I must say that the breakfast of this hotel restraurant is superb.
Free wifi connection.Good service, comfortable room, good breakfast. You can take taxi without any problemes, it will take 1 minute.
Good service friendly staff. I stayed here due to the location to CNR expo and so it fitted my requirements. It would improve the hotel if there were no carpets. It would give it a lighter feel
Very good staff, large, quiet and comfortable the second room I had. Nice position in a clean but alive quarter. the first night they gave me a very noisy room, because a big fan in the courtyard. I could not sleep.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Disappointed that a 'so called' airport hotel did not provide a free shuttle
Next time I visit Istanbul, I will go with my family to it, also I will tell my friends & collegues about this wonderful hotel, Thank you hotel staff. No, It was a great & comfortabe visiting
The hotel is quite close to all the main road and just a bit out of the caotic Istanbul trafic center
Location - near airport This was not a 4* hotel as advertised - more like 2* - the telephone wasnt working, the tv changed channels itself, the bed moved from side to side - the air con didnt work, only 1 lift so people had to wait longer for lift to return...
Large bed confortable. deficient shower.
Nice & friendly people Price was too high.
A++ Worth that money
Located near the centre (very good), price is ok as well as comfort The tramway is really a bit noisy already early in the morning
Clean, comfortable room. Very nice, updated bathroom. Poor location - far outside the city proper (Merter) and no restaurants near the hotel. Although relatively close to the airport (a 15 minute taxi ride), I would recommend an alternate hotel choice for travelers seeking a hotel close to the airport. In addition, on check-in we were advised that the hotel does not offer non-smoking rooms. Disappointing experience.
This hotel was booked and paid for through booking.com via a credit card. However, on check out, the receptionist argued that it was not paid for and demanded payment again. To sort matters out, three international calls and an email had to be sent at the expense of the guest. The receptionist then insisted that items were used from the mini-bar and wanted payment - when in fact nothing was used.
