and in addition, only available -after take off and stop being available 30 min before landing. very disaappointing compared with emirates when we can start watching content from the minute we are on the plane until the very last minute. also, the plane had very limited space dedicated to stretch legs compared to other A380 from other companies."
Fordele: "I asked for dental kit and flight crew gave me one."
Fordele: "Everything was almost perfect."
Ulemper: "Update your movie list."
Fordele: "The service onboard was great, the crew were attentive and looked after the passengers."
Ulemper: "The Boeing plane had very restrictive movement while seated. It was especially difficult when eating on the plane you could not cut your food due to the space restriction with fellow passengers."
Fordele: "first class service. Extra blanket, mealtime is anytime, seats recluned fully"
Ulemper: "no first class kit with socks. My feet get cold on the plane and the socks would have helped"
Fordele: "Didn’t like anything. Only thing decent was the boarding."
Ulemper: "Crew members did not care about anything, unorganized. actually tripped and fell into the aisle hit my shoulder on the arm rest of another passenger’s seat because of a crew members luggage was in the middle of the aisle and it was dark. Food was terrible. The in flight entertainment was lacking entertainment. Crew members told us we needed to hold our carry on’s, on our lap then to store it under the seat because other people have bigger bags. Even though I got to the seat first and was trying to get settled in. Crew members were eating and on their cellphones in the back the majority of the time. It was hard to get a cup of water. Flew from Chicago O’hare to Abu Dhabi."
Fordele: "Entertainment system and flight condition"
Fordele: "I purchased a premium seat, and I still felt as though I was being packed into a sardine can. Furthermore, the online seat map used to purchase my preferred seat did not match the seating arrangement of the actual aircraft, which was TREMENDOUSLY disappointing."
Fordele: "The flight crew were both considerate and kind."
Ulemper: "I disliked nothing."
Fordele: "Getting home"
Ulemper: "only served breakfast shortly after 8am take off .no other meal served.arrived Abu Dhabi 7pm. kept having to ask for drinks."
Fordele: "Meals are served promptly and on a regular basis. Selection of entertainment is good but needs updating."
Ulemper: "Boarding was a chaos at the Abu Dhabi airport, they were just calling out for the Business Class and passengers who are disabled and those who are travelling with children to board first when everybody came to line up. Nobody from the ground staff even asked them to give way for those who are boarding first or announced what zone are they boarding next. Also, i used the mobile app to check in, i am definitely sure i chose an isle seat (you can see it on the seat map during online check in) but i was surprised to see that i got a window seat."
Fordele: "Comfortable seats more room for the legs."
Ulemper: "THIS FLIGHT WAS NEVER USED HE WAS REFUSED ENTRY INTO LEBANON AND WE CALLED IMMEDIATELY TO USE THE FLIGHT EARLY TO GO BACK TO USA AND THEY REFUSED TO CHANGE IT. WE ASK TO HAVE CREDIT ON A FUTURE FLIGHT AND WE WERE DENIED. WE FLY EMPLOYEES LL OVER THE WORLD WE WILL NOT USE YOUR AIRLINE AGAIN."
Fordele: "I loved the entertainments, watching different movies on the screen"
Ulemper: "The care by the cabin crews. They rarely responded to the calls, very arrogant, come from different background with very poor training in passenger's care."
Fordele: "I liked the service and ease of the whole process."
Ulemper: "Food was bad"
Fordele: "Was on time."
Ulemper: "Crew was a bit harsh."
Fordele: "Boarding process and entertainment was good"
Ulemper: "Food was horrible. First of all, we didn't get what we had requested. On top of it, whatever they had provided was substandard. Especially whatever they had given as sandwich."
Ulemper: "The seats on the 777-333 model in economy class are the WORST I have ever experienced. Extensive neck and back paid from cramped and poorly designed seats. You are going to start losing passengers, including this one who will switch airlines. A glass of wine was so cheap and acidic I found myself running to the bathroom within 15 minutes. The food was horrible. Goodbye Etihad--I can do better."
Fordele: "Check in in Frankfurt. Black lady. Extremely helpful. Went out of her way. This is the people you need in the front line."
Ulemper: "Terribly old planes. Bad or non existent cabin service. Food not acceptable. Plastic noodle bowls with hot water. !?? Really!!"
Fordele: "The plane was fantastic, although my experience is slightly more skewed towards a positive one given the flight was fairly empty and we were free to choose alternative seating after takeoff. The plane itself was fairly comfortable, a noticeable step up from budget lines, and the staff were an absolute dream. Very very friendly, never seemed put out and frequently checking on passengers. The difference of inflight entertainment technology was certainly VERY noticeable & I actually preferred it. Better, clearer, bigger screens. It just changes the experience for the passenger if we can be happily distracted."
Ulemper: "Really only the food. There was one meal which I didn't eat after tasting - it was just tasteless and not worth eating. A scone sandwich would have been more preferable. I still believe the standard of inflight food could be raised a notch or too, even if it was looking at a company like Pret A Manger and offering some nice sandwiches, fruit and soup, that would be more desirable and satisfying."
Fordele: "Everything was good."
Ulemper: "Entertainment could be improved in terms of choices."
Fordele: "the Kul-Auh was fine on the A330, food average."
Ulemper: "Refreshment service was minimal"
Ulemper: "Service is poor, seats are crowded and uncomfortable, food is not good."
Fordele: "Etihad knows how to make you feel special, lot of smiles and nice crew who are the real hosts, never get tired and always are ready to help."
Fordele: "The service. The crew got things done effortlessly."

Ulemper: "The seat in the exit aisle was too upright and very uncomfortable. After paying for the exit row seat I expected a more comfortable chair. We were stuck in Abu Dhabi for nearly 2 hours on the runway waiting for take off even though all passengers boarded early."
Fordele: "All flights were on schedule and reached on time. I have got good price with Kayak. In Flight hygiene was good. Food was good."
Fordele: "I got upgraded to business class on this flight. This isn't something I can afford to do, but I will tell you it is substantially better."
Ulemper: "The food was just ok here. And if you sit in the rear it is cold by the time or gets to you."
Fordele: "We loved the staff. Very nice and hardworking"
Ulemper: "System failure delayed take off by an hour"
